| 5156 | Open ination is a cosmological scenario in which the universe is a vacuum bubble nucleated from false vacuum decay and a period of inationary expansion followed in the nucleated bubble. This scenario is currently receiving renewed interest in the context of the string theory landscape. Since there are a large number of metastable de Sitter vacua in the string landscape, tunneling from one vacuum to another occurs frequently through the bubble nucleation and open ination is naturally realized. We argue that though the universe appears to be very at, a small deviation of омега0 from unity can make the effect of tensor-type perturbations on the large angle CMB anisotropy signicant. Thus we are already testing the string landscape against observations. Keywords: string landscape, false vacuum decay, open ination | 1728 | |||||

| 5159 | The article addresses the problem of multiple negation in eastern, Vach and Vasjugan, dialects of Khanty and Southern dialects of Selkup. The article is based on the typology of multiple negation according to which four types of multiple negation can be pointed out: double negation, weakening negation, negative concord and emphatic negation. In the beginning of the article the information on theory of common and multiple negation is given. Also some peculiar theoretical moments such as negative polarity items and etymological duplets are discussed. Then, consequently, for each language, different markers and strategies of negation are discussed: common negation, imperative negation, existential negation, negation at pronouns and adverbs, negative modal verbs, morphological negation, negation under the influence of Russian. On this basis, different strategies of singular and multiple negation were revealed. At the end of the article the comparison of these strategies in two languages and conclusion takes place. In the languages under discussion, in the sphere of negation, some systemic changes took place connected with the influence of dominating Russian language. Different negation markers were loaned from Russian and adapted to the common use of native speakers. Keywords: endangered Siberian languages, multiple negation, typology | 1728 | |||||

| 5161 | Introduction. The article considers the role of sophisms in the judicial speech of one of the Tomsk prosecutors. The significance of the research is determined by the combination of the problems of the effectiveness of modern judicial speech, the designation of its place in the structure of the judicial process with linguistic and phonological categories. The purpose is to assess the relevance of the use of sophisms in the speech practice of the modern Tomsk prosecutor. The object of the analysis is the speech activity of a linguistic personality-the prosecutor of Tomsk, a woman, 38 years old. Material and methods. The following methods were used: observation, scientific description, discursive analysis. The material was oral recordings of speeches of the Tomsk prosecutor, lawyer and the defendant, made during one trial. The volume of the material is about 11.5 words. Results and discussion. The article describes various types of sophisms noted in the speeches of the prosecutor: substitution of the thesis, false arguments, arbitrary arguments, arguments against a person, etc. It is found that rhetorical arguments prevail over logical arguments in the speech in the debate. Actually, manipulative techniques are concentrated in that part of the judicial controversy, which is called a replica. To confirm this postulate, the main theses were highlighted, which were proved and evaluated during the debate. Variants of speculative use of evaluative rhetorical techniques prevail. Less common are “false analogy” and “female logic”. There are few cases of distortion of the thesis: “narrowing-expansion of the thesis”, “substitution of the thesis”. At this stage, it is difficult to assess whether the commitment to manipulative techniques is an individual feature of the speaker, or it is typical for a modern judicial process. The use of sophisms is part of the traditions of modern judicial practice, which began in the nineteenth century. It is noted that in the case of using manipulative arguments, the feature of the speaker’s speech portrait is most clearly manifested: subjective assessment and emotionality. Conclusion. We can say that the chosen strategy, assuming the presence of sophisms, proved its situational effectiveness, since it probably became one of the factors that influenced the decision of the court that supported the prosecution. Each speaker, as a professional language personality, has his own arsenal of effective and ineffective ways of organizing a discussion, it is necessary to replenish his communicative arsenal with the most effective management strategies that influenced the court’s decision. | 5175 | Introduction. The article discusses the principles of organizing a dialogue between users of social networks of entertainment radio. Modern convergent forms of media communication are realized at the intersection of discursive macrostructures. In particular, radio functions in social networks of the Internet as