The article is prepared on the basis of a wide range of archival materials, materials, many of which are introduced for scientific use for the first time. As a result of the work the author has come to the following conclusions. The fight against forest fires included a range of prevention measures, prevention and liquidation of fire in the forest and punishment for persons guilty of arsons. The new government was interested in the preservation of forests from fires, so forestry specialists and local authorities were tasked to create effective system of struggle against forest fires in short terms. Questions of forest preservation from the fires were regulated by local regulations which were based on provisions of the decree “About the woods” 1918. The forest was nationalized, every citizen had the right to use forest products, but on the condition of personal participation in the protection of forests. The implementation of fire prevention measures was entrusted to the local population. However, this practice has not justified itself, so it was decided to return to the standard scheme, in which the main role in the protection of forests from fires played professional forest guards. | 5653 | The relevance of the study determines the current context of information space development and ongoing evolutionary change associated with the latest achievements in the field of information and communication technologies. Both in Russian and Kazakhstani mass communication theory, this aspect is insufficiently studied and requires attention. Innovation and theoretical significance of the work lies in the analysis of advanced problems, which make a serious contribution to the scientific basis of the study of journalism. The article presents a holistic concept of the typology of epistolary journalism in the context of globalization and information society development. The analysis focuses on examples of modern texts in both print and electronic media and the Internet, which becomes a new epistolary visual space for communication infrastructure of social communication on the local and global levels. Analyzed dynamic processes in the language and style of contemporary works of epistolary journalism, such as the evolution of the epistolary genre, its transformation in the epistolary visual genre, desacralization when you get the opportunity in social networks and anonymization of self-presentation of the participants of communication, the tendency to brevity of content, lower level information, as well as extensive use of graphic symbols and abbreviations. The author developed a typology of information dissemination channels, describes their modern types that are actively used in journalistic discourse, which largely determine the socio-psychological, information and linguistic and cultural situation in society. Extremely important in this regard is the problem of formation of professional culture of the text creator of business, personal or other types of letters. | 5655 | The new concept of the humanities emphasizes breaking down barriers between different disciplines, creating a new system of disciplines and a knowledge system, emphasizing the development of students’ thinking abilities through the transfer of knowledge, and re-establishing the link between “teaching” and “learning”. The goal is to analyze the way of reforming the teaching of foreign literature in the context of the “new concept of the humanities”. The material of the study was the documents of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China on the construction of a “new concept of the humanities”, the relevant research papers of the CNKI of China, as well as examples of the author’s training in teaching “Foreign Literature”. The study uses the literary method of research and the empirical method of research. In this context, the teaching of foreign literature should break down barriers between courses and integrate between courses. Foreign literature in various universities in China is divided into the history of foreign literature, the reading of foreign literature and the theory of foreign literature, but we must combine these courses in teaching. During the teaching of literary history knowledge, we must make students understand the characteristics of the literary language in original literary texts, we must penetrate the literary theory in the study of works, teach students to analyze specific literary texts through literary theory and criticism method, and realize the combination of theory and practice. In teaching foreign literature, we must not only have a global vision, but also have national and family feelings, in order to spread Chinese culture in the international arena and tell Chinese stories well and establish cultural confidence in cultural differences. Russian literature especially contains a deep patriotic spirit, humanitarian spirit, deep cultural heritage and civic consciousness. Through the teaching of this course, we guide students to create patriotism, build the consciousness of citizens and develop a humanitarian spirit. As a result, we will combine knowledge, ability, and a view of value in order to improve the ideological and moral literacy of students. While teaching, we encourage students to actively participate in teaching activities and discussions. Interactive activities between teachers and students can mobilize students’ enthusiasm, stimulate their creativity, provide them with opportunities to use and demonstrate their own abilities, and help them improve their language skills. At the same time, teaching foreign literature can not only impart knowledge, but also cultivate thinking