5051 | Introduction. Quality management of education in universities is becoming increasingly important. This became particularly relevant in light of the growing competition between universities, including individual areas of training. The implementation of the quality education system is considered on the example of the Department of Television and Management of Tomsk State University of Management Systems and Radio Electronics. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of assessing the quality of educational services among undergraduate students of the Department of Technical Studies, performed in different years. Material and methods. For the analysis, the method of questioning is used, which is the most accessible effective method of collecting information. The questionnaire was developed taking into account the requirements regulated by the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Results and discussion. The main advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of master programs in electromagnetic compatibility are presented. A set of measures has been developed to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Partial implementation is fullfilled. A re-evaluation of the quality of the implementation of master programs among students and teaching staff of the department was carried out. The results of evaluating the quality of the implementation of master’s programs are compared with the results of the previous assessment among students and teachers. An increase in indicators was revealed after the introduction of a set of measures to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Identified the need to increase the number of career guidance activities for applicants entering the magistracy. Presented new recommendations for career guidance activities at the department. Identified the need to improve the logistics of the department. The effectiveness of the organization of research work of undergraduates at the department, which is to attract students to research projects with further employment in a research laboratory. The main achievements of undergraduate students in research activities are presented. Practical significance. The presented system of monitoring the quality of the implementation of master programs allows you to track the level of satisfaction with the educational process in a timely manner. The results of investigation have shown that physical abuse negatively influenced on mental rate of primary school age children: in children who have experienced physical abuse there is reduced the mobility of nerve cells which is characterized by either their passive state, or exhaustion. 5065 | Hypothesis is one of the most important forms of science development. At the present time the role of the hypothesis increases with the increase of theoretical knowledge and the initiation of young generation to scientific cognition methods at the University. Unfortunately, we can rarely come across the correct use of hypotheses in the educational process; its great importance in the development of students’ cognitive abilities and formation of their thinking is not always taken into account. The reason is that teachers often focus on educational issues, but overlooked the fact that problem solving proceeds by putting forward evidence and hypotheses. The article describes the logical nature of the hypothesis; determines the ways of its application in cognitive activity of students. It is emphasized, that on the one hand, the hypothesis is referred to logical forms of thinking, on the other hand – to the process of nomination, development and proof of new propositions and inferences itself. Meanwhile, the hypotheses can be performed on the basis of observations and experiments; by deductive reasoning deducing new knowledge from already known theories, and by deductive transfer of already known laws to new phenomena. 5066 | The level of modern fundamental sciences and technologies, based on them, not only require an increase in the general level of natural science education, but also should attract talented young people to these areas of activity. These problems are directly related to the problems of activating cognitive interest and cognitive activity in the learning processes. In pedagogy and psychology, considerable scientific and practical materials have been accumulated on the study of cognitive interest and the formation of cognitive activity among children of junior and high school age, by various psychological and pedagogical means, including the introduction of specialized educational subjects. An important role in solving these problems plays extracurricular work with schoolchildren. In the sixties of the last century, the need to involve scientists into the study processes was recognized and therefore developing new ways to organize the teaching process for the schoolchildren. So the combination of physics and mathematics schools appeared (PhMS). Despite more than a half-century history of the physics and mathematics school existence, the PhMS in the context of activating cognitive interest and cognitive activity is considered for the first time. Illustrated by the example of Tomsk State University Physics and Mathematics School, the structure, directions and methods used in this form of extracurricular work are shown. Such forms as a correspondence physics and mathematics school, an evening physics and mathematics school, a summer full-time physics and mathematics school combining rest and training for schoolchildren, as well as a winter physics and mathematics school are considered. Examples of curricular are given, organizational forms of work for different age groups of schoolchildren are described. It is shown how PhMS can be useful for all schoolchildren but