| 701 | This is meant to be a continuation to a series of the author’s publications devoted to the problems of teaching English as a second foreign language in a linguistic university (after German). The basic message which comes across from them is that there is a high correlation between the two foreign languages, what makes third language acquisition different in all aspects of teaching and learning processes. Here, we also briefly summarize the findings of a few studies that we have carried out, and take them a step further. This time we look at a fundamental problem for language pedagogy – principles that are applied in teaching a second foreign language. Hence, we refer to other writing on this subject, i.e. the existing classifications of basic principles viewed though through the component structure of professional competence of the linguist-teacher. So in surveying the factors determining the process of teaching and learning English after German (the peculiarities of the linguistic and ethnographic material; the peculiarities of the target group; the conditions of teaching and learning a second foreign language) we have tried to work out some principles that are supposed to be specific for the analyzed conditions: the principle of foundation and complementary connection with the first foreign language; the principle of constructive cooperation of the teacher and students; the principle of the spiral progression that implements the idea of intensification and extensification of third language acquisition. | 704 | The article deals with the analysis of the evangelical activity of the Russian conservatives (pomorets) living in the Ust-Tsilemsky volost of the Mezen County of the Arkhangelsk province in the first half of the 19th century. Earlier unknown archival documents which are stored in the State archive of the Arkhangelsk region, discovering the facts about evangelical activity of conservatives are considered. During the considered historical period the Velikopozhensky monastery where mentors, copyists of books, draftsmen of wall sheets worked was the main Old Believers’ center of the nizhnepechorsky region. Activity of its monks as preachers a drevlepravoslaviya in the rural areas located on the Pechora River is considered. Preachers were not only mentors, nachchechikami, but also ordinary peasants who actively traveled along the Pechora in the guise of artisans and through their preaching and way of life helped to transform officially Orthodox people into Old Belief. The main attention in work is paid to the false decree, presented as «sovereign», distributed by the Ust-Tsilma peasants in support of conservatives a as well as with the aim of involving the population in the Old Believers. Peasants read the false decree in their families, rewrote and distributed it through the inhabitants of the villages. Despite the pursued ban policy of the Old Belief, the number of the people passing into it steadily grew. | 713 | In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth. | 724 | Introduction. The article examines one of the forms of speech aggression presented in Internet communication. Trolling is a phenomenon that develops along with new Internet technologies, is characteristic exclusively of network discourse and is embodied in provocative remarks. Trolling is a form of speech aggression, it is due to the nature of the Internet discourse. The purpose of the article is to study trolling as one of the forms of speech aggression in Internet communication. Material and methods. The material was publications and comments in the community of Russian schoolchildren on the Vkontakte social network. Discourse analysis became the main method. When selecting the material, the method of continuous sampling was applied. Results and discussion. The article actualizes the manifestation of speech aggression in the network communication of Russian schoolchildren, in particular, trolling techniques, strategies and tactics, through which this form of speech aggression is implemented, are considered and characterized. Among the techniques of provocative behavior most frequently used by schoolchildren on the Internet, one can single out the technique of refuting public opinion through oppositional statements and the technique of getting personal. The main strategy of trolling is the strategy of provocation, which is implemented through various tactics: ridiculing the opponent, tactics of total denial and a sharp change in the behavior of the communicant. Trolling as a form of speech aggression in Internet communication always finds its expression in provocative remarks. According to its linguo-pragmatic status, trolling is a statement based on the potential for conflict. This form of speech aggression is realized as a conflict communicative act that can develop according to several scenarios. Community themes determine the use of provocative remarks within the framework of trolling concerning specific areas of school life. The main goal of network provocateurs is always a communicative conflict. Conclusion. The relevance of the study of speech aggression in the school environment is dictated by the fact that the Internet is by far the most popular communication platform for adolescents. | 726 | The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. The number of terms included in the dictionaries of language didactics has been steadily increasing, and it can be seen both in domestic and foreign editions. The article deals with the problems of systematization of terminology of language didactics in contemporary domestic and foreign dictionaries. The main difficulties of systematization of pedagogical terms and terms of language didactics are determined, among them are: changes in the conceptual apparatus, spontaneity of occurrence of terms, ambiguity and inconsistency of terms and concepts, the desire of scientists to give their own definition of new concepts, tautology, incorrect grammatical and stylistic formulation of the concepts, the choice of the term formulation without proper reasoning, the uncertainty of the relationship between concepts, mechanic replacing of conventional terms, “fashion” on certain terms, the lack of mechanisms of official scientific recognition of terms. | 738 | Introduction. Quality management of education in universities is becoming increasingly important. This became particularly relevant in light of the growing competition between universities, including individual areas of training. The implementation of the quality education system is considered on the example of the Department of Television and Management of Tomsk State University of Management Systems and Radio Electronics. The purpose of the article is to conduct a comparative analysis of the results of assessing the quality of educational services among undergraduate students of the Department of Technical Studies, performed in different years. Material and methods. For the analysis, the method of questioning is used, which is the most accessible effective method of collecting information. The questionnaire was developed taking into account the requirements regulated by the regulatory acts