Kruchinin V.V. The conceptual models of the com¬puter scholastic programs. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2005. Issue 7 (51). P. 138-143

Three conceptual models of the computer scholastic programs are considered. The first is founded on use the information approach and is oriented on building of the CBI programs. On the basis of information-synergetic approach (I. V. Melik-Gaykazyan) on the generation of information as the process of choosing option «out of chaos» justified the efficiency criterion of philosophical solutions to the problems caused by the pace of scientific and technological development. These problems are characteristic: they are deprived of the genesis of the evidence, their condition has a strong instability, their decision is unprecedented and requires quick action. From the standpoint of understanding the creative chaos of informational efficiency criterion set by the ratio of brevity and originality justify the choice of options, overcoming the state of instability. On the example of Ecology and Bioethics discussed the effectiveness of philosophical decisions. The paper presents some results of the project RFBR № 11-06-00160 “Criteria for self-organizing information systems” and grounded in the draft statement of the problem RFH № 12-03-00198 “Bioethics as a form of self-consciousness of modern culture”.

Ermakova E.V. SYMMETRY AND ASYMMETRY OF SPEECH ACTS IN TRANSLATION OF JURIDICAL TEXTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 4 (145). P. 101-105

The article is devoted to the perspectives for the application of speech act theory in the sphere of translation studies. The material of analysis comprises the authentic juridical texts and their Russian translations. The equivalent translation of the juridical texts is based upon the principle which presupposes saving the illocutionary force of the original speech act. The illocutionary force is treated as the legal force of a document, producing the the equivalent target perlocutionary effect both on the primary text recipient and on the secondary text recipient (who is not a native speaker).

Currently, the film industry is replete with works of different genres, different themes and different directions. Cinema is no longer just a means of entertainment of spectators. It is an active influence on the general population, in particular young people. There was no sufficient research in this area. This article presents the results of a study of movies as a means of development of the viewer’s personality. We consider the value-semantic sphere of the person, the problem of formation of value-semantic sphere of personality of the high schoolchildren as a whole. The article presents the results of investigation of specially selected films on the formation of value and need sphere of the senior pupil’s personality. Statistically significant differences in the instrumental and terminal values, in the locus of control of senior schoolchildren participating in the program of cinematherapy and senior schoolchildren who are not participating in the cinematherapy.

Introduction. The necessity to search for the new ways of foreign languages teaching in a technical university makes a technology for working with video resources urgent today. Video resources come to be an effective way increasing the students’ motivation to foreign languages learning. Aim and objectives. The author aims at a scientific justification and description of practical ways to use video resources to increase motivation for learning foreign languages among students of technical universities. Material and methods. The work is based on the provisions of regulatory documents that determine the guidelines for teaching foreign languages in technical universities, the provisions of the technology of working with video resources, which is especially relevant in language education today, and the methodological focus of the organization of teaching the discipline “Foreign Language in Professional Activities”. The author works out and implements a complex of foreign language lessons with the use of video resources for students and carries out a methodical experiment aiming at estimating the method efficiency for increasing technical university students’ motivation to foreign languages learning. Results and discussion. Following the technology of video resources use in the learning process the author presents the stages of the work organization and gives the examples of the tasks on each of the stages for the students in the field of technical specialties. The article presents the methodical experiment results which prove the efficiency of video resources use for increasing students’ motivation to learning a foreign language. The author also mentions the conditions of organization of such work with students which gives positive results. Conclusions. The work with video resources in the digital age is an efficient way of technical university students` motivating to learning the foreign language for both general and specific purposes. The process of study based on video recourses should be systematic and thoroughly organized by the teacher.

