The article сontains the analysis of advisory verbal means used by the representatives of Russian and American socio-cultures through the social pragmatic factors of social status, age and social distance between communicators. The results of the research show that Russian speakers use imperatives when there are null, official or inofficial relationships between the interlocutors who may have any social status and be of any age. In contrast to that American speakers use imperatives if they give advice to a person who is of the same or lower status and is of the same age or younger. In case the advice is given to a person who is of higher status and older, American speakers prefer assertives.

This article deals with the French perfumery discourse as one of the kinds of the institutional discourse, which is a complexly organized, multi – composition formation, an interaction of legislative (legal) discourse in the field of the production and trade of perfume goods), advertising perfumery discourse, scientific perfumery discourse, academic (educational) discourse of the perfumery art, perfumery media art, commercial discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the perfumery proper discourse in the sphere of professional communication. Within the subgroup of the French perfumery discourse one can find the polyphonic inclusions of historical, art, medical, musical, culinary and other discourses. The complex discourse nature of the perfumery discourse has given rise to a variety of genre forms.

The article gives a description and assessment of non-normative linguistic facts (misprints, typo errors, violations of the lexical rules) operating in the street space of Omsk and collected as part of a student project designed to improve the ecology of the city speech. On the basis of numerical calculations were obtained the data on three unstable sites of modern spelling rules. Revealed a wide range of blunders. It was concluded that the culture of street speech communication, which is media for the type of recipient, is being formed by native speakers with low literacy. Presented and commented on the results of the survey, the purpose of which was to study the perception of texts with a misprint, a typo error, a slang term by residents of Omsk and the Omsk region. Results of the survey show that norm violations were fixed by informants in proportion to the degree of how gross the mistakes are and give them the desire to correct the text. The latter point supports the position of the normative view of the language.

This article is devoted to consideration of ways of conveying surprise in the artistic texts of I. A. Bunin compared to the translations into the Chinese language. From the point of view of cultural forms associated with the expression of emotions, traditions of transforming culture can be in different positions in relation to the source. In the present work, three groups of investigated units were singled out: 1) a way to express emotions in case of coincidence of the original and of the translating cultures; 2) a method of expressing emotions in the case of partial matches between the original and translating cultures; 3) a way to express emotions in case of discrepancy between the original and translating cultures. In Bunin’s fiction the emotion of wonder is expressed in three ways: nominative; descriptive; actually emotive. Translation of a literary text is inevitably exposed to the influence of the interpreter’s national picture of the world because of its conditionality to the language and culture of the people. In addition, the translation of a literary text helps to better understand the national, cultural-linguistic sense of the art work, and in several respects reveals the native Chinese speakers’ language picture of the world.

Introduction. Valery Ronshin’s works belong to the phenomenon of the two-address literature, i.e. they are focused on children’s and adult audiences and contain considerable pedagogical potential by actualizing important moral and ethical problems for the education of teenagers and children. On the other hand, the simplified form of narration that does not require reader’s considerable intelligent efforts, as well as the use of devices of the popular literature show the author’s attempt to entertain, amuse the reader. The aim of the work is to analyse Ronshin’s “horror stories” and to prove that his works concern popular literature. Material and methods. The material of the research is the works by Ronshin written in the genre of “horror story” (by the author’s definition). In the paper, the methods of comparative and motive the analysis are used. As a theoretical base, the works of Russian literary critics were used: E. M. Meletinsky, M. A. Chernyak, O. N. Grechina, M. V. Osorina, E. A. Polevaya, A. I. Kulyapin. Results and discussion. Valery Ronshin uses images, motives, genres of traditional folklore (a horror story, a fairy tale, a joke, sadistic rhymes) that are familiar to each reader since childhood. In such a way, the author accomplishes, firstly, the effect of the recognition facilitating the reader perception of similar works, secondly, the task to entertain is realized. In spite of the fact that Ronshin’s books are focused on the children’s audience, which is shown by a colourful cover, illustrations in “naïve” or children’s style, the use of traditional children’s folklore genres, his works are addressed to the adult audience as they contain the elements of black humour, the comic devices that are aimed at adults (alogism, devices of discrepancy of the used means, discrepancies of hero’s behaviour to the circumstances, invectives), elements of physiologism. The central problem of the analyzed works is a pedagogical incapacity of parents, unreadiness to the dialogue with children. Conclusion. Valery Ronshin creates works actualizing important educational problems, uses formulas and devices of folklore genres with the purpose to amuse, entertain the reader. His stories should be attributed to the phenomenon of popular literature that inherently aimed at entertainment, escapism, the use of traditional plots and genres.

