Relationship between changes of biodiversity with oxygen content in atmosphere and mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum in the Phanerozoic is studied. Dynamics of biodiversity is represented by the cyclical changes of species diversity of sea animals in the Phanerozoic. Information about changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic was taken from Sepkosky database. The relationship between cyclical changes of oxygen content in atmosphere, mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum and changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic is revealed on base of temporal sets analysis of the above mentioned quantities. The revealed relationships were proved by correlation calculations.

The details of unconstrained Lagrangian formulations (being continuation of earlier developed research for Bose particles in NPB 862 (2012) 270, [arXiv:1110.5044[hep-th]], Phys. of Part. and Nucl. 43 (2012) 689, [arXiv:1202.4710 [hep-th]]) are reviewed for Fermi particles propagated on an arbitrary dimensional Minkowski space-time and described by the unitary irreducible half-integer higher-spin representations of the Poincare group subject to Young tableaux Y (s1; ... ; sk) with k rows. The procedure is based on the construction of the Verma modules and nding auxiliary oscillator realizations for the orthosymplectic osp(kj2k) superalgebra which encodes the second-class operator constraints subsystem in the HS symmetry superalgebra. Applying of an universal BRST-BFV approach permit to reproduce gauge-invariant Lagrangians with reducible gauge symmetries describing the free dynamics of both massless and massive fermionic elds of any spin with appropriate number of gauge and Stukelberg elds. The general construction possesses by the obvious possibility to derive Lagrangians with only holonomic constraints.

The article examines main strategies of negation of pronouns and adverbs in central dialects of Selkup, on the basis of Narym, Vasjugan and Tym dialects. The negative pronouns and adverbs are formed by a marker of negation |naj| and occur in sentences with a negative predicate which manifests obligatory double negation. There can be two types of negative predicates: 1) those is formed by negative particles – |aśa| ‘NEG’, |i̬kә| ‘Neg.Imp/ Neg.Opt’ preceding the verbal predicate; 2) inherent negative predicates |ćāŋku-| ‘be absent’ |nʲetu-| ‘be absent’, |nʲetu| ‘there is no’, |čedalbɨ-| ‘not be able’. So, in this case, negative concord takes place. According to the proposed thesis, in the dialects under study, negative pronouns and adverbs were formed, with the help of the particle |naj| with emphatic semantics‘even, too’, and obtained negative sense through the Jespersen Cycle, as a case of grammaticalization process.

There is a tendency to the shortening of the verse in the literature for children, as well as in modern poetry in general. Researchers rethink the boundaries of the genre of poetic miniature. Poetic miniature usually consists of two parts, and often contains a paradox. The article researches Alexander Bergelson’s (Novosibirsk) quatrains in comparison with the miniatures of other authors such as Grigory Oster, Renata Mukha, Herman Lukovnikov, Boris Khan. All texts are divided into two groups. In the first group two parts of the poem are opposed to each other. In the second group there is a poetic story in sequence. The texts of Bergelson expressed the dialectics of author's consciousness, desire to cooperate with the reader and the perception of reality as a game.

Stepanova M.M. TANDEM METHOD IN MASTER COURSES OF A MULTIDISCIPLINARY UNIVERSITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 12 (165). P. 115-119

The article discusses prospects of using the method of tandem leaning in Master courses of a multidisciplinary university. The conventional concept of tandem learning is broadened and it does not necessary apply to leaning foreign languages by means of intercommunication between two speakers of different languages. The author argues that in a multidisciplinary university a tandem can include Master students of various specializations. The article provides a reflection on a tandem learning experience when organizing Master of Linguistics students’ internship. In one case the second party of the tandem was Master of Engineering students, while in another case the second party of a tandem was students of an additional qualification program “Translator in the sphere of professional communication”. The two-year successful experience has proved the efficiency of using the method of tandem learning in a multidisciplinary university.

The article presents the analysis of general cultural and professional competences of the future specialists of higher technical school considered as the basis of professional-moral stability of trainees. The essence of professionalmoral stability is reviewed as integrative quality and the internal characteristic of professionalism directed on selfrealization of the future specialist in professional activity. Analyses the content of the “professional culture” by means of professional context as attributive property of professional group owing to a division of labour with revealing the certain kinds of special activity. Carries out the revealing of the structure of professional culture from praxeological and spiritual sides. Considers the professional culture from the view point of axiological component as set of steady values in the sphere of the future professional work with the student’s personally-significant objectivation. As a result of generalization of scientists approaches the professional culture is defined as set of special and social knowledge, skills, qualities, valuable orientations of the person which display in subject-professional work and provide a higher level of efficiency of its performance. Comprehension of professional culture phenomenon allows to assert that professional-moral stability is a component of professional culture of the person and covers special and socially–guided knowledge. Professional-moral stability is analyzed as a condition, productive process and result of mastering and creation of the professional–moral values. It provides formation of all components and their complete development in activity. On the basis of the analysis of key general cultural and professional profile competences of Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education of the 3-rd issue for the lines of specialities of technical structure (the mechanical engineering, architecture and town-planning, industrial and civil construction, chemical technologies in the industries, information technologies) were allocated basic general professionally significant qualities and competences of the future specialists making the basis for their professional-moral stability.

