The certain interpretation of the new primary sources allowed the author to declare the following understanding of the development of mutual relations between authorities and people at Altai pripisnoi (bonded) village during the pre-reform period. Duties of peasants in the mining industry such as labor-rent of norms at the factories and mines and delivery of provision and fodder to the factories, firstly can be qualified as feudal duties, but in due course, to the middle of the XIXth century, turned into a subject of a constructive partner interaction between two sides.

The article deals with the peculiarities of implementing politeness as a pragmatic category in pre-sequenced advice, depending on the age of communicators, their social status and relationships between them. The results of investigating Russian and American socio-cultures show that in Russian socio-culture explicit performatives are the most polite if there are offi cial relationships between interlocutors; interrogatives and assertives are the most polite if there are unoffi cial relationships between interlocutors. In American socio-culture when there are null and offi cial relationships between interlocutors, assertives with the modal verbs could and might are the most polite, and when there are unoffi cial relationships between interlocutors assertives in the subjunctive mood are the most polite.

The article deals with oikonyms of Turkic origin on the territory of Azerbaijan that are analysed on the basis of scientific-theoretical and factual material. It is emphasized that there are quite a lot of elements among the paleotoponyms functioning in the modern system of Azerbaijani toponyms and such elements are related to the different layers of the languages of the ancient Turkic clans and tribes. This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized.

The article considers the problem of interrelation of parent-child relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. Shows the dependence of successful development of the child in a foster family on the level of personal maturity of the adoptive parents and the type of parent-child relationship. Presents the results of diagnostics of childparent relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. It is revealed that empathy, reflexivity and creativity of personal maturity of the parents determines the line and the type of their relationship with children. It is established that the disadvantages of the reflexivity of parents impede the development needs of self-actualization, and emotional responsiveness to the experiences of children, manifestations of creativity. At the same time, the ability of personally mature adoptive parents to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of personal development ensures their need for selfactualization, the choice of effective ways of interacting with children, humane treatment. It is believed that the level of development of personal maturity of parents ensures harmonious interpersonal relationship in foster family, creation of a favorable psychological climate. The authors come to the conclusion that the development of personal maturity of the adoptive parents is one of the factors for improving parent-child relationship in foster care, to avoid secondary orphanhood.

The four-dimensional flat Friedman universe filled with ideal fluid with a nonlinear inhomogeneous equation of state depending on time is considered. The equations of motion are solved. It is shown that in some cases there appears a quasi-periodical universe. On the other hand, such dark fluid models may also describe quintessence-like cosmic acceleration. The appearance of future singularities resulting from various choices for the input parameters is discussed.

The article analyses the relation between metaphysics and ethics in the stoic philosophy. The author shows the dependence of the theory of suicide on fundamental ideas about the nature of the cosmos. The thesis of subordination of individual existence to principles of the global process leads eventually to the adoption of self-destructive programme in the individual life. The ethics of stoicism is not able to really oppose the person to circumstances. Therefore it inevitably reduces the individual activity to meet the requirements of the “state of affairs” – until the termination of their own lives in those cases, when it is the “state of affairs” will be read by sage as the terminal prescription of natural logos.

The article deals with various aspects of a person harmonious living in the environment. It is noted it should be considered as a set of architectural spaces: natural and artificial objects and subjects being in close interaction with each other. In the article on the material of poetic discourse of I. Severianin, represented by a collection of poems “Gromokipyaschy Cup” (1913), the author describes types and kinds of lexical regulatory structures based on the stylistic devices of syntactic parallelism. General tendencies and idiostylistic peculiarities, which are used by the founder of egofuturism are observed. These regulative structures do not only provide connectivity of the text and its fragments but also are important for understanding of the meaning at these levels.

The presented article is a part of the study on the review of the modern genre identity hagiographic canon material on “The Life of the righteous elder Theodore of Tomsk” composed by hegumen Silvanus (Vyurovym) (now Father Kolpashevsky and Strezhevskoy). The considered work reflects the current stage of evolution of hagiographic genre and meets modern canonical genre and stylistic requirements of objectivity, factology, conciseness, and the tendency to transfer the individual characteristic of the ascetic and not to focus on agiotip. Most attention is paid to composition peculiarities, author’s image, style of live and artistic principles of creating an image of a saint. This article discusses the principles of composite construction “The life of the righteous elder Theodore of Tomsk”.

