Abzalov R.A., Sushkov S.V. COSMOLOGICAL PERTURBATIONS IN THE THEORY OF GRAVITY WITH NONMINIMAL KINETIC COUPLING. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 13-16

We consider cosmological perturbations in the theory of gravity with nonminimal kinetic coupling. The Lagrangian of the theory contains the term ηGijφ,iφ,j , and represents the particular example of a general Horndeski Lagrangian, which results in second-order field equations. We derive a complete set of equations for scalar, vector and tensor pertubations. The tensor modes are analyzed in detail. It is shown that their behavior inside the Hubble horizon differs cardinally from the analogous behavior of tensor modes in Friedmann cosmology.

Keywords: nonminimal kinetic coupling, cosmological perturbations

Introduction. The article deals with the German compound nouns with the Katze / Kater component as well as adjectives and verbs with the component, a large number of which confirm the productivity of the German word composition. In addition to this group of words, adjectives with the indicated component (17 words) and 3 verbs are studied. Metaphorical and metonymic transfer are the nominal features of the studied compound words; the main feature of such names is their semantic bi-planarity, i.e. «Game» of figurative and literal meanings of the word. Results and discussion. The article shows how active the Katze / Kater is as a component of German compound words. According to their structure, the lexemes selected for the study can be divided into 7 thematic groups, and into 9 according to their meaning. The theoretical significance is determined by the results of solving the problem. The research contributes to the development of the theory of word formation and semantics. The practical value of the research is determined by the possibility of using the research results in the development of lecture courses and seminars on Lexicology and History of the German language, Translation theory. Introduction. Terminology contributes to the representation of the world picture because each lexical unit fixes the experience of both a separate nation and the whole mankind. The result of their interaction can be found in the perceptual unity and uniform representation of the world. Verbs, designating special notions, are the verbal representation of pragmatically revised scholary insight, which reflect the pattern of thoughtway, bases of mental activity, professional background, cultural and linguistic competence of specialists. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to study verbs, which designate special medical notions, and to show that they are a universal means to represent the world picture of medicine, and as a means which help to reveal the tramline and functioning of scientific thought. Material and methods. The material of the investigation includes one- and multiword verbs and verb phrases which represent various medical processes. Etymological, word-building and definitional analyses are used. Results and discussion. Universality which is characteristic of the world picture of medicine is reflected in the use of Greek and Latin terminological elements in the structure of a verb. National characteristics appear in the use of morphological elements and lexical and semantic principles of word-building. The world pictures of sciences also reflect historical evolution of notions and terms which can be revealed in the processes of terminologization and determinologization of verbs which are used in the language of medicine. The history of the development of special medical verbs demonstrates the interaction of the everyday and scientific world pictures. It is proved by etymology of verbs and polysemy of verbs within the medical discourse and with the verbs functioning in other branches of science. Lexical units which represent various medical processes are a kind of propositional structures which show a definite area of the world picture in its entirety. Thus, they can demonstrate the process as a cognitive script, which demonstrates implicitly the array of actions. It is a kind of metonymical representation of the process which is put into verbs. Conclusion. A verb can be considered as a means to interpret the world picture of this or that field of science. In regards to language of medicine the verbs allow to reveal the pattern and volume of semantic development of a word, to trace the scientific history of medicine in synchrony and diachrony.

Tyapkin M.O. PROTECTION OF FORESTS FROM FIRES IN THE АLTAI PROVINCE IN THE FIRST YEARS AFTER THE FINAL ESTABLISHMENT OF THE SOVIET AUTHORITIES (1919–1921). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 3 (180). P. 137-143

The aim of the work is to examine the process of formation of new system of fire-prevention actions which began to emerge in the Altai province after final establishment of the Soviet government. The article is prepared on the basis of a wide range of archival materials, materials, many of which are introduced for scientific use for the first time. As a result of the work the author has come to the following conclusions. The fight against forest fires included a range of prevention measures, prevention and liquidation of fire in the forest and punishment for persons guilty of arsons. The new government was interested in the preservation of forests from fires, so forestry specialists and local authorities were tasked to create effective system of struggle against forest fires in short terms. Questions of forest preservation from the fires were regulated by local regulations which were based on provisions of the decree “About the woods” 1918. The forest was nationalized, every citizen had the right to use forest products, but on the condition of personal participation in the protection of forests. The implementation of fire prevention measures was entrusted to the local population. However, this practice has not justified itself, so it was decided to return to the standard scheme, in which the main role in the protection of forests from fires played professional forest guards.