The development of mass communications and political technologies increases the importance of governing the impression and constructing one’s own image that is not only a mean for various kinds of manipulation, but is a necessary element of self-realization for every person. Most researchers of self-presentation note the man’s aspiration to create a positive image is formed by tactics of emphasizing positive information. The implementation of the tactics in the “star” interview suggests the demonstration of positive characteristics, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to overcome difficulties, the source of creative inspiration. The texts of the “star” interview are analyzed from the various ways of verbalizing the tactics of emphasizing positive information. This article is a brief analysis of the activity-oriented approach applied to the teaching of a foreign language. In recent years this approach has become increasingly popular in the context of discussions on the formation of public policies in the field of education. Based on the analysis of methodological literature, the concept, structure, principles and advantages of this approach in teaching a professional foreign language are defined. A characteristic feature of this approach is the fact that personal, meta-subject and subject results are achieved by involving students in educational, cognitive, practical and problematic activities aimed at developing and evaluating skills of foreign language self-acquisition, transfer and integration. The article provides examples of the practical application of the methods of this approach in foreign language classes thus facilitating the solution of the problems of narrow didactics in the educational process. Introduction. Modern interdisciplinary research proves the deep psychological motivation of a significant place of animated films in modern culture, and the noticeable displacement of book culture by visual images. Children from an early age begin to watch cartoons, which have a significant influence on the formation of their perception of the world, their vocabulary and thesaurus. They are among the precedent texts presented in the thesaurus of the modern linguistic personality. Aim and objectives. The aim of the research is to reveal the nominations of cartoon characters as a part of the intertextual thesaurus of the linguistic personality. Material and methods. The study of precedent phenomena associated with cartoons, suggests an address to a variety of texts with reproducibility of these language units, to results of associative experiments and to dictionaries. The main material of the article is the data of six associative dictionaries, which represent fragments of the verbal memory reflected in the consciousness of the “average” native speaker. In their totality, they allow to reconstruct a fragment of intertextual thesaurus of the Russian linguistic personality in its dynamics. The contextual analysis enables to confirm the place of precedent phenomena related to cartoons in the associative thesaurus of personality. Results and discussion. The analysis of associative dictionaries shows that the names of cartoon characters for children are not only a significant part of the child’s thesaurus, but also remain relevant in the adult thesaurus, and cartoons, based on literary, in the thesaurus of the modern linguistic personality are more important than the books themselves. The fact that cartoon characters are part of the intertextual thesaurus, which is widely used in speech, is evidenced by numerous examples from the National corpus of the Russian language and works of modern fiction. Conclusion. The data of associative experiments and numerous cases of reference to cartoons as sources of intertextual inclusions convince that the works of this genre of cinema remain in the memory of the linguistic personality for a long time. They give evidence for the fixedness of the names of the characters from the cartoons in the associative-verbal network.

Introduction. Achieving qualitatively new results in the system of general education requires introducing more effective approaches to the management of the entire educational process and the specific educational organization. As a tool for the development of an educational institution, this paper considers the methodology of project management which allows, in a vertically built management system of an educational organization, expansion of its horizontal branches to achieve more active involvement of teachers in co-management. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to describe a model for project methodology integration into the school administration system based on the technology of management of ethnocultural projects in an educational organization. Materials and methods. The authors rely on scientific works in the field of project management and project management in education and several regulatory documents relevant to this area. The synthesis of data obtained by the documentary analysis of scientific literature and the experience of the educational organization enabled the authors to show the specifics of including project management in the project management system in the educational sphere and reveal its potential for the development of educational systems in general. Results and discussion. A comparative analysis of system models for managing an educational organization has shown the significant advantage of flexible management systems due to their “adaptability” to changes in the external environment and more efficient management of the internal environment. The optimal management has a matrix structure. It is focused on the development of interaction between different services. Pronounced horizontal lines in the management model, while maintaining vertical integration, allow timely and organic regulation of processes at various levels. In this study, the experience of inclusion of project management in the linear-functional model of school management is analyzed, using as an example, ethnocultural projects of the MBEI (municipal budget educational institution) pre-gymnasium “Kristina” in the city of Tomsk. Conclusion. The proposed model of project management in an educational organization can be applied in any educational organization. The reliability of scientific results and the validity of the conclusions of this study are informed by modern achievements of research knowledge, as well as positive practical experience of introducing the elements of a flexible management system into the activities of the specific educational organization.

One of the most significant factors of conservation and quality improvement in Banking System of the Russian Federation is an existence of statistics of financial and credit relationships, which corresponds to present economic terms and requirements in international practice. Current reporting needs to be totally changed due to the redundancy on the one hand and lack of several important evaluative indexes on the other hand. It must be organized with consideration of growth of supervision efficiency of Bank of Russia and efficiency of other commercial banks in general. It is recommended to build the new system of statistical indexes of credit institutions on the base of methods of International Standards Principles of Financial Reporting, which will lead to reduction of amount of statistical supervision forms, improvement of information types, their composition and period of their presentation.

In this paper the modified Hill’s canonical variables are introduced. They are v, G, H; r, g, h, where r is the distance to the primary for Keplerian orbit ; v = dr / dt; G= aј(1e2) and H = G cos i are Delaunay’s variables; g = Й is the argument of the periapsis; h = © is the longitude of the ascending node. We show that the modified Hill’s canonical variables are useful in some analytical theories of motion where it is need to avoid expansion of the perturbations in powers of eccentricity and where it is advantageous to use the eccentric anomaly as independent variable. As an example, we consider the single-averaged analytical model in the frame of the restricted three-body problem for satellite case.

