| 3210 | The fluorescen properties of polyethylene photoluminescent films connected with injecting to their composition of photoluminophor on the basis of linkings of europium in excitation of UV by radiation of the sun are investigated. For the first time experimental measurement of rates of fluorescent radiation of a photoluminescent film at its exploitation in natural conditions are carried out. The maximum values of fluorescence intensity of films in investigated conditions make near to 8 mW/m2, average day from 0.5 to 2 mW/m2. For the first time the received results have allowed to make a quantitative estimation of fluorescent radiation intensity of photoluminescent films at effective cultivation under them plants in natural conditions. | 3217 | The morphological structure of the above-ground part of the cane areas of the plant 24 local populations Hedysarum gmelinii Ledeb., grown in the Mountainous Altai and Khakassia, was studied. A complex adaptive morphological traits and the degree of influence of the factor of adaptation of plants to different heights above sea level (from 300 to 2200 m ) on their variability in plants of this species are revealed. According to variance and regression analyses, adjusting to the increasing height above sea level in H. gmelinii inhibition of the intercalary meristem growth is shown. When climbing structure shoots varies significantly, but the transformation in plants is minor. The changes in above-ground parts of shoots ensure the preservation of particular role in cenosis and reproductive capacity, together with other peculiarities of structure in plants H. gmelinii in mountain conditions. Such historical documents are significant when studying political parties within the framework of modern Russian history, in order to avoid excessive politicization of judgments. Studying of history of creation and functioning of «parties in power» is directly connected with involvement in scientific turnover of regulations, data of archival funds, periodicals, propaganda materials and others. It allows to expand the range of information on this problem, creates conditions for carrying out the system analysis of activities of data of the organizations in the specific region. Analyzing conditions of the source base of work, it is necessary to state that insufficient representation in archival funds of the documents which are handed over by political parties and the politized movements became the main problem of the use of sources. Nevertheless, it would be desirable to note that this lack was met by the complex use of other groups of sources, at the same time the basis of source base owing to specifics of an object and an object of research was constituted by periodicals materials. | 3219 | The paper studies the composition of aspect forms of the verb in Nizhnekolymskiy dialect, which does not have a systematic description and and refers to the western dialect of the Even language according to preliminary data. The types of the verb expressing the nature of action, according to the semantic and grammatical characteristics, are differentiated into six aspect groups. Formation and use of type categories and methods of verbal actions in Nizhnekolymsky dialect are revealed with some features, unlike the eastern dialects of the Even language. The composition and use of categories of the verbal species has similar features to the western dialects of the Even language. However, distinct differences are in the formation of the type of imitation of action in the dialect in question. The absence of some forms of multiplicity of actions aspectuality groups, the direction of action and the intensity of action is revealed in the analysis of the functioning of species of verb forms in Nizhnekolymsky dialect. The usage of not previously mentioned in the grammatical descriptions of the four aspect forms in groups of multiplicity of action and intensity of action is fixed. The material for this article served the field data collected during field expeditions in the Lower Kolyma region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2013–2015. | 3220 | The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures. | 3221 | The article is devoted to the investigation of ways of representing in English one of the basic universal conceptual categories – the category of graduality. The main aim is to determine specific features of lexicographic description of lexical units that express graduality implicitly in English dictionaries. Modern paradigm of linguistic knowledge – cognitive linguistics – gave an opportunity to look at a number of problems from a new angle, in particular at the formation of the category of graduality and its linguistic representation. Within the framework of cognitive linguistics graduality is rightly viewed as a concept expressed in the language by a category of graduality that includes in the first place quality adjectives because only they can denote some feature that can manifest itself in a higher or lower degr ee and as a result have gradable meanings. The article gives a short survey of present-day opinions on lexical units that express features of objects and new ways of their structural presentation, in particular opinions of leading Russian and foreign linguists – E. S. Kubryakova, N. N. Boldyrev, E. G. Beliaevskaya, L. Talmy. The investigation was carried out on the material of 533 adjectives selected from several authoritative dictionaries of the English language. The author describes the procedure of the conceptual analysis of some frequently used English quality adjectives that have an indication of graduality in their meanings. In the course of the analysis the author makes some conclusions concerning the conceptual structure of English quality adjectives representing graduality implicitly, singles out concepts that serve as a basis for the semantics of the adjectives under analysis and dwells on the peculiarities of their lexicographic description and that of relative adjectives used in their quality meanings. The study shows that the conceptual structure underlying the semantics of English adjectives representing graduality implicitly includes two concepts – “feature” and “feature degree”. The first one has a different semantic representation depending on the meaning of the adjective while the other one expresses the same feature degree in all the meanings (very high, high, low). The research is interesting for further analysis as not only