Erdman’s satirical comedy The Suicide has been translated into Czech twice by renowned Czech translators Jan Zábrana (1967) and Alena Morávková (1985). In 1971, The Mandate was staged at the satirical theatre Večerní Brno (Evening Brno), which was the first production of Erdman’s plays in the former Czechoslovakia. The Suicide was staged in 1987. The publication of the Czech translation of The Suicide created by Alena Morávková in 1985 was three years ahead of the Soviet publication of the original play. The paper also reflects significant productions of Erdman’s plays at the E. F. Burian Theatre or Studio Ypsilon. Modern Czech stage productions of The Mandate (last performed in 2009) and, first of all, The Suicide (last performed in 2019) are also reflected in the paper. Conclusion. An analysis of the plays’ translations and stage versions proves that even eighty years after their creation, the satirical works of Nikolai Erdman are still relevant thanks to their deep humanistic and philosophical content that resonates with the modern audience. Both before and after 1989, Erdman’s plays were staged in so-called small (studio) theatres. Even today, the interest to Erdman’s plays arises in small theatres, student companies and amateur theatres. However, the themes that Czech directors emphasize in their contemporary productions are fundamentally different from what was targeted before the Velvet revolution.

Grinshpon Y.S., Podstrigich A.G. SEMANTIC FEATURES OF EDUCATIONAL TEXT AS A COMMUNICATIVE SIGN SYSTEM USED IN THE TRAINING PROCESS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 123-128

Formation of universal learning activities aimed at thoughtful reading and writing, critical comprehension of the available information and the creation of educational product among pupils in any subject area, including mathematics classes, is a major concern throughout modern general education. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. Educational texts should prepare pupils for independent reading of educational, popular science-oriented and scientific literature; promote the creative acquisition of knowledge and gathering experience in critical, creative thinking and conducting design and research work.

The article attempts to address the problems associated with teaching Russian as a foreign language in higher educational institutions of the People's Republic of China, as well as suggest solutions drawing on the experience of teachers of Mudanjiang Pedagogical University. Analises the state of methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China's higher education institutions, taking into account modern requirements to graduate qualifications. The author indicated the low level of students' vocabulary and poor oral expression as the main problems. Attention is also paid to the weak initial preparation of the students who enter the university, which is largely complicates the work of the teacher, who has to adjust the lack of knowledge, and begin the learning process from scratch. To solve these and other problems in methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience it is possible to use a comprehensive approach that focuses on a combination of traditional techniques and modern communication methods. Students participate in discussions on topics of concern, role-playing games, performances of plays. Thus the main objective of the educational process – training free speaking in Russian with the use of extensive vocabulary can be achieved. The development of this approach is illustrated by the example of the team of teachers of Mudanjiang Pedagogical University, with the description of the specific learning technologies.

The relevance of the study determines the current context of information space development and ongoing evolutionary change associated with the latest achievements in the field of information and communication technologies. Both in Russian and Kazakhstani mass communication theory, this aspect is insufficiently studied and requires attention. Innovation and theoretical significance of the work lies in the analysis of advanced problems, which make a serious contribution to the scientific basis of the study of journalism. The article presents a holistic concept of the typology of epistolary journalism in the context of globalization and information society development. The analysis focuses on examples of modern texts in both print and electronic media and the Internet, which becomes a new epistolary visual space for communication infrastructure of social communication on the local and global levels. Analyzed dynamic processes in the language and style of contemporary works of epistolary journalism, such as the evolution of the epistolary genre, its transformation in the epistolary visual genre, desacralization when you get the opportunity in social networks and anonymization of self-presentation of the participants of communication, the tendency to brevity of content, lower level information, as well as extensive use of graphic symbols and abbreviations. The author developed a typology of information dissemination channels, describes their modern types that are actively used in journalistic discourse, which largely determine the socio-psychological, information and linguistic and cultural situation in society. Extremely important in this regard is the problem of formation of professional culture of the text creator of business, personal or other types of letters. The article condsiders the tendencies and prospects of development of the epistolary genre in modern journalism, linguistic and stylistic features of this time-tested means of communication.

