The article deals with the actual trends of municipal educational system development. Their research actuality depends on objective tendency in Russian education development: increasing state and society demands to country municipal educational system in the sphere of quality, efficiency and availability of educational service; necessity of forming machinery of country education development: territorial system including modern school models (including lacking specified number schools) realizing modern educational programs using innovations in educational techniques; models and techniques raising the level of country teachers’ skill. Kadiyeva N.V. COSTUME DESIGN BACHELORS’ FINAL QUALIFYING PROJECTS, AS ANALYTICAL MATERIALS FOR ASSESSING THE QUALITY OF MODERN DESIGN EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 150-153

Despite the lack of qualified designer specialists in the garment industry, many design department graduates can’t find employment in their specialty. The article attempts to identify the causes of these contradictions and assesses the quality of modern design education through the analysis of subjects and professional level of the final qualifying projects of costume design bachelors. The author describes the main projected clothes collections types and peculiarities of the work on such projects. The article presents statistics in percentage of various collection types and identified strengths and weaknesses of the costume designer’s final projects for the last four years. In the end, the author concludes: 1) graduates are incompetent in designing of demanded industrial products due to lack of communication between design education and pilot production with advanced technology and high production organization; 2) it is necessary to develop extended and balanced training hours and study the subject’s educational program; 3) it is important to overcome the constant backlog of the education system from the advanced knowledge and technology, stylistic concepts, new methods and design tools; 4) the system of advanced training and periodic retraining of designer cadres should be created.

Mokryy V.Y. DISCIPLINE «DOCUMENT SCIENCE AND DOCUMENTARY ENSURING MANAGEMENT» AS THE INSTRUMENT OF FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF GRADUATES IN THE DIRECTION OF PREPARATION «APPLIED INFORMATICS» // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 5 (182). P. 141-146

This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized.

Sinitsyna N.S. EXPLICATION OF EPISTEMIC SENSE IN THE STRUCTURE OF A POLYNOMIAL PREDICATE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 70-74

The paper deals with the question of formation, explication, and implication of epistemic meanings in the structure of a predicate polynomial, language means of its expression for determination the truthfulness of a statement and its value from the speaker’s point of view. The meaning of an epistemic statement is analyzed, the explicit and the implicit forms of realization the modality are determined, as well as mechanisms of the formation of epistemic senses implied in speech by the polynomial construction. The exchange of information in the communication process involves the determination of the intention of a statement, the interpretation of its motives, the ability to explicate the implicit meaning of the utterance, which, in turn, reveals the degree and nature of the interpretation that speaks of objective reality from the point of view of its conception of the object of a judgment. The analysis of the language factology confirms the importance of expanding the structure of the predicate polynomial by introducing the modal component and makes it possible to demonstrate its leading role in a number of other different-level linguistic forms of meaning within the framework of logical predicates “know-consider”. The general theoretical basis of analysis is made up of logical concepts of intentionality and truthfulness of statement.

Gnezdilova N.S. METAPHORICAL FUNCTIONING OF THE CONCEPT STONE IN THE FIGURATIVE SYSTEM OF THE RUSSIAN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 7 (204). P. 55-62

Introduction. The article describes the aspects of the metaphorical interpretation of the concept stone, presented in Russian linguistic culture and the system of figurative means of the Russian language. The relevance of the research is due to the scientific interest in the study of the metaphorical functioning of concepts and their figurative language representation in the perspective of the anthropocentric paradigm of linguistics. The aim of the work is to describe the metaphorization of various qualities and properties of a stone for the figurative description of objects of the surrounding reality and the inner world of a person, expressed in the semantics of language units and speech statements. Material and methods. The methodology of the work is based on cognitive, linguistic, cultural and system-structural approaches to the study of the figurative language and speech. The methods of structural-semantic, conceptual and contextual analysis, as well as field modeling and cultural linguistic commentary are used. Empirical material is represented by figurative words and expressions (about 200 units), as well as contexts that demonstrate their metaphorical functioning (about 850 contexts). The sources were the published explanatory and phraseological dictionaries of the modern Russian language and the text base of the National Corps of the Russian language. Results and discussion. As a result, the qualities and properties of the concept being studied were described, which served as the basis for metaphorical projections on figuratively named objects and situations; the lexical and phraseological field of the Russian language is characterized, represented by words and expressions, metaphorically motivated names with the semantics ‘stone’; cognitive models are revealed for which the Stone conceptual sphere is the initial one and serves as a source of the metaphorical characteristics of the phenomena of other conceptual target spheres. The concept of stone in its metaphorical functioning actualizes the following basic features: hardness, strength, heaviness, immobility, color. These qualities of a stone are metaphorically projected onto the properties of various material and non-material objects: objects (hard, lost softness), the human body (heavy, immovable), psychological states of a person (grief, anxiety, depression, torpor), moral qualities (indifference, willpower, responsiveness), mental and social activities (meaningful content, the beginning of activities). Conclusion. The obtained results demonstrate cognitively and axiologically significant fragment of the Russian language world view. The corpus research data testify active metaphoric functioning of the Stone concept in modern discursive practices.

