| 3201 | The morphological structure of the above-ground part of the cane areas of the plant 24 local populations Hedysarum gmelinii Ledeb., grown in the Mountainous Altai and Khakassia, was studied. A complex adaptive morphological traits and the degree of influence of the factor of adaptation of plants to different heights above sea level (from 300 to 2200 m ) on their variability in plants of this species are revealed. According to variance and regression analyses, adjusting to the increasing height above sea level in H. gmelinii inhibition of the intercalary meristem growth is shown. When climbing structure shoots varies significantly, but the transformation in plants is minor. The changes in above-ground parts of shoots ensure the preservation of particular role in cenosis and reproductive capacity, together with other peculiarities of structure in plants H. gmelinii in mountain conditions. Taken for study parameters, described in general, fit into the existing models of discursive analysis, which as an object considers oral dialogue. Metacommunicative indicators and their role in organizational communication are determined. | 3204 | The article deals with basic periods of formation and development of communicative stylistics of text, which has been growing at the Tomsk State Pedagogical University since 1992 at the department of modern Russian and stylistics (from the end of 2017 the department of the Russian language). Peculiarities of this scientific school and factors that defined its dynamics in scientific context of linguistics at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century are described in the article. In the light of the ideas of the communicative paradigm of linguistic knowledge, in the nineties and early 2000s, the achievements of related sciences are formed that fall under the traditional and functional stylistics, functional lexicology and the theory of the communicative text: the main directions of the communicative stylistics of the text: on the verge of linguistic pragmatics – the regulative theory, on the verge of psycholinguistics – theory of text associations, on the verge of philological hermeneutics – the theory of semantic expansion of the text. Each of these areas of communicative stylistics is aimed at researching the effectiveness of dialogue between the author and the reader with the use of text. The main is the systemic and active approach to the text as a form of communication and the phenomenon of idiostyle of the language personality, which is “left” outside the text. Ideas of communicative and active approach to the text, which are realized in works of this trend, were called for the methods of teaching the Russian language. The basic periods of communicative stylistics of text development are due to new tendencies in language and speech research, connected to extension of units of analysis and to intensification of cognitive and discursive aspects of textual activity, expansion of empirical base of researches, that includes at the beginning of XXI century poetic, advertising, epistolary, media discourses. Cognitive and media vector of development is typical for modern communicative stylistics of text. It is obvious that there is the necessity of further expansion of empirical material associated with genre and style variety of up-to-date media communication, elaboration of typology of informational and media language personalities, research of cognitive aspects of their idiostyle as well as perfection of methods of different types of texts’ analysis in perspective. | 3205 | The article considers the functional possibilities of the prezens in German. The analysis was carried out in a diachronic aspect, beginning with the Old High German period and ending with the modern state of German. It is shown what functions were peculiar to the prezens at the time of its formation, which appeared in later periods and which are used at the present stage of development of the given language. For this purpose have been studied the literary monuments of the Old High German and Middle High German periods, the Germanic epic Nibelungenlied. The modern functional potential of prezens is studied on the basis of German newspapers Die Welt and Moskauer deutsche Zeitung. The article uses as the main descriptive, comparative-historical, quantitative methods of investigation. The urgency of the work is due to the ambiguous approach in linguistics to the functional differentiation of the German prezens. In this article its most frequent functions are scientifically substantiated and described. In these German-language newspapers a frequent phenomenon is actual, usual and futuristic prezens. Culturologically, this situation is due to the fact that the Germans attach great importance to the present, and they are characterized by their aspirations for the future. In addition, in modern publicistic speech a tendency is revealed that consists in the combined functioning of prezens in the interaction of frequency functions. The conducted research as a whole expands the scientific understanding of the functional significance of the prezens in the German language. | 3206 | The article is devoted to the investigation of ways of representing in English one of the basic universal conceptual categories – the category of graduality. The main aim is to determine specific features of lexicographic description of lexical units that express graduality implicitly in English dictionaries. Modern paradigm of linguistic knowledge – cognitive linguistics – gave an opportunity to look at a number of problems from a new angle, in particular at the formation of the category of graduality and its linguistic representation. Within the framework of cognitive linguistics graduality is rightly viewed as a concept expressed in the language by a category of graduality that includes in the first place quality adjectives because only they can denote some feature that can manifest itself in a