| 759 | The concept of “the social potential of the youth” is seen as a set of interrelated characteristics, reflecting its personal creative social resources that this social group and each individual strives to develop and realize in social practice to translate it in humanistic values and ideals. The social potential of the youth includes the willingness of young people to fulfill social roles and functions, the social and cultural experience of social groups and of each individual, his social competence, the need and readiness for self-realization in social practice, initiative, responsibility, citizenship, moral ideals and values, social subjectivity. | 766 | An anthropological approach in the language study caused the appearance and vigorous development of a new branch in linguistics called emotiology, that studies the relationships between emotions and the language. In the paper, language units of different levels for expressing emotions are observed as they are crucial for classification of different approaches to the analysis of the stated object. Practical significance of the present study is connected with the possibility to use the presented scheme of analysis on the material of different languages and types of discourse. Aim and objectives are to perform a theoretical review of scientific theories concerning the ways of representing emotions on different language levels. Moreover, an attempt of discovering hierarchy between emotive units of different levels similar to the one of language units is made. The hierarchy supposes that each succeeding level is based on a preceding one. The thematic justification is caused by the necessity to create the model of integral functioning of the emotive units. Material and methods include analysis and synthesis of the material on the linguistic representation of emotions on the base of the Russian language, generalization of the factual scientific theories. Emotive units are found at each level of the language system. At the phonetic level, emotive phonetic meaning is discovered. The connection between emotive units of different levels is observed. It allows to use neighboring levels for studying emotive units of a single level. In texts, emotionality is expressed in an integrated manner. That allows to perceive and create emotional texts prudently and efficiently, which is especially important in texts of political content, propaganda and advertising, etc. Due to the numerousness and complexity of emotions, their linguistic representations are also complex. The observed hierarchy of emotive units suggests total realization of the language emotive potential on the text level. Creation of generalized «theoretical framework» aimed at the concept of ways and means of expressing emotions on different language levels is crucial for further application of the corpus to empirical material analysis. Keywords: emotiology, emotivity, emotive, emotive phonetic meaning (EPS), expressive-evaluative morpheme, emotive lexicon | 1927 | |||||
| 767 | This article is dedicated to the problem of status determination of the word classes that fulfill the function of the actant attribute in the Finnish, Hungarian, Udmurt, Komi and Mordvinian languages. The problem of determination of this class of words consists in the absence of their own categories, they always borrow these categories either from the nouns as in case of the Finnish language or they remain invariable as in case of the Hungarian, Udmurt, Komi and Mordvinian languages and then the difficulty emerges to distinguish, for example, the actant attribute and the predicate attribute. These facts do not allow us saying, as traditionally, about the independent part of speech – adjectives, only about the group of wordforms, formed of roots of quality meanings and united by the function of expressing of the attribute. | 1926 | |||||

| 771 | The article points to the research deficit in the content decomposition of the heterogeneous structure of schoolchildren’s digital literacy profiles and a specific analysis of the process of schoolchildren’s digital literacy formation in an ecosystem educational perspective. In the described study of digital literacy of schoolchildren, the use of qualitative methods prevailed: a number of interviews were conducted with students from the Tomsk region of secondary and high school. The interviews were supplemented by a pilot standardized survey of respondents from grades 2 to 11 and a mirror assessment of the digital literacy of schoolchildren by expert teachers. The study showed that, in addition to school, digital literacy training is implemented within the framework of an informal digital educational ecosystem, which includes communication and gaming practices in social networks, various online platforms and blogs, and information exchange with peers. “Academic” digital literacy is brought up at school and includes searching for information on the Internet and fact-checking, creating presentations, using spreadsheet editors, web-conferencing services for distance learning; extracurricular activities contribute to the development of communicative, content-generating and, in part, security-related components of digital literacy (communication in social networks, blogging, anti-hacking practices and recognition of fake accounts, participation in streams and gaming). In the process of the evolution of digital literacy of schoolchildren, three key stages are distinguished, characterized by the predominance of various profiles of digital literacy, depending on priority tasks. The study allows us to state a clear imbalance in the development of key digital competencies of schoolchildren: while possessing the skills to use general user digital services to solve everyday problems and ensure cybersecurity, students show low skills in searching and critically evaluating information, creating new digital products/content, active broadcasting and self-presentation in within network communication. The role of general education institutions in the formation of digital literacy, in comparison with informal distribution channels, is contradictory, various competencies develop unevenly in it, and the learning practices themselves are often clearly delayed. Due to the use of methods of selforganization, self-management (goal-setting, accounting for time spent, planning of the working day and weeks, monitoring, timing, reflection), students develop such skills as designing a long-term plan for their own life in a pedagogical university; Adoption of adequate solutions that facilitate the organization of life; The vision of one’s own life perspective and the identification of obstacles, on the way to its realization; Finding optimal methods for solving identified problems. | 792 | In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. Toponymic phraseological units reveal a person’s attitude to the reality surrounding him/her, a person’s attitude to the people near him/her and the attitude to self. They also analyze the external and internal aspects of the personality, focusing the view on the appearance of a man or woman, on his/her voice, on gait, on mental state of mind, on the moral qualities and the character of a personality. The image of a personality creating by phraseological units can be positive or negative one. Conclusion. Any toponym (especially if it belongs to the “native” culture) has a national identity. It reflects (except the historical, territorial and geographical peculiarities of the nation), the national mentality, character, and specific features of the people’s life. The English phraseological units with a toponym as a component reflect the national identity as well. These idioms are divided into two large groups: 1) those which show the material comforts of the everyday life and 2) those which tell us about the inward habits of the people. Toponymic phraseological units of the second group include six subgroups. Subgroups including the idioms reflecting the people’s attitude to the social reality and to the other people prevail. | 800 | The paper outlines the relativization strategies employed by Eastern Khanty, an endangered underdescribed Finno-Ugric language spoken in Western Siberia. The notion of subordination employed here is confined mainly to morphosyntactic criteria such as clausal embedding and the use of non-finite verb-forms. The approach involves a synchronic analysis of structural patterns and functional-semantic features of relative clauses in the general functional theoretical framework. These syntactic constructions are also considered diachronically revealing the paratactic character of the Khanty complex sentences. The analysis is based on the Khanty narrative corpus, reference-grammars and dictionaries. The paper includes the analysis of morphosyntactic structures coding relative relations and other cases having different morphosyntactic manifestations, but the same underlying cognitive structure. | 1919 | |||||
