| 2356 | The article investigates the little-known in the national historiography events associated with the early history of Canada, the French and Scottish colonization of America in the XVII century. Acadia/Nova Scotia (now the territory of one of the Maritime provinces of Canada) was in the midst of the Anglo-French colonial interests collision in a military conflict 1627–1629. Considers the conflict of father and son de La Tour which occurred against the background of these events and received a mixed assessment in the historiography. After arriving in America the first time in the early XVII century La Tours were at the origins of the first French settlements in Acadia and were experienced colonizers. In the late 1620s, these representatives of two generations of French families were on opposite sides in the Anglo-French colonial confrontation. The facts confirming the intention of the captured British Claude de La Tour to take British citizenship, not only for himself but also for his son who stayed in America. In this context, it shows the interaction of La Tour-older with Scot Sir William Alexander – the founder of the Scottish colony of Nova Scotia and Order Baronets of Nova Scotia. The conflict of Claude de La Tour and ignorance of his intentions by the son of Charles is analyzed on the basis of documentary evidence of the French colonizer Acadian N. Denys. The Russian translation of Denys’s notes in Russian historiography is presented for the first time. The article deals with long-term tendencies in the development of world education. A key focus of development prospects is the implementation of new technologies emerging in global educational community. Productive use of interactive technologies is defined by the research model “Cone of learning” on the effectiveness of obtaining knowledge methods by Edgar Dale. The studied aspects of teaching get reflected in the real activity on the basis of the electron-didactic support, in particular, students being in the role of a teacher through the creation of thematic tasks. By way of illustration an open educational resource is demonstrated in order to define the significance of the content created for peer-correction. The teacher acts as the administrator of online groups and provides information support for working with the site. As a result, a step by step guide to the open educational resource application in the educational process is developed. Detailed steps of teachers and students activities on the creation of electron content within the selected Internet resource are given. The results of the study imply the need to expand blended learning knowledge paradigm in the pedagogical practice of higher educational institutions. | 2358 | The problem of mortality and the experience of death is one of the most urgent for a person. Each culture offers its own solution. In the Ancient Greece of the era of the classics, mysteries were the means of the lifetime experience of death, among which the most widespread were the Eleusinian sacraments. The emergence of the mystery phenomenon is connected with the specificity of the ancient Greek religion, which was a kind of complement in the form of rituals to existing mythological subjects and never turned into an essential cultural dominant that would determine all spheres of life of ancient Greek society. The Eleusinian Mysteries, which arose on the basis of the agrarian myth of Demeter and Persephone, allowed people to survive death without dying, while still alive, and thus not only include it in the circle of being, but also get hope for a better posthumous fate. In this case, the mysteries are more connected with the myth than with the actual Greek religion. They acted as illustrations to the myth, ritualizing it. The problem of the lifetime experience of death with the help of the Eleusinian Mysteries will allow us to understand better the specifics of the ancient Greek culture of the classical epoch, and the findings can be used in the preparation of courses on the history and culture of ancient Greece. | 2359 | Intellectual, emotional-psychological and behavioral-communicative components of the legal culture have been analyzed and a contradiction between the need to form these components since the school age and the lack of appropriate social and educational programs in the education system have been determined. The conclusions are drawn that additional education has certain peculiarities in comparison with other types of formal education and it is determined that it is the system of additional education of children that is the space providing effective formation of schoolchildren as subjects of life activity and contributing to the successful implementation of programs aimed at shaping the legal culture of schoolchildren. | 2370 | In the last years in linguistics the problem of speech genres is actively studied by many researchers. Despite the intensive development of genres studies, the question of definition of genre is still open. Following Mikhail Bakhtin, who introduced the concept of “speech genre” the linguistics continues the development of the theory of speech genres. Based on the proposed by Tatyana Shmeleva profile speech genre, which includes seven genre characteristics (communicative purpose, author's image, the addressee’s image, communicative factor of the past, communicative factor of the future, linguistic incarnation), we consider imperative speech genres in the A. P. Chekhov’s 125 letters written by him in the period in the 1890 year. In order to express the imperative mood Chekhov uses specialized and unspecialized forms. The most typical forms of expression are presented in the tables that show the features of imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters. There is also given amplifying speech accompanying components the imperative form of expression. In the group of specialized forms of expression of the imperative (the form of the 2nd person singular and plural; first person plural; 3rd person singular and plural) the second person singular and plural forms occupy the leading position. The unspecialized forms of the imperative of expression observed in the construction of a performative ask. It was also noted that the imperative speech genres in Chekhov's letters, expressed in the first place, a request (direct and indirect), advice, and suggestion. | 2371 | Introduction. Preparing schoolchildren for participation in JuniorSkills competitions is an urgent task of modern education. A feature of the process of teaching robotics, electronics and engineering and technical creativity is activities based on the practical implementation of tasks. A hands-on approach to professional self-determination is well presented through the events of the World Skills Junior movement. The question of determining the effectiveness of the organizational forms used in face-to-face and remote learning remains open. It is important to take into account the peculiarities, strengths and weaknesses of each format of interaction. It is important for effectively ensuring the continuity of the educational line and the process of self-determination of students in the conditions of the unpredictability of our time. Aim and objectives. Determination of the pedagogical conditions for the formation of the necessary practical skills among schoolchildren in preparation for the Junior Skills competition through face-to-face and remote forms of interaction. Material and methods. The distance model of the Junior Skills program was tested on the basis of two sites: The Children’s Center for Educational Robotics of the Tomsk State Pedagogical University and the Kurlek Secondary School of the Tomsk District. Since 2018, 75 students in grades 3–6 and 58 students in grades 9–11 have been prepared for competitions in the field of professional self-determination. The training took place in face-to-face and remote formats. Results and discussion. In the course of the experimental work, a model of the distance format for the implementation of the educational program for the preparation of schoolchildren for competitions of professional skills of the Junior Skills Russia level was developed and tested. A series of tasks has been developed for the formation of primary independent practice-oriented tests (for the profiles of robotics, programming, modeling, electronics). Conclusion. The remote form of the educational program adds additional experience of self-control training to the general list of preparation measures for professional skill competitions. It takes schoolchildren out of their comfort zone and helps them learn to control their stress levels when working in non-standard conditions. Also, it gives the opportunity to take responsibility for their actions and allows self-determination with a further professional profile. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. | 2377 | This article deals with comparing the intervocalic consonants in two Samojedish languages: the Baj dialect of the Enets language and in the language of the Avam Nganasans; Accept these two languages there are more two Samojedish once – Selcup and Nenets. These four languages are widely used by the aborigines living in the north of Russia. But there is a danger of disappearing these languages (Enets, Nganasan, Selcup and Nenets), because the young generation speak these languages less and less. | 2378 | The article discusses the features of the political development of the Tuvan People’s Republic in the 1920s–1930s, associated with both lack of experience of the independent existence of the state in previous periods of its development and great influence of the USSR on all aspects of life of the Tuvan society. The last circumstance led to the adoption of a one-party political system headed by the Tuvan people’s revolutionary party, formed almost simultaneously with TPR in 1922. The young Republic at the same time gained experience in both state and party organization. Considering the total illiteracy in the 1920s, the former ruling elite continued to take the leading positions in the state. Active intervention of the Soviet Russia in the internal political situation of the TPR in the late 1920’s led to the coming to power of the “lefts”, that began a radical socialist transformation, and proclaimed a non-capitalist way of the development of the country. A political system, similar to the USSR, is gradually being approved in Tuva. The scientific importance of the study is determined by the fact that its results and the conclusion deepen and widen the existing information in the national historiography on the historical experience of the state-organization in the years of the TPR, moreover, they reveal the features of its political development both in the time under consideration and in the present time. | 2379 | The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links. The conducted research revealed the role of the conditions of gender socialization in forming professional expectations of the interviewees. St was proved that physical aptitude and health for forming a lifestyle and professional self-determination were more important for male students than for female ones. Furthermore, we find that the entropy of a black hole horizon can also be rewritten in terms of the Cardy-Vertinde formula for these black holes in de Sitter spaces, if we use the definition due to Abbott and Deser for conserved charges in asymptotically de Sitter spaces.