higher or lower degr ee and as a result have gradable meanings. The article gives a short survey of present-day opinions on lexical units that express features of objects and new ways of their structural presentation, in particular opinions of leading Russian and foreign linguists – E. S. Kubryakova, N. N. Boldyrev, E. G. Beliaevskaya, L. Talmy. The investigation was carried out on the material of 533 adjectives selected from several authoritative dictionaries of the English language. The author describes the procedure of the conceptual analysis of some frequently used English quality adjectives that have an indication of graduality in their meanings. In the course of the analysis the author makes some conclusions concerning the conceptual structure of English quality adjectives representing graduality implicitly, singles out concepts that serve as a basis for the semantics of the adjectives under analysis and dwells on the peculiarities of their lexicographic description and that of relative adjectives used in their quality meanings. The study shows that the conceptual structure underlying the semantics of English adjectives representing graduality implicitly includes two concepts – “feature” and “feature degree”. The first one has a different semantic representation depending on the meaning of the adjective while the other one expresses the same feature degree in all the meanings (very high, high, low). The research is interesting for further analysis as not only the issue of lexicographic presentation of graduality is of great interest today but also the issue of new approaches and methods of studying graduality, the status of units functioning as means of expressing graduality and some others. | 3220 | The article deals with the question of communicative difficulties arising while a foreign language training of primary schoolers with special needs. One of the main objectives of foreign language learning is communicative skills training and development. In consequence of cognitive disorder children with disabilities encounter serious obstacles in communicative and play activities. The article describes communicative difficulties as barriers that destroy effective and comfortable socialization and interaction between interlocutors in foreign language. It indicates the groups of communicative problems and characterizes physiological and psychological reasons of communicative obstacles. The research shows, that children with disabilities are under constant stress. The article presents recommendations on how to overcome the given problems. Therefore, the authors emphasize the necessity of lessening the influence of psychophysical disorders, the significance of motivational aspect, and demonstrate possible activities, tasks that encourage pupils in studying a foreign language. | 3221 | The availability of historical sources is the basis that significantly increases the objectivity of the study. Such historical documents are significant when studying political parties within the framework of modern Russian history, in order to avoid excessive politicization of judgments. Studying of history of creation and functioning of «parties in power» is directly connected with involvement in scientific turnover of regulations, data of archival funds, periodicals, propaganda materials and others. It allows to expand the range of information on this problem, creates conditions for carrying out the system analysis of activities of data of the organizations in the specific region. | 3222 | The paper studies the composition of aspect forms of the verb in Nizhnekolymskiy dialect, which does not have a systematic description and and refers to the western dialect of the Even language according to preliminary data. The types of the verb expressing the nature of action, according to the semantic and grammatical characteristics, are differentiated into six aspect groups. Formation and use of type categories and methods of verbal actions in Nizhnekolymsky dialect are revealed with some features, unlike the eastern dialects of the Even language. The composition and use of categories of the verbal species has similar features to the western dialects of the Even language. However, distinct differences are in the formation of the type of imitation of action in the dialect in question. The absence of some forms of multiplicity of actions aspectuality groups, the direction of action and the intensity of action is revealed in the analysis of the functioning of species of verb forms in Nizhnekolymsky dialect. The usage of not previously mentioned in the grammatical descriptions of the four aspect forms in groups of multiplicity of action and intensity of action is fixed. The material for this article served the field data collected during field expeditions in the Lower Kolyma region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2013–2015. | 3236 | The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures. | 3248 | The influence of mechanical grinding in abrading and cutting mills on the structure of peats, their physical, chemical and structurally-mechanical properties has been investigated. It was shown, that lowland peat has a big stock of elements of a mineral food, than high-moor peat. The grinding of high-moor peat increases its bulk density and leads to insignificant increase in a moisture capacity of both types of peat. | 3249 | The article is devoted to the functional equivalence of the borrowings in the business written language of the XVII century in terms of functional assimilation in the recipient language. The author distinguishes equivalent and unequivalent vocabulary. The work contains both the typology of the relationships between foreign words and their equivalents and the simultaneous analysis of borrowed vocabulary in terms of nomination features. The author defines the role of these characteristics of the borrowed words in the process of their assimilation in the recipient language continuum.