The article is devoted to the professional pedagogical and scientific work of the Honored cultural worker, Doctor of Philology Professor Valentina Yegorovna Golovchiner. We present the main areas of her work (theory and history of drama, history of Russian literature of 20th century). We reviewed the most important papers in the sphere of study of epic drama in Russian literature of 20th century; cover the research of the works of Alexander Pushkin, Maxim Gorky, Vladimir MayakovskiY, Yevgeny Shvarts, Nikolay Erdman and others. Also we bring out the articles on topical theoretical problems of contemporary study of literature. We mention the merits in the area of theatre critics and also the merits during the many years of teaching at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The authors of the article express their thanks the Professor for fruitful collaboration, guidance and friendly attitude to the colleagues and students.

Yankovskaya Natalya Ivanovna PROBLEMS OF CIVIL-PATRIOTIC EDUCATION IN THE DISSERTATION RESEARCH OF CIVIL IDENTITY: DISCURSIVE ANALYSIS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 4 (181). P. 34-38

The result of the modern civil-patriotic education from the point of view of public documents is the civil identity. The article considers the theses in the titles of which the concept “civil identity” occcurs. The purpose of the work is the identification of degree of study of civil identity in the humanities during the period from 1991 to 2016. The discursive method and the method of content analysis as a result of application of which the author made an attempt to develop a technique of the discursive analysis of dissertation researches of civil identity belong to the used methods. The result of the developed technique is the creation of periodization of the development of the concept “civil identity”. The received results can be applied in pedagogical and other researches where application of the discursive method is justified. The author of the article came to the following conclusions: in development of the concept “civil identity” during the period from 1991 to 2016 it is possible to allocate three stages. The first period of 1991–2000 is a stage of the reflection of public consciousness, scientific community concerning the processes happening in society, connected with its crisis, reorganization of consciousness, values, etc. The second period of 2000–2010 is a stage of historical and sociopolitological studying of a concept, understanding of a problem of civil identity of the Russians in the Russian reality; there is a studying of civil identity from the point of view of its crisis in society. The third period of 2010–2016 is a stage for which psychology and pedagogical and philosophical judgment of a concept of civil identity, studying from the point of view of the importance of civil identity is characteristic of the personality, of its self-implementation, and also methods of its forming in different social groups. Civil identity is studied from the point of view of such sciences as sociology, philosophy, political science, pedagogics, history, psychology, to a lesser extent of the last two. Due to the lack of the research system, almost all of them have fragmentary character and are devoted to private questions.

The article deals with the features of teaching of meteorology and hydrology to the students of geography at Tomsk state pedagogical university. It demonstrates the results of the study of major difficulties for the students during the study of meteorology and hydrology. The article presents the examples of realization of remote technologies MOODLE (Modular Object Oriented Digital Learning Environment) for training of the subject “Modern problems of hydrometeorology” for masters. The article shows that the best development of spatial thinking of students occurs during the analysis of the climatic maps. If the student chooses a theme, then the project activity is more effective. Describes the test results of students-geographers in the assessment of current and residual knowledge in meteorology and hydrology. Educational field practice, including tours to the meteorological station, is considered as a necessary activity for the successful mastering of meteorology and hydrology. For effective studying of meteorology and hydrology students need to carry out measurements using various meteorological instruments. For investigation of water quality in small rivers of Tomsk region the field laboratories are used. The results of students’ research during the training practices are widely used for writing articles and bachelor’s final work. The article presents didactic recommendations for teachers starting to teach meteorology and hydrology at the pedagogical universities.

This research sets the task to analyze the «ontological» and «temporal» turn, which take place in the philosophy of 20th century. The central figure of this «turn» is M. Heidegger, who explicated in some fundamental works the relation between time and being. Destruction of the history of ontology from Aristotle to Heidegger shows that all traditional ontologica! terms are constituted with concept of time, which sets in motion the entire system of fundamental concepts of European metaphysics: arche. eidos, energia. kinesis ousia, parusia, Essenz, Existenz, Substanz, Subjekt. Our general strategy consists in clarification of the relationships between time and ontology and in explication of ontological status of time.
