Moseyko V.V. INDICATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE PENSION SYSTEM: NEW APPROACH // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 12 (127). P. 79-85

The article considers the efficiency of the pension system from a position of welfare of the average pensioner, and taking into account the load upon economic entities and economy as a whole. For the assessment of current pension systems the author offers a methodology using the principles of human development calculation. The analysis is carried-out for such countries as Russia, Great Britain, Germany, Sweden reveals unsatisfactory values of the offered indexes and low efficiency of pension systems.

Inishev I.N. INTERCONNECTION BETWEEN VISUAL PERCEPTION, SPACE AND ACTION IN HERMENEUTIC CONCEPTION OF IMAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 7 (148). P. 16-24

The article is dedicated to the revelation of heuristic potential of hermeneutic image conception within discussions on contemporary visual culture. H.-G. Gadamer interprets image as visual, spatial and social phenomenon expanding and transforming thereby the accustomed notion of iconic experience. The image is not primarily an aesthetics’ and art criticism’s research object, but social phenomenon, which has to be considered in its real and imagined character as well as in its interrelations with the life world structures. Blurring the boundaries between art and life in his image theory Gadamer opens up an array of opportunities for the analysis of iconic practices in all their variety: from science to theater.

Klushina N.i. NATIONAL STYLE AND MEDIA VARIATION OF A LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 26-31

The so-called epoch of the Internet, which has replaced the epoch of book, change dramatically the Russian literary language. That is to say, the language of media obtained the leading position amongst other language variations. The language of media is becoming a model language of the society and reflecting the current language practice. The media language represents the city linguistic norms and is focused on modernization (literary linguistic norms, in particular). This article is to set the hypotheses that there are two main form of the national modern literary language, existing in the modern information society. They are: 1) the elite literary language; 2) the mass literary language (and its implementation in the media as an option, which we mean “media language”). In mass-media communication, focused on mass media mind, literary standards are on the periphery of media content. Standard standards are superseded by norms of media communication, which draw their resources from the mass language of the whole society and themselves form this mass language. The present hypothesis is based on three fundamental principles: 1) the change of social status of modern media; 2) the definition of mass media language as common national language; 3) the concept of mediatization, which we develop in correlation to mass media language. This article concludes that traditional language norms are challenged by new technologies and are not relevant to speaking practice of mass media.

The redox potential of soils seems to be a critical environmental factor because it governs the chemical and biochemical form of many compounds and their availability for plants and soil microorganisms. Dissolved and total organic carbon, total nitrogen and activity of reeducates, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxides were determined in the peat samples. The aim of this study is to compare the activity of enzymes participating in redox potential at two depths of profile Tagan peatland: acrotelm and catotelm. The study has shown the impact of two depths of profile peatland on activities enzymes participating in redox potential like nitrate reductase, xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase. In soil profiles activity of xanthine oxidase, phenol oxidase and peroxidase increased with the depth in the points 2, 3 and 4 and also xanthine oxidase in point 1. Together with extending into the depth of soil, there was the increase in nitrate reductase activity in points 1, 3 and the decrease in points 2, 4.

Tereshin D.A. ON THE PRINCIPLES OF CONSTRUCTION OF METHODICAL SYSTEM IN GEOMETRY FOR THE CLASSES OF PHYSICAL AND MATHEMATICAL PROFILE BASED ON THE PROBLEM SOLVING APPROACH // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 72-79

The article examines the principles of construction of methodical system in geometry using problem solving approach, which acts simultaneously as a technology of solving geometric problems and as a way of design the system of challenging problems, focused on students mastering the mathematical activity. We consider and resolve two contradictions: between modern approaches to teaching mathematics as a process of learning mathematical activity and their lack of implementation of the methods of teaching geometry at profile level; between the objective necessity of designing educational process to teach geometry creatively and the lack of appropriate methodological training system. The article discusses the creation of e-learning courses. Using data based on personal, national and international experience, the author shows that the creation of digital resources is an important stage of e-learning formats promotion in educational practice of educational institutions. Proposed algorithm for creating e-learning course includes five stages: the selection or creation of educational content for its presentation in electronic form; definition of e-learning course model and its central figure according to didactic and methodological principles of e-learning; choice of tools used to create the digital content; choice of course management system or any other platform for remote placement of content and development of a new type of interaction. It is noted that taking into account the specifics of creating electronic training courses significantly reduces the effort required to develop them, allowing you to achieve uniformity of training courses alongside with maintaining the individuality of the teacher and the specifics of the subject.

A brief history of the defectology personnel training system development is given. Major stages of professional defectological education establishment in Russia are shown. Factors, influencing the development of teachersdefectologists’ professional training are listed. Two Federal State Educational Standards, regarding Special (defectological) education, approved during last five years, are compared. Bogoslovskaya Z.M., Zhang Q. DEFINITIONAL ANALYSIS OF LEXICOGRAPHICAL INTERPRETATIONS OF THE NAME CONCEPT “FAMILY” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 7 (172). P. 65-69

The article is devoted to one of the key derivations of Russian culture of language – concept “Family”. It provides a complete and coherent analysis of dictionary definitions of the name of this concept. Published in XIX–XXI dictionaries of Russian language are served as a source of practical material. Material of dictionaries allowed to reconsrtuct the usual model of the name of concept “Family”. The article also describes the first observations about the specificity of Russian concept in the background of correlative concepts. The article concluded that the word “family”, having unbranched semantic structure has undergone semantic changes and gradually became a polysemant. Over time it has developed the metaphorical and metonymic meanings. As a term the word came into use in the natural and language sciences.

