Wide application of project method in teaching of physics shows the potential of this method for engineering education in modern conditions of training of specialists able to adapt to modern conditions of production. The studies of many authors confirm the need for the formation of the generalized design skills for teaching physics at the technical University throughout the study at the University, including classes in physics. In our previous studies were introduced the notions of learning tasks in physics and generalized design skills and proved their compliance with the stages of the training project activities, represented the design skills formed on these stages corresponding to the phases of professional design activities of engineer. As a means of forming generalized design skills, we propose to use learning tasks in practical classes in physics. This article presents one way of forming common design skills, criteria for the selection of learning tasks in physics with the aim of forming common design skills, introduced the concept of the design potential of learning physical tasks. The authors show the method of formation of the generalized design skills and the step by step algorithm of actions of the teacher to organize the educational process to create and implement projects based on learning tasks in physics.

Skurlatov V.V., Bochkareva O.V., Snezhkina O.V. METHODOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF TEAM TRAINING FOR THE INTERUNIVERSTIY OLYMPIAD IN INFORMATICS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 3 (192). P. 103-107

The issue of training cadets of military higher educational institutions for the Olympiad in Informatics is under consideration. The nominations of the Olympiad are described and the methodical aspects of training cadets for one of the topics of the first round are described in detail – the use of the MS Word application in solving military-applied problems. Based on the analysis of the Olympiad assignments on computer science of the past years, a classification of tasks has been performed on this topic. The following types of tasks are identified: working with text; work with objects that are not text; execution of the document; automation of mailing; creation of macros and electronic forms. The method of teaching the solution of the selected types of Olympiad problems is described with the help of a set of different levels of difficulty in the exercises. Each subsequent exercise should either be based on the previous one, or repeat the sequence of actions formed in the previous tasks, which allows you to consolidate the result of the previous work. At the same time, in each subsequent exercise, a new action (or several actions united by one group of teams) must necessarily be added, which accentuates the attention of the cadet, thereby contributing to a more meaningful assimilation. Expansion and gradual complication of the set of exercises or the creation of a new sequence of similar tasks allows you to gradually master all the necessary material. A generalization of methodological provisions is made on the basis of which the method of preparing cadets for the speech at the Olympiad in the first round is proposed: it is necessary first to classify tasks for each topic of the tour, then to develop a set of exercises that form the cadet’s free operation with the actions necessary to solve problems of each type.

Maslov L.N., Krylatov A.V., Lasukova O.V., Khaliulin I.G. CANNABINOIDERGIC REGULATION OF CARDIAC CONTRACTILITY DURING ISCHEMIA/REPERFUSION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 3 (81). P. 25-30

Authors studied an impact of selective ligands of cannabinoid (CB) receptors on the contractility of the isolated perfused rat heart during global ischemia and reperfusion. A perfusion by solution containing the selective CB-agonist HU-210 exacerbated a cardiac contractility dysfunction. This cannabinoid decreased the left ventricular developed pressure, the maximal rate of contraction and relaxation of the heart during reperfusion but had no effect on the heart rate and the end diastolic pressure. Negative inotropic effect of HU-210 was transient and disappeared after 5 min reperfusion. Koleva G.Y. OIL-SOVIET STATE POLICY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 9 (174). P. 43-50

The relevance of studying the problem of the oil factor in the policy of the Soviet state is due to the exceptional value of oil strategy of the state during the Soviet period. The study of this phenomenon is presented by the fragmented historical periods, that does not allow to see the continuity of the state policy in relation to oil, the similarity was performed with the help of state tasks. The purpose of this study is to analyze the priorities of the state approaches to oil and its changing role in the implementation, the state solved problems. Among the objectives set by the author is identification of the main factors influencing the strategic approaches to oil. The author comes to the conclusion that the oil factor in the policy of the Soviet state held an especially significant place, the oil was mainly the export of energy resource and the means to achieve geopolitical goals. The main provisions of the state policy, formulated in terms of electrification with respect to oil, remained virtually unchanged during the entire Soviet period. The evidence of this is the prevalence of export of oil products before 1958, and crude oil since 1958. There was also noted the period of reducing the proportion of oilexport in the total exports of the USSR: the decline was seen in the period from 1929 to 1934, and continued until the end of the reign of I. V. Stalin. The highest value of oil exports in the state strategy was in the 1920s. and since the end of the 1950s. In the second half of the XX century oil was in the center of economic competition between the two political systems. Throughout the Soviet period, oil is an important tool for solving problems of strategic importance both within the country and outside it. Changes in approaches to the problems of oil were determined mostly by the foreign policy factors.

