The paper discusses the conceptual framework and the nature of the educational environment, reveals four areas of motivating educational environment for mathematically gifted students – intellectual, communicative, cooperative and personal, determins the conditions of its formation and competence of a teacher working with gifted children. The authors have determined that the construction of the motivating educational environment for the development of school students gifted in mathematics is impossible without making the multilevel partnership, which implies the development of the network interaction. The network interaction is necessary for the development of the determined teachers’ competencies in work with gifted children. For the teachers to acquire the mentioned competences the conditions for their professional development are to be provided. As a part of the network interaction they could be created in the organizations of either higher education or supplementary professional one, where the work on the professional development of teachers can be performed. The analysis of the existing regional educational structures allowed to distinguish different types of the organizational structures for the work with children gifted in mathematics. Among the structures functioning as organizational cores of the work with such children are physical and mathematical schools, centers on the work with gifted children and other institutions.

The article deals with the organization of local history work in the pre-school educational organization. The authors disclose the potential of local history material for the comprehensive development of the child, the formation of patriotism and the basis of his active life position. The authors dwell in detail on the organization of interaction between preschool educational organizations and cultural and educational institutions, whose activities are aimed at translating local lore knowledge to preschool and primary school children. At the same time, emphasis was placed on the possibilities of cooperation with the museum of local lore through the organization of joint cognitive activities, excursions, museum lessons. The author presents the author’s development of conducting regional studies in kindergartens of the city of Tara, Omsk region. The proposed thematic plan is designed for two years of study, built from simple to complex, from the known to the unknown. Its content covers all milestones in the history of the city. The novelty of the research is seen in the fact that the author’s development was carried out taking into account the principle of systemic nature, which makes it possible to exclude fragmentation in the organization of local history activities and make this work comprehensive. The practical significance of the research is the possibility of applying its results in the pre-school educational organization of a particular subject of the Russian Federation, and also using it as a model for organizing local lore activities in other regions.

The paper, based on data of three languages of the same language family, but with different sociolinguistic status, demonstrates that the development of the language is determined mainly by sociolinguistic factors. Most of these factors are unique for each of the Chukchi-Koryak languages (and that is why the results are different) and one important factor is similar: bilingualism of native speakers and the impact of the Russian language. In the fi eld of grammar the infl uence of the Russian language is hidden from direct observation, and is expressed in development of forms and constructions with corresponences in Russian, and in removal of non-congruent ones.

The poem of the Tomsk rock leader of the late 1980s – early 1990s V. Shestakov is considered in the given article in order to describe the lingvo-cultural originality of the regional rock poetry. The poet’s discourse is seen in the aspect of the reflection of Siberian punk subculture in it. Born in the years of perestroika, the Siberian punk embodied in poetic texts own tragic vision of the social reality of the USSR in transition and clearly outlined protest not only against the official ideology, but also against the absurdity of the world order as a whole. A striking example of Tomsk Siberian punk version was the creation of the group “Children of Obrub” and its leader Viktor Shestakov, in whose poetry such traits as hypertrophic nihilism, pessimism, nonconformism, and acute social orientation are embodied. These features are characteristic of Siberian punk subculture as a whole, they originally refracted in images of time and society of Tomsk rock poet.

Korsukova O.O. ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE UNIVERSAL TRADE SYSTEM IN TYUMEN (1920–1930’S). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 5 (170). P. 117-125

Universal commerce that appeared in Russia in XIX century reached its fullest flower in Soviet period both in cities and countries. In 1920’s GUM (State Department Store, from Russian Gosudarstvenniy Universalniy Magazin) became a symbol of NEP. After a bright period of activities in 1920’s Tyumen branch of GUM reappeared in 1930’s in the form of state and cooperative trading organizations. By the end of 1930’s state department stores that started their activity as one of the forms of trading organizations became the best form of Soviet trading. The article describes the main periods of this evolution, draws reader’s attention to the managerial decisions in trading sphere, the analysis of the activity of the Tyumen branch of GUM and the reasons of its liquidation. Much attention is given to the difficulties of the development of the state trading in the provincial Tyumen in 1930’s, the author defines forms and methods of state universal commerce and analyses the role of advertisement in this process. The results of the research show that by the end of 1930’s state commerce already had leading position in the city in context of command and administration system establishment. This period was essential in shaping the principles of Soviet universal commerce.

The article analyses the headlines based on metaphorical allusion to the content of political articles in the modern French Press. The aim of political discourse is to persuade the reader and to rouse him to some action. Allusion is considered to be an indirect speech act implicitly reflecting the gist of information, realized with the help of different linguistic means. The headline of the article contains main information about some event and is presented in the subtitle of newspaper article. In the full text of the article the headline is exposed to detail examination by the author. The headlines are classified in accordance with types of metaphors: “Anthropomorphous metaphor”, “Nature metaphor”, “Social metaphor”, “Artefact metaphor” and “Irreality metaphor” with their conceptual spheres. The metaphors are considered to be a reflection of political life, they give presentation about a character of State functioning and influence will, feelings and mentality of the reader.

