| 4006 | Introduction. The right and rational choice of the future profession is the determining factor in the life of any person. Most applicants at the time of admission to a university often have no idea of the type of activity, cannot analyze all the positive and negative aspects of the work, which therefore prevents them from choosing a suitable specialty due to lack of interests and propensity for this type of occupation. The solution to the problem here can be career guidance work. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the article is to justify the expediency of conducting vocational guidance work by universities to assist applicants in choosing future professional activities on the example of Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia. Result and discussion. A number of experiments were carried out to assess the importance of vocational guidance at the Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia. The subject of the study was a contingent of bachelors, masters and the teaching staff of the faculty. The purpose of the experiments is to determine the appearance of a highly qualified graduate by means of a questionnaire. The statistics obtained were calculated using a special computer program. The article analyses vocational guidance work in the university: its relevance, importance, necessity for students. The analysis of studies carried out in three groups: bachelor, master and faculty to determine the appearance of the future specialist is given. An approach to its implementation in the final grades of schools, during the «Open Day» in classrooms, in the training center is shown. Vocational guidance work will allow to attract to Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia much more applicants in the specialty «Fire safety» and the direction of preparation «Technospheric safety», thus to raise the rating of the university, and applicants to make the right choice in determining the future profession. Conclusion. Authors consider that career guidance has to be one of the main tools allowing entrants to understand, comprehend, estimate the desires, opportunities, to compare them with requirements imposed to this specialty in higher education institution. Prilepin’s prose attracted scholarly interest as an outstanding phenomenon of the modern Russian literature. The motif of childhood, that largely determines the stylistic manner of the writer, creates a kind of metatext of his artistic space. The application of structural-semiotic method to “decode” the cultural content of the motif of childhood in Prilepin’s novel “Sankya” allows to interpret the discourse of the writer, not only as the experience of becoming the “new realism” (in part, through intertextual dialogue with the Russian classics), but also as a creative search in the paradoxical metaphysics of postmodernism. | 4025 | Universal commerce that appeared in Russia in XIX century reached its fullest flower in Soviet period both in cities and countries. In 1920’s GUM (State Department Store, from Russian Gosudarstvenniy Universalniy Magazin) became a symbol of NEP. After a bright period of activities in 1920’s Tyumen branch of GUM reappeared in 1930’s in the form of state and cooperative trading organizations. By the end of 1930’s state department stores that started their activity as one of the forms of trading organizations became the best form of Soviet trading. The article describes the main periods of this evolution, draws reader’s attention to the managerial decisions in trading sphere, the analysis of the activity of the Tyumen branch of GUM and the reasons of its liquidation. Much attention is given to the difficulties of the development of the state trading in the provincial Tyumen in 1930’s, the author defines forms and methods of state universal commerce and analyses the role of advertisement in this process. The results of the research show that by the end of 1930’s state commerce already had leading position in the city in context of command and administration system establishment. This period was essential in shaping the principles of Soviet universal commerce. In the full text of the article the headline is exposed to detail examination by the author. This means that full qualification is even more important because it is a guideline of the Russian Aspectual System. The article covers the Russian as a Foreign Language modern training courses, created by foreign and Russian authors, an analysis of the basic principles of data presentation. Their conceptual features are marked. The author aims at the versatile presentation of two general fact use syntagmatic restrictions (non-collocation: a) with adverbs вдруг, внезапно, неожиданно (suddenly, unexpectedly); b) with quantified object) and creating these phenomenae` explanatory model. Despite the traditional opinion of the unexpectedness, dominating in the semantics of these adverbs, author, distinguishing aspectual and non-aspectual action characteristics, considers the feature of unexpectedness aspectually irrelevant and so puts forward the different basis for figuring out the first restriction – Salience / importance of the action for the speaker, which proves the verbal aspect interpretative function. The second restriction is being analysed regarding the wider sphere of phenomenae – the quantifying and qualifying characteristics of the action /state itself. So Partitive appears to be homogeneous for quantification. But the latter are impossible in terms of the general fact use. Thus it results in putting the general fact essence into the limelight, making it possible to shape it for the foreign learners: the speaker is not focused on the action and state, the latter is not emphasized. Hence the general fact meaning could be included in the set of means, revealing the universal language category of definiteness/indefiniteness (of the action/state distribution in time).The gained results open some certain research perspectives: listing the general fact use typical situations given the different verbal grammar forms (future forms and infinitive) are involved, aspectual meanings` orientation in regard to dictum and modus, verifying the aspectual meanings` position in the Russian sentence semantic structure.
