It should be noted that in practice of the Russian university' adult education and professional-oriented communication in English, there is some kind of underestimation of the capabilities of information technology training, including multimedia. A rare and ineffective use of multimedia in the Universities is also due to non-linguistic reality of modern higher education in Russia: the creation of computer databases in the universities is not accompanied by suffi ciently studying the problems of application of new teaching materials for educational purposes. In theory, teaching practice and university systems of the teacher training multimedia application is given insuffi cient attention. At the same time, the results of foreign and domestic studies are contradictory and don't always favor the use of computer technology in the learning process.

Perevozkin V.P., Minich A.S., Bagautdinova G.T. POPULATION-SPECIFIC STRUCTURE OF MALARIA MOSQUITOES IN CENTRAL EUROPE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 8 (136). P. 70-74

The article deals with the species composition and structure of the population inversion of malarial mosquitoes in Central Europe: Germany, Poland, Belarus. In the studied samples there were revealed two species Anopheles: A. messeae and A. maculipennis. There was set inversion polymorphism and XL-3R-shoulders polytene chromosomes of A. messeae. The authors discuss regularities of the composition and the frequency of the inversion of options depending on the region of Europe and the characteristics of local environmental factors habitats.

Pipich P.V. SYSTEMS OF COMPUTER MATHEMATICS AND SOME QUESTIONS OF TEACHING THERMODYNAMICS AND STATISTICAL PHYSICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 4 (181). P. 89-95

Computer algebra systems are now ubiquitous in all areas of science and engineering. Mathcad is one of the most successeful and widely used mathematical package. The capabilities of the mathematical package Mathcad are used to compute approximate solutions of different kinds of equations from statistical physics and thermodynamics. Solved numerically the equations in which the unknown enters under the integral sign. The presented examples are of independent interest to the students and teachers that use numerical methods. The equation of heat balance is difficult to solve when the specific heat depends on temperature and this dependence is given in the form of a table. Spline interpolation is applied to solve the heat balance equation in such a case. Debay’s theory of heat capacity of crystals well describes the temperature dependence of specific heat capacities of some substances. The Debay’s theory is used to numerically solve the heat balance equation for aluminium and copper. Distribution Fermi–Dirac can be used for calculations if the chemical potential is known. The chemical potential implicitly depends on the concentration and temperature. It is shown how to numerically calculate the chemical potential. Shows how to solve numerically and graphically an equation arising in the derivation of the Wien’s shift law. With the help of Planck’s formula determines the temperature of the stars having a maximum proportion of radiation in the visible range. Provides the problems associated with the Maxwell distribution. Without the Boltzmann distribution the pressure of the isothermal atmosphere at a specified altitude is calculated.

Meremkulova T.I. THE TYPOLOGY OF BORROWED GALLICISMS IN THE CONTEMPORARY LITERARY GERMAN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 90-95

The article provides a typology of borrowed Gallic words within the contemporary literary German language based on a grid of criteria allowing a most holistic description of the symptomatic phenomena inside the borrowed Gallic stratum: 1) on the lexical-semantic criterion, 2) on the assimilation specificity, 3) on the way of borrowing, 4) on the method of derivation and 5) composition. For the first time such typological phenomena as re-borrowing, reverse borrowing and formal-structural accommodation, as well as former pseudo-Francization, are interpreted. Typology refers to the structural-systematic features of the studied lexical stratum. The selection of types of borrowed Gallicisms in the modern German literary language involves a number of theoretical and methodological difficulties. This is due to the volatility of the proposed taxonomic criteria, on the one hand, and difficulties in determining the status of borrowing, in particular, in the matter of delimiting it from the concept of a “foreign language”, on the other. The typology of Gallic borrowings functioning within the German literary idiom is of great importance for synchronous codification practices and general lexicography. Appeal to the issues of assimilation (adaptation) of this vocabulary segment of the German literary idiom is inevitable due to the multidimensionality and multilevel processes of integrating the Gallic heritage into the system of the German literary language. The historical unevenness of assimilation determines the existence of only synchronous taxonomic set that testifiesto the dynamism of the studied processes in the canvas of the historical development of the German literary language.

