In the annual model experiment was made the monitoring of quantity and taxonomical structure of the bacterial and fungal complexes in the monoliths of the bog peatland under temperature of20-24 oC and 4-6 oC, using the fluorescent- microscopic and plate methods. It was established, that low temperatures didn't exert serious influence on the morphological, taxonomical structure and abundance levels of the fungal complexes. The temperatures stimulated the development of Basidiomycetes and dark-coloured mycelium. Among the bacterial hydrolytic complex, Bacillus were the most adapted to the low-temperature conditions. In the bog peatland, fungi were shaped as mycelium, and spore-forming bacteria were shaped as vegetative cells, that's why they occurred to be in an active state. Also the fungi and spore-forming bacteria were adapted to low-temperature conditions and that helped them to decompose vegetative polymers.

The article shows the specifics of the functioning of economic concepts of the media, carried out by an intermediary between reality as a mass audience and as a powerful tool for influencing readers’ minds. Mass-media not only inform readers, but frequently refract, transform events and facts, allocate with their varied assessments, impose this or that vector of their perception and interpretation. One of the ways of similar transformation of validity in mediadiscourse is metaphor. The object of the research is one of the most meaningful concepts of economic area – concept «inflation», the subject – a specific character of its metaphorical representation in the Russian mediadiscourse of XXI century. As the material of mediatexts’ research (2000-2015), presented in newspaper subcorpus the National corpus of Russian Language have served. During the analysis anthropomorphic, zoomorphic, naturemorphic, military, sports, mechanistic metaphorical models were revealed and described, their role in creation of an image of inflation in consciousness of ordinary native speakers was established, the pragmatic potential of the given models was established, the assessments of inflation shaped by mass-media are revealed. The analysis has shown, that at the given economic stage inflation in Russia is estimated by national massmedia mainly negatively, confirming this metaphorical representation of this concept, as well as its contextual environment. Inflation is metaphorically characterized as a certain subject or object, impeding to normal functioning of a society. It may be a gluttonous essence, «eating» savings of citizens with extreme speed, an invincible soldier beating the poor, a sprinter who starts at high speed and carries away behind itself the prices, a dispersed mechanism which is practically not responding to levers constraining it, destructive elements. Thus, such properties of inflation as uncontrolled, destructive influence on economy, are underlined by the need for serious economic transformations to overcome inflation.

General correlation is identified between the pitch accent placement and the discourse pragmatic function of Focus. The given article reviews the problem of training specialists for high-tech branches of industry including the branches of mining industry. One of the ways to make perfect preparing of specialists is to introduce the dual educa tional system. The authors present the specialists training technology in the environment of dual education, which involves equal participation of educational and industrial systems. The aim of the technology is to create the organizational pedagogical environments that provide the increase of effectiveness of training specialists for high-tech branches of industry. When describing the technology, the authors reveal the content of its stages (preparatory, organizational- executive, reflexive-generalizing). This technology combines pedagogical goals and integrated capabilities of the university and the industrial basic enterprise with the implementation of the targets at each stage of the specialists’ training. The presented technology has been introduced into the educational process of the branch of “Kuzbass State Technical University” in the city of Prokopyevsk (Kemerovo Region, Russia). Training of specialists in this university is carried out jointly with the mining enterprise “SUEK - Kuzbass” (Russia). The practical significance of the work lies in the fact that the technology developed can be used in training specialists of other industries in dual education environment.

Introduction. The group of stories in which the scene is the center of the artistic model of the world, and the distinctive features – the transformation and interpenetration of real and virtual spaces. Aim and objectives. The article deals with the strategy of playing with the reader in “theater” stories of E. Zamyatin. Materials and research methods. Material of a research are stories by E. Zamyatin E. Zamyatin “The Ten Minute Drama”, “Meeting”, “Lion”. The reader is in a situation of uncertainty, which is due to the fact that he can not distinguish the real space from the virtual (“Meeting”), is forced to respond to the effect of changing masks. Thus, in the story “The Ten Minute Drama,” he finds himself in the role of a spectator, an odd man out in an imaginary play. The author also changes the mask, turning into a director, screenwriter, character of the “drama”, played out in the tram. The change of masks creates the illusion of a theatrical play. Results and discussion. The article proves the position that a special type of relations between the author and the reader and, consequently, the strategies of the game with the reader are set by the modernist paradigm. The second important factor in determining the specifics of the game strategies, is the special nature of synthetism of E. Zamyatin, which has predetermined properties such properties of his prose as the stage charisma and the cinematography. The staginess is associated with the visualization of the text, the brightness of spatial images, the effect of staging, the significance of the details, the cinematography of the text is determined by the implementation of the principle of montage. Conclusion. The analysis of “theatrical” stories allows you to detect game practices which are peculiar to the post-modern paradigm, for example, focus on game interaction with the reader, performativity, autocommentary, the creation of the text by analogy with the dramatic piece or a movie script, the fixation of the unreliability of the narrative. Units of divisions of such a text are the episodes, the appropriate personnel and scenes. Thus, the transformation of the reader into an aesthetic subject involved in the creation of a work or observing this process is carried out. The models of the world created in the stories do not draw reality as a space of simulacra, it would be impossible within the framework of the system, which E. Zamyatin defined as neo-realism.

The technique consists in cultivation of sprouts of cabbage in hothouses by a size 1x1x0,6 m, covered by different films with a control of plant's metrics. Is shown, that usage of films with various physical properties renders considerable influence on metrics index under them of cabbage's sprouts. The composition of the light correcting Alms permitting of cabbage's sprouts in a closed ground in locale of Western Siberia without padding heating and lighting and to reduce period of cultivation on 10-15 of days is defined.