the issue of lexicographic presentation of graduality is of great interest today but also the issue of new approaches and methods of studying graduality, the status of units functioning as means of expressing graduality and some others. The article considers the model of the electronic course in the discipline “Informatics” and the sequence of formation of 1 course of information culture among students. Conclusion. The paper describes the structure of the developed electronic course, as well as summarizes statistical data obtained from the results of checking student responses, prepared based on the results of completing tasks. One of the main objectives of foreign language learning is communicative skills training and development. In consequence of cognitive disorder children with disabilities encounter serious obstacles in communicative and play activities. The article describes communicative difficulties as barriers that destroy effective and comfortable socialization and interaction between interlocutors in foreign language. It indicates the groups of communicative problems and characterizes physiological and psychological reasons of communicative obstacles. The research shows, that children with disabilities are under constant stress. The article presents recommendations on how to overcome the given problems. Therefore, the authors emphasize the necessity of lessening the influence of psychophysical disorders, the significance of motivational aspect, and demonstrate possible activities, tasks that encourage pupils in studying a foreign language. The article defines a foreign language learning at the initial stage as a tool for children development, and offers to integrate natural inherent process of a pupil with the learning one. | 3234 | The paper is devoted to the analysis of the linguo-cognitive and cultural characteristics of the opposition representation “intelligence-silliness” on the basis of the Russian and English folk tales. The underlying premises worked out in the framework of the linguistic conceptology serve as the theoretical foundation of the research. The linguistic conceptology is viewed as a branch of modern cognitive linguistics and it often focuses on the comparative analysis of these or those concepts. Folk talk as a genre reflects the reality and interprets it from a certain perspective. Moreover, folk tale can be considered as an axiogenic event which in its turn functions as a kind of an axiogenic situation. The opposition “intelligence-silliness” is analysed from the point of view of lexical explication, gender peculiarities and social status of the tales’ heroes. The conclusion is made that the English and Russian languages differ in terms of estimating and presenting intelligent and silly people. But at the same time intelligence in both linguo-cultures is associated with mental power, common sense, experience. Silliness always means lack of innate intelligence, wit and is even equal to greediness and laziness. The perspectives of the study are outlined. The representation of the opposition “intelligence- silliness” may be studied in the common language consciousness. | 3235 | The relevance of this study is due to the fact that the high level of speech activity ensures the establishment of positive interpersonal relationships of preschoolers with peers and the child’s occupation of a certain status position in the children’s collective. The author raises the question of comparative characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses. The article describes the criteria, indicators and levels of speech activity of preschool children, which are used in the organization of observations of children of different sociometric statuses in free play and organized joint activities. In particular, such criteria of speech activity as initiative, type of speech communication, speech motivation, content and emotional expressiveness are highlighted. The results of the experiment, for example, revealed a high level of speech activity in children with the status of “stars”, the middle and low level of speech. The detailed description of levels and characteristics of speech activity of preschool children with different sociometric statuses is given. Statistics of comparison of criteria, levels of speech activity of children with different sociometric statuses and explanation of such differences are presented. Thus, the study revealed differences between children with the status of “stars” and “isolated” according to the criteria of speech initiative, motivation and types of speech communication. There is a vision of the category of possessiveness as a binary opposition. According to the semantics of the name of the possessor, his person, animacy, the degree of his concreteness or abstractness, and the semantics of the object of possession, many linguists distinguish such oppositions as alienable/unalienable appurtenance, internal/external possession, temporary/permanent possessiveness, absolute/relative appurtenance, actual/virtual possession, legal/somatic appurtenance. In the context of the gradual opposition possessive relations can be represented in the form of absolute/relative appurtenance, inalienable appurtenance, relatively inalienable possession, occasionally inalienable and properly alienable appurtenance. According to another interpretation, the object can be inalienable, semi-alienable and alienable. Onomasiological approach proponents describe the possessiveness using as a basis the extra linguistic reality: they describe eventual types of possessors, potential types of objects of possession, try to anticipate their potential relationship. Semasiological approach supporters take as a basis specific language and speech facts – various possessive constructions. They analyze the influence of the form of possessive constructions (presence/absence of noun determiners, verbs) on its semantics. | 3248 | Change of plants productivity of family Solanaceae in the conditions of protected cultivation under fluorescent polyethylene films was studied. A number of general laws of plants productivity change of different varieties of Lycopersincon ecsulentum, Capsicum annuum and Solanum melongena was revealed. It has been found experimentally that increase of their productivity under fluorescent films is connected with intensive reproductive organs development, accompanied by formation of better quality fruits, and increase of plants vegetation at the average by 14 days.
