As a moment of birth of fire shall be considered a moment of its kindling – innä cotyqo ‘to kindle’. To support its life fire needs a feed – wood (tǖj apsot). The process of burning is to be considered as a continuous repast of fire: tǖ awēšpįgu ‘to burn’, literally tǖ ‘fire’, awēšpįgu ‘to eat’. Life cycle is finished by “death” of fire – extinction: illä qapteǯegu ‘to extinct’. Fire is given with vivific power and ability to wake the dead. The authors present the content of the pilot training project, characterize the system of lessons on the study of the novel of F. M. Dostoevsky’s “Crime and punishment” in the tenth grade. The project recorded the special role of the teacher in the dialogue. He is also a partner and an organizer of joint activities: that is, occupies an ambivalent position. This position is organized through pedagogical techniques such as card primary meanings, keywords, and algorithms activities. The dialogue is organized through various technologies: multimedia, games and problem-based learning. Their use allows the teacher to update the individual meanings of participants in inclusive education. The criterion of successful participation in the educational project is the development of subjectivity of students. Dresvyannikova M.O. MATRIX MANAGEMENT AS A WAY TO ORGANIZING TEACHERS’ EFFECTIVE INTERACTION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 2 (214). P. 78-87

Introduction. The purpose of the article is proving the expediency of necessity of a qualitative change in the management system of educational organizations, in particular, the possibility of applying the matrix approach, in order to organize effective interaction in the teaching staff. Material and methods. The research materials were the results of the psychological and pedagogical findings of national and foreign scientists (A. V. Afonina, A. A. Bodalev, Ya. L. Kolominsky, V. A. Malikova, A. Kh. Maslow, A. B. Orlova), and the experimental work, which was carried out by employees and students of Master’s program of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University from 2017 to 2019. These data allowed studying the peculiarities and dynamics of the secondary school teachers’ interaction, due to qualitative changes in the management system. Results and discussion. The main goal of the state educational policy is to improve the quality of education, and the organization of effective interaction in the teaching staff is a progressive means for achieving it. However, the phenomenon of synergetic interaction, possessing the potential for qualitative growth of teams, has not been fully studied in the field of education. Moreover, practice shows that modern teachers prefer the creation of personal educational spaces. There is an extremely low level of teachers’ group and teamwork at school, and the problem of building effective interaction between pedagogues is one of the key. Responsibility for the functioning and development of productive labor relations lies with the administrative stuff, and there is a lot of regulatory methods for organizing effective interaction. Professional educational activity is based on the main principles of harmonious management in any industry. There are four the most important management functions. They are planning, organization, motivation and control. The criteria for effective interaction, according to the research of A. V. Afonina, are mutual cognition, mutual understanding, relationships, mutually defined actions and mutual influence. Using the data of these equal organizational units in the managerial structure on a parity basis (a matrix approach) is an effective way for organizing of teachers’ effective interaction. This idea was proved by the results of the experiment, which had been conducted in one of the Arkhangelsk secondary schools. Conclusion. Matrix-structured management has a positive potential for building and implementing of teachers’ effective interaction. Moreover, in conformity with the educational environment, it is an innovatively oriented organizational management system.

Bykonya V.V. Fragments of the Mental Culture of the Selkup People through Nomination of Mythic Characters.. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 133-140

The paper suggests an etymological analysis of the proper names of heroes – characters of “heroes’ songs”, and mythological and folklore images. As it was found out the nominative units origin from stems meaning “magic, sorcery”, “witchcraft”, “fortunetelling”. The names, in their turn, form a semantic base for verbs meaning “beat”, “knock, whack”, “crush”, “twist, screw”, “roll”, i.e. – verbs denoting heavy physical impact onto the subject. The harder the applied effort is, the more malicious is the mythic character. The analysis of names of mythic ancestors, good and wicked spirits, sorcerers, magicians and wizards showed that they are widely represented in the system of nomination and in the system of word building of the Selkup language.

The novelty of the research is seen in the attempt to analyze and identify electronic fiction hypertexts, which were worked out and published on the basis of two different platforms (software for hypertext fiction Storyspace Eastgate System and Scalar platform). The research urgency is caused by the complex analysis of different types of electronic hypertext fiction. The analysis is based on review of hypertext lexical and stylistic peculiarities and the main aspects of figurativeness in electronic environment. The article gives an overview of electronic hypertext fiction represented by the works “Penetration” by R. Kendall and “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas. “Penetration” by R. Kendall depicts the inner world of two main characters, a father and a daughter. “Penetration” is based on the Connection Systems, which brings advanced hypertext features to Web stories and poems. “Penetration” contains links and text elements that are displayed conditionally or randomly. “Redshift and Portalmetal” by M. Cardenas depicts the story of Roja, whose planet’s environment is dying that is why she had to travel to other worlds. The project has the form of electronic interactive hypertext fiction including film performance and poetry. The author uses the Scalar platform to create a compelling science fiction narrative about the coming end of the world. Electronic hypertext fiction is one of the most productive and effective forms of electronic fiction because of its open structure.

