Mother is a cultural and moral model for your child. For mothers sense-forming factor is the value of family life. Childless women have a wider range of values, that is more diverse and multidirectional than that of mothers’.

The article deals with the analysis of the evangelical activity of the Russian conservatives (pomorets) living in the Ust-Tsilemsky volost of the Mezen County of the Arkhangelsk province in the first half of the 19th century. Earlier unknown archival documents which are stored in the State archive of the Arkhangelsk region, discovering the facts about evangelical activity of conservatives are considered. During the considered historical period the Velikopozhensky monastery where mentors, copyists of books, draftsmen of wall sheets worked was the main Old Believers’ center of the nizhnepechorsky region. Activity of its monks as preachers a drevlepravoslaviya in the rural areas located on the Pechora River is considered. Preachers were not only mentors, nachchechikami, but also ordinary peasants who actively traveled along the Pechora in the guise of artisans and through their preaching and way of life helped to transform officially Orthodox people into Old Belief. The main attention in work is paid to the false decree, presented as «sovereign», distributed by the Ust-Tsilma peasants in support of conservatives a as well as with the aim of involving the population in the Old Believers. Peasants read the false decree in their families, rewrote and distributed it through the inhabitants of the villages. Despite the pursued ban policy of the Old Belief, the number of the people passing into it steadily grew.

Introduction. F. M. Dostoyevsky and L. N. Tolstoy’s views are often opposed to each other not so much owing to their multi-vector orientation how many on the religious and philosophical bases. But, in particular, their pedagogical views have more common ground, than it admits research works today, owing to lack of the reconstructed educational model belonging to F. M. Dostoyevsky. The purpose of the work is identification and analysis of the main dominants of pedagogical views of F. M. Dostoyevsky and L. N. Tolstoy by means of the comparative analysis. Material and methods. Among the methods of the study are: comparative, analytical-descriptive and biographical. Results and discussion. The conducted research allowed to reveal the fundamental idea of writers connected with the statement of the ideal and harmonious nature of the child, therefore, the paramount problem of education is represented not to destroy this personal kernel. Neither Dostoevsky nor Tolstoy perceives the formation of a personality structure as a self-sufficient and closed process. The internal potential of the child is realized through relationship with the outside world in situations of value choice which are shown at three levels: family, religion, society. The designated elements have different hierarchical interrelation in a pedagogical thought of writers. But the hierarchical structure which is based on these educational dominants is a fundamental element of an individual pedagogical system undergoing this personal reconsideration. Conclusion. Having carried out the comparative analysis of pedagogical concepts of education of Dostoyevsky and Tolstoy it is possible to note that views of writers, on the one hand, proceed from the principles of love, indisputable influence of “fathers” , belief in an ideal of terrestrial improvement of human nature, national values as indispensable condition for the formation of personality, and on the other hand, have the certain distinctions embodied in the forms of achievement of a pedagogical ideal, the unrepugnant child of natural harmony. The pedagogical ideas of two outstanding writers of the 19th century are a resource for the implementation of the content of education of the 2010s, in which, firstly, a person is proclaimed the supreme value; secondly, all principles and methods of education are aimed at the formation of a spiritual and moral personality by focusing on the activation of its creative activity, self-development, self-improvement; thirdly, the right of the child to individuality is recognized. This determines the practical significance of the article.

The article concerns one of the most difficult periods in the history of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century, when, after the adoption of the decree of April 17, 1905 it was possible a transition from Orthodoxy to other Christian denomination, which significantly affected the activity of the ROC. Since no major articles have been abolished, “the Penal Code” (1845), based on which the persons who spoke with an appeal of the transition from Orthodoxy to another religion, could be brought to justice, the clergy of the church acted to limit the activities of the activists of the new religious movement. Thanks to the emerged in the Russian legislation contradictions there were possible cases of collision of the Orthodox population with the latter-day religious denominations, followed by involvement in the conflict the civil authorities, who traditionally sided with the ROC. The research shows the facts of spiritual struggle and the civil authorities with representatives of non-traditional religious denominations in Tobolsk eparchy at the beginning of the 20th century.

