Patriarch Nikon’s statute-will. The paper is dedicated to the study of patriarch Nikon’s manuscript having been unknown earlier – his last will to the brotherhood of the Resurrection monastery of New-Jerusalem. The work is known in one manuscript copy. The sources are Joseph Volotsky’s last will and two litle-known literary texts of the church literature, which were used in Russian manuscript tradition of the XVII-th century. There is a vast variety of names and types of teaching technologies, including numerous authors’ technologies, developed by both creative and professional communities and individual teachers. One may observe lack of system, scientific basis and unified approaches to the classifications of pedagogical, educational and teaching technologies. The author justifies the specifics and the necessity to consider the instrumentality principle in the process of classification of foreign languages teaching technologies, and states the main tools of foreign languages teaching technologies. The principle of instrumentality as the primary basis for the classification of teaching technologies requires to take tools (basis) of the subject teaching into account. The classification of foreign languages teaching technologies may include mono-tool (poly-target), poly-tool (mono-target) and tool-target teaching technologies. Creative independence in the article is defined as an ability and readiness of the future specialist - engineer to decide a class of professional problems, which not allowing ready samples of activity transfer and which proposeing reflection and self-development of his processial and per¬sonality spheres. Forming quality model of personality is introduced in the manner of manyfunction structure, which unites motive-value, cognitive, communication, emotional-willed, creative-activity components. Thats proved that crea¬tive independence of future specialist is united, holistic sys¬tem from its personality and professional qualities, which he shows in the course of professional progress. Thats shown that process of future specialist creative independence forming is the system of specially created educational situa¬tions of independent creative, professional activity: situa¬tions of heuristic searching, independent choice and decid¬ing, creative self-realization.

The article raises the problems of legal computerization in the conditions of forming common legal information space in Russia which provides all sections of society and each individual citizen with legal information. It is noted that legal computerization opens new possibilities for improving the organization of legal activity. The data of sociological research done by the author show that new information technologies based on the use of personal computers and telecommunication means are not applied in modern legal practice in time. In article on the basis of the questioning of the heads of educational establishments the problem of definition of requirements to graduates of pedagogical high schools on a specialty «pedagogics and psychology» is considered. It is determined, that requirements to professional competence of graduates have practical-guided character with obligatory knowledge of rule-legal bases of activity of the teacher and necessary theoretical knowledge on pedagogics and psychology. In the article the mechanism of the inner representation of the fi gurative sexuality is researched. Initially disclose of the sexual sensitivity is given as an unclear images, which might be rationally interpreted and, consequently, clarifi ed by the person in the future. The problem is that in the dominant sphere of heteronormativity the individual mixes socially legitimated description of sexuality and his own one, taking away possibility of his own authentic existence. Authentic perception of own sexual sensuousness is based on the inner representative acts, on the high degree of that which are authentic.