ability and stimulate students’ imagination ability. The use of auxiliary tools such as multimedia, internet, film, boutique course site, can not only expand the scope of the curriculum of literature courses and make the teaching method diversified, but also keep in touch with information technology, digital culture and the network. This teaching method can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and form a virtuous learning cycle. Teachers should introduce their research results, research trends, as well as scientific methods in the classroom, constantly enrich and update teaching content, conduct flexible classes, ensure students learn the latest knowledge and cutting edge concepts, at the same time cultivate students’ interests in scientific research, improve the ability of students in research and stimulate the interests of students in research. At present, assessments of foreign literature studies at various universities in China are in writing. This assessment method does not contribute to the development of creative abilities and the improvement of students’ literary assessment and analysis abilities. Therefore, we are trying to use a combination of written tests and oral tests in the assessment of learning to comprehensively improve students’ language skills and cultural literacy. The “new concept of the humanities” is to throw off the unreasonable barriers set by disciplines, not bound by the boundaries of invisible disciplines. The “new concept of the humanities” are the inevitable result of the humanities and social sciences adapting to social development. An integral task of teaching foreign literature is to cultivate outstanding talents who can serve the needs of the country and take responsibility for national revival against the backdrop of the “new concept of the humanities”. | 5667 | In the Faddeev formulation of gravity, the metric is regarded as composite field, bilinear of d = 10 4-vector fields. We derive the minisuperspace (discrete) Faddeev action by evaluating the Faddeev action on the spacetime composed of the (flat) 4-simplices with constant 4-vector fields. This is an analog of the Regge action obtained by evaluating the Hilbert-Einstein action on the spacetime composed of the flat 4-simplices. One of the new features of this formulation is that the simplices are not required to coincide on their common faces. Also an analog of the Barbero-Immirzi parameter γ can be introduced in this formalism. Keywords: Einstein gravity, Regge calculus, composite metric, Faddeev gravity, discrete gravity | 1791 | |||||
| 5668 | This paper examines the image of a drinking man in the artistic picture of the world by Sergey Dovlatov, compared to the national picture of the world. The goal is to discuss the similarities and differences in the attitude towards a drinking person, the key characteristics of a drinking person in the national and artistic picture of the world. We perform this study on the materials of the Russian Associative Dictionary (with the use of phraseology materials) and the texts by Sergey Dovlatov (using the National Corpus of the Russian language). We employ the methods of contextual analysis and of studying the national and artistic picture of the world. In both pictures of the world there is sympathy and an idea of the “fate” of a drinking person. The bearers of the negative assessment prevailing in the national picture of the world, in the texts by Sergey Dovlatov, are individual characters who are not “positive”, non-drinking characters seem to be something amazing, mysterious. We characterize the description of the effect of alcohol on a person and the surrounding world in the works Sergey Dovlatov. We counted the episodes of alcohol consumption and the number of characters involved in them in the works of S. D. Dovlatov to prove the importance of the image of people drinking. Sergey Dovlatov gives drunkards positive qualities (inner freedom, talent, contempt for material values). Alcohol “colors” the world in pink tones and helps the heroes to live. The mathematical technology of processing of indicators of progress is offered. It is noted that the main problem there is a choice of an expert assessment. An example of objective calculation of an assessment is reviewed. The conclusion that the number of indicators of progress should not exceed three-four is drawn, otherwise errors of measurements increase more, than for 50 %. The problem of choice of indicators for assessment of level of training of the student is formulated. | 5678 | Introduction. In the analyzed cycle, L. Goralik actualizes complex problems of modern children’s literature, among which the following can be distinguished: the problem of the relationship of generations (“fathers and children”), the attitude to death, the understanding of one’s own identity, ways of knowing the surrounding world. The purpose of the work is to characterize the system of characters in L. Goralik’s cycle about Venisan. Material and methods. The works of Russian structuralists, folklorists, and mythologists were used in the work. Results and discussion. The cycle about Venisan presents a rather complex and diverse system of characters, among which one can distinguish heroes-helpers, pests, mythological characters. Pests, like assistants, serve the purpose of plot development, helping the main character to go beyond the usual existence. Mythological characters contribute to the development of the inner world of the heroine, i.e. they largely determine the inner plot of the main character’s growing up. Conclusion. The cycle about Venisan can be attributed to the fantasy tradition, however, attention