The method of neutron activation analysis found 14 elements content in the plants that are recommended for use in traditional medicine in pulmonary tuberculosis. It was proved that all of the proposed sites contain macro and micronutrients in comparable amounts. Especially rich in Ca is Medicago satнva L. Especially rich in potassium is Trifolium pratense L. and shoots of Rubus idaeus L. The results show the possibility of using all the proposed medicinal plants in the herbal medicine of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Сопова S.P. A. P. CHEKHOV’S NARRATIVE “A DREARY STORY” IN B. SHLOEZER’S TRANSLATION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 6 (159). P. 179-182

The author considers the method of concept analysis as a research tool in literary studies, which could be also used in literary translation. The article states that the concept “dreary” has a dominating role in A. P. Chekhov’s narrative “A Dreary Story”. This concept represents semantic monotony and estrangement, which gradually reveals its existential potential. Therefore a philosophical subtext is logically found in the narrative, but its preservation in a translation is a great challenge for a translator. The author analyses one French version of Chekhov’s narrative. It was written in 1926 by a sociologist, writer, translator, music and literary critic, Boris de Shloezer. He oriented himself to one interpretation of this narrative which was done by a philosopher-existentialist, Lev Shestov. It allowed the translator to communicate a general philosophical idea, an existential tragic element of “A Dreary Story”. Nevertheless he did not pay enough attention to the text structure with its pervaded motives, which are organized by the title concept dreary. As a consequence Shloezer did not succeed in making an adequate French translation of “A Dreary Story”.

There are the examples of the evaluation process of document management and records management, organization and organization of educational process. Of interest are the examples of the projection of the license and accreditation requirements on the performance of specific processes of the university. For modern Russian universities monitoring indicators, which is annually held by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation are important. The article suggests how to work with the monitoring indicator “Scientific activity” on the basis of goalsetting in the framework of the quality management system.

The content of the boys’ game is changing historically, as it is linked to the progress in technology and weaponry, and the girls’ games are historically unchanged, as they are related to the imitation of family life and child care. The ever-changing play of boys they contribute to the formation of creative and comprehensive perception of the world, while the routine games of girls form their reproductive and rigid mindset that excludes philosophy.

In recent decades, the internationalization of higher education has become one of the main trends influenced by the development of globalization processes. Market environment in Russia sets a new goal for Russian higher education – training of highly qualified specialists in engineering and technology which are able to change the economic situation, to design and operate modern products and engineering systems. In this context, the internationalization is becoming one of the key components for the development of higher education, which is essential to hold leading positions in world university rankings. The article is focused on the influence of internationalization on the modern higher school, defines the relevant competencies of university research and teaching staff, connected with the ability to collaborate with other universities in international context, to develop and conduct joint research and educational projects, to design and implement unique educational programs. The experience of Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU) in the field of faculty professional development focused on the development of this set of competencies is presented. The connection between the competencies and the indicators of TPU “road map” is stated. Research relevance is explained by the need of educational institutions to engage high-skilled faculty members, which are able to collaborate effectively in international context, to make research projects with international partners, to contribute to university higher positions in world rankings.

Introduction. The definition of the concept of “cultural gaming practice” is given as “a diverse, based on the current and future interests of the child type of independent activity and behavior”. It substantiates why in cultural practice a child becomes a full-fledged subject of activity, interaction and communication. The parameters of the optimal “inviting” game space created and provided by adults are highlighted. Material and methods. The differences of the “child’s world” in the game from the “real” world of adults are considered, the analysis of the information that the child receives and learns in the game, the classification of information sources is carried out. The degree of relevance of the information depends on who is the source of the information, what role they play for the child, what their status is. Examines the dependence of information on the place of “action8 of the game, the age of the participants, the degree of their “trust” in the other, the “friendliness” in the game team, as well as on what age stage of preschool childhood the child receives and masters this information. The influence of this information on the content and rating of children’s game is determined. The definition of a quest as a type of plot is given. Results and discussion. The results of a survey of social network participants and regular quest players among the population of the Siberian Federal district for confirmation or refutation of the relevance of the creation and implementation of quest games on the plot of Russian folk tales are presented. It was determined that at present a new playing space is being formed that allows preschool children to learn and play in fundamentally new forms for them, such as quest games, plots of favorite fairy tales. The concept of “life practices” is introduced, which are divided into conditionally positive and conditionally negative cultural practices. Conclusion. Adults are responsible for the content of the child’s play. The study allows to determine the advantages of the game as a way of entering the culture, which fully corresponds to the age-related capabilities of preschool children, meets the need of children in “life practices”, creating and influencing the formation of the basis of personal culture of the child.

