Here we should pay a special attention to the Altai of Tomsk province where the authorities organized charitable funds and trusteeships, where the families of the called up soldiers were provided with agricultural help. Besides their studies, pupils accepted extraduties, voluntarily assisting soldiers families. The formation of labour teams from pupils was very important either from educational points of view.

This article discusses the issues of verbal representation of the regular mechanisms of symbol creation involving flora and fauna concepts. The research was done on the material of New Zealand and Australian varieties of the English language. The definition was given to the terms sphere of national symbols and sphere of flora and fauna concepts. The relations between the sphere of national symbols and the sphere of flora and fauna concepts were identified as partial intersection. Native flora and fauna concepts became a wide and essential cognitive base on which national symbols of Australia and New Zealand had been created. In both Australian and New Zealand worldviews the spheres of national symbols and flora and fauna concepts excessively overlap. National symbols were created as a result of mental processing the concepts of native Australian and New Zealand flora and fauna. The names of symbols in New Zealand English are mainly from the Polynesian language of Maori, and in Australian English national symbols have predominantly English names. The choice and nomination of national symbols reflect the difference in general cultural scenario of the New Zealand and Australian societies.

The article demonstrates the positive dynamics of mutual influence of Russian-Tajik bilateral relations. One of the main elements is multilateral interference in the sphere of education. Educational, scientific and human relations have their deep origin, they are based on our nations’ customs and experience. The historical preconditions for the development of partnerships in the sphere of education in Russia and Tajikistan are considered, as well as the main content of the reforms in the educational sphere throughout 1867-1917. As a result the partner relations between nations are formed. Taking into account as an objective of the education the preparation of the person to the social life, it can be assumed that it will give us a new impulse in further implementation of other aspects of cooperation (economic, political, military, etc. Considers the question of the transition of the education system from purely religious in the middle of the 19th century (which was mainly represented by such educational institutions as mektebas - primary schools, madrasahs - secondary and higher educational institutions, which were supported by public donations) to schools various in content, forms and methods of instruction (Russian, Russian native, new method’s, etc.), gymnasiums, various vocational schools and other educational institutions after the entry of Central Asia into the Russian Empire. Determines the role of the Russian language on the territory of Turkestan. The Ministry of national education suggested joining the nations as a result of spreading the Russian language. Orlova O.V. XENONIMS-INTERPRETATIVES IN NETWORK DISCOURSE OF THE RUSSIAN-SPEAKING DIASPORA OF CHINA (THE STUDY OF XENONIM CHABUDOU) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 2 (208). P. 29-36

Introduction. This article is devoted to studying a special type of network of the Russian Diaspora discourse is the discourse of the Russian-speaking Diaspora of China as a representative of the Russian linguistic culture, which is focused in the area of Chinese culture. Along with xenonyms-realities, xenonyms-interpretatives are distinguished in this discourse. If xenonyms-realities are signs of non-equivalent, initially ethnospecific phenomena and concepts of foreign-language reality, then xenonyms-interpretatives have full-fledged lexical correspondences in the recipient language, are not marked by ethno-cultural marking in the matrix language and serve the perception, understanding and interpretation of foreign language and socio-cultural reality by the Diaspora community. Material and methods. The material of the research is more than 1000 texts of network communication of the Russian-speaking Diaspora community of China, including the xenonym-interpretative chabudou. Along with the methodological tools of interlinguoculturology, derivatology and lexical semantics, the methods of contextual and discourse analysis, as well as corpus and experimental linguistics are used. Results and discussion. The analysis of data from the Online Chinese corpus and the results of a pilot experiment aimed at identifying indications of the language consciousness of Chinese students shows that the Chinese adverb 差不多 chabuduo is a typical frequency word in everyday Chinese word usage and is not endowed with special linguistic and cultural significance as an ethnospecific concept. As a reference means of expressing the universal semantic category of approximation, it has direct equivalent in the Russian language: примерно (about), приблизительно (approximately), почти (almost). However, in the course of entering into the network Russian-speaking diasporal discourse and adapting in it to the function of the xenonym-interpretative adverb chabudou undergoes a number of morphological-syntactic and lexical-semantic transformations during its entry into the network Russian-speaking diasporal discourse and adaptation in it. The main ones in this series are the substantiation of the adverb that contributes to the conceptualization of the characteristic parameters, the expansion of the range of syntactic positions of the lexeme, its inclusion in a variety of word-forming and semantic derivative modifications. Conclusion. At the level of the hypertext of discourse xenonym-interpretative is endowed with a special ethnospecific meaning, there is an intensive increase in the frequency of its use, the introduction of the xenonym into the structure of quasi-precedent statements and other forms of linguocreative practices of the network Diaspora community.

