| 2560 | The article is focused on the methods of compounds’ distinguishing in the English language. The notions of grammatical continuity and semantic integrity of a lexical combination are analysed. Various criteria of differentiating compounds from phrases are observed: phonetic, orthographic, morphologic, syntactic and semantic. Special emphasis in laid on the practical application of each criterion. It is shown that none of them can be used alone for making precise differentiation between compounds and phrases. | 2561 | The article dwells on certain aspects of the correlation between the mind units and language units. Addressing the issues of mind in order to investigate the connection between the language units semantics and mental images makes it possible to single out general, individual and culturally marked components of reality cognition. Different approaches to the term image are under consideration. The reconstruction of the mind images that appear to be the result of differently channeled cognition processes has been attempted at. It is suggested that the mind images create a certain basis as soon as they reflect the results of the reality cognition confined within a culture as well as individual interpretation of the perceptual information. This cognitive basis serves in turn as a foundation for the image of the world, and a motivating ground for the language units semantics. | 2562 | The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. | 2563 | The article is devoted to the research of autobiographical miniature stories of the modern writer Angelika Sumbayeva. Classical works (M. Bakhtin, L. Ginzburg etc.) give the ideas of typological signs of poetics of autobiographical prose of the childhood which are observed in A. Sumbayeva’s prose: psychologism, retrospective view, lyrical modality of the narration caused by the attitude of the storyteller towards the hero. At the same time the volume of a miniature causes features of A. Sumbayeva’s prose: laconicism of descriptions, accuracy in selection of details; transfer of psychological state through nuance, details. The article alalyses in detail the cycle of the stories published in 2010 in the magazine for children “A Yellow Caterpillar” and built according to calendar chronology (winter, spring, summer). In miniature stories the features of art space come to light (including, the use of attributive features of the Siberian region, its climatic originality), functions of gesture, nuance, phrases in the transfer of a psychological portrait of characters, narrative techniques which form the author’s attitude towards the autobiographical character (for example, use of the narration in third person, but transfer of attitude of the child associating reality with the fantastic world through the direct speech). In miniatures there is an image of the natural world of Siberia in general, and the autobiographical image appears as typical, given in circumstances, recognizable, familiar to the Siberian reader. Miniatures of Angelica Sumbayeva recreate the world of childhood as a harmonious, open to the new, capable to take a miracle to transform the ordinary into the world of fairy tales. | 2564 | The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. | 2583 | The article deals with the rhetorical strategies of the argumentative orientation, implemented in the presidential discourse of V. V. Putin and D. A. Medvedev. The empirical material is the texts of Russian President's speech at the press conferences of 2010–2012. Press conference is a synthetic genre which combined declamatory monologue and public dialogue, as well as in their entirety exhibit features of idiolexicon and idiostyle and linguistic identity politics. There is a high degree of functional loading of the texts of this sort: through policy statements there is the opportunity not just to appeal to both the international community and to its citizens, but also to influence their audience. Political discourse can be considered today as one of the most important objects of analysis in linguistics. Argumentative political activity is defined as the basis of speech influence and the main means of achieving the objectives in the process of communicating with mass audience. The research was carried out within the framework of traditions of rhetorical argumentation. On specific text examples, are considered the methods by means of which are represented the rhetorical argumentative strategies of different types. The author comes to the conclusion that there are similar and different features of idiostyle and idiolexicon of the analyzed linguistic personalities exhibited by them in the framework of media discourse. The project is designed for the whole five-year course and is called to raise the professional education of future teachers in the visual arts to a qualitatively new level on the basis of a competence approach. The innovativeness of the project consists in output on a meta-subject level - a necessary requirement for new education standards, and also in covering by it the whole student course in the University and the integration of theoretical and practical training. The stages and content of the project are consistently disclosed, as well as its profound content aspects related to the activities of the student in the process of working on an artwork (with the help of its art criticism analysis and copying). The main result of the project is to master the competencies of the future teacher on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, got by a student in the process of mastering disciplines of culturological, pedagogical and artistic-creative directions that eventually must be demonstrated in final qualifying work. The student’s attitude to the work in progress, his abilities, knowledge level are monitored during the implementation of the project, that helps a teacher to adjust the work - either to complicate the research or creative task, or to give more difficult, but feasible tasks. Thus, during the educational process the student is developing and improving, personally disclosing under the supervision of teachers. The subject of consideration is the content of modern design activities and the identification of the component composition of the relevant competencies that make up professional competence of a teacher of professional training in the field of arts and crafts and design. The problem of formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training for training of qualified specialists in the sphere of services with the purpose of satisfying the existing consumer demand for services in the field of modern design is considered. Presented are the results of the study of the component composition of the model for the formation of professional competence of a future teacher of vocational training in accordance with the direction (profile) of training: arts and crafts and design. The structure and component composition of pedagogical, design competences, as well as competencies in working with computer graphics are revealed. Schemes for the formation of professional competencies are presented, containing the composition and structural interrelationships of the individual elements of the relevant competencies. | 2596 | The aim of the publication is a research of the merchant class staff of the Steppe region cities, the dynamics of the number of merchants in the guilds both in the whole of North-East Kazakhstan, and in certain cities of the region in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. The author of the article studied the demographic development and the number of entrepreneurs of the Steppe region cities in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. A comprehensive comparative analysis has been done to identify the causes of quantitative changes of merchants and certain categories of the population in the major cities of the Steppe region as Petropavlovsk, Akmola, Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar. Despite the difficulties in working with statistics and contradictions in it, the author reveals the quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of the merchant class, as well as general trends in the formation of regional dealers and traces the emergence of the local merchant class in the cities and regions of the Steppe region. These statistics can be used in scientific research, the search of materials for scientific articles related to the demographic development of the merchant class not only in the north-eastern Kazakhstan but also in the history of Russian business, which are included in the process of building a modern management of sector model of the economy and the formation of infrastructure of the given territories, developing the region’s development strategy. The results of this study make it possible to introduce adjustments to some other research, and thus to increase the accuracy of the scientific data in the study of demographic processes in the major cities of the Steppe regions in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. | 2599 | This article is devoted to the study of the theme-rhema structures with the hypertheme in newspaper „announcements” in the German newspaper „Die Zeit“. The emphasis is given to the analysis of the specific features of the theme-rhema structures in the texts written by women- and men-authors. Along with those questions similarities and differences are considered in the newspaper announcements of different size and thematic. At the end of the article the author makes conclusions about special features of the newspaper announcements with the hypertheme in the theme-rhema structure with regard to the author’s gender characteristics. | 2049 | |||||