Zakharova-Sarovskaya M.V. PECULIARITIES OF NEOLOGICAL COMPOUNDS FORMATION (BASED ON ATTRIBUTIVE COMPANY NAMES OF NOVOSIBIRSK). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 7 (196). P. 61-65

The author studies the issue of complex word generation based on an integrative speech-thinking model of word production. The model reveals processes of words production on onomasiological, cognitive and word-forming level. The paper presents the results of studying complex words on the material of Novosibirsk city ergonyms with attributive semantics. Ergonyms, being the most actively enriched category of onyms for the recent decades, reflect general trends occurring in the language: use of different structure components in the composition of a complex word; various possibilities of language game: lexical, stylistic and graphic features of neologisms formation. The most significant trend of modern word derivation is agglutinative or analytical nature of compounding process. Special analytical components of a compound word are clipped stems, root affixes, nouns, adjectives, numerals, graphical signs or abbreviations; which can be grouped in different sequences in the compound word. The position of the component expressing the attributive semantics can be initial or final, with the predominance of the initial, that expresses the semantic model “defining component-determined component”. The integrative speech-thinking model of word-production as the basic research method of word production assumes the description of representation structures of different types of knowledge at several levels (onomasiological, cognitive, nominative and derivation) and the choice of corresponding speech forms. When generating a new word the choice of the most essential information occurs at the stage of signifying the predicative form and is realized in the equivalent conventional or non-conventional models of word-production.

Mekhrizi M.A., Avval A.M., Gholami H. COMPARATIVE DISCUSSION OF COMMON MISTAKES BY USING THE GOVERNMENT IN RUSSIAN AND PERSIAN LANGUAGES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 4 (222). P. 26-33

Itroduction. The correct usage of grammatical government in Russian sometimes encounters difficulties, on the other hand, due to the structural differences in grammatical ways of expressing government in both Russian and Persian languages and moreover, the absence of a case category in Persian, the topic of the article acquires special relevance for teaching Russian and Persian languages. The topic of government in the Russian language has been researched a lot and many books and articles have been written on this topic, but in the Persian language. Linguists did not pay much attention to this topic, only at the level of dissertations and articles, not a large number of works have been written by linguists with knowledge of the Russian language. The aim of the study is to analyze the errors associated with the use of government in Russian and compare them with the Persian language. Material and methods. In this article, using the method of comparative linguistics, common mistakes are considered when using government in Russian language, after which the results are additionally analyzed and compared with the Persian language, and as a result, the similarities and differences in grammatical ways of expressing government between the Russian and Persian languages will be revealed. The material of this article is grammar guides in both languages and specialized books and articles on the topic of government, especially in Russian. The objectives of this study are to increase the understanding of government among students in two languages, familiarize themselves with the mistakes in connection with the use of government in Russian and their comparison with the Persian language. Results and discussion. The results of the article can be helpful for students of both named languages, who, firstly, due to the lack of research on this topic, especially on government in Persian, cannot compare the ways of expressing government in a foreign language with their native language and, as a result, suffer from an incomplete concept of this topic and secondly, due to the lack of familiarization with common mistakes when using government, they are often mistaken in their application. Conclusions are drawn about different theories on the definition of the term “government” as a grammatical term in the field of linguistics. Not all linguists in Russian accept all existing generally accepted definitions of government. Researchers of the Persian language also pay attention to government in the Persian language, although some, such as L. S. Peisikov, completely deny the existence of government, but this study confirms that the grammatical meaning of government cannot be abandoned.

This paper examines the image of a drinking man in the artistic picture of the world by Sergey Dovlatov, compared to the national picture of the world. The goal is to discuss the similarities and differences in the attitude towards a drinking person, the key characteristics of a drinking person in the national and artistic picture of the world. We perform this study on the materials of the Russian Associative Dictionary (with the use of phraseology materials) and the texts by Sergey Dovlatov (using the National Corpus of the Russian language). We employ the methods of contextual analysis and of studying the national and artistic picture of the world. In both pictures of the world there is sympathy and an idea of the “fate” of a drinking person. The bearers of the negative assessment prevailing in the national picture of the world, in the texts by Sergey Dovlatov, are individual characters who are not “positive”, non-drinking characters seem to be something amazing, mysterious. We characterize the description of the effect of alcohol on a person and the surrounding world in the works Sergey Dovlatov. We counted the episodes of alcohol consumption and the number of characters involved in them in the works of S. D. Dovlatov to prove the importance of the image of people drinking. Sergey Dovlatov gives drunkards positive qualities (inner freedom, talent, contempt for material values). Alcohol “colors” the world in pink tones and helps the heroes to live.

