| 2967 | The use of knowledge-based algorithms is one of the most relevant directions. Often these algorithms are referred to as intelligent. It is accepted to distinguish four main classes of such models: logical, productional, frame-based, and network. As we know, the use of any given models is driven by the tasks in hand. From this perspective, logical models have gained momentum. In particular, these models are often used in the creation of expert systems and the automation of proofs of theorems. This article discusses how to implement the validation algorithm for multiple disjuncts. An automatic grammar is used to describe the language of presenting the disjuncts, a resolution method to check their inconsistencies, and a depthfirst search to automate the OL-denial strategy. This algorithm can be used to automatically check provability or indefeasibility of theorems based on many axioms. The step-by-step detalization of this algorithm can be used as an additional tool for teaching the resolution method and searching the state space as well as the basics of the formal languages. The type of going around state space depends on the order of the points in the list OPEN. When searching in the first point’s depth to open it you select the point that is most remote from the intentional one. In this case, you can simplify the implementation of this method by applying a recursive subprogram. Keywords: disjunct, resolution method, OL-denial strategy, finite-state grammar, depthfirst search | 2014 | |||||
| 2968 | Introduction. The article deals with the onomatopoeic verbs of the German language and the peculiarities of their functioning in the texts of various genres: in colloquial speech, in literary and journalistic texts, in newspaper and magazine periodicals, and in German-language chats. The purpose of the study was to determine the frequency and originality of the use of onomatopoetic verbs. Material and methods. The theoretical part of the paper presents the classification of verbs selected for the study. The basis of the classification was the systemic dictionary by L.M. Vasilyev compiled on the material of the Russian language. The authors applied this principle of systematization to the material of the German language and supplemented the existing classification taking into account the examples selected for the analysis. The material for the study includes 161 sentences from fiction, journalist and German-language chats using onomatopoeic verbs. Results and discussion. To confirm the sound nature of this group of words, the article presents the etymology and meaning of the analyzed verbs in monolingual dictionaries. This group of words in German is quite numerous due to the presence of sound in the commission of almost any action. Many onomatopoeic verbs are characterized by polysemy associated with many associations of the same word in the minds of native speakers. The words of this group can have emotional, evaluative (both positive and negative) expressive and stylistic components of meaning. Conclusion. The article shows how actively and diversely the onomatopoeic verbs are used by the authors due to their expressiveness and emotionality, the ability to have a certain impact on the listener or reader. The results of solving the problem determine the theoretical significance. The study contributes to the development of the theory of functioning of onomatopoeic verbs. The practical value of the study is the ability to use the results of the study in the development of lecture courses and seminars on Lexicology, Stylistics and Text analysis in the course of modern German. Thus, the results of the study confirmed the authors’ assumption about the possible diversity of the functioning of onomatopoetic verbs in the texts of various genres. | 2979 | The article discusses the formation of psychology of literary creative work, especially the initial stage. | 2980 | Despite the disposition of the theater of the absurd for linguistic minimalism, the plays of the British theater of the absurd possess a great phonographic potential due to the generic features of the dramatic text. The article explains the paradoxical ability of the dramatic text to transfer performer’s phonostylistic means through the author’s remarks, special syntactic constructions and graphic tools. The identified phonostylistic and graphic means in the absurdist plays by Samuel Beckett, Harold Pinter and Tom Stoppard do not only help to convey the authors’ ideas, but also conform to the philosophy of the absurd. The most represented means is the instrumentation based on different sound repetitions (alliteration, consonance, rhyme) with the use of sound symbolism. The phonographic analysis of the texts also revealed some cases of onomatopoeia and paronomasia. Rhythm has a special stylistic meaning in the drama. It is inherent in both theatrical actions and speech, which is reflected in the dramatic text. The article considers the ways of creating a specific slow, monotonous rhythm peculiar to the theater of the absurd with its idea of cyclical existence. The described examples confirm the stylistic markedness of the plays of the theater of the absurd which can be an object of further research in linguistics and stylistics. Keywords: theater of the absurd, dramatic text, phonostylistics, graphic language means, instrumentation, sound symbolism, rhythm | 2013 | |||||
| 2981 | Speech as a multidimensional phenomenon still remains relevant in linguistics studies. It is known that verbal communication evolved later than non-verbal one, however, a multimodal approach to language communication modeling based on spontaneous dialogues is only gaining momentum in Russian linguistics studies. The aim of the article is to provide data on principles of verbal and non-verbal correlation at times of difficulty during the development of spoken discourse between two speakers, as well as to systematize them in the most frequent multimodal patterns. The material of the article is 16 video clips of spontaneous dialogues of Russian native speakers, the total timing is 1.5 hours. The annotated video materials are students’ spontaneous dialogic discourse. The topics of dialogues can be divided into two groups – communication between friends/colleagues and communication between the client and service staff. Each video clip is annotated in ELAN v.6.2. The presented results are based on general linguistic methods of description and comparison, as well as a method of analyzing a cognitive event. Analyzing cognitive events and providing statistics on the subject, we describe the main multimodal patterns, which have been classified by the frequent nature of some speech disfluencies and non-verbal response to them. Our study is based on the gestural repetition concept. As a result, the most common speech disfluencies have been identified and divided into five large blocks. Each of the blocks is accompanied by the main multimodal patterns, implemented in different channels – manual channel, gaze channel and cephalic channel. The number of speech disfluencies recorded at the external level directly depends on the topic and not always on the level of competence of the speakers, since all dialogues are improvised by students who only have presuppositions regarding the deployment of discourse depending on the given role. Speech disfluencies and the principles of their compensation in different multimodal channels depend on both internal (cognitive) and external factors (overlapping and interruptions), which represent an interpenetrating indivisible system.