It was found that characteristics of physical development of TPSU students practically don't depend of age (16-23) and chosen specialization (all 9 faculties). Students of the faculty of physical culture are exception, which showed considerably improvement of main physiometrical, and dynamometricai indications, which connects with regular going in for sports. It was found that there is a tendentious to improvement of antropo-metrical indications of faculty of foreign languages students in comparison to another faculties and indication in TSPU for 7 years of researches.

The analysis of literature on psychology devoted to consciousness and will allowed the author to make a conclusion that characteristics of the subject of Law as a possessor of consciousness and will is somewhat indeterminate – the only indication of possessing consciousness being enough. The defect of psychics is always the sign of consciousness disorder, even if only volitional psychic processes are deformed. Psychologists differentiate between consciousness and realization while in legal practice they are considered to be the similar notions. Recognition of their difference is very important for legal practice.

Kazantseva T.Y. Comparative Analysis of Gothic Nouns with Consonantal Stem-Building Markers // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 9 (60). P. 25-30

Stem-building markers became the formal factors of the declensions only in the course of time. Originally, they were not indifferent to the semantics of the nouns and joined to certain names only. The comparative analysis of nouns with consonantal elements -j-, -w-, -n- in Gothic convinces us of the ancient origin of the markers -j-, -w- as the morphological structure of the word allows to reveal earlier elements. Every stem-building marker with a consonantal element possesses its specific feature and expresses more concrete lexical meaning. The original meaning of the consonantal markers -j-, -w- was connected with an earlier category – category of animateness/inanimateness, i.e. they were markers of animateness but they lost this meaning. Only the marker -n- has kept the meaning of animateness, and vowel markers show the grammatical gender.

The problem of children’s health protection in the Far North has special importance. Last time there is a tendency to use health protection methods in educational process of school. For example, the program «Healthy child in a healthy school» is implemented in practice of rural school of Karkateevo. This heath-improving program includes a corrigent gymnastics, moderate running, shaping and respiratory gymnastics with the use of method of a biological feedback. The control of children’s physical condition and health has allowed revealing essential positive changes on the majority of investigated indicators.

The article presents an analysis of the linguistic means of expression of semantics of mental and physical states and their functional load in the stories by L. S. Petrushevskaya. In the process of representation of the studied semantics the traditional two-component models (the predicate and the carrier of the state) are characteristic of the syntactic level, on the semantic level attention focuses on the degree of intensity and depression. The simplicity of language means of expression is one of the key characteristics of creative works by L. S. Petrushevskaya. Conversational vocabulary, abundant urban slang, simple sentences, short gloomy phrases of the characters create a special artistic world of the author. In characters’ feelings expression there are no middle, neutral, «etiquette» of emotions, there is always felt anguish and emotional intensity: loved, wept, hard, etc. Hate is expressed indirectly, through the prism of despair and powerlessness. An analysis of the semantics of language means of expression in L. S. Petrushevskaya’s stories states the evidence of their artistic significance in the process of describing characters’ images. Laconic and simple shapes clearly highlight the depth of the feelings and experiences of the characters, the description of the emotional, physical and mental state generates a representation of the inner world of the characters, their perception of reality.

Deyeva N.V. ASSOCIATE CONNECTIONS OF THE CONCEPT “ŚMIERĆ” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 104-109

The article deals with the results of the experiment and the interview which were directed at revealing the associative links of the Polish concept “śmierć” / “death”. A study of such kind of links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concept “śmierć” (‘end’, ‘departure’), indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the Poles of cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of death (in the image of a woman with a scythe, skeleton). Words that call objects, realities connected with the rite of the burial (cemetery, funeral, etc.) are few in the associative line. The attitude toward death, its evaluation are found in the words-reactions, which call the feelings or conditions that a person experiences when faced with death. Most often these are heavy, unpleasant feelings or conditions (yearning, sadness, fear, etc.). Negative attitude towards death is represented in its associations with cold, darkness, ruins, etc. Individual associations which represent the personal experience of understanding death are diverse: from completely traditional (wieczny spokój / eternal peace) to very unexpected (śmietana / sour cream). The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak not only about the peculiarities of the structure of Polish concept “śmierć” (its signs), but also about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of Polish-speakers.

Translation is not only a speech act but also an act of cross-cultural communication. Translation is determined by the system and norm at least of two languages and two cultures. The conflict between the cultures in translation is overcome by making the strategy based on principles and rules, background knowledge, skills and habits. These knowledge and skills are taught in creative linguasociocultural environment which maximum is near by the natural foreign environment. Thus, the author’s main attention has been focussed on working out in greater detail the system of skills.
