The results of the infrared reflectivity measurements comparatively performed on the oxygen-chain-equal¬ized polycrystalline pair-samples of YBa2Cu30B4,x, are reported. The samples were prepared from the full/ empty oxygen-chain [Cu,OJ^/[Cu,0stoichiome-try end terms which where for a long time equilibrated under vacuum at a low temperature and were order-stabilized in the appropriate temperature-composition domain of existence of Oil and OIII superstructures. The single crystal IR-active phonon modes were ex¬tracted from the reflectivity data for the ceramic sam¬ples in the generalized effective medium approxima¬tion for the frequency-dependent dielectric permittivi¬ty. Then the fitted values of c-oriented IR-active pho¬non frequencies were interpreted within the framework of a lattice-dynamics transferable shell-model. The evidences of a phonon reconstruction related to the existence of the high-ordered oxygen-vacancy order¬ing superstructures OII and OIII in the oxygen-chain-equalized polycrystalline pair-samples of YBa2Cu306 are given.

The problem of children’s health protection in the Far North has special importance. Last time there is a tendency to use health protection methods in educational process of school. For example, the program «Healthy child in a healthy school» is implemented in practice of rural school of Karkateevo. This heath-improving program includes a corrigent gymnastics, moderate running, shaping and respiratory gymnastics with the use of method of a biological feedback. The control of children’s physical condition and health has allowed revealing essential positive changes on the majority of investigated indicators.

It has been educed that in the range of a digressive-demutative succession of plants, with the increase of the anthropogenic load increases the rate of therophytes; with the decrease the rate of hemicryptophytes increases, and the biological spectrum comes close to the natural for the natural floras of the region.

The emotional stress which was made by a test improves the dinamics of the brain work and higher the intensivity pupil's attension. The girls of 15 - 16 years are more stable to stress. It is the first time when we discovered that the dinamics of the girls brain work depends on the type of hormonal suppling of reproductional cycle.

In this article we study traditional costume of the native peoples in Siberia on the basis of the analysis of some empirical element in the human mentality typical of traditional culture. The production of costumes is conditioned by the climate and some natural peculiarities of the area; it is also characterized by a rational approach to the choice of materials. In the process of our investigation we found out some similarity in the constructions of costumes. The costume represents an adaptive way of transformation of some existing forms of costume. This transformation is possible due to some natural cultural conditions as a result of cultural diffusion and the development of new cultural forms. The rational element s in the costume construction performs some practical functions and is conditioned by some naturals in the life of the ethnos.

The article is focused on the methods of compounds’ distinguishing in the English language. The notions of grammatical continuity and semantic integrity of a lexical combination are analysed. Various criteria of differentiating compounds from phrases are observed: phonetic, orthographic, morphologic, syntactic and semantic. Special emphasis in laid on the practical application of each criterion. It is shown that none of them can be used alone for making precise differentiation between compounds and phrases. Each of them should be supported by approximately two other criteria. Therefore, the author gives examples of the most effective ways of using the methods described in the article.

Meremkulova T.I. THE TYPOLOGY OF BORROWED GALLICISMS IN THE CONTEMPORARY LITERARY GERMAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 90-95

The article provides a typology of borrowed Gallic words within the contemporary literary German language based on a grid of criteria allowing a most holistic description of the symptomatic phenomena inside the borrowed Gallic stratum: 1) on the lexical-semantic criterion, 2) on the assimilation specificity, 3) on the way of borrowing, 4) on the method of derivation and 5) composition. For the first time such typological phenomena as re-borrowing, reverse borrowing and formal-structural accommodation, as well as former pseudo-Francization, are interpreted. Typology refers to the structural-systematic features of the studied lexical stratum. The selection of types of borrowed Gallicisms in the modern German literary language involves a number of theoretical and methodological difficulties. This is due to the volatility of the proposed taxonomic criteria, on the one hand, and difficulties in determining the status of borrowing, in particular, in the matter of delimiting it from the concept of a “foreign language”, on the other. The typology of Gallic borrowings functioning within the German literary idiom is of great importance for synchronous codification practices and general lexicography. Appeal to the issues of assimilation (adaptation) of this vocabulary segment of the German literary idiom is inevitable due to the multidimensionality and multilevel processes of integrating the Gallic heritage into the system of the German literary language. The historical unevenness of assimilation determines the existence of only synchronous taxonomic set that testifiesto the dynamism of the studied processes in the canvas of the historical development of the German literary language.

The author introduces the concept of the basic functions of a female and gives the analysis of its structure. The idea of the author is that individual psychocorrection is based on the consideration that a certain function or one of its structural components has not been mold. Proceeding from the state of the functions fulfilled by the female we can find out types of female. Concrete examples are given to show the complexity of the transition the female from patriarchal femininity to contemporary femininity. The effectiveness of the psychocorrective process in which the degree of the female’s functional system developed is taken into account results in new psychological formations. This is confirmed by a long psychocorrectional practice of the author.

Discusses academic aspects of school literary education, questions of succession, cultural and interdisciplinary integration. Presentes and describes the structural components of documents in a comparative manner and characterizes in discussional form. There is strengthening of the actual science, not peculiar to the documents of this kind before (in particular the concept of «linguistic personality in the cultural-linguistic field of the nation», «the language of the aesthetic ideal», «intuitive assimilation of the laws of language», etc.). Considers the basic vectors of the сoncept of teaching the Russian language and literature, including the concept of the school philological education (among them: working with the linguistic deformations, the knowledge of language as a symbolic system and a social phenomenon, the regulatory formats and the variety of speech activity recorded by the correlates between the existing legal, regulatory and instructional materials, and conceptual directions of the development).

The technique of definition of influencing of features of photophysical characteristics of correction light films on growth and development in conditions of closed soil of a summer horse radish of a kind “Ladushka” – biological testing of correction light films is designed. The technique is encompass bayed definition of a number of a number morphometry, biochemical parameters, economic productivity of plants at their cultivation in the summer period in conditions of a closed soil under correction light films. Considerable, up to double and more, the changes of economic productivity of culture under correction light films as contrasted to not by modified polyethylene films of the same technological parameters, indicate high response of plants to changes of a spectral components of electromagnetic radiation created by correction light films. The technique allows getting the information about features of influencing of different photophysical characteristics of correction light films on growth and development of plants in the summer period and it is addition to design earlier to technique of biological testing of correction light films in the spring period at cultivation of sprout of a cabbage

New ideas on wave neuronal processes and only two neuronal constants, H. Berger’s and M.N. Livanov’s ones, which were included into a dozen of simple algebraic equations, permit us to explain interrelationship of many known quantitative regularities in psychology. New equations, which were derived deductively from neurophysiological data, permit to explain quantitatively a lot of psychological phenomena in a broad range of conditions, particularly, the speed of gain of information and the dependence of short-term memory span on the alphabet span of stimuli. Besides it was shown in experiments with hundreds of subjects that individual parameters of electroencephalogram permit to compute individual peculiarities of human behavior, in partial to compute MMPI psychological profiles as well as to esteem intellectual abilities of human being. The present paper is devoted to the comparison of A. S. Pushkin’s tragedy “Boris Godunov” with “History of Russian State” by Karamzin. Apprehending by Pushkin the artistic originality of Karamzin’s “History of the Russian State” appeared not only in real corresponding, idea community, but in the artistically – aesthetic influence of “History” by Karamzin to the Pushkin’s tragedy. Analyzing the organization of artistic time and space around the images of Boris Godunov and the False Demetrius it’s possible to see the definite rhythmic drawing which is similar very much with Karamzin’s presentation of the 10th –12th centuries events of “History of the Russian State.”
