The article is devoted to the analysis of the work of Re¬search Institute of Education in Siberia, Far East and North, Russian Academy of Education at the end of the XXth - the beginning of the XIXth century. There was marked a consid¬erable contribution of Russian Academy of Education (Acad¬emy of Pedagogical Sciences) in the organization of psy¬chological and pedagogical research in Western Siberia. There were distinguished the main stages of the formation and the development of the Institute, from its foundation in 1988 as a branch of the Research Institute of Labor Train¬ing and Vocational Guidance (USSR Academy of Pedagogi¬cal Sciences) up to 2003. There was characterized a conception of the work and the development of Research Institute of Education in Sibe¬ria, Far East and North in the new social and economic con¬ditions, worked out by the scientific body of this Institute, assisted by the leading scientists and participants of the region and approved by the Siberian Branch of Russian Academy of Education. There were revealed aims and goals of the activity of the Institute at the modern stage, described its structure, brought out the main results of the research and experi¬mental work of the scientific body for the last three years.

Basic properties of radiation of the atomic chains excited by a channeling particle are considered. Using a very simple two-dimensional model of a crystal lattice we have shown that the main part of this radiation is generated on the frequency of oscillations of a channeling particle between the crystal planes, shifted by the Doppler effect. Angular distribution of the radiation of the chain of oscillating atoms is sharply peaked in the direction of the velocity of channeling particle because of coherence of the fields, produced by individual atoms.

Methods of oil-associated gas utilization important for oil producing companies in Russia are being examined in this article. Methods of application and product usage efficiency are analyzed. The performed analysis allowed to outline the main benefits and drawbacks of introduced methods and determine the most attractive way of utilization depending on various characteristics and certain conditions of oil fields (the size, the remoteness of the field, the depth of bedding, the level of infrustructure etc.). The usage of new methods of oil-associated gas utilization analysed in this article allows to increase oil production output much faster, solves the problem of effective CO2 usage at oil fields, which is highly important in modern conditions of oil and oil-associated gas production and usage.

In the paperwork there is proved and justified the variant of a new perspective approach to the orientation of physical education at school in general and to its main form of organization and methodology in particular, i. e. the lesson of physical education. In the article there are shown theoretical, social, pedagogical and medical preconditions for implementation of the lessons of physical education of restorative and preventive orientation into the system of comprehensive school. The contents of the main components of the lesson of restorative and preventive orientation are also worked out in the represented article, i. e. lesson structure, the structures of restorative and preventive objectives, means, educational restorative and preventive material and the proportion of exercises. The contents of the components of the lessons of physical education of restorative and preventive orientation, “Restorative and Preventive Activities in Comprehensive School”, are included in the section of the course of study of “Theory and Methodology of Restorative and Preventive activities”. The course of study is included in the elective course of professional syllabus in the course of 050100.62 “Pedagogical education” at the faculty of physical education in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. Introduction. The article is devoted to the methodological analysis of the complex of conditional speech exercises and their typology in textbooks on Russian as a foreign language for students who begin to study Russian at the elementary level. The paper deals with the problem of sufficiency / insufficiency of speech exercises for the formation of linguistic competence as an important component of intercultural communicative competence. As an object, a textbook on Russian as a foreign language is considered as the main component of the educational and methodological complex, which sets out the content of speech material and ways of mastering it through a system of exercises. The subject of this research is a methodological analysis of the typology of exercises as part of the complex in the “Family” section of textbooks on Russian as a foreign language (elementary level) “Let’s go!” (authors S. Chernyshov and A. Chernyshova), “Russian season” (authors M. M. Nakhibina, V. E. Antonova, V. E. Zhaboklitskaya, I. I. Kurlova, O. V. Smirnova, A. A. Tolstykh) and “Russian souvenir” (author I. Mozelova). Purpose of the study. To consider the complexes of conditional speech exercises in textbooks of Russian as a foreign language, their typology for the formation of linguistic competence in Russian among foreign students of preparatory faculties of Russian universities. Material and methods. Theoretical and comparative analysis of conditional speech exercises in the content of the “Family” section in textbooks on RFL, taking into account the communicative practice of teaching, made it possible to highlight the features of the types of exercises in each individual textbook. On the basis of a quantitative analysis, their ratio within the complex was determined. Results and discussion. As a result of the study, the types of conditional speech exercises, organized in complexes, are described. Their quantitative ratio is presented on the example of the content of the section on the topic “Family” in the textbooks of the elementary level: “Let’s go”, “Russian season”, “Russian souvenir”. Conclusion. This study is aimed at helping the teacher navigate the choice of a textbook for foreign students at the initial stage of study, depending on their needs and the goals of studying RFL.

