The method of forming creative groups to teach students the physics of the design scheme. The pedagogical experiment was conducted on the basis of the pendulum Ochs, consisting of bars on a horizontal surface, connected to a spring. The oscillations of the pendulum are characterized by a constant period, a linear decrease in amplitude, when for each half period of the amplitude is reduced by the same amount. The requirements of the problem is an example of educational organizations-term promotional activity for future engineers at the project level, as in practical classes, and in the interrelated tasks of physical design workshop.

The possibility for classification of psychological theories of visual information perception are investigated with the aim to define the applicable limits for each approach. The features of professional competence of teachers in the field of education are studied. The approaches to the identification of the components of the professional competence of teachers in the field of upbringing are indicated. The main characteristics of the developed model of the development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of pedagogical activity, its axiological, projective-empirical, technological, information-methodical, reflexive diagnostic modules, self-education and social partnership modules are presented. Presented are the forms of work that contribute to the development of professional competence of teachers in the course of their professional activities (pedagogical council, seminars and workshops, business games, discussions, generalization of educational experience, scientific and methodological support for the selfeducation of teachers, etc.). Approbation of forms and methods of increasing the professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of professional activity was carried out during the experimental work in the general education organizations of Novomoskovsk and Troitsky administrative districts of Moscow.

Language is an essential element of culture and it is possible to transfer cultural information via language. Meanwhile, cultural changes affect the development of the language elements such as grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary and usage. Therefore, the study of a culture cannot be complete without learning the language in which cultural codes are transmitted. Proverbs are an important part of the language. The contents include moral values, lifestyle, traditional culture and many other aspects. They demonstrate some ethnic cultural values, reflect the inner world of the people. There are many Chinese proverbs showing the traditional ideas of marriage and the right choice of a spouse. The family as a unit of society is an important carrier of continuity and the development of national culture. This article discusses the importance of family life and the meanings of marriage based on the analysis of some typical related Chinese proverbs. The characteristics and special features of Chinese traditional family and marriage values can be represented in these proverbs. The deep structure of the proverbs indicates the need to preserve stability and harmony in the family and marriage, which is one of the most crucial values identified and substantiated through long history. This paper suggests that traditional Chinese people have been paying great attention to the family life and quality of marriage. It emphasizes that when choosing a spouse, moral qualities were considered more seriously than outer appearance. Besides, the positions of the husband and wife should be roughly equal in terms of social classes, financial conditions and educational backgrounds. Proverbs conveys the traditional ideas that men take the leading and dominant roles in family life. By analyzing Chinese proverbs about marriage and family relationships, one can gain further understanding of the traditional Chinese view of marriage and love. In Chinese society at the beginning of the 21st century, traditional values are still the resources for people to develop the new concepts of relations between spouses and such research meets the requirements of the social development of modern society.

We consider our world as a brane embedded in the 5D space-time which is a solution of the 5D Einstein equations with Л-term. We do not solve the modied Einstein equations on the brane, instead of this we use exact solution of 5D Einstein equations. The energy-momentum tensor appears as the Israel jump condition on the brane. This tensor at the innity gives positive tension in one side of the wormhole and negative tension in the second part of the wormhole space-time. In the case of the AdS5 model without Randall-Sundrum asymptotic we found the wormhole metric which satises the energy conditions.

Tourism in terms of communication theory is a special kind of communication, which can be called tourist communication. The positive and negative impacts of tourism on the development of rural territories discussed in this article depends on socio-cultural environment destinations and regions, their capabilities, tourist and recreational and natural ecological potential, as well as the overall development planning of the area. Other aspects of the socio-cultural impact of tourism are connected with the fact that in the process of tourist communication there is the formation of tourism development and socio- cultural space of the person as a tourist and a resident of rural areas, as the objects of tourist interest. The attitude of the participants of the tourist communication to the natural environment and cultural traditions, values, types of leisure lifestyle is changing. The reciprocal interconnections of the tourism and local population are considered on the example of tourist destinations of the Novosibirsk region.

Voytovich I.K. THE SPECIFICS OF CREATING ELECTRONIC EDUCATIONAL COURSES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 138-143

The article discusses the creation of e-learning courses. Using data based on personal, national and international experience, the author shows that the creation of digital resources is an important stage of e-learning formats promotion in educational practice of educational institutions. Proposed algorithm for creating e-learning course includes five stages: the selection or creation of educational content for its presentation in electronic form; definition of e-learning course model and its central figure according to didactic and methodological principles of e-learning; choice of tools used to create the digital content; choice of course management system or any other platform for remote placement of content and development of a new type of interaction. It is noted that taking into account the specifics of creating electronic training courses significantly reduces the effort required to develop them, allowing you to achieve uniformity of training courses alongside with maintaining the individuality of the teacher and the specifics of the subject.

Eremina I.A., Korytova G.S. YOUNG CHILD SOCIALIZATION WITHIN INCLUSIVE GROUP // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 6 (159). P. 31-37

The article reviews the empirical studies of the process of socialization of young children (from birth to three years) under the conditions of inclusive group. Presents the results of the correction of psycho-pedagogical work with normally developing children and children with disabilities in co-education and development. Shows features of programs of psychological support in combination parent-child groups of early development, based on the purposeful formation of a situational-business communication of normative children and children with disabilities with adults, as well as on the gradual inclusion of the child in joint activities with their peers. It was found that the social development of young children with disabilities most successfully runs in group inclusion. The results of the empirical research suggests that the social development of children with disabilities is clearly inferior to normally developing children. Interviews with parents, undertaken at the final stage of study to assess the extent to which their expectations of work groups inclusive and to what extent they are satisfied with its results, show that the condition of these groups have contributed to positive change in view of parents as to the purpose and methods of psychological support and social opportunities for the child at an early age.

A brief history of the defectology personnel training system development is given. Major stages of professional defectological education establishment in Russia are shown. Factors, influencing the development of teachersdefectologists’ professional training are listed. The interest in education of children, teenagers and grown-ups with limited health abilities is increased in educational, social and healthcare institutions. Two Federal State Educational Standards, regarding Special (defectological) education, approved during last five years, are compared. Competencies, obtained by graduate students, as a result of a new baccalaureate education program implementation are analyzed. New accents in competencies and regulations are specified. Major modern tendencies of defectologists’ professional training development in a higher education institution are defined.

The author considers the problem of the corporative culture, underlining that the corporative culture characterizes relations which are formed between people in the process of socially significant activity. The types of cultures appeared in the corporations are divided into west (intividualism) and east (collectivism). The article shows that the formation and the development of corporation passes through some stages connecting with the development of the human society, which are offered by D. Bell (pre-industrial – industrial – post-industrial) and E. Toffler (first, second third waves of civilization).

We regard the Wheeier-De Witt equation as a Sturm-Liouville problem with the cosmologicai constant considered as the associated eigenvalue. The used method to study such a problem is a variational approach with Gaussian trial wave functionate. We approximate the equation to one loop in a Schwarzschild background. A zeta function reguiarization is involved to handle with divergences. The reguiarization is closely related to the subtraction procedure appearing in the computation of Casimir energy in a curved background. A renormallzation procedure is introduced to remove the infinities together with a renormalization group equation.
