The material for the examination online at the moment is the petition addressed to the representatives of regional and state authorities, as a kind of epistolary texts electronic-social orientation. In the light of sociolinguistic approach online petitions are defined as belonging to the institutional type of discourse, and epistolary-media personality is parameterized in terms of its social status. It should be mentioned that the institutional discourse is more dependent on the conditions in which it is carried out: the aim, the communicants status characteristics, the degree and format of their participation in the discursive event, situational context, the constitutive features in general. For sociolinguistic characteristics of discursive properties of epistolary language of sociolinguistic identity there exist the following parameters: 1) the status-role characteristics of the sender; 2) тhe focus of the author's goal-setting; 3) the ideological and thematic content of the letters; 4) the type of epistolary text; 5) the type of destination; 6) the functional and stylistic features of the epistolary discourse; 7) the use of voice features, including stylistic means. Substantiates the existence of social dominance in the communicative behavior of this type of carrier, which is expressed in the awareness of personal and social identity, demonstrating active citizenship in addressing pressing social issues, ability to carry out communicative expedient and rhetorically organized interaction with different types of people (like-minded people, government officials, site moderator), openness of discursive manifestations. | 5713 | The article presents the data obtained during studying of features of attention of employees, the providing the state protection (PSP). By means of Hardware and Software Psychodiagnostic Complex (HSPC) “Multipsikhometr” we studied the features of stability of attention of employees of PSP and Department of Internal Affairs. Stability of attention was investigated with the help of technique of readiness for the emergency action (REA). We analysed the following indicators: efficiency, latency of reaction, accuracy, stability. In the study it was found that latency of reaction and indicators of the volume of physical activity have no statistically significant intergroup distinctions while in experimental group (PSP) indicators “efficiency” and “stability” are statistically more significant than the results of the control group. It is possible to assume that the processes of attention of PSP employees (readiness for the emergency action) proceed more effectively than those of the ordinary staff of Department of Internal Affairs. Most likely, the formation of the identity of employees of PSP are influenced by some factors: professional activity in the conditions of extreme situations which create difficulties in the solution of professional tasks, affect success of actions and demand high professional stability from employees, special psychological readiness, ability to work harmoniously in special conditions. | 5716 | Introduction. The description of the linguo-axiological nature of the paradox is a promising vector for its linguistic research. The very properties of the paradox determine this. The following properties characterize the paradoxical statement: the explication of a deeply personal world perception, meaning formation as an intention, the presence of background axiologically significant information for this linguistic cultural community, the reflection of the world’s contradictions and the paradoxical nature of human consciousness itself. The purpose of the work is to identify and describe the fragments of values and attitudes of the Russian consciousness, which a paradoxical statement expresses. Material and methods. When analyzing the language material, the author uses the methods of axiological linguistics: linguo-axiological reflection, linguo-axiological description and linguo-axiological interpretation. Russian statements of a paradoxical nature are used as material: author’s, anonymous, and also the products of collective creativity. Results and discussion. The study of the axiological component of paradoxical statements allows to specify and illustrate vivid language examples the following properties of the Russian mentality: the rejection of dogmatism and irrational nature of the dominant mental models; the priority of the emotional-mental sphere of the individual over the intellectual-rational, which is manifested in distrust of formal logical postulates. The realization of the epistemological function of the paradox turns into an axiological plane with the newly discovered meaning of capital truths and basic values. The activation of understanding provoked by the paradox is in tune with the Russian person’s desire for knowledge and self-knowledge, inquisitive spiritual searches, and the desire to “appropriate” the truth, that is, to find a personal meaning. From the syntactic point of view, a paradoxical statement is often based on the principle of parallelism and contrast: in addition to the correlation of the recognizable and the new, values that are alien and inherent in the Russian conceptual sphere are clarified (for example, the concepts “conscience” and “fair”). Paradoxical statement is also interesting as a form of metalanguage reflection, which is especially relevant for the Russian mentality with its high attitude to the word as a logos. Conclusion. Axiologically colored features of the Russian language mentality find active expression in paradoxical language forms. The results of the research and the proposed selection of examples may have theoretical and practical significance for the linguistic axiological modeling and reconstruction of the axiosphere of the Russian language picture of the world. The paper analyses the structure of a personality in which, from the point of view of the author, it is possible to single out three levels: the material «Ego», the social «Ego», and the spiritual «Ego». The author considers the spiritual «Ego» to be the most integrated part of a personality, which at the age of maturity regulates the entire activity of a personality on a global scale. The formation of this personal structure occurs in the process of overcoming spiritual crises that force the personality to rethink the contents of the meaning of life constantly and reconsider the answer to question «Why do I live?». The author examines the main trends in the spiritual «Ego» - the effusive, transformational and conservative ones, which in most cases define the direction of the development of a spiritual crisis. However, it is the level of vitality that is considered as the base of a personality's spiritual growth. It depends little on a personality and is more likely of a biological origin. In the second part of the article different factors, which can promote or prevent personal spiritual crises, are considered. All 35CI-NQR frequencies for above-men¬tioned nv-complexes are obtained by ab initio calcula¬tions. It was shown that ab initio calculations might be useful for the appropriate interpretation of experimen¬tal NQR frequencies. The optimized geometry of the complexes has been used to calculate the quadruple coupling constants, the ionization potentials, the MO composition and the orbit¬al energies for each of the compounds investigated. Our calculations have been pointed out that TiCI4, SnCI4 and SbCI5 complexes are somewhat stabilized. The most stable complex is SbCI5 that is in a good agreement with the experimental data. | 5746 | Introduction. The analysis of Siberian newspapers of the early 1880s, which contains information about I. S. Turgenev: Irkutsk newspapers «Siberia» (1873–1887), «Eastern Review» (1882–1906) and Tomsk; Sibirskaya Gazeta (1881–1888), Sibirskiy Vestnik (1885–1905). The purpose of the study was to identify the reception of the personality and work of the great Russian writer by the Siberian educated society and an understanding of his role in the spiritual life of Siberia and Russia. Material and methods. In the course of its implementation, a system of methods was used: biographical, historicalliterary, historical-functional, cultural-historical and comparative-typological. Results and discussion. Turgenev turned out to be a significant figure for the cultural life of Siberia. His works were sold in bookstores in Tomsk, Omsk, Barnaul, Irkutsk, and were in many libraries in Siberia. With the appearance of the first Siberian newspapers, reviews and materials about the work and events of the life of the Russian writer were printed on their pages. Most often his name was found on the pages of the «Siberian newspaper». The love story of S. S. Sinegub was known among the populist revolutionaries. She found, in the opinion of the author of the article, its reflection in the development of the love affair of Nezhdanov, Marianna and Solomin (novel «Nov»). The secret editor of the newspaper was F. V. Volkhovsky, a political exile, tried in the socalled «trial of the 193s» in 1877 y. Turgenev was not personally acquainted with Volkhovsky, but actively communicated with G. A. Lopatin, his friend and associate in political activities, and together with him founded the Russian Public Library in Paris. Particular attention in the article is paid to the analysis of materials about Turgenev on the pages of Irkutsk and Tomsk periodicals: these are reprints and comments and articles of central newspapers about the works of Turgenev, their own reviews and reviews of the writer of Siberian writers. Some of them – N. I. Naumov, I. V. Omulevsky (and, possibly, N. M. Yadrintsev) – were personally acquainted with him and were present at Turgenev’s meetings with the editors of the magazine «Slovo» and «Russkoe Bogatstvo». It was in the March issue of the radical magazine «Slovo» in 1881 that Turgenev’s famous poem «Croquet in Windsor» (1876) was first published in Russia. Conclusion. The Siberian public closely followed the work of Turgenev, information about his illness was published in Siberian newspapers. After his death, it was reported about memorial services, which took place in a number of Siberian cities. The author of the article reviewed obituaries and posthumous articles about Turgenev, talentedly written by the editors of «Vostochny Obozreniye» and «Sibirskaya Gazeta». They noted the great importance of the work of the outstanding Russian writer and his social activities for the formation of civic consciousness of Siberians. Keywords: I. S.