Introduction. Modern study of terminologies and term systems are carried out in the aspect of cognitive terminology. Research devoted to the study of the term semantics in the context of cognitive terminology is gaining popularity. The aim of the work is to create frame models of the term semantics of the subject area “Construction Technologies”, to identify the main cognitive categories and subcategories represented by these models and characteristic of construction terminology, as well as the means of their expression. Material and methods. The material for the study is the terms of the sphere of construction technologies, selected from the terminological dictionaries on construction, regulatory documents, educational and scientific literature, as well as catalogues of construction products and professional websites for construction engineers. The research methodology is based on the method of linguistic modeling, frame analysis was used to study the term semantics. The techniques of definitional and component analysis are also used. Results and discussion. The frame modeling of the term semantics of the professional field “Construction technologies” was performed on the basis of the word-formation structure of the derived term. As a result of the analysis of frame models, correlated with the word-forming types, the following cognitive categories in the terminology of the sphere of construction technologies are defined: “process”, “attribute”, “ability / characteristic”, “action”, “object”. The article provides a detailed analysis of the semantics of Russian terms that actualize the cognitive categories “process” and “feature”. Frame models of term semantics are proposed; the frame consists of slots, which are components of the meaning of the term and are represented by various morphemes. The categorical slot is of particular importance as it correlates with the part-of-speech belonging of the term. The following subcategories specify the semantics of the identified cognitive categories: “technology of manufacturing / application of building materials”, “stage of the technological process”, “special construction works / results of these works”, “construction defect”, etc. These subcategories are defined by the specifics of the terminology of the field of construction technologies. Conclusion. As a result of frame modeling the semantics of the terms of the sphere “Construction technologies” and the analysis of the cognitive categories “process” and “attribute”, within each of them, subcategories specific to construction terminology were identified. It was revealed that the most productive way of word formation in the analyzed terminology is suffixation and prefixation. The proposed frame models of terms reflect fragments of scientific knowledge verbalized by special nominations, and frame analysis is an effective method for studying the ways of categorizing scientific information.

The article points to analysis of regulative potential of media texts in the genre of the article and interview of two informational and media language personalities: a writer and editor-in-chief of “Literaturnaya gazeta” Y. The comparative study in their discursive practices of media texts of different genres allowed to define some typical (constant) and variable signs defining regulative potential and communicative effect of reviewed articles and interviews. Defines the dependence of regulative potential of the reviewed media texts on the author’s means of regulativity and some extra linguistic factors including genre specificity of the textual activity. This article is a part of a larger study on the Siberian modern hagiographic literature for children and adolescents. The study of religious and literary texts of hagiographic character of the Siberian Holy righteous elder Theodore of Tomsk in this article is carried out in the aspect of receptive aesthetics. The first part of the article is devoted to the study of “horizon of expectations” of the young readers of contemporary hagiographic literature. To do this, an experiment was conducted with a written survey of adolescents of secondary and Sunday schools of Tomsk to ascertain the sociology of their reader taste and competence. In the course of the experiment, the students answered the questions of the questionnaire, which allowed to identify the current and potential reader of the hagiographic literature with the existing ideas about the cultural concept of holiness, as well as clarify the attitude of the respondents to the hagiographic literature. The second part of the article presents the results of a study of the reception by children of adolescent age of children’s life-related works about the Siberian saint.

The problem of diagnostics of schoolchildren's educa¬tional progress is a pedagogical and social problem. School is preparing students for their future self-dependent life. And the quality of training is vitally impor¬tant for pupils, parents, teachers and the state as well. Therefore the question of diagnostics is argent as exactly diagnostics can allow to control the process of learning and teaching. The present article is dedicated to the subject of reali¬zation diagnostics in the cognitive field of personality's development. Diagnostics of quality of knowledge has to be built on estimation evaluation of educational results expressed in the specially formed school activities. And indices should be organized on the basic of op¬erational structure of the activities, which is to be carried out to the rapid assimilation of knowledge.

The present article analyses motives of K. Vaginov's prose connected with «Mermaid» plots and images in Russian literature (in works by L. Mey, A. Maikcv, A. Blok, 1. Annensky. N. Gumilev, V. Khodassevich, V Khiebnikov, N. Zabofotsky, A. Grin etc.). Female characters of K. Vaginov try to realize themselves as sirens who destroy people. However, they, as a rule, do not succeed in doing that. On the opposite, they are suffering creatures whowa not only « collects» variants of different mermaids from works of literature, but aiso renovates plots about them.

Filchenko A.Y. NEGATION IN EASTERN KHANTY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 1 (116). P. 38-44

The paper outlines the main patterns of negation in the endangered Eastern Khanty dialects of Western Siberia. Eastern Khanty negation is coded primarily by the negator of two types, indicative/declarative YntY and imperative дl. In terms of the position of negative marker, Eastern Khanty shows consistent preference of preposing. Concerning the morphosyntacic symmetry of negatives, Eastern Khanty appears predominantly symmetrical, showing no morphosyntactic variation between affi rmative constructions on one hand, and negative constructions on the other, while main variations in the marking negation concern imperatives and existentials.