to the complex inner world of a child trying to survive in a terrible world complicates the problems of the work. L. Goralik uses mythological images to create the inner world of a girl who intuitively tries to figure out the ontological problems of life and death, the meaning of her existence. If in fantasy literature for this purpose there were heroes-helpers (sages) who give answers to difficult questions, then Agatha finds herself face to face with a hostile and complex world order in which communication with adults only complicates the situation: adults demand help (mother), make them suffer (father), threaten life (smugglers, “merry men”, etc.).In an unhealthy and hostile atmosphere, children try to come up with their own explanation of what is happening (rumors, scary stories), learn to mimic (invent a secret language). Agatha, unlike most children, develops the ability to intuitively comprehend the truth about the world through mythological images that appear to her in dreams, memories, sensations. The research material was open Internet sources, as well as materials of a sociological survey conducted in April 2022 among students of the Omsk Pedagogical University on the basis of a random sample. The study used methods of comparative and systemic analysis, as well as methods for developing design technologies. The theoretical significance of the results of the study consists in the systematization of the forms and methods of patriotic education of student youth by means of memorialization of historical memory. Lacunae were discovered in the youth’s knowledge of means of perpetuating the memory of D. M. Karbyshev, which was the basis for the development of innovative forms and means of patriotic education. The methods of sociological survey, systematic and comparative analysis show the reflection of the means of memorialization of the feat of D. M. Karbyshev in the forms and means of patriotic education. The practical significance of the study is as follows. The social ideal of the personality of D. M. Karbyshev in the context of domestic cultural historical memory. Forms of patriotic education are distributed in project technologies by age groups of children and youth and certain loci – places of patriotic actions. Using the method of sociological survey, traditional and innovative forms of patriotic education proposed by students were identified. A set of forms of patriotic education is distributed in project technologies by age groups of children and youth and certain loci – places of patriotic actions. The structure of the developed technologies includes means of patriotic education. Along with immersion in the atmosphere of patriotism, military romance and conviction in the greatness of the feat, his visual museum and excursion display is carried out, built on the inclusion of various objects of cultural and historical memory in the route of excursions. To work with young people, seven main active forms of patriotic education in the context of project technologies have been developed. It is determined that for student and working youth, along with common excursion routes, there are seven other loci: special cultural institutions for youth, as well as citywide libraries, museums, the Cinema House, the space of the Immortal Regiment. As a result of the development of technologies, the pedagogical potential of these patriotic actions was revealed: their continuity, taking into account the lessons of history, and the sacred essence of military-patriotic exploits in the name of life, visibility, spectacular effect, dispersion among audiences, brightness, significance of cultural and historical memory, emotional saturation of impact. | 5680 | Professionally-oriented foreign language training at a university under modern economic, social and geopolitical terms of society development should provide a high level of graduates’ knowledge, skills and abilities in highly specialized areas that form the basis of training and form their readiness to perform professional communication with foreign colleagues when solving practical, theoretical and research tasks. This training should also promote their further self-development, self-education and professional growth. Thus, learning a foreign language could help to perform two main functions in the young specialist’s professional activity: to be a communication tool (in oral and written form) and to become a means of improving one’s professional level. Taking into account the Federal State Educational Standard, the process of foreign language learning in a technical university is aimed at the formation of communicative competencies – the ability to logically correctly and clearly build oral and written speech, make public speeches, conduct reasoned discussion and at the formation of professional competencies – analyze, summarize and perceive information, write scientific texts in their professional field. Higher school teachers are faced with the task of developing these competencies in conditions of insufficient hours given to humanities and a low level of foreign language knowledge among applicants. In particular, a modular system with a flexible approach to the educational process allows you to create pedagogical conditions for the implementation of goals and objectives at different stages of learning. The work was carried out on the basis of the leading technical university of the country. The pedagogical model was updated: the course content for three stages of training (bachelor’s, master’s, postgraduate) was developed, goals and objectives were defined, methodological support was written, exercise books (paper and