at the same time help to identify gifted students. The efficiency of the PhMS was analyzed based on the results of the Unified State Exam. 5075 | Rustam Karapetyan (Krasnoyarsk) is the author of six children’s books. He also has publications in many children’s magazines and collective books. The article continues a series of studies devoted to the poetry of contemporary Siberian authors for children. The author of the article analyzes phonetics, grammar, vocabulary, figurative system and lyrical plot. Karapetyan’s children’s poetry has structural integrity. An important category of his poetry is the game (play). The game / play is dual. On the one hand, the poet realizes it as free creativity, which a child can realize, but an adult can’t. On the other hand, the game is an opportunity to try different life roles. The child and the parent are opposed to each other, but at the same time they are mutually necessary as two complementary worlds. A small hero of Karapetyan’s poetry exists in two parallel spheres. There are space of reality and his imagination. Fantasy is more significant than reality. The motives of flight, travel, magic transformation are constantly repeated in poetry. In addition, the poet is not afraid to use the plots and motives that were previously encountered in Russian children’s literature. Karapetyan’s creativity enters into a dialogue with well-known authors and it continues the tradition of classical lyrics for children. 5076 | Introduction. The theme of Memory is a key one in culture and thus it is studied in history, sociology, semiotics, philology and other domains. The “Mnemonic Code” retains its significance throughout the entire career of M. I. Tsvetaeva as a poet. Material and methods. The aim of the article is to study semantic and stylistic features of the word-image “Memory” in M. Tsvetaeva’s lyrics of 1920 through the analysis of the lexical structure of the corresponding poetic text. The semantic-stylistic analysis is based on the theories of the imaginative speech substantiation by M. N. Kozhina and of the text paradigms by N. S. Bolotnova. Referring to both linguistic and textual paradigms goes within the textocentric approach in modern linguistics and the linguistic analysis of the literary text itself. Results and discussion. Semantic lexical paradigms present associative pairs and fragments of associative series of words and superword units within the lexical system of the text, already existing in the linguistic consciousness of the reader on the one hand and formed by the text on the other hand. Analysis of M. Tsvetaeva’s poems revealed semantic lexical paradigms based on semic recurrence, isotopic chains actualized due to such type of foregrounding as repetition, and semantic lexical paradigms based on semantic contrast. In 1920 M. Tsvetaeva wrote 4 poems containing the word-image “Memory”: “Good Night to a Stranger in a New Cell...”, “Psyche” (“Punch and Midnight ...”), “Running from Home…”, “How They Drink in Long Drinks... ” (Excerpt). They are written at the end of the third period of the poet’s creative work, they precede the new features of her idiostyle. The word-image “Memory” is associated with the main themes of M. Tsvetaeva’s works – the lost world, creativity, love. In the verbal associative network of M. Tsvetaeva’s poems of 1920, the word “memory” is accompanied by the usual lexical representatives “remember”, “forget”, phraseological unit meaning “without memory”. It actualizes in the locative “in memory”, in the spoken syntactic structure “what a memory” and it is accompanied by the epithets and descriptive adjectives as “bad”, “female”, “all”. Conclusion. The contextual meaning of the word-image “Memory” is based on a rich usual background and is explained in M. Tsvetaeva’s lyrics of 1920 through the themes of the vanishing old world, creativity and love. 5077 | The study is carried out within the framework of functional grammar and is aimed at studying Russian comparative-assimilative adverbs of military themes. The aim of the work is to conduct a comprehensive study of the functioning of comparative-assimilative adverbs of military themes taking into account explicit and implicit semantic features, to determine the composition of this thematic group and to identify word-formation features and types of combinability. The research is based on the works of Russian linguists treating comparative adverbs from different points of view and applying different scientific approaches, as well as on the works of linguists studying lexical-semantic groups of words of the “war” thematic group. The illustrative material was taken from statements from the National Corpus of the Russian language and from a free selection from the Internet. The work was carried out within the framework of A.V. Bondarko’s theory of categorical situations of functional grammar, and elements of contextual and component analysis were also applied. During the research, the composition of this group of adverbs was distributed into semantic subgroups describing the behaviour of persons belonging to different types and divisions of troops, conditions of military service, military ranks and positions. In dividing into word-formation types, a special type with a qualitative-substantive connotation was distinguished, with the meaning of places of location and dislocation of military operations. The division of military adverbs into compatibility types was carried out taking into account the connective, adversative, qualifying and explanatory relations with the main word and as the result both general (according to appearance and speech, character and behaviour, situation and living conditions) and individual semes were identified. As a result of the study, it was found that to represent the behaviour of persons, objects and phenomena of military subjects, comparative-suggestive adverbs actualize in the minds of native speakers either a well-known image in the form of background knowledge, or one of the nuclear or peripheral features. 