The article considers the category of “secondariness” in a scientific and technological text and language means of its explication. Intertextual links in the form of references and footnotes reveal this category. The monograph “Fiber Optics. Physics and Technology” by F. Mitschke is the source of the language material for study. All the examples provided have anthroponyms that perform the functions of markers of a secondary text. They help keep unity and entirety of the discursive contitium of the contemporary scientific community. The analysis of the scientific and technological discourse under study shows that the primary citations, references (headed ones: authorial and multiple ones and selfreferences; title ones), footnotes, diagrams and visual aids (photographs) support intertextual links.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the problem of organizing the methodological activities of a school teacher and university teacher. Methodological activity is the most important component of a teacher’s professional activity, therefore it is important to understand in what ways it can be organized. This aspect is important not only for teachers of private methods, but also for any teacher of higher education, as he is a methodologist - the organizer of the assimilation of educational material by students. When preparing undergraduates as potential teachers, it is important to teach them different ways of organizing methodological activities. Materials and methods. The article was written on the basis of the author’s generalization of the teaching experience for undergraduates “Methods of Teaching Communicative Disciplines”, as well as many years of experience in teaching a course in teaching Russian to future elementary school teachers. Master students not only got acquainted with these methods at lectures, but also actively discussed them in tutorial mode. A comparative analysis of reproductive, constructive, research methods of organizing activities is used. Results and discussion. The characteristic of different ways of organizing methodological activities is given: reproductive, constructive, research. Тhe following comparison criteria were used: positions of participants in joint educational activities, subject of methodological activities, methodological tools, features of working with educational information, organization of the educational environment, result. Conclusion. As a basic principle of organizing methodological activities, co-organization and mutual complementarity of different methods are proposed. The methods are correlated with different models of the organization of joint activities of the teacher and students.

Introduction. The problem of professional choice in a situation of uncertainty raises the importance of scientific understanding and finding practical solutions to support school graduates in the process of professional self-determination. This is particularly an issue for rural school graduates. The problem was addressed in domestic and foreign Pedagogy and Psychology at different times in history. The attitude towards the problem of professional choice is changing. Whereas it was more often considered in the context of professional self-determination, it is now the subject of independent research. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the professional choice by rural school students in the changing ideas about the essence of professional choice as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is represented by 15–18 years old school students and the middle-aged population of rural settlements in the north and south of the Tyumen region. The survey was attended by 200 people. The content of the questions is aimed at evaluation of the confidence and validity of the professional choice and general awareness in various aspects of the attractiveness of traditional and modern occupations. Basic methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, questioning. Results and discussion. The authors examine professional choices in different contexts. The first context reflects the needs of society and the state in the professional development of an individual in a knowledge economy. The second context shows the need for a theoretical and methodological justification of the development of the content and scope of the concept of “professional choice”, its factors and mechanisms. The third context characterizes the peculiarities and problems of choosing a profession by rural school students. Conclusion. The results showed that, in general, there is a lack of maturity among school students in choosing a profession and understanding its importance in life values realization. The position of the parents is aimed at supporting children in their independent choice. The professional choice depends on the regional specificities, demand for occupations in a given territory, personal preferences, and the occupational prestige. A book of poems in which titles refer to business documents (an explanatory note, travel orders, reporting) considered. The functions of genre limits in modern poetry, as well as ways of the extra poetical material lyrization analyze. Creating a setup for “the literature of fact”, the authors of the analyzed books emphasize the rootedness of their poetry in the modern society. However, the introduction of “documentality” in poetry is the convention, “factography” undergoes to lyrical “defamiliarization” using situational and stylistic grotesque.

We have studied specific mechanisms for creating of artistic model of small prose genres based on variant use of the principles of conditionality. Observations are made on the conceptual framework, on the formal principles expressing the author's position of short stories by Mikhail Bulgakov, S. Semenov, O. Forhs, which is devoted the problems of man and history, man in the historic civil confrontation. We analyzed productive genre and style forming guidelines, that let the writers develop an image of the world that combines visual and expressive fundamentals allowing authentically reflect historical reality and at the same time convey the nuances of human consciousness and the subconscious in the historical reality deforming the man. Conclusions have been drawn about the nature of artistic experiment, based on a synthesis of the classical tradition and contemporary trends that influenced the formation of individual style of writers that defined the aesthetic strategies in Russian literature of the 1920s.

The article focusses on the means of expression of modality of potentiality and wish in Gothic and a tendency that developed in its system has been determined. The tendency shows the function of expressing the meanings of possibility, necessity and wish from grammatical means, i. e. moods, transferring to the lexical ones, i. e. verbs. To explain this process, the “weakest” parts of the modal subsystem of Gothic are being established. They are involved in changes: these are optative, imperative and preterite-present verbs. The analysis of various “shades” of meaning of potentiality and wish, verbalised by the contemporary lexical and grammatical means allowed to establish semantic relations of variability between grammatical and lexical means as well as within the former ones thus it allowed to define the status of preterit-present verbs involved in the process of appearing modal verbs in Gothic as means expressing the internal modality.