Dyrin V.A. ACTIVITY OF CATALASE IN PEAT OF VIRGIN AND RECLAMATED SITES OF LOWLAND BOG ECOSYSTEM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 6 (84). P. 121-125

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

Yakovleva E.V. HYPOTHESIS AND ITS ROLE IN THE FORMATION OF STUDENTS’ THINKING // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 9 (174). P. 120-127

Hypothesis is one of the most important forms of science development. At the present time the role of the hypothesis increases with the increase of theoretical knowledge and the initiation of young generation to scientific cognition methods at the University. Unfortunately, we can rarely come across the correct use of hypotheses in the educational process; its great importance in the development of students’ cognitive abilities and formation of their thinking is not always taken into account. The reason is that teachers often focus on educational issues, but overlooked the fact that problem solving proceeds by putting forward evidence and hypotheses. The article describes the logical nature of the hypothesis; determines the ways of its application in cognitive activity of students. It is emphasized, that on the one hand, the hypothesis is referred to logical forms of thinking, on the other hand – to the process of nomination, development and proof of new propositions and inferences itself. Meanwhile, the hypotheses can be performed on the basis of observations and experiments; by deductive reasoning deducing new knowledge from already known theories, and by deductive transfer of already known laws to new phenomena. Available ways of hypothesis applying to the students’ cognitive activity based on the years of experience are proposed in the article.

The article focuses on the actual problem of programming training for students. A prerequisite for successful learning is the formation of algorithmic thinking. One of the necessary conditions for its formation is the independent solution of tasks of varying degrees of complexity, so during programming training it is important to pay special attention to the organization of independent study. Essential assistance in the organization of self-guided work within the programming training can be provided by the use of special software tools that allow to check the correctness of the developed program automatically. We propose an approach based on the use of the specialized system ‘Ejudge’, which allows to check the correctness of the training program. This system is networked, deployed on the server, work with the system, which is implemented via web interfaces, can be conducted both by the administrator and by users, in the role of which students and teachers act. This technology provides additional opportunities in the organization of training. On the one hand, the trainee can work with the system from any place in which access to the Internet is provided. At the same time, all actions of the trainee are recorded on the server, and are accessible to the teacher. The skills of working with such a system are also necessary for participation in academic competition on programming.

Introduction. The multiethnic environment of the school can act, on the one hand, as the basis for the manifestation of tolerance, interethnic interaction, and on the other hand, a high degree of ethnic identity of students can cause interethnic conflicts and hostility to representatives of a different nationality. The formation of the personality of a younger student takes place in the context of socialization, which is characterized by a desire for success and social recognition, social activity, which are indicators of social success. Various kinds of contradictions arise between ethnicity and the achievement of the social success of elementary schoolchildren in multinational classes. The aim of the study was to study the features of social success of younger students of polyethnic classes. The objectives of the study were to determine the formation of components of social success of primary school students, to establish differences between the components of social success of the ethnic majority and minority, to identify the ratio of socially successful and socially unsuccessful students of polyethnic classes. The sample was made by primary school children of 2 and 3 classes with a multi-ethnic composition (n=182), which is represented by the main ethnic group – Russians and an ethnic minority consisting of students of different nationalities. Diagnosis of social success was carried out using the methodology of sociometry (J. Moreno), questionnaire of interpersonal relations “My class” (Yu. Z. Gil’bukh) testing motivators socio-psychological activity of a person (N. P. Fetiskin, V. V. Kozlov, G. M. Manuylov). The parametric student t-test was used to compare the social success of students of different ethnic groups. Results and discussion. Experimental research has established the levels of formation of the components of social success of elementary schoolchildren of multinational classes: the prevalence of favorable sociometric status (stars, the preferred), achievement of success, tendency for affiliation, the school life satisfaction, low conflict and lack of solidarity, mainly among representatives of the ethnic majority. The features of the social success of primary school students of multiethnic classes are the differences in conflict, solidarity, and the tendency to the affiliation of the ethnic majority and minorities. In the total sample of elementary schoolchildren of multinational classes, by the positive indicators of socially successful students, twice as many were identified as socially unsuccessful. Conclusion. It is emphasized that the social success of primary school students of multi-national classes is not due to national affiliation, but other social and personal characteristics. The study enriches and complements the pedagogy of primary school, the theory and methodology of education of younger students with new data on the socialization of the child’s personality in the system of interethnic interaction, the features of social success of students at the stage of primary education. The study of these aspects is necessary for primary school teachers working with a multi-ethnic composition of students to develop intercultural interaction and communication among younger students, the formation of a tolerant attitude to representatives of other ethnic groups, understanding ways and means of achieving social success.

