The author pays special attention to the history of electronic hypertext fiction and the factors of its occurring. The article also provides the analysis of two electronic hypertext poems, which represent totally different stages in electronic hypertext fiction timeline. The novelty of the research is seen in the attempt to analyze and identify electronic fiction hypertexts, which were worked out and published on the basis of two different platforms (software for hypertext fiction Storyspace Eastgate System and Scalar platform). The research urgency is caused by the complex analysis of different types of electronic hypertext fiction. The analysis is based on review of hypertext lexical and stylistic peculiarities and the main aspects of figurativeness in electronic environment. The article gives an overview of electronic hypertext fiction represented by the works “Penetration” by R. Kendall and “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas. “Penetration” by R. Kendall depicts the inner world of two main characters, a father and a daughter. “Penetration” is based on the Connection Systems, which brings advanced hypertext features to Web stories and poems. “Penetration” contains links and text elements that are displayed conditionally or randomly. “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas depicts the story of Roja, whose planet’s environment is dying that is why she had to travel to other worlds. The project has the form of electronic interactive hypertext fiction including film performance and poetry. The author uses the Scalar platform to create a compelling science fiction narrative about the coming end of the world. Electronic hypertext fiction is one of the most productive and effective forms of electronic fiction because of its open structure. | 3265 | Introduction. The most important task of modern education is to provide opportunities for personal and professional growth and for the implementation of self-realization. The main approaches to the study of the concept of selfrealization are outlined. The results of a survey of future teachers of the Russian language are presented. The ideas of future teachers of the Russian language in relation to their professional self-realization are revealed. Material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the analysis of theoretical sources on the problem of self-realization and the results of a survey of students of the philological faculty. The author’s questionnaire consisted of 3 open-ended questions and 4 closed-ended questions. Results and discussion. Various approaches to understanding these concepts are analyzed and their own position on this issue is substantiated. According to the results of the survey, it was found that 15% of 3-year students and 55% of 4-year students are sure that professional self-realization implies continuous improvement in the chosen profession and the need for improvement. The needs arising for future teachers of the Russian language during pedagogical practice, which is a key link between the theoretical training of future teachers of the Russian language and their independent work in an educational institution, are characterized. Conclusion. Self-actualization is understood as a tendency to self-realization. And self-realization is a process of personality development, involving active cooperation with other people, the application of one’s own efforts. It is revealed that the pedagogical practice is a critical point in the formation of the future teacher of the Russian language. Before practice, the main difficulties for students are self-doubt and lack of knowledge in the field of methodological disciplines. After teaching practice, the lack of free time among teachers of the Russian language and the high intensity of work become the basic barriers for self-realization for students. This makes future teachers of the Russian language doubt their further professional activities. The question arises of the psychological and pedagogical support of students during practice. | 3291 | In the article we are talking about the psychological and pedagogical adaptation of Chinese students in preparatory courses, mastering Russian as a foreign language from zero level. The key moment in this process is the psychological and pedagogical support of foreign native speakers by their teacher. Based on the conducted Russian and foreign studies, it is noted that informal communication and extracurricular activities of teachers contribute to facilitating the adaptation process in the new educational environment and improving the performance of foreign listeners. The basis of such activities are curators and tutors of training groups who have knowledge of cultural and religious norms and have an idea of the generally accepted rules of conduct of their wards. It is noted that as a result of the presence of such support, the process of adaptation of Chinese listeners and, accordingly, the educational process is optimized. The problem of psychological and pedagogical adaptation is very multifaceted, so for a more effective psychological and pedagogical support of Chinese students, it is necessary to create a system of common policies supporting foreign students. For the successful adaptation of foreign students to the reality of the Russian cultural, social and educational environment, the services and units of Russian universities that engage in hiring and accompanying foreign students must be staffed by teachers, specialists in the field of intercultural communication, ethnography and psychology. Russia can take a worthy place in the world market of educational services, because it has certain advantages, such as high level of teaching, more affordable cost of education, compared to other countries. These problems are directly related to the problems of activating cognitive interest and cognitive activity in the learning processes. In pedagogy and psychology, considerable scientific and practical materials have been accumulated on the study of cognitive interest and the formation of cognitive activity among children of junior and high school age, by various psychological and pedagogical means, including the introduction of specialized educational subjects. An important role in solving these problems plays extracurricular work with schoolchildren. In the sixties of the last century, the need to involve scientists into the study processes was recognized and therefore developing new ways to organize the teaching process for the schoolchildren. So the combination of physics and mathematics schools appeared (PhMS). Despite more than a half-century history of the physics and mathematics school existence, the PhMS in the context of activating cognitive interest and cognitive activity is considered for the first time. Illustrated by the example of Tomsk State University Physics and Mathematics School, the structure, directions and methods used in this form of extracurricular work are shown. Such forms as a correspondence physics and mathematics school, an evening physics and mathematics school, a summer full-time physics and mathematics school combining rest and training for schoolchildren, as well as a winter physics and mathematics school are considered. Examples of curricular are given, organizational forms of work for different age groups of schoolchildren are described. It is shown how PhMS can be useful for all schoolchildren but at the same time help to identify gifted students. The efficiency of the PhMS was analyzed based on the results of the Unified State Exam. The purpose of the article is proving the expediency of necessity of a qualitative change in the management system of educational organizations, in particular, the possibility of applying the matrix approach, in order to organize effective interaction in the teaching staff. Material and methods. The research materials were the results of the psychological and pedagogical findings of national and foreign scientists (A. V. Afonina, A. A. Bodalev, Ya. L. Kolominsky, V. A. Malikova, A. Kh. Maslow, A. B. Orlova), and the experimental work, which was carried out by employees and students of Master’s program of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University from 2017 to 2019. These data allowed studying the peculiarities and dynamics of the secondary school teachers’ interaction, due to qualitative changes in the management system. Results and discussion. The main goal of the state educational policy is to improve the quality of education, and the organization of effective interaction in the teaching staff is a progressive means for achieving it. However, the phenomenon of synergetic interaction, possessing the potential for qualitative growth of teams, has not been fully studied in the field of education. Moreover, practice shows that modern teachers prefer the creation of personal educational spaces. There is an extremely low level of teachers’ group and teamwork at school, and the problem of building effective interaction between pedagogues is one of the key. Responsibility for the functioning and development of productive labor relations lies with the administrative stuff, and there is a lot of regulatory methods for organizing effective interaction. Professional educational activity is based on the main principles of harmonious management in any industry. There are four the most important management functions. They are planning, organization, motivation and control. The criteria for effective interaction, according to the research of A. V. Afonina, are mutual cognition, mutual understanding, relationships, mutually defined actions and mutual influence. Using the data of these equal organizational units in the managerial structure on a parity basis (a matrix approach) is an effective way for organizing of teachers’ effective interaction. This idea was proved by the results of the experiment, which had been conducted in one of the Arkhangelsk secondary schools. Conclusion. Matrix-structured management has a positive potential for building and implementing of teachers’ effective interaction. Moreover, in conformity with the educational environment, it is an innovatively oriented organizational management system.