Tchernyavskaya Y.O., Tubolztceva D.E. ART ORIGINALITY OF “HORROR STORIES” BY RONSHIN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 6 (203). P. 77-86

Introduction. Valery Ronshin’s works belong to the phenomenon of the two-address literature, i.e. they are focused on children’s and adult audiences and contain considerable pedagogical potential by actualizing important moral and ethical problems for the education of teenagers and children. On the other hand, the simplified form of narration that does not require reader’s considerable intelligent efforts, as well as the use of devices of the popular literature show the author’s attempt to entertain, amuse the reader. The aim of the work is to analyse Ronshin’s “horror stories” and to prove that his works concern popular literature. Material and methods. The material of the research is the works by Ronshin written in the genre of “horror story” (by the author’s definition). In the paper, the methods of comparative and motive the analysis are used. As a theoretical base, the works of Russian literary critics were used: E. M. Meletinsky, M. A. Chernyak, O. N. Grechina, M. V. Osorina, E. A. Polevaya, A. I. Kulyapin. Results and discussion. Valery Ronshin uses images, motives, genres of traditional folklore (a horror story, a fairy tale, a joke, sadistic rhymes) that are familiar to each reader since childhood. In such a way, the author accomplishes, firstly, the effect of the recognition facilitating the reader perception of similar works, secondly, the task to entertain is realized. In spite of the fact that Ronshin’s books are focused on the children’s audience, which is shown by a colourful cover, illustrations in “naïve” or children’s style, the use of traditional children’s folklore genres, his works are addressed to the adult audience as they contain the elements of black humour, the comic devices that are aimed at adults (alogism, devices of discrepancy of the used means, discrepancies of hero’s behaviour to the circumstances, invectives), elements of physiologism. The central problem of the analyzed works is a pedagogical incapacity of parents, unreadiness to the dialogue with children. Conclusion. Valery Ronshin creates works actualizing important educational problems, uses formulas and devices of folklore genres with the purpose to amuse, entertain the reader. His stories should be attributed to the phenomenon of popular literature that inherently aimed at entertainment, escapism, the use of traditional plots and genres.

Studying of kinetics of elementary processes in reagent molecular plasma is a new scientific trend which appeals to accelerate the development of new scientific branches and tech¬nologies, esp. radiolocation, cosmic communication, plasmo-chemical and gas lasers, etc. One of the most important problems of kinetics of elementery process is the usage of approximate analytic theories which describe the behaviour of parameters of the plasma, and the usage of power distribution of its components in time and space. As the exact solution of kinetic equations in most cases is im¬possible the usage of approximate theories which give analytic solutions is becoming very important.

Complex structure of the genre of Erdman’s play “Suicide” is analyzed in the context of the classical examples of the tragedy with suicide. Traditional motives of suicide in Western drama are fault redemption, a desperate situation, honor, love, search for death as a form of “hidden suicides”. Russian Drama of the 19th century transfers motive of suicide from tragedy to a tragic farce or to “a comedy with suicide” by entering the motives “shammer of dead” and “unmotivated” suicide, which complicates the genre and distorts the mechanism of genre expectations. Reduction of the classical models and their rethinking take place in “Suicide” by Erdman, who created a rare genre – parody to tragedy.

Slepukhin A.V., Semenova I.N., Shcherbina I.A. FEATURES OF STUDENTS’ INDEPENDENT WORK ORGANIZATION USING CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES WITHIN COMPETENCE APPROACH. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 3 (200). P. 86-95

Introduction. Based on the substantiation of the relevance of the search for ne w tools and technologies for the organization of independent activities of students, the problem of building a modern methodology for its organization in the system of professional training is highlighted. Aim and objectives. Building a methodology for organizing independent activities of students in the modern educational paradigm for the vocational training system. Material and methods. A clarification of the conceptual apparatus has been proposed: independent work is understood as a set of independent target activities, each o f which is composed of a system (base) of actions. At the same time, the ability of independent work in the process of learning is understood as the ability of the learner to perform (rep roduce) the construction of a system of independent activities and to carry out the actions included in these activities for the reliable achie vement of the set educational goal. The characteristic features of independent work in the vocational education system are highlighted on the basis of analysis and comparison of the totality of the used independent actions and the structure of the system of independent activity when performing independent work. Results and discussion. The characteristic features of independent work in the modern educational paradigm are: 1) individualization, which will manifest itself and be recorded in the set of available actions used by the student, constituting independent activity, and feature s of the structure of independent work as a system of independent activities, 2) the need to ensure corporate professional communication. It is proposed to use the interaction of cloud personal educational environment of a teacher and personal learning environments of students as the main means of forming the skills of independent work and the formation of the information field of independent activities. Taking into account the formulated provisions, a structural-functional model of the organization of students’ independent work using cloud technologies has been developed. Conclusion. From the standpoint of the proposed methodology in the implementation of the competence approach for building a methodology for independent work, the levels of ability for independent work are proposed to be determined as follows: the level of knowledge of actions; the level of ability to perform actions; the level of knowledge of activities with the actions that make up the independent work; the level of implementa tion of activities with actions constituting the independent work (including the design and modeling of the system of activities).