5087 | Problems of dialogue, regulation of cognitive activity of the reader by means of the text are key to the theory of regulativity developed in Tomsk state pedagogical university, and the theory of intertextuality. The study is performed under the scientific directions. The indicated problem is connected with the highly complex philosophical and linguistic aspects of Mandelstam’s poetry and creativity as its outstanding representative. The creativity of Mandelstam is highly intertextual. The author previously identified five types of lexical regulative models of the intertextual type in it, therefore in this study was conducted an experiment, aimed at identifying their regulatory power. According to indications of language consciousness of the informants, the regulatory power of these structures are influenced by the following linguistic factors: the type of intertexts - respondents noted the key role of pretextual information, of precedent names; the location of intertexts in strong positions (the elements of the pretext of the first poetic stanza); the saturation of the intertextual elements of the poems – the more saturated intertextuality elements of the texts are, the higher their regulatory power. Within the whole text, the models with the minimal amount or the lack of pretextual information have the greatest regulative force, if the saturation coefficient of intertexts is high in the texts themselves. Extra-linguistic factors that affect the regulatory power of the texts include: the level of knowledge of informants; respondents‘ beliefs about their competence in assessing the understanding of the poems; emotional state during the experiment. 5088 | Formation of universal learning activities aimed at thoughtful reading and writing, critical comprehension of the available information and the creation of educational product among pupils in any subject area, including mathematics classes, is a major concern throughout modern general education. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. Educational texts should prepare pupils for independent reading of educational, popular science-oriented and scientific literature; promote the creative acquisition of knowledge and gathering experience in critical, creative thinking and conducting design and research work. 5089 | Introduction. V. Mayakovsky always willingly turned to the development of the expressive potential of the ancient genres. He used anthem, march, mystery, ode, message, conversation, etc. in his own way. The author for the first time presents transformations of the vision in the texts of the key importance for the understanding of Mayakovsky’s works of the Soviet era. The objective is to identify the genesis of the vision, to clarify the forms of its implementation in the works of V. Mayakovsky. Methodology and research methods. The study is based on the historical poetics methodology. Results. As a result of the work done, the vision is discovered in the form of an ancient proto-plot (a situation of appearing of the infernal person to the heroes of the Old Testament); in the form of the expanded story in Homer’s Odyssey and Virgil’s Aeneid (in the stories of the main characters about their descending into the realm of Hades, searching for the shadow of a person, getting the necessary information). The vision is best known as a genre of religious culture of the Middle Ages with a topic developed for the solution of didactic tasks. Finally, at the time of weakening of the religious feelings and the destruction of the genre, the expressive potential of the vision is preserved in the form of the particular artistic devices (“Prophet” by A. S. Pushkin). The central event of the vision in its various variants is an explicit or a virtual contact of a person with a representative of another world. In the lyrical plots of Mayakovsky’s poems - in “Extraordinary Adventure that Happened to Vladimir Mayakovsky at the Dacha”, “Jubilee”, “To Comrade Nette - a Steamer and a Man”, the expressive possibilities of the two sides communicating in the traditions of the ancient plot as the components of vision are revealed. The article examines their implementation in the poetics of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” and the poem “Conversation with Comrade Lenin”. In the texts with the poetics of the vision preceding the poem “Good”, the initiator of the dialogue with the departed (with Pushkin in “Jubilee”, with Theodore Nette) was the clearly recognizable poet Mayakovsky. In the second half of Chapter 18 of the poem “Good” (1927), for the first time, the initiative passed to the comrades buried near the Kremlin wall, and the poet had nothing to say in an answer to their questions about the state of the country. In “Conversation with Comrade Lenin” (1929), both the dialogue with the leader who had died five years ago, and the report to him about the country’s victories failed. Had “to report not by service, but by liking” about “the work of hell” (here is referring to Dante’s “Comedy”), about the many who interfere with working and living, about the bastards who “tread the ground and around”. After this poem the poet did not have to live long. Conclusion. As a summing up of the 20 years of poetic work, was written the poem “At the Top of My Voice” in which the voice of the poet in the traditions of the vision sounded already from the distance of times ... And this is the last text in the lyrics of Mayakovsky of the 1920s with visual expressiveness in the logic of the through plot of Mayakovsky of the 1920s.