Shietova N.I. TOPONYMS AND TRADITIONAL NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF THE RUSSIANS AT GORNY ALTAI. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 34-40

The work traces the interrelation of the toponyms, which are mainly folks’ names of agricultural lands, with the specifics of agricultural exploitation of the Russian population of the territories of Gorny Altai. The author’s field materials, collected at Ust-Koksa, Shebalino, Ust-Kan Districts of the Altai Republic at different periods, as well as the archival data have comprised the basis for the research. The author’s particular attention is the specific features of land management in mountainous areas with such properties viewed as an angle of slopes, exposition of slopes and a degree of density of population. Particularly important in the farming activities are even territories with low angles of slopes, and even more they are meaningful in the valleys with higher elevations. It is stated that the natural conditions of this region influence frequent division of lands for serving various purposes. The author reveals this idea in the local names of places. The research shows how toponyms of small ravines, springs and mounts may explicit the role of the man, and even of his family in the natural resources management of the territory. Moreover, the names of natural pastures depend on the land’s properties, including such as the order of their location and size. The introduction of a new administrative order of the management of agricultural use of lands during the periods of the work of collective farms destroyed the system of the traditional natural resources management, which had became useful for the Russian peasantry as a result of their ethnic adaptation to the conditions of Gorny Altai. The characteristics of this system are the inclusion into the natural landscape, having a chief of the land and rationality of the natural resources management in accordance with their natural geographic properties, which is understood as a result of segmentation of farm lands that serve various purposes. The folk’s geographical names have become a concentrate of all these specific features of natural resources management. Therefore, a toponym is a so-called symbol-word that has a number of associations and notions about the particular properties of a definite place and about the way how people use their natural environmental space.

It limelights the integrative course with the multichannel teaching aids’ presentation and lines out its organization principles. This program is based on the auditive educational lectures’ course, built exclusively on the educational material of authentic lectures’ extracts. Lectures’ glossaries as a pattern for revising the main pronunciation difficulties at the same time introduce the discipline subject index. Totally it results in forming the compact multipurpose course, involving the spheres of Phonetics/Accentuation/Rhythmics/ in the aggregate with Lexicon/Grammar/Logic/Composing/Rhetoric/Sounding &Written text Analysis/Speech Development. As soon as each lecture’s task typology is vast and is reproduced repeatedly, students gain the possibility to see every object diversely in its totality and contradictions. Material and methods. The principle research method is the comparative analysis of hypothetical and real ways of uniting the different purposes and aims of the functional Russian as a Foreign Language course in a solid program. Results and discussion. It turned out that the purposes and aims of forming competences, being different in their nature, are compatible in the integral whole in the educational course. Such course can be based on listening as a type of speech activity. And it’s the diverse kinds of mental activity (extracting information from different non-homogenous sources, presented on different vehicles, phenomenae’ comparison, emphasizing the main item, making whole of an odd set, general and concrete problems’ formulating, enumerating the problem aspects) that forms a certain mentality type. And it is vital not only for those, specialized in “Philology: Linguistics: Literature Studies”. Conclusion. An integrative educational course is an integral system, simultaneously involving students in several kinds of mental and speech activity. Multichannel teaching aids presentation forms the communicative competence rapidly. Hence such courses contribute to intensifying Russian as a Foreign Language educational process.