It was found that characteristics of physical development of TPSU students practically don't depend of age (16-23) and chosen specialization (all 9 faculties). Students of the faculty of physical culture are exception, which showed considerably improvement of main physiometrical, and dynamometricai indications, which connects with regular going in for sports. It was found that there is a tendentious to improvement of antropo-metrical indications of faculty of foreign languages students in comparison to another faculties and indication in TSPU for 7 years of researches.

Kabanova T.A. Is it Possible to Formalize the Ket Language? // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2002. Issue 1 (29). P. 58-62

The paper represents critical notes concerning the paper of K.Y. Reshetnikov and G.S. Starostin «The Structure of Ket Verbal Word-form» in the book «Ket Collection. Linguistics». M., 1995, in which the authors try to build the structure of the Ket verb according to the types of conjugation. Analysing the materials of A. P. Dulson in his book «The Ket Language», Tomsk, 1968, T.A. Kabanova proves the impossibility to interprete the morphemes of the Ket verb unambiguous'v because all of them are polysemantic. The author confirms that by numerous examples. T.A. Kabanova adduces the models proposed by the authors above and analyses them, on the bases of the data represented in the book of A.Р. Dulson. She makes critical notes to some word - forms, to actant system, to the category of time, to the voice and aspect forms in the paper of K.Y. Reshetnikov and G.S. Starostin.

Vakhitova G.K. PROBLEMS OF SPEECH DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 1 (166). P. 9-13

The article actualizes the problem of speech development of children at the stage of preschool education. It is noted that the standard of preschool education focuses on the new content of the educational field – speech development and outlines the tasks associated primarily with the need to form the desire of the child to communicate with peers and adults, the formation of communication skills. The author examines the reasons for reducing the overall level of language development of preschool children, which creates difficulties not only for the formation of coherent, grammatically correct speech, but also for their successful communication and socialization in the society of peers and adults. For full development, it is important to include every child in a confiding informal communication. It is noted that the methods for activation and development of preschoolers’ speech should be circumspect and carefully selected only those that are based on the children’s game. Only in this case they may be of interest, and most importantly not to cause harm to physical or mental health of the children. It is concluded that the construction of the educational process in preschool education should be based on age-appropriate methods and forms of work with children, focusing not only on the selection of appropriate techniques for the speech development of the child, but also on creation of comfortable environment for the child not be afraid to commit errors.

The research analyzed the position of the classic and modern linguistic studies, actualizing the cultural semantization of phraseological units. Analytically described the semantic nests of the collected fund of phraseological units with somatism “tooth” in the Chinese and Russian languages. Carried out a comparison of the shared and unique values of phraseological units. In the Chinese language there are idioms connected with speech activity, with the appearance and facial expressions of a person, reflecting the relationship between people, with a person describing the action of speaking, as well as the unique meanings associated with a book, an article, with durability. The following meanings are established in the Russian language: strength, food, experience, reflection of the person’s negative emotions (resentment, wrath, anger, hatred), the symbolic expression of aggression. It is found that somatism “tooth” in Chinese and Russian phraseological units symbolically replaces the individual elements of the surrounding reality, conditioned by the history of peoples, their religions, customs and traditions, the natural conditions and value systems of the people, and therefore can not be considered identically, which must be taken into account in the process of mastering the language, and in the process of translation.

The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. Such understanding of the problem allows re-comprehend.

The philosophical meaning of the education based on the theory of inventive problems solving (TIPS) is disclosed in the present article in detail. In this paper the model of the specialist graduate of pedagogical higher education institution of physical or naturalscience specialty based on quantitative estimation of degree of formation of competences is offered. For calculation of the numerical values of competences the earlier developed and adapted indicator method of estimation of competences was used. Such approach allowes for the feedback by monitoring and analysis of dynamics of competence-based portraits. Regular research of the state of portraits at different stages of training gives the opportunity to trace the trend of development of competences of a certain student, and the use of classification procedure allows for the reception of the idea about the portrait distribution of the whole group.

The paper presents the historical and analytical review of the original idea of creation “Peer Coaching” technology (historical, political and social circumstances, educational needs of the society, etc.), it offers variants of its effective implementation in the work of high school teachers, shows some difficulties they might face while working with the technology and offers some practical guidelines of the most appropriate and efficient ways how to implement it in the teaching process of higher education. The study proves that “Peer Coaching” is one of the most successful high school teaching staff development technology that has as its purpose to advance the professionalism of teachers by training them to promote frequent, informal, helpful observations by one professional educator to another, to give necessary rationale feedback and coach each other. The article shows that this is the simple, nonthreatening structure designed for peers to help each other to recognize their professional needs, improve instruction, learning situations or other teachers’ professional activity including even scientific research. “Peer Coaching” technology promotes not just the culture of collegiality among higher school teaching staff, it also offers many opportunities for their own professional development, which will do much to improve the quality of university education, restore friendly classroom environment and contribute to their own professional success.

Article is devoted to the description of preliminary results of International space crew communication ‘ psychological analysis. Certain evidence confirming existence of “information filtration” was found, as in space simulations, crews preferred not to share certain problems of their life with MC. They also demonstrated preferences in contacts, being more prone to talk with their confidents in MC. At the same time, certain psychological problems in adaptation caused well-known transfer of negative feelings to MC. Astronauts preferred to contact their national MC. MCs, in their turn, mostly addressed with information and requests to their own national astronauts.