Teaching of mathematical disciplines in Russian universities has traditionally been based largely on the classic teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative and instructive-reproductive). Of course, the design of programmed instruction, as well as development of simulated and game methods of training is a very time consuming process. However, these training methods can dramatically improve the cognitive interest of students, their responsibility for the result, contribute to the development of skills both individual and collective work. (When using the programmed instruction the pace of learning is individual; in conducting the educational and business games we can develop the ability to act as a team). The effectiveness of innovative interactive methods (programmed instruction, “mathematical fights” and business games) requires not only logical basis, but also the statistical verification. The article studies the effect of the application of some interactive teaching technologies at the results of the students mastering the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment contained a comparison between one control group and two experimental groups in which these learning technologies were applied. The analysis was based on statistical hypothesis testing using t-test and Wilcoxon criterion. A marked increase in the knowledge quality associated with the use of innovative teaching methods and identified through the use of module-rating system, finds its confirmation in the results of the interim tests and final exam grade. The relevance of the proposed project follows both from the importance and the role of the railways, which largely have decided the fate of the confrontation between the reds and the whites during the Civil War, and from extremely weak, often unilateral coverage in historical literature of the role of commissars in this confrontation. The paper deals with the formation and structure of system of railways management through commissars, with the role and importance of commissars activities in ensuring stable operation of the railways. The article discloses the activity of commissars to inform the centre on state of affairs on railways, to organize agitation-and-propaganda and cultural work on the railroads, to improve the living conditions of railwaymen and to strengthen their labour discipline. Considers the difficulties of commissars’ work, which are a result of both their insufficient educational and vocational level, and a fuzzy definition of their goals and functional duties by the Center. It is alleged that as a result of formation of commissar structure and its activity, the Soviet state was able to achieve stable operation of the railways in the difficult years of the Civil War, which was one of the main factors contributing to the victory of the reds.

Jiang Ying LEXICAL INTERFERENCE IN CHINESE ADVERTISING SIGNBOARDS IN THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE IN THE BORDER TOWN OF CHINA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 71-77

The article is devoted to one of the modern aspects of the Russian-Chinese linguistic interaction – Chinese advertising signs in the Russian language, a common border with Russia in northeastern China, in Heihe. The article presents a linguistic analysis of Chinese advertising signs in the Russian language, developed by native Chinese speakers, for their conformity to lexical-semantic norms. The purpose of this article is the interpretation of lexical interference as a cause of a violation of the lexical norms of the Russian language in the texts of Chinese signage in Russian. Thus, on all levels of the language system of the Russian and Chinese languages in their interaction in the texts of advertising signs of the border city of Heihe there were observed interlingual, and in some cases intralingual interference, reflecting a typological distinction of the interacting languages. The interference leads to a linguistic mixture of different elements (phonetic, lexical, grammatical) in the texts of advertising signs in the Russian language, which illustrates the «Chinese Russian language». Considering interlanguage and intralanguage interference in the texts of Chinese signage in the Russian language, we are attracted to study both forms of the contact languages explaining interference phenomena introduction as Chinese and Russian. Thus, the phenomenon of lexical interference in texts of advertising signs on the territory of the Chinese border city of Heihe, is largely the result of the interaction of contacting languages (Russian and Chinese), resulting in disturbances of lexical norms of the Russian language in them.

The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. On the one hand higher education is viewed as one of the most important levels of a unified education system developing students’ thinking, and on the other - as a part of a serious business. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented. The possible variant of introduction of innovation in the system of evaluating students’ learning activity in the form of a “quality loop” is described. The need for the professional teacher training and the development of teachers of higher education is being raised.

Gas flow through porous media is characterized by large vortex structures and large friction coefficients, resulting in an extensive momentum and interphase energy exchange between gas and the solid phase. The model used for flow in porous regions is at once both a generalization of the Navier-Stokes equations and of Darcy's law commonly used for flows in porous regions. The model retains both advection and diffusion terms and so can be used where such effects are important. In deriving the continium equations, it assumed that 'infinitecimal' control volumes and surfaces are large relative to the interstitutal spacing of the porous medium, through small relative to the scales that we wish to resolve. Thus, given control cells and control surfaces are assumed to contain both solid and gas regions. Based on this model, an efficient numerical technique has been developed and a numerical algorithm has been produced to study the processes in the porous medium channel.

The article is about country stewards – a middle class of the local administration of Kolyvano-Voskresenskiy (Altai) mountain district. Their participation in organization of factory work of pripisnoi (bonded) peasants is investigated.. It is shown how country stewards watched by volostnoi government in time of composing preliminary appointment for peasants with factory duties and how they provided peasants’ dispatch for working according to this appointment. It is established that during peasants’ dispatch stewards took into account time and climatic factors as well as they took charge of the progress of peasants’ factory work. The cases of country stewards’ personal participation in mobilization of pripisnoi (bonded) peasantry class for factory work as well as a degree of their responsibility in this business are considered.