of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. Results and discussion. The main advantages and disadvantages of the implementation of master programs in electromagnetic compatibility are presented. A set of measures has been developed to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Partial implementation is fullfilled. A re-evaluation of the quality of the implementation of master programs among students and teaching staff of the department was carried out. The results of evaluating the quality of the implementation of master’s programs are compared with the results of the previous assessment among students and teachers. An increase in indicators was revealed after the introduction of a set of measures to improve the quality of the implementation of master programs. Identified the need to increase the number of career guidance activities for applicants entering the magistracy. Presented new recommendations for career guidance activities at the department. Identified the need to improve the logistics of the department. The effectiveness of the organization of research work of undergraduates at the department, which is to attract students to research projects with further employment in a research laboratory. | 739 | With the increase in the number of Chinese students all over the world, the teaching of Chinese as a foreign language as an independent subject has formed its own subject system. Teaching Chinese as a foreign language is a specialized subject or a complex applied subject, which determines the need for research on teaching Chinese as a foreign language in accordance with these characteristics. The research objects of teaching Chinese as a foreign language are mainly to study the principles and methods of teaching Chinese as a second language, discover the laws of teaching Chinese as a second language, and use these principles and laws to guide specific teaching practice. The purpose of the study is to identify the main problems that students face when learning the Chinese language and to determine ways to solve them. The material of the study was scientific literature, web pages, official documents of the official websites of Chinese universities. The study uses experimental research work carried out on the basis of the Department of Foreign Languages and Translation of the Ural Federal University named after the first President of Russia B. N. Yeltsin, and students of the School of Foreign Languages “Language for Success” studying Chinese as a second foreign language with a total of 124 people. When working with the material, the following tasks were set: to conduct a comparative analysis of scientific literature on the problems of learning and teaching Chinese, to analyze the content of educational materials in the field of theoretical and practical aspects of teaching Chinese as a foreign language in universities and schools. Results and discussion. This article discusses the current problems of teaching Chinese as a foreign language, the difficulties faced by teachers and students in the process of teaching and studying phonetics, grammar and bilingual translation. For people with Russian cultural background who are learning Chinese, it is important to know how to learn Chinese effectively. After long-term research and practice, the difficulties of teaching pronunciation in teaching Chinese as a foreign language have been identified. In the course of the study, the analysis was made of the difficulties of teaching on the part of the teacher, as well as the difficulties of learning Chinese on the part of students, recommendations were made to make it easier for students to master the Chinese language. | 742 | The results of investigation of intrapersonal conflict and interpersonal problems in patients with neurotic disorders in general and in their individual types (hysterical, obsessive-phobic, neurasthenic) show moderate intrapersonal and interpersonal difficulties. In patients with neurotic disorders there mainly dominate intrapersonal conflict of inadequate self-concept, adaptive conflict and uncertainty, compliance in the interpersonal sphere were revealed. The differences were found in expression of intrapersonal conflicts and interpersonal problems between the types of neurotic disorders. In addition we have revealed the relationship between intrapersonal conflicts and interpersonal problems and the impact of the severity of the intrapersonal conflicts in social avoidance. Changing in legislation and the increase in the number of this category of children determines the need for the development and testing of new adapted methods and techniques of working with them. Many researchers indicate that in the cases of impaired development, above all, suffers communication process, determined by the ability of children with complex structure of socialization. Children with a complex structure of defect, have serious violations and require the search for alternative methods of correction. Alternative communication as one of the adaptive means determines the further development of the child with a complex structure violations. The authors propose to use adapted tools of Russian sign language as an alternative communication. The article presents the advantages and the algorithm of this direction of alternative communication for children with complex structure violations. Presents the system of correctional work on the selection and adaptation of alternative communication in children with complex structure violations on the basis of complex inspection of means of communication. The algorithm of formation of alternative means of communication, possible special actions of specialists at the preparatory and main stage of work with children with a complex structure of the violation are analyzed. | 750 | Numerical methods allow to circumvent the difficulties associated with lack of mathematical knowledge among the college students who are required to study physics. Using elementary numerical methods the models of various oscillating systems are built. A pendulum, a piston moving in a cylinder under the effect of pressure difference in a cylinder and a material point oscillating around the circumference under the action of elastic force, show a qualitatively different dependence between the amplitude and period of oscillations. Through the numerical solution of differential equations of the mathematical package MathCAD studied the motion of Kapitsa pendulum with a non-trivial restoring force. Construction of two - and three-dimensional graphs in MathCAD is applied to combine mutually perpendicular oscillations and obtaining Lissajous’s figures. Self-oscillating systems are presented in the form of models of the RC- oscillator with three-tier phase-shifting circuit negative feedback and the Wine’s oscillator. An example of relaxation oscillator is the model of the multivibrator on the dynistors. At the heart of a computer model of the generator on the tunnel diode is the use of current-voltage characteristics of N-type containing a section with negative resistance. The material may be used in the process of teaching physics at advanced level in secondary schools and junior courses of higher educational institutions.