digital) for each level of training were published, independent educational and cognitive activities of students were organized. The educational process in universities should create conditions in which the student will see his own growth and achievements, will be able to conduct self-analysis and evaluate the results of his activities. The modular approach provides freedom for both teachers and students in filling individual modules with interesting material, choosing a learning path, space for independent work and creative self-realization. Theoretical justification of strategic conditions is as a result presented: enrichment of knowledge of professional burning out of experts of professions of an extra risk; orientation of experts of professions of an extra risk on prevention of a syndrome of professional burning out; familiarizing of experts of professions of an extra risk with development technician of a relaxation and self-control. The allocated strategic conditions are realized as psychology and pedagogical ensuring prevention of a syndrome of “burning out” of experts of professions of an extra risk. Their effective realization depends on competently picked up pedagogical forms, methods, receptions and means. This is important in relation to the events of the recent past, happening in Western Siberia. You cannot ignore the fact that not all materials fall at the disposal of archivists and archives corpus equipment takes a long time. With regard to the study of current political history of the region it is advisable to use these types of sources as published in the study period directories, collections of documents and materials of sociological research, data, electoral statistics and financial reports on the results of the election campaigns. This makes it possible to expand the typology of sources, bringing the amount of new materials. Involvement in the scientific revolution of additional evidence, allowing detailed study of various aspects of the activities of Russian national and statist organizations. In heritage materials researchers are revealing the processes taking place in the regional organizations of political parties and influence the choice of strategy and tactics. Of interest are the documents allowing to analyze the issues of financial and informational support of these political forces in the transformation of the political system accompanied by political crises, the referendum and the election campaign. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. Educational texts should prepare pupils for independent reading of educational, popular science-oriented and scientific literature; promote the creative acquisition of knowledge and gathering experience in critical, creative thinking and conducting design and research work. | 5696 | In the Randall-Sundrum scenario we consider exact 5-dimensional solutions with localized gravity which are associated with a well defined class of conformal bulk fields. We analyze tneir behaviour under radion field perturbations. We show that it the Randall-Sundrum exponential warp is the localizing metric function and the equation of state of the conformal fields is not changed by the radion perturbation then the 5-dimensional solutions are unstable. We present new stable solutions which describe on the brane the dynamics of inhoinoqeneous OUST, generalized dark radiation and homogeneous polytropic matter | 1787 | |||||

| 5698 | We briefly review a gauge-invariant approach to calculating the one-loop effective action for supersymmetric gauge models formulated on N = 1/2 superspace. Construction of the effective action is based on use of manifestly covariant methods such that superfield background field method and proper time technique in non-anticommutative superspace. As the applications of general construction, the calculation of one-loop effective action for deformed supersymmetric Yang-Mills model is carried out. Gives a comparative analysis of quantity indicators of organic components of the mountain peat under study with the West Siberian peat and the peat of the European terrain of Russia. Reveals the resemblances and distinctions in a quantitative proportion of separate groups of the organic substance of peat of a various genesis in conditions of humic and arid climate of Northeast, East and Southeast Altai provinces. | 5700 | The article focuses on the polifunctional pronoun form gli and its patterns of use in the 16th-century Italian. In Old Italian, as a result of phonetic changes, this form became virtually universal, as it performed various subject, direct object and indirect object functions and co-occurred with other developments of the Lat. ille. In Modern Italian gli has several uses, but they are not stylistically equal: gli as the indirect object masculine singular pronoun is normative, gli as the indirect object plural form is colloquially marked, and gli as the indirect object feminine singular pronoun is regarded as a vulgarism. The 16th century, in a way, was a transition period when certain uses of gli that later became obsolete are only present in comic genres and in the writings by semiliterate authors. Another interesting feature is the growing discrepancy between the dialect of Florence and the codified norm. The reduction of superfluous uses of gli in the 16th-century Italian has not been dealt with specially before. The present piece of research aims at assessing the way the functions of gli were gradually being reduced and differentiated stylistically, which becomes evident when one confronts prose and verse writings belonging to different genres and to authors from different regions of Italy.