Solostina T.A. THE CONTENT AND THE ROLE OF THE INDIVIDUAL WORK IN TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS (THEORETICAL ASPECT). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 29-32

At present the higher school is facing an acute problem of training specialists, demanded by the labour market. Therefore, the necessary condition is to improve the quality of education of the students, in which a special role is assigned to individual work, especially during transition to level and individually-focused training in the logic of state of educational standards of the third generation. Individual educational work seems rather a problematic concept. In the terms of quality issues the concept of “work” is determined by the concept of “activity”, which is the base for it. By means of individual work the students’ readiness for independent activity is carried out. And for the formation of self-reliance as the characteristics of an individual to adapt first-year students an opening course ‘Introduction to the vocation’ is designed. The main objectives of the suggested course are “to introduce students to the vocation”, i.e. introduce the features of student life and activities throughout the coming period of training, to form certain ideas and skills necessary for mastering of all subjects of the curriculum, as well as to introduce the features and requirements of the economics profession.

Toktarova V.I., Fedorova S.N. REFOCUSING THE MATHEMATICAL TRAINING PROCESS OF THE UNIVERSITY STUDENTS FROM “TEACHING MATHS” TO “TEACHING BY MATHS”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 8 (205). P. 77-83

Introduction. In rapid computerization and mathematization of almost all areas of knowledge the mathematical training of students at a higher education institution must be of an anticipatory nature and be aimed at obtaining results that will be in demand in a technologized society. Modern society requires the individual skills of self-organization, self-development, self-regulation, self-control, self-education, etc. These tasks can be successfully solved in the process of mathematical training of students with the competent organization of the educational process. Material and methods. The basis for the substantiation and implementation of the principle of refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” was based on the methods of theoretical and empirical research. Results and discussion. The main tasks of high-quality mathematical education of students, which a modern university is facing today, are considered. Mathematics is characterized as a science and a body of knowledge; a language of research and modeling for solving problems in various fields of knowledge; a system of organization of thinking. The object, subject, methods and properties of mathematics are highlighted. The fundamental functions of students’ mathematical training are revealed: teaching mathematics – involving mastering the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, the formation of mathematical competence; teaching by mathematics – aimed at the intellectual development of students, formation of logical thinking, development of mathematical literacy, etc. The implementation of the principle “learning by mathematics” in the electronic educational environment is characterized through the integration of the content of mathematical courses with specialized disciplines; the choice of the type and method of presentation of educational material not only for carrying out calculations, but for visualizing abstract mathematical concepts and knowledge; differentiation and personification of teaching mathematics through the using non-linear methods and various types of presentation depending on the psycho-physiological characteristics, cognitive styles of students, professional area, including taking into account health features (persons with disabilities). Conclusion. The results of the study showed that refocusing the mathematical training process of the university students from “teaching maths” to “teaching by maths” through the organization of training within electronic educational environment allows students to assimilate the system of mathematical knowledge and skills, actively apply the methods of mathematical research; quickly adapt to the changing conditions of modern society and production, acquiring the necessary competencies for professional activities in the process of solving various applied problems.

Shcherbatykh S.V., Podlipskiy O.K. Educational models of mathematical literacy development. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 5 (235). P. 147-156

Functional literacy is considered as a systemic educational result of basic general education, aimed at socializing the teacher through solving real problems using subject and meta-subject knowledge. The structure of functional literacy is represented by a set of components: reading, natural science, mathematics, financial, critical and creative thinking. The formation of a set of these components requires the design within an educational organization of an appropriate motivating environment, which includes social, cultural, as well as specially organized psychological and pedagogical conditions. Designing a motivating educational environment is the result of the activities of the school's teaching team, which accepts this as a strategic task and solves it through joint efforts. Mathematical literacy is defined as the ability to solve real-world problems through a set of activities: conducting mathematical reasoning, as well as formulating, applying and interpreting. The process of developing mathematical literacy can be carried out in various forms: lesson, workshop, extracurricular and project activities, etc. Each of them has its own specific features. Thus, the lessons provide mastery of specific mathematical content and demonstration of its use to solve life problems. The workshop, which serves as a complement to mathematics lessons, places emphasis on students mastering the method of mathematical modeling, for which various methods of presenting data are used: text, graphic, tabular, photo, drawing, etc. Also, when conducting a workshop, there are more opportunities to combine individual, group and collective form of work. Extracurricular activities, which are characterized by a wide range of different forms of learning, can also be productively used in the process of developing mathematical skills. Depending on age, this could be a club, an elective, etc. Another variant of the model for the formation of mathematical literacy is educational design, when students independently solve a certain problem using a set of subject knowledge under the guidance of a teacher. Project work can be carried out either individually or in a group, including students of the same age and of different ages. Project activities allow you to build productive communication between students and develop teamwork skills. Project activities allow you to organize various interdisciplinary projects where different types of functional literacy are combined.
