Karimova Rimma Khatipovna ON THE MEANING OF THE WORD ARBEIT IN GERMAN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 66-70

The article based on the material of the German language deals with the meaning of the lexeme “Arbeit”. Material for the study was provided by various monolingual dictionaries of German. The problem of studying of the basic lexemes of the concept “Arbeit” was studied by the author during the dissertation research on the material of proverbs of unrelated languages. In this research a comprehensive study of the basic lexeme “Arbeit” was carried out within the framework of the description of the linguocultural concept “work”. The study was conducted in accordance with the meanings of the word “Arbeit” which are represented in the dictionary entries in the form of synonymic series for each component of the words under analysis. Certain symbols verbalize the meaning “work as a profession, position” are grouped thematically and marked by territorial identity. The derivational structure of these lexemes was determined as well as frequency of their manufacturing bases of the derivatives. The semantics of the components of compound words was analyzed. The author identifies the usage labels reflecting the connotative coloring of the lexemes verbalizing the meaning of the word “Arbeit”. For more results the analysis involves data from synonymous and etymological dictionaries. The results of the study can be used in practical classes, in the seminars in lexicology of the German language.

In the article we are talking about the psychological and pedagogical adaptation of Chinese students in preparatory courses, mastering Russian as a foreign language from zero level. The key moment in this process is the psychological and pedagogical support of foreign native speakers by their teacher. Based on the conducted Russian and foreign studies, it is noted that informal communication and extracurricular activities of teachers contribute to facilitating the adaptation process in the new educational environment and improving the performance of foreign listeners. The basis of such activities are curators and tutors of training groups who have knowledge of cultural and religious norms and have an idea of the generally accepted rules of conduct of their wards. It is noted that as a result of the presence of such support, the process of adaptation of Chinese listeners and, accordingly, the educational process is optimized. The problem of psychological and pedagogical adaptation is very multifaceted, so for a more effective psychological and pedagogical support of Chinese students, it is necessary to create a system of common policies supporting foreign students. For the successful adaptation of foreign students to the reality of the Russian cultural, social and educational environment, the services and units of Russian universities that engage in hiring and accompanying foreign students must be staffed by teachers, specialists in the field of intercultural communication, ethnography and psychology. Russia can take a worthy place in the world market of educational services, because it has certain advantages, such as high level of teaching, more affordable cost of education, compared to other countries. To the list of advantages it is possible to add the introduction of the system of psychological and pedagogical support of foreign students, including all stages of the educational process.

Beznosova Ekaterina Dmitriyevna ANALYSIS OF EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES ORGANIZATION FOR STUDENTS ATTENDING TSU CAMPUS COURSES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 183-188

The paper looks at the “Campus courses of TSU” project and describes it as one of the methods for organizing selective courses for students. The project was developed by the project group of the Center of education quality development, including O. N. Kalachikova, P. Kiseleva , A. Morozova, A. Balabanova. It is implemented in the National Research Tomsk State University from the 2015 academic year. Unlike traditional elective courses, Campus courses mean having a general catalog of courses in different subjects, regardless of the student’s faculty and specialization. The paper presents the results of this survey-based analysis and show that most of the students lack the opportunity to develop their general cultural competences and communicative skills as well as artistic creativity, and all that serves as motivation to attend selective courses. It was established that most of the students make careful choice of courses. The variety of courses and activities allows students to fulfill their educational ambitions. It was revealed that the majority of students are satisfied with the quality of the courses, the form of conducting classes, the interaction with the teacher.

This article deals with the structural character of “Man” concept organization, which is a part of a hyper concept “Human” represented by a system of three main levels: higher, basic, lower. Due to the fact that there is a decline in percentage of university students involved in physical activity and decrease in the physical education programmes’ guidelines, the role of students’ involvement in extra-school sport is highly significant. The study indicates the results of the survey conducted among the girls-students of Tomsk polytechnic university to assess levels of extra-school sport participation. The analysis of the survey data reveals that one of the factors affecting students’ participation in sport and physical activity is poor physical education competence and skills. The study highlights that the issue raised calls for a multi-level approach including developing and promoting encouraging projects that have significant benefit to health and increase physical activity, and it must be supported by a strong information and knowledge base.

This paper analyses the problem of improving the methods of teaching and learning programming in university and school. The authors justify the need for new methods and forms of education related to the teamwork of students, multimedia content, and other virtual spaces. Kafanova Ol'ga Bodovna THE CULTURAL COSMOS OF TRANSLATIONS BY N. M. KARAMZIN: AUTHORS, COUNTRIES, CONTINENTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 150-159

The relevance of studying the translation heritage of N. M. Karamzin consists in his inseparability from the whole work of the great figure of Russian culture. The task of the proposed article is an attempt to generalize the presentation of all translations of Karamzin as a cultural cosmos, which contains dozens of authors, countries and the main continents. He was engaged in translation for over twenty years (he translated about 300 texts), constantly referring not only to European literature, but also to Asian, African and American cultures. The «world-wide responsiveness» of Karamzin as a writer and an interpreter was formed already in the «Moscow Journal» (1791-1792), the edition of a new type taking into consideration the experience of European periodicals. To carry out the novelty Karamzin used the translations thoroughly picked up and correlating with the original pieces. Thanks to the ambivalent role of a writer and a translator Karamzin was able to create an author journal aimed at the maintaining sentimentalism. In the «Messenger of Europe» (1802–1803) by N. M. Karamzin the translations helped to form not only a literary part, but also a section of Politics. Long before the genesis of the concept of «globalism», Karamzin had made an attempt to perceive the world in its unity. He was encouraged by his trip to Europe, personal acquaintance and contacts with the eminent representatives of European culture as well as by his intense translation activity.