In the given work the method of calculation for equili-brum sub-transsonic flows is offered and the results of its application are given. It is based on the method of approached factorization for the solution of the complete speed potential equation, which has been written down in the conservative form on orthogonal grid, connected with a contour of a nozzle. This method allows calculating flows in nozzles, having the complex form of combustion chamber, particularly the flush-mounted nozzle. The method gives the best correlation with the experiment in comparison with a usual approached factorization method. Such results are explained by using of an orthogonal grid, which improves the approximation of the initial differential equation.

Article is devoted to the description of preliminary results of International space crew communication ‘ psychological analysis. Certain evidence confirming existence of “information filtration” was found, as in space simulations, crews preferred not to share certain problems of their life with MC. They also demonstrated preferences in contacts, being more prone to talk with their confidents in MC. At the same time, certain psychological problems in adaptation caused well-known transfer of negative feelings to MC. Astronauts preferred to contact their national MC. MCs, in their turn, mostly addressed with information and requests to their own national astronauts.

In addition, the sphere of information technology is the most rapidly evolving and has a number of features that do not allow students to study all existing technologies, development environments, etc. In this connection, the author identified promising areas of education (such as the development of domestic hardware platforms and equipment; Information Security; the development of mobile applications; design, development, implementation and support of information systems; parallel and distributed computing; design, creation and implementation of converged systems; software engineering; the development of decision support and data management systems; the creation of artificial intelligence, intelligent systems) and their content; offered the principles of formation of actual educational programs (that includes consistency, continuity, flexibility, etc.); as well as formulated specifications and additional competences of IT-graduates, necessary for educational programs design. Integrated use of the proposed solutions allowed: to strengthen existing relations with foreign partners and to expand the scope of international cooperation in the implementation of joint educational programs, research projects and grants; to change the conditions of learning, making them more flexible and adaptable to the constant changes in the professional environment; to make cooperation with employers stronger.

The article deals with the aspects of language training of foreign students in the context of obtaining professional education in Russia. Introduction. A characteristic feature of modern linguistics is the study of language as a means of not only communication, but also the expression of human mental activity, giving access to his consciousness. Cognitive linguistics postulates the idea that language forms reflect all cognitive processes, one of which is the human perception of the world. The aim of the article is to identify the reflection of the peculiarities of perception in phraseological units of the modern English language. Material and methods. The work is carried out within the framework of cognitive linguistics based on a single cognitive methodology for the study of language structures. General and particular methods of cognition are used in the research, such as inductive-deductive method, the method of quantitative calculation and classification, the method of structural and semantic analysis of phraseological units and the method of conceptual analysis. The complex use of these methods allows to look at the theoretical aspects of phraseology from the point of view of the cognitive paradigm of knowledge. Results and discussion. The concept of perception as a cognitive process is defined. It is noted that different types of perception (vision, hearing, touch, smell, taste) are indicated in the English stable expressions by the verbs of sensory perception and the names of the corresponding senses. The article describes the reflection in phraseological units of the English language of such properties of perception as integrity, objectivity, meaningfulness, dependence on the personality of the perceiver, etc. It is confirmed that the perceived is subjected to further cognitive processing, manifested both in the language as a whole and in its phraseological system, in particular. The analysis of phraseological units formed on the basis of metaphorical and / or metonymic transference confirms the associative nature of human thinking. It is proved that the necessary intermediate link between perception and phraseological meaning is human experience. The study allows to understand better the nature of the relationship between cognition and the phraseological system of language, which can serve as a prerequisite for the creation of a separate branch in the science of language – cognitive phraseology, integrating the achievements of cognitive science and phraseology. Conclusion. The presented language material can be used in the practice of teaching English, and also included in the theoretical and practical courses in general linguistics, cognitive linguistics, lexicology and phraseology of the English language.