Efremova N.N. LEARNING THE FRENCH LANGUAGE IN A RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY: PROBLEMS, POSSIBILITIES AND PERSPECTIVES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 87-91

The article presents the results of the research conducted with К. Minin University students. The goal of the present research is to analyze the peculiarities of the French language study through the student vision of the education process and to make the process of learning French more efficient. The author analyses students’ responses, discussing various problems, possibilities and perspectives of learning the French language. The results of the conducted research showed that the students clearly underestimate the potential of the French language, and many of them are not ready to manage their own educational activity. Understanding the numerous perspectives provided by the learning of the French language, future teachers do not long for self-development and self-actualization. The conducted research sets new tasks to the teachers of the French language: – reaching by the students the real command of all types of speech activities on the level of “conscious communication”; – involving the students into the management of development of their own foreign language communicative competence with the help of a wider use of the recommended Internet resources; – developing the independence and responsibility for the process and the result of education; – active attracting of the students to the participation in linguistic contests organized by the French Institute in Russia, Russian National Association of the French Language Teachers and expanding the opportunities of students learning the French language.

During the last ten years the development of demographic processes in Russia have been characterized by such tendencies as wide spreading of sexually transmitted diseases among teenagers, increasing adolescent pregnancy, out-of-wedlock chiidbirths and abortions. In this connection the investigation of the psychological mechanisms of adolescent reproductive behavior formation is actual and timely Present-day research methods, such as questionnaires and surveys, need to be reviewed. The obtained data will help in identifying directions of preventive and rehabilitative measures on the state level. In this article the importance of developing a genderrearing educational program for adolescents with the regard for ethnocultural traditions of our society is emphasized and possible trends of further investigation are marked.

Ivankina L.I. Professionalism and Maturity Correlation of a Specialist // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 2 (39). P. 77-81

The problem of correlation between professional development and maturity of a specialist is, first of all, the problem of the objectives and priorities of education to give knowledge or develop a personality (a system of values, mental and moral characteristics) who acquires knowledge. In the first case the process easily regulated and controlled, in the second case improvisation, creativity and unpredictability of results is prevailed. Professionalism doesn’t contradict with the intellectual development of a specialist but it doesn’t equal to it as well. Professionalism and spirituality lie in the context of a human integrity. Today, along with the dominating practical orientation of education towards specialist training and increasing of profitability of resources invested in their training, the acmeological (eco-psychological) approach to education in the ‘and-and’ context rather than ‘or-or’ when professional training is regarded as the process of personal education who develops the ability to act in the chosen direction and who acquires knowledge that a man considers necessary for him. While acquiring ontological sense, education becomes the existence category. And ‘knowledge-skills’ learning from the goal of education is only a means of developing abilities. Such understanding of the problem allows re-comprehend.

This group has one and the same spirit-patron Konsing oika “The Clawed Man”; the same cemetery, spirits-patrons of the families are in certain relationship among each other.

Sabrekov A.F., Kleptsova I.E., Glagolev M.V., Maksyutov S.S., Machida T. Methane emission from middle taiga oligotrophic hollows of Western Siberia // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 5 (107). P. 135-143

The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

The article describes a structure type of the biverbal predicates in Chulym Turkic: namely, complex predicates of phraseological type. The term Chulym Turkic implies a set of Turkic dialects of the middle flow of the Chulym River spoken in the east of the Tomsk Region, and the west of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in particular, Lower Chulym and Middle Chulym (the latter divided into the Tutal and Melet sub-dialects) (cf. 1; 2; 3, and other).

Yakubova N.M. TACTIC OF EXPLICATION OF DOUBT IN COOPERATIVE AND NONCOOPERATIVE SPEECH STRATEGIES (ON THE MATERIAL OF THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 39-45

In this article we consider such notions as “speech strategy” and “speech tactic”. Based on the Cooperative Principle and the Politeness Principle speech strategies are divided into cooperative and non-cooperative ones. We analyze the tactic of explication of doubt as a means of realization of speech strategies. Speech strategy is defined as a set of speech actions directed at achieving speaker’s goal. We prove that gaining liking from others, friendship’s support, acquiring information, consolation and calming other people strategies, realized by the tactic of explication of doubt, are cooperative ones. Defamation and persuasion strategies, realized by this tactic, are non-cooperative ones, while speech tactic is one or some speech actions which help to implement a strategy.