The article deals with the problem of teaching foreign students of Russian scientific speech as the most important means of educational and professional communication in a Russian university. It points to the specifics of the training of foreign students of Russian scientific speech at the Pedagogical University. Attention is drawn to the problem of teaching Russian scientific speech of foreign students at the stage of pre-university training. The use of the adaptive potential of the method of teaching the scientific style of speech is suggested, the concept of «scientific speech of subject areas of pedagogy and subject methodology» is actualized. It is understood that the creation and use of an educational complex for teaching scientific speech in classes with foreign students of a pedagogical university helps to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. It is proposed to design a textbook on teaching of scientific speech for foreign students of a pedagogical university, the theoretical and practical educational material of which is set out in a modular format, supplemented with a set of workbooks. It is recommended to include the description of the lexical, morphological, syntactic, phonetic, structural and compositional features of modern Russian scientific speech in the educational material of the educational complex, adding practical tasks that fix the theoretical basis of the educational material and imply work in pairs and small groups. The recommended for design training complex for teaching of Russian scientific speech should contain guidance for teachers, basic guide to scientific speech, a set of workbooks, a collection of tests, dictionaries, reference materials, that must meet the current requirements of the educational literature. This training complex provides methodical and motivational support for the learning process and can contribute to improving the effectiveness of teaching. The article is of interest for teachers of Russian as a foreign language, working at preparatory departments of Russian universities, as well as for teachers of pedagogical universities working with foreign students.

The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links.

Musina Gulnara Flyunovna, Satarova Leyla Khaydorovna FORMATION OF COMPLEX AND COMPOUND TERMS OF PHYSICS IN TATAR LANGUAGE BY COMBINING THE BASES WITH COMPLETE RELATIONS OF THEIR COMPONENTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 38-42

The article deals with complex and compound terms of physics in the Tatar language formed by combining of bases with complete relations of their components. This type of word formation is very common in the terminology of physics in the Tatar language. Basically, linguists use this method to form terms with two or more components. The scientific novelty of the article is that for the first time it gives the information about the methods of formation of complex and compound physics terms in the Tatar language. The article gives an explanation of the concept “complete relation”, types and examples of the Tatar terms of physics formed this way. Both complex and compound terms are formed by combining the bases with complete relations of their components, but the bulk is composed of compound words that have their own word-formation models. The first components of such terms are different parts of speech, and the second component is often the noun, less often the verb. Also, most of the compound terms of physics are multicomponent words, which consist of three, four, and five components. The first components of complex or compound terms are often terminological elements or commonly used international words. The authors come to the conclusion that multicomponent terms of physics which can consist of both own words of the Tatar language and international featuring Tatar component are basically formed by combining the bases with complete relations of their components.

The importance of Good Governance in the coun¬try's development process was emphasized by the World Bank, which also pointed out four main princi¬ples of Good Governance. In this article, the author focuses at the present conditions of Kazakhstan's Governance and whether it goes along with the prin¬ciples of Good Governance announced by the World Bank. One of the main outcomes of the analysis of Kazakhstan's Governance is the instability of the pub¬lic sector management, in particular, of the bureaucratic apparatus; a quite sufficient financial accountability; and legislation being at the development stage. Trans¬parency and information are improving. However, in order to build the real Good Governance the Republic of Kazakhstan needs time. In the article on the material of early stories by V.T. Narezhny included in the cycle «Slavic evenings» (1809–1826) the formation of the romantic concept of the person in Russian prose of the beginning of the XIX century is considered. The special attention is paid to transformation in the context of pre-romantic systems of values of educational Narezhny’s representation about human nature. In the work it is traced, as the new attitude of charcters (feeling of spiritual independence and aspiration to assert it) changes traditional norms of plot’s composition and brings to the forefront the social-psychological conflicts connected with the problem of alienation of the charceter.

We consider massive p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models has been performed. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. We restore the gauge invariance in massive p-forms models with help of the multi-step Stuckelberg procedure and we evaluate the effective actions. The result is presented in terms of d`Alembertians acting on p-forms.

In the article we determine the contents, place and role of logistic analysis in the system of economic and management analysis. On the ground of integration connections of logistic analysis with the basic kinds of management analysis on the enterprise, we show the pre-conditions for fulfilling the integration function by logistic analysis.