The examples of the drop of case markers mainly for direct cases are given and the the phenomenon of the drop of case markers in the Korean language is considered. Referential, communicative, and other pragmatic/ non-syntactical factors causing such drop are studied. These factors are not only valid for Korean but also for a big numer of typologicallly divergent languages.

The article analyzes the degree of scrutiny of issues related to education management of Tartars of Russia in the second half of the XIX century on the example of Astrakhan province. There are the features of the study of the question in the pre-revolutionary (to 1917), Soviet (1917–1991) and contemporary (from 1991) periods. Despite the rich actual material this problem was not the subject of independent research. The authors of the available studies were limited to the study of certain aspects, and the subject remains little developed, moreover, some of these works are the compilation character, so at the moment the main goal is the study of archival materials. It also considers educational policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in relation to the Tatars of Russia during the reign of the two emperors Alexander II and Alexander III, consisting in attempts to spread the Russian language in Tatar environment. Specifies the legislative acts. Reveals the peculiarity of the Tatar education on the example of the Astrakhan province.

Zhikhareva T.Y. THE SYMBOLISM OF THE OLD GERMANIC CONCEPT “THING” AS AN EXPRESSION OF SACRAL CATEGORY IN THE WORK “DAS DING” BY M. HEIDEGGER. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 4 (157). P. 9-12

The present article deals with the problem of sacral, unfathomable, and has the purpose to trace the sacral and its representation in the old Germanic concept “thing”, also it tries to see the analogy with the German concept “Ding” as well as partially with the English “thing” and has a look at these concepts form the etymological viewpoint. In the process of our research we addressed the work by M. Heidegger “Das Ding”, paid attention to the symbol “der Krug”, referred by Heidegger to the concept “Ding” and to the symbol “das Geviert” which fully expresses the essence of “der Krug” according to Heidegger. “Das Geviert” in its turn is referred to the concept “thing” which implies such elements as “assembly”, “council”, “court”, “lawsuit”, “plea”, “public assembly”.

The article is devoted to the problem of textual activity in the Russian classes of high school. The purpose of the study is to justify the need to work with the text in the Russian language lessons to develop the communicative skills of high school students. The current requirements to the subject results of studying the field of «Philology» are being clarified. In the light of requirements of Federal State Educational Standard to the level of development of oral and written speech of the graduates, development of communicative abilities of students is becoming a priority. Among them are the skills of communication and understanding and generation of the texts. It is specified that communication is a text activity. The «text-centered» approach in teaching language is concretized. The skills of text activity are among the main indicators of the general culture of a language personality. Different ways of working with the text at the stage of preparation for the unified state exam in the Russian language and in the process of teaching essay are described. The results of experimental work on teaching essay in high school are presented. Practical recommendations for the analysis of essays are given. It is emphasized that the practice of teaching essays can be an alternative to the system of preparation for part C of the unified state examination in the Russian language, and also to significantly diversify the activity of the teacher-grammarian in developing communicative skills of students. The literary examples are chosen to prepare students for the unified state examination essay and to teach essays. The conclusion is that the work on the text contributes to the formation of language, linguistic and communicative competence, provides an organic unity with the knowledge of the system, the structure and development of speech.

On the example of cultivation of sprout cabbage of a kind «Nadezhda» in the summer period influencing of meteorological conditions 1999-2003 years to productivity of correction light films for protection closed soil is investigated. With usage of techniques of biological testing of films is rotined, that challenging influencing to growth and development of plants («polysvetany» effect) correction light films render only at enough favorable temperature and light meteorological conditions, giving considerable effects of increase of biomass of spout and economic productivity of horse radish. At a decrease of mean temperatures on 5-7 °C or increase of temperatures on 8-10 °C from optimum for cultivation of plants and long-term period of dense cloud cover during realization of experiment in conditions of closed soil without an auxiliary illumination and heating «polysvetany» effect is not watched. Reproduction of effect in region of risky agriculture (Tomsk) in the indicated term is reached 40% in most unfavorable for an agriculture spring period and 75 % in the summer period

The Indo-European languages at the early period of their development were characterized by the structure and categories which were quite different from what they are having nowadays. The active structure, the predecessor of the nominative one, determined the morphological, syntactical and semantic aspects of the language. Binary opposition of the active and inactive cases developed into a new opposition which at the moment of the formation of the nominative structure consisted of the subject case (genitive) and the object case (accusative and nominative). Old Germanic t-stems and their Indo-European parallels reflect some features which were peculiar for the active stage in the history of the Indo-European languages.