Introduction. The article deals with the issue of the cultural communication between representatives of different generations. The precedent texts associated with the common knowledge of people belonging to a single culture are studied in line with the structure of a linguistic personality. Precedent phenomena of various types are an important part of an intertextual thesaurus. In the process of communication, the cultural allusions of communicants play a great role, as well as the application of their cultural backgrounds that include components of the intertextual thesaurus. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the article is to analyze the area of the Russian linguistic personality thesaurus that contains the catchphrases by Bulat Okudzhava – a prominent 20th century Russian author. Material and methods. Being constantly played out in the 1970–1980s, Bulat Okudzhava’s songs were shaping the cultural values of the generation. Many phrases from the songs got a folklore status, which is witnessed both by the dictionaries and by the Russian National Corpus. In order to study the dynamics characterizing the differences in the cultural memory of generations of fathers and sons an experiment has been carried out based on the 10 popular catchphrases from Okudzhava’s verse. These phrases underlie the survey covering an audience of approximately 1,000 people. Those surveyed had to determine the authorship of the phrases and to continue some of them. Results and discussion. The analysis showed that in most cases there are no links in the mind of respondents between the name of Bulat Okudzhava and even the most widespread phrases from his songs. The authorship was often attributed to fully unexpected names, which shows serious gaps in the cultural memory of the young. However, it was proven that Okudzhava’s catchphrases definitely exist in the intertextual thesaurus of the linguistic personality, which is surely determined by the interaction of verbal and multimedia information. Conclusion. The analysis of the dictionary entries and the corpus data proves the precedent status of many of the Okudzhava’s phrases. Nevertheless, the results of the mass survey reflect a significant change in the intertextual thesaurus of the young.

The eld of a rotating inclined magnetic dipole is studied. One rst integral of motion and some particular solutions of equations of motion for a charged particle in this eld are found. The effective potential energy of a charge is studied. It is shown that the effective potential energy in the corotating reference system has six stationary points, which correspond to circular motion of a charge.

The existence of K-instantons on a cylinder M7 = Rт x K/H over a homogeneous nearly Kahler 6-manifold K/H requires a conformally parallel or a cocalibrated G2-structure on M7. The generalized anti-self-duality onM7 implies a Chern-Simons ow on K/H which runs between instantons on the coset. For K-equivariant connections, the torsionful Yang-Mills equation reduces to a particular quartic dynamics for a Newtonian particle on C. We obtain kink- or bounce-type solutions for generic values of the torsion. When the latter corresponds to the conformally parallel or cocalibrated G2-structure on M7, the dynamics follows from a gradient or hamiltonian ow, respectively, and we encounter Yang-Mills instantons.

Nekrasova O.I. SYNTACTIC PROPERTIES OF ADVERBIAL PARTICIPLE IN THE KOMI LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 68-75

In the article the syntactic properties of adverbial participles in the Komi language are considered, identified and reflected in various sources: the papers of the linguists from the XIX century, the results of my own research. In addition to the circumstances and the secondary predicate, adverbial participle in the Komi language can be an element of the complex verbal predicate, a constituent of the predicate, of the principal member of mononuclear sentence. Performing modus function, adverbial participles act as introductory words and word-combinations. Russian language effects the formation of relative (syntactic words) units (postpositions, conjunctions) in the literary Komi language.

The article analyses the features of the oral narrative, reveals its genre features, gives the classification of the Angarsk narrative texts and set their semantic and axiological dominants. The source of the research is the stories of the people from the flood zone of the Boguchanskaya HEPS (hydro-electric power station), recorded by the author during dialectological expeditions to the Kezhemsky and Boguchansky regions of the Krasnoyarskiy krai in 2012–2014. The macrostructure of the Angara narrative review is based on the short stories material about the transmigration from the Boguchanskaya HEPS flood zone. We also identify the stylistic features of narratives.

