| 2501 | The article is devoted to the research of autobiographical miniature stories of the modern writer Angelika Sumbayeva. Classical works (M. Bakhtin, L. Ginzburg etc.) give the ideas of typological signs of poetics of autobiographical prose of the childhood which are observed in A. Sumbayeva’s prose: psychologism, retrospective view, lyrical modality of the narration caused by the attitude of the storyteller towards the hero. At the same time the volume of a miniature causes features of A. Sumbayeva’s prose: laconicism of descriptions, accuracy in selection of details; transfer of psychological state through nuance, details. The article alalyses in detail the cycle of the stories published in 2010 in the magazine for children “A Yellow Caterpillar” and built according to calendar chronology (winter, spring, summer). In miniature stories the features of art space come to light (including, the use of attributive features of the Siberian region, its climatic originality), functions of gesture, nuance, phrases in the transfer of a psychological portrait of characters, narrative techniques which form the author’s attitude towards the autobiographical character (for example, use of the narration in third person, but transfer of attitude of the child associating reality with the fantastic world through the direct speech). In miniatures there is an image of the natural world of Siberia in general, and the autobiographical image appears as typical, given in circumstances, recognizable, familiar to the Siberian reader. Miniatures of Angelica Sumbayeva recreate the world of childhood as a harmonious, open to the new, capable to take a miracle to transform the ordinary into the world of fairy tales. | 2502 | This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. Thus, the position of the teacher changes. The teacher becomes an expert both in relation to his activity and in relation to the activity of the student, who is also placed in the position of an expert regarding his pedagogical activity and achievements in working with students. | 2503 | The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. On the one hand higher education is viewed as one of the most important levels of a unified education system developing students’ thinking, and on the other - as a part of a serious business. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented. | 2504 | Introduction. Based on the substantiation of the relevance of the search for ne w tools and technologies for the organization of independent activities of students, the problem of building a modern methodology for its organization in the system of professional training is highlighted. Aim and objectives. Building a methodology for organizing independent activities of students in the modern educational paradigm for the vocational training system. Material and methods. A clarification of the conceptual apparatus has been proposed: independent work is understood as a set of independent target activities, each o f which is composed of a system (base) of actions. At the same time, the ability of independent work in the process of learning is understood as the ability of the learner to perform (rep roduce) the construction of a system of independent activities and to carry out the actions included in these activities for the reliable achie vement of the set educational goal. The characteristic features of independent work in the vocational education system are highlighted on the basis of analysis and comparison of the totality of the used independent actions and the structure of the system of independent activity when performing independent work. Results and discussion. The characteristic features of independent work in the modern educational paradigm are: 1) individualization, which will manifest itself and be recorded in the set of available actions used by the student, constituting independent activity, and feature s of the structure of independent work as a system of independent activities, 2) the need to ensure corporate professional communication. It is proposed to use the interaction of cloud personal educational environment of a teacher and personal learning environments of students as the main means of forming the skills of independent work and the formation of the information field of independent activities. Taking into account the formulated provisions, a structural-functional model of the organization of students’ independent work using cloud technologies has been developed. Conclusion. From the standpoint of the proposed methodology in the implementation of the competence approach for building a methodology for independent work, the levels of ability for independent work are proposed to be determined as follows: the level of knowledge of actions; the level of ability to perform actions; the level of knowledge of activities with the actions that make up the independent work; the level of implementa tion of activities with actions constituting the independent work (including the design and modeling of the system of activities). Furthermore, we find that the entropy of a black hole horizon can also be rewritten in terms of the Cardy-Vertinde formula for these black holes in de Sitter spaces, if we use the definition due to Abbott and Deser for conserved charges in asymptotically de Sitter spaces. | 2541 | The article contains a fragment of the analysis of the semantics of the derivatives of dialect verbs of speech with the aim of studying the pragmatic aspects of linguistic meaning. Classification of dialectal verbs is carried out in accordance with the classification of lexico-semantic groups of commonly used Russian verbs. Cognitive models are defined in the formation of characterizing actions associated with speech activity. Examples of propositions of verbs are given. It is established that characterizing verbs of this group can have mono- and polypropositive structures. It turned out that for the nomination of situations related to the speech activity of people, the subject of the proposition is relevant. It was determined that one of the propositions of the verbs can reflect the objective properties of the named action, the other can be the result of evaluating these properties. It turned out that the evaluation is contained in the derived verbs formed from the estimated nouns or arises in the process of word formation on the basis of the metaphor. Actual for carriers of dialects are LSG verbs of verbal communication and LSG verbs of speech influence. Dialectal verbs usually reflect a conflict situation. To form these verbs, metaphorical models are used, complicated by the Fictitious modality and the emotional modality. Emotional assessment is able to influence the interlocutor. The presence of metaphorical names is explained by the anthropocentricity of the group and the special discourse. It turned out that for the speakers, the dialect is characterized by a negative attitude toward meaningless, unproductive, verbose arguments; to the moral discredit of the interlocutor (semes “scold”, “gossip”). Such qualities as intelligence, ability to convey information in a clear and accessible form are valued.
