| 2355 | The authors studied soil microbial activity in oligotrophic, eutrophic and mesotrophic peat bogs of Siberia by method of substrate-induced respiration (SIR). Intensity of microbiological processes depends on the type of peat bogs and hydrothermal conditions. The average for vegetation period 2013, the highest microbial biomass was observed in oligotrophic peat bog of Vasyugan (4,16 mcg/g dry peat, with limits – 1,66–8,28 mcg/g d. p.). The minimum value of microbial biomass was recorded in mesotrophic peat bogs Kutushskoe (3,29 mcg/g d. p., with limits 0,78–6,94 mcg/g d. p.). Eutrophic bog Tagan on the microbial biomass took an intermediate position (middle – 3,74 mcg/g d. p., limits – 0,41–13,43 mcg/g d. p.). Investigated bogs can be arranged in the following order of intensive basal respiration: eutrophic bog Tagan > oligotrophic bog Vasyugan > mesotrophic bog Kutushskoe. It is fixed that in spite of genetic differences all bogs had the stable ecophysiological status. Functioning of microbial communities of peat bogs is within natural variability, and indicates their environmental sustainability. The eutrophic bog Tagan is not resistant to environmental factors. | 2356 | The problem of mortality and the experience of death is one of the most urgent for a person. Each culture offers its own solution. In the Ancient Greece of the era of the classics, mysteries were the means of the lifetime experience of death, among which the most widespread were the Eleusinian sacraments. The emergence of the mystery phenomenon is connected with the specificity of the ancient Greek religion, which was a kind of complement in the form of rituals to existing mythological subjects and never turned into an essential cultural dominant that would determine all spheres of life of ancient Greek society. The Eleusinian Mysteries, which arose on the basis of the agrarian myth of Demeter and Persephone, allowed people to survive death without dying, while still alive, and thus not only include it in the circle of being, but also get hope for a better posthumous fate. In this case, the mysteries are more connected with the myth than with the actual Greek religion. They acted as illustrations to the myth, ritualizing it. The problem of the lifetime experience of death with the help of the Eleusinian Mysteries will allow us to understand better the specifics of the ancient Greek culture of the classical epoch, and the findings can be used in the preparation of courses on the history and culture of ancient Greece. | 2358 | Introduction. Preparing schoolchildren for participation in JuniorSkills competitions is an urgent task of modern education. A feature of the process of teaching robotics, electronics and engineering and technical creativity is activities based on the practical implementation of tasks. A hands-on approach to professional self-determination is well presented through the events of the World Skills Junior movement. The question of determining the effectiveness of the organizational forms used in face-to-face and remote learning remains open. It is important to take into account the peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses of each format of interaction. It is important for effectively ensuring the continuity of the educational line and the process of self-determination of students in the conditions of the unpredictability of our time. Aim and objectives. Determination of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the necessary practical skills among schoolchildren in preparation for the Junior Skills competition through face-to-face and remote forms of interaction. Material and methods. The distance model of the Junior Skills program was tested on the basis of two sites: The Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and the Kurlek Secondary School of the Tomsk District. Since 2018, 75 students in grades 3–6 and 58 students in grades 9–11 have been prepared for competitions in the field of professional self-determination. The training took place in face-to-face and remote formats. Results and discussion. In the course of the experimental work, a model of the distance format for the implementation of the educational program for the preparation of schoolchildren for competitions of professional skills of the Junior Skills Russia level was developed and tested. A series of tasks has been developed for the formation of primary independent practice-oriented tests (for the profiles of robotics, programming, modeling, electronics). Conclusion. The remote form of the educational program adds additional experience of self-control training to the general list of preparation measures for professional skill competitions. It takes schoolchildren out of their comfort zone and helps them learn to control their stress levels when working in non-standard conditions. Also, it gives the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and allows self-determination with a further professional profile. | 2361 | It has been found that intravenous administration of cannabinoids (ACPA, anandamide, methanandamide) solubilized in the mixture (cremophore EL : ethanol : 0,9% NaCl, 1:1:18) and Tocris water soluble emulsion of the same cannabinoids induced a completely identical negative chronotropic effect in chloralose-anesthetized rats. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. It has been concluded that negative chronotropic effect of cannabinoids is mediated via an activation of cardiac CB1 receptors. Keywords: cannabinoids, heart rhythm | 1998 | |||||

| 2375 | The article discusses the features of the political development of the Tuvan People’s Republic in the 1920s–1930s, associated with both lack of experience of the independent existence of the state in previous periods of its development and great influence of the USSR on all aspects of life of the Tuvan society. The last circumstance led to the adoption of a one-party political system headed by the Tuvan people’s revolutionary party, formed almost simultaneously with TPR in 1922. The young Republic at the same time gained experience in both state and party organization. Considering the total illiteracy in the 1920s, the former ruling elite continued to take the leading positions in the state. Active intervention of the Soviet Russia in the internal political situation of the TPR in the late 1920’s led to the coming to power of the “lefts”, that began a radical socialist transformation, and proclaimed a non-capitalist way of the development of the country. A political system, similar to the USSR, is gradually being approved in Tuva. The scientific importance of the study is determined by the fact that its results and the conclusion deepen and widen the existing information in the national historiography on the historical experience of the state-organization in the years of the TPR, moreover, they reveal the features of its political development both in the time under consideration and in the present time. | 2389 | In the last years in linguistics the problem of speech genres is actively studied by many researchers. Despite the intensive development of genres studies, the question of definition of genre is still open. Following Mikhail Bakhtin, who introduced the concept of “speech genre” the linguistics continues the development of the theory of speech genres. Based on the proposed by Tatyana Shmeleva profile speech genre, which includes seven genre characteristics (communicative purpose, author's image, the addressee’s image, communicative factor of the past, communicative factor of the future, linguistic incarnation), we consider imperative speech genres in the A. P. Chekhov’s 125 letters written by him in the period in the 1890 year. In order to express the imperative mood Chekhov uses specialized and unspecialized forms. The most typical forms of expression are presented in the tables that show the features of imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters. There is also given amplifying speech accompanying components the imperative form of expression. In the group of specialized forms of expression of the imperative (the form of the 2nd person singular and plural; first person plural; 3rd person singular and plural) the second person singular and plural forms occupy the leading position. The unspecialized forms of the imperative of expression observed in the construction of a performative ask. It was also noted that the imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters, expressed in the first place, a request (direct and indirect), advice, and suggestion. Anton Chekhov prefers the description form of expression of a direct request. | 2391 | In this paper we show that the entropy of a cosmoiogical horizon in topological Reissner-Nordstrom-de Sitter and Kerr-Newman-de Sitter spaces can be described by the Cardy-Verlinde formula, which is supposed to be an entropy formula of conformal field theory in any number of dimension. Furthermore, we find that the entropy of a black hole horizon can also be rewritten in terms of the Cardy-Vertinde formula for these black holes in de Sitter spaces, if we use the definition due to Abbott and Deser for conserved charges in asymptotically de Sitter spaces.