The article deals with the historical foundations of the civil religion phenomenon migration from the European political space to the New World, its rooting there as an ideology of nation choosiness as well as the further development of the ideas of historical superiority over other peoples. The authors use as a source of USA documents the period of revolution: USA Declaration of Independence (1776), the work of "founding fathers" of the United States; treatises of J.-J. Rousseau, the speech of M. Robespierre, the Declaration of Independence of man and citizen (France, 1789). In the study of the evolution of civil religion used comparative historical analysis, aimed at comparing the ideological content of the objective political and economic conditions of people's lives. The authors conclude that the USA civil religion becomes ideology of hegemonization and unique guide to action in the policy.

The article presents the analysis of the functional development of the Russian language anglicisms present in the texts of out-of-home advertising. For this purpose the meaning of the concept out-of-home advertising is revealed, the reasons of anglicisms loans and their theme groups in advertising are determined. Acording to the method of loan of anglicisms in out-of-home advertising there are: foreign-language blobs (ekzotizms), composites, abbreviations and hybrids. The active and universal use of anglicisms in outdoor advertising is explained by the functional properties of advertising texts (nominative, pragmatical and incentive functions).

The six-year experience of cooperation between university and secondary school is uconsidered. The technique of reflexive reconstruction of interaction of participants of the network educational project is used: students, teachers of historical and philological faculty of Tomsk State Pedagogical University, teachers studying in Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School no. 14 named after A. F. Lebedev, Tomsk. A plot of the reconstruction is based on the idea of the complexity of the project actions. We are talking about the movement from the normative and executive position of the design participants to the semantic one. It is shown that the first position is related to the implementation in practice of interaction of the state order in the field of integrative (inclusive) education. Within the framework of the second position, the participants implement their own initiatives, design, form an educational reality, the content and forms of which correspond to the challenges of the time. Pedagogical activity is carried out on the basis of personal resource of subjects of cooperation. The design of such a plot of the development of joint activities is considered as a manifestation of a special model of interaction between the University and the secondary school, which the authors, after G. N. Prozumentova, called joint production. The described educational precedents, empirical phenomena typical for this model allow us to see its presence in such forms as a master class, a project conference “Our Mental Values”, a joint educational project “Debates”, an international scientific and practical conference “Science and Education”. The content of this model is also shown by the creation of texts of different types by the participants of interaction: projects, articles, methodological developments, final qualifying works (diplomas, master’s theses). The experience of interaction between the University and the school presented in the article can be regarded as a precedent of educational design – the sphere of activity in which the manifestation, development, formation of the subjectivity of its participants in the context of innovative practice. Innovation is manifested in the phenomenon of personal presence of participants of network interaction (in this case-the authors of the article) in the creation of educational reality. The content of activities in the project can be considered as a variant of pedagogical technologization of the requirements of the new Federal State Educational Standards of the university and secondary school.

Yermolenkina L.I. CONTEXT MACRO-STRUCTURES AS THE MECHANISM OF FORMING DIALOGICAL MODELS OF COMMUNICATION IN SOCIAL WEB-RADIO DISCOURSE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 2 (208). P. 55-60

Introduction. The article discusses the principles of organizing a dialogue between users of social networks of entertainment radio. Modern convergent forms of media communication are realized at the intersection of discursive macrostructures. In particular, radio functions in social networks of the Internet as a multifactorial phenomenon, depending on the technological and ideological features of media sources, such as radio and the Internet. The innovative nature of the traditional source of information is manifested in the position of the addressee, which is due to the capabilities of the Internet user. The one-way communication method of analog radio acquires the qualities and capabilities of an interactive interaction model, the listener becomes a user, an active subject of discourse, his agent and content generator. Results and discussion. The analyzed material allows us to draw the following conclusions. The method of dialogue depends on the dominant macrostructures, which are either analog radio or social networkcommunication. The indicated macrostructures realize themselves at the level of values and the ideology of network communication. The macrostructure of the radio is explicated in the speech of the communicants in settings on the personal plan of interaction. The macrostructure implements an intersubject model of interaction. The macrostructure of social network communication manifests itself in the psycho-speech mechanisms of affiliation, namely, in the connection of speakers to the speech in order to actualize in public space, realizing a quasi-subject communication model. The second model does not show explicit markers of dialogue, but can be considered from the point of view of successful communication, given the general discursive perspective and the social-network form of organization of communication.

It is described how to produce polyolefines and pol-yethers from thermoplasts by sulphation of polystirol. The polystirol is introduced into the propilen in the pro¬portion of 5 through 15% in mass. The largest static exchange capacity belongs to the fiber obtaind by treating it with a sulfic acid of 93% concentration under temperature of 100-105 grad.C. The acheived purification coeffitient for Cz-137 is near to that acheived on ion-exchanging material of КУ-2-10 type.

Grigorjev's princi¬ples of «the organic critics», including the feeling of co¬ordinating sincerity, moral and high artistic value was in¬fluenced by George Sand's novelistics.