Bolotnova N.S. VARIETY OF NEWS REFLECTION IN MEDIA DISCOURSE AS MEDIA COMMUNICATIVE UNIVERSAL // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 61-67

The article points to research of language representation of a media communicative universal – a law of pragmatically and intentionally conditional variety of textual activity in interpretation of informational reason in mass media. Media communicative universal is defined by the author as a law and its realizing principles of textual organization, which reflect informational reason as an element of media communication and meet the criteria for frequency and repetition. Specific character of actualization of textual activity variety in interpretation of informational reason in mass media on the example of media text in the genre of news was revealed. Based on the news materials from the informational portal “Echo of Moscow” on the launch of intercontinental ballistic missile of DPRK on 28-th of November 2017 as an actual informational reason, the following principles concerning realization of such communicative universal were examined: 1) multivariety of world pictures of different native speakers and translators of information; 2) polyphony of dialogically conditional discursive practice connected with informational reason including change of communicative roles, tactics and strategies of subjects in the process of media communication; 3) social self-representation and creative self-actualization of sources and translators of informational reason in mass media. It was determined that in realization of the law of pragmatically and intentionally conditional variety of textual activity in interpretation of informational reason in mass media the connecting elements are repeated key words and markers of events, which became actual informational reason for interpretation in mass media: toponyms, anthroponyms, names of events, temporal vocabulary, dates, different actualization of space category. Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. Increase in the number of these (and others) microorganisms can point out probability of destruction amplification of organic matter in recultivated part of soil

The focus of the article is on the question of the axiological modelling of the world, which is considered in terms of cognitive and communicative aspects of the speech behavior of radio presenters. The analysis of the motive structure provides guidance on specificity of ideological attitudes of discourse. The motive is presented as structural, compositional and substantive reception and is resulted in discursive ideology. The function of the motive structure of discourse of the information and analytic radio is described in terms of language and communicative mechanisms of realization of conflictual potential. The ideological level of discourse is presented in conceptual discursive oppositions, which is determined in the scope of a preffered cultural model.

The article deals with lexicographic material, which allows seeing the features of the concept both in diachrony and in synchrony. There is doubt that dictionaries in Russian and Chinese as lexicographic materials help us to see the semantic and derivational efficiency of the concept and its segments in full. Meanwhile the lexical meanings fixed in the dictionary are what people have in mind when they use the word. Fate is one the most important categories of consciousness, through which a national conceptual picture of the world is built in Russia and in China; therefore comparative analysis of the concept fate in Russian and Chinese is of interest all over the world. In the article we use the comparative analysis method and reveal the similarities and differences in their meanings in Chinese and Russian explanatory dictionaries to disclose different concepts of fate from the root in Chinese and Russian. Through analysis it is concluded that such values as, for example, the will of God, the higher power, fate, lot, stake, fate are characteristic of both languages, while the definitions of order, superstition, development and change are peculiar only to the Chinese language, and the court, the court of God, the verdict – exclusively to the Russian language.

The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech.

The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. On the one hand higher education is viewed as one of the most important levels of a unified education system developing students’ thinking, and on the other - as a part of a serious business. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented. The possible variant of introduction of innovation in the system of evaluating students’ learning activity in the form of a “quality loop” is described. The need for the professional teacher training and the development of teachers of higher education is being raised.

The need for the transition of the Russian economy to innovative development is discussed in the article. The main cause of barriers for implementation of this transition is shown. The limited use of direct government regulatory instruments and the necessity of combining them with indirect methods to stimulate this development are described. Creating a favorable climate for innovation as the main indirect instrument of regional development is presented herein. The analysis of the innovation climate definition and its structure was conducted. Indicators of innovations development of the Tomsk region are considered and reasons for the success of this process are summarized, including: the development of scientific and educational complex in the region, the availability of skilled labor, the active support of innovative development authorities, development of regional legislation in the sphere of innovation compared to other Russian regions. The article is devoted to variation of network terminology in Russian internet discourse. The research is based on data collected from the sources of internet communication devoted to network technologies. The following variation types are being described: syntactical, semantic, functional and stylistic as well as their varieties. The article describes the main reasons for network terminology variation on formal, semantic, functional and stylistic levels as well as the relationship of different variation types to the problem of word equality. As a result, the main reason for variation of professional items in computer network sublanguage was defined. It lies in the very process of borrowing specialized lexis into the Russian language as a result of professional international communication intensification. Inside the Internet discourse the variation of network terminology is one of the ways to change communication registers and showing the dynamics of this discourse.