a multifactorial phenomenon, depending on the technological and ideological features of media sources, such as radio and the Internet. The innovative nature of the traditional source of information is manifested in the position of the addressee, which is due to the capabilities of the Internet user. The one-way communication method of analog radio acquires the qualities and capabilities of an interactive interaction model, the listener becomes a user, an active subject of discourse, his agent and content generator. Results and discussion. The analyzed material allows us to draw the following conclusions. The method of dialogue depends on the dominant macrostructures, which are either analog radio or social networkcommunication. The indicated macrostructures realize themselves at the level of values and the ideology of network communication. The macrostructure of the radio is explicated in the speech of the communicants in settings on the personal plan of interaction. The macrostructure implements an intersubject model of interaction. The macrostructure of social network communication manifests itself in the psycho-speech mechanisms of affiliation, namely, in the connection of speakers to the speech in order to actualize in public space, realizing a quasi-subject communication model. The second model does not show explicit markers of dialogue, but can be considered from the point of view of successful communication, given the general discursive perspective and the social-network form of organization of communication. | 5188 | The relevance of this study is due to the socio-cultural aspects associated with the development of visual communications in modern urban space. The visual landscape of the city assumes an abundance of advertising information in various spheres of human activity. This leads to an increase in the requirements for people of different specialties in the field of visual communication skills. The problem is a contradiction: on the one hand, the visual level of the urban environment is constantly growing, on the other hand the approaches to education in this direction are not so wide and do not meet the requirements of the time. At the moment, there are many technologies for solving creative problems in the visual arts and design - this is a whole spectrum of researchers who pay attention to the issues of a full-fledged educational cycle, but the problem is to correctly choose and integrate them into the accelerated educational process (refresher courses). | 5190 | The interest to Gogol’s literature heritage in the literature era of the XX–XXI centuries has been noted by many researchers. Literature scholars are actively introducing into scientific circulation the works of modern authors. They allow to raise the question of the place and role of Gogol’s heritage in the aesthetic search of the literature process of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The aim of the study is to analyze the functioning principles of the novel “The overcoat” and its system-forming image of a small man in the works of writers of the turn of the XX–XXI centuries. The novelty of the study lies, firstly, in the comprehension of the material that has not been previously analyzed, and secondly, in the reconstruction of the types, methods and function of the reception of the “overcoat text” in the literary era of the XX–XXI centuries. The works of modern authors were used as material: the chapter “Little Man Tetelin” from V. Makanin’s novel “The Underground or the Hero of Our Time” (1998). Makanin’s novel “The Underground, or the Hero of Our Time” (1998), stories by V. Petsukh “To Nikolai Vasilievich. Demonstration of Possibilities” from the collection “Plagiarism” (2001) and O. Slavnikova’s “CHANEL No. 5” (2009). The selected works belong to different aesthetic and genre forms and the point of convergence between them is their dialogical reinterpretation of the stylistic system of the novel “The Overcoat”, built on the combination of two modes of narration – “mimicry of grief” and “mimicry of laughter” (B. Eichenbaum). It is proved that the stylistic organization of the narrative principles of the novel “The overcoat” has a modeling effect on the works. All three selected authors use direct quotation allusion to the text of Gogol’s novel. The “overcoat plot” is projected by V. Makanin and V. Petsukh to comprehend the fate of the Soviet intelligentsia in the post-soviet realities. The writers record and comprehend the spiritual degradation aand grinding f the Soviet intellectual as a social and anthropological type. O. Slavnikova’s principles of transformation of the “overcoat plot” are connected with the reflection on the ontological value and self-sufficiency of the individual, which are lost in the situation of blurring the boundaries between the material and the ideal, man and thing. The human deformation discovered and explored by Slavnikova is thought of as an unmotivated fundamental property of the world. All three authors are characterized by the actualization of Gogol’s laughter, where the comic and the tragic coexist. Keywords: N. V. Gogol, “Overcoat”, little man, V. Makanin, V. Pietsukh, O.