Pletneva L.M. LOCATION OF BRONZE OBJECTS AND BRONZE CASTING EQUIPMENT IN SHELOMOK II SETTLEMENT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 3 (192). P. 194-197

Shelomok II belongs to the circle of monuments of the Scythian-Siberian world and dates back to the 5th–4th centuries BC. Shelomok II is located 10 km south of Tomsk, on the right bank of the Tom River, on a low ridge of 15–40 m wide and 12–15 m high from the water’s edge. The settlement was discovered by G. V. Trukhin in 1959. In 1971, the monument was examined by L. M. Pletneva. L. M. Pletneva also conducted excavations in 1972, 1973, 1975, 1976, 2001 and 2002. The collections are stored in the TSU Museum of Archaeology and Ethnography of Siberia and in the Seversk Museum. The total excavated area is 1024 square meters. Nine of 19 sites were excavated there. Findings associated with bronze casting, including bronze ingots and droplets, fragments of ladles, casting moulds and a vessel with the presence of metal on its walls, as well as fire pits with the same objects are all evidence of local casting. Horizontal stratigraphy of these findings made it possible to identify production facilities: buildings No. 10 and 11, as well as two fire pits with the same findings in the cultural layer of the settlement. Bronze objects were found in dwellings, workshops and a building of worship. However, only some of the bronze objects were made in this settlement. The rest of the objects found in settlements of the Tomsk Ob River, including Shelomok II, come from the Minusinsk Depression, the Altai, Central Asia, and other regions.

Introduction. The study of the issues of social and pedagogical support of students in the conditions of a modern university; the study of their expectations in this regard is because all students need such support. Students of pedagogical areas are especially in dire need, the majority of whom, as a rule, come from a family of teachers who themselves need strong social support from the state. The problem is compounded by the fact that in the Kyrgyz Republic issues of supporting pedagogy have not been studied both theoretically and practically. Material and methods. Based on the foregoing, the purpose of the article is to determine the essence and content of the socio-pedagogical support of students, to reflect their expectations in this regard and to determine further ways of implementing the considered aspect in the preparation of teaching staff. The study used theoretical and empirical methods (analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic, observation, survey, interviews, questionnaires, the study of documentation and experience in organizing students’ life at four universities of the Kyrgyz Republic). All these methods were used to study the state of the theory of socio-pedagogical support and the expectations of students in the conditions of a modern university. Results and discussion. Studying the problem of social and pedagogical support of students shows that modern students who study at the pedagogical faculties of universities of the Kyrgyz Republic need social and pedagogical support. That means: pedagogical assistance in organizing students’ life, enhancement of culture of behavior in a multinational environment, developing leadership qualities, psycho-pedagogical assistance in establishing contacts in the student environment, etc., on which the effectiveness of training future teaching staff in a university depends. Conclusion. The results of the study show that the problem of social and pedagogical support for students today remains one of the important aspects of the activities of universities, as it is related to providing assistance in the social, educational, spiritual development of students and is one of the important conditions for the preparation of future teachers and their social development.

Introduction. A comparative study of the theory and practice of education in Finland is due to the natural interest of researchers in the experience of countries that hold leading positions in international educational monitoring, where the Finnish system shows consistently high results. The focus of the analysis is education implemented in rural areas, the features of the activity of a rural school, the specifics of the professional activity of a rural teacher. Materials and methods. The material for the analysis was the research of Finnish scientists and specialists in the field of education, the experience of international Russian-Finnish educational projects. Results and discussion. The theory and practice of the development of education in Finland is of interest for Russian scientists and practitioners, and for researchers of the Republic of Karelia, especially, since the similarity of both territories in terms of geographical, natural-climatic, ethnocultural, demographic and other indicators is obvious. In both territories, rural schools represent a significant part of the general education system. Conclusion. Analysis of the works of Finnish and Russian scientists made it possible to: fix the coincidence of the positions of researchers regarding the peculiarities of the rural school and the specifics of the work of a rural teacher, the relevance of the socio-cultural approach to the modernization of education in rural areas, as well as the need for targeted training and support for the professional formation and development of a rural teacher in the paradigm of lifelong education ; to identify common approaches to substantiating such ways of preserving and developing a small school such as creating a socio-cultural center, transforming a school into a service center for a rural settlement (according to E. Korpinen).

Novitskaya I.V. Re a Possibility to Use the Stem-Building Suffix -Ein- in the Function of the Definite Article in the Gothic Language. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 1 (38). P. 50-54

The article analyses a possibility to use the stem-building suffix -ein- in the function of the definite article in the gothic language. This suffix is based on the Indo-European pronominal root that used to have a demonstrative meaning (Jener-Deixis). Further use of the suffix -n- as a marker of relation to something resulted in its development into a marker of a constant, typical feature of a thing or a being that made them definite. The meaning of definiteness expressed by the suffix is revealed if one compares the use of abstract nouns derived from the same root and belonging to different declension types in the gothic language.
