| 3656 | The paper deals with the problems of general managerial skills and the goals of the study of programming languages in the training of managers. In the course of such training the author proposes to distinguish between three levels of management competencies and three approaches to the study of programming languages. Therefore the notion of “program” is seen in three aspects: a program as an abstract finite-state automaton; program as a syntactic construct; program as a system – a model of the world. According to the aims of the course software from primitive level to high level is offered; the steps of learning are established; a number of high-level languages are compared; the existing experience is analyzed. As part of the stated objective for training the author offers means of programming from primitive to high-level; builds a sequence of mastering the basics of programming; compares a number of high-level languages in terms of the task; analyses the existing experience of implementing these ideas in the learning process. | 3658 | The article describes actual approaches to teaching Russian as a foreign language in China, formulated in the articles of the leading Chinese experts in this area. The review of the latest publications allowed to find out that most of the Chinese specialists in Russian philology, teachers and methodologists, write about the need of practice updating of language training. In particular, researchers note the strong influence of the Russian methodical innovations on the theory and methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language in China that is expressed in several features. Firstly, the levels of proficiency in Russian began to be considered in the aspect of formation of linguistic and communicative competence, but not only in a paradigm of knowledge in the field of vocabulary and grammar. Thereof it is necessary at the lessons to change a ratio of speech activity types, to focus on communicatively significant listening comprehension and speaking and to lower the load of the traditional grammatical focused forms of education. Secondly, in a translation practice from Russian to Chinese and vice versa it is necessary to develop skills of extensive reading, that is understanding and interpretation of the main information which is contained in the text, allocations of the text meaning and the authors idea. Thirdly, the training humanization which has to be shown in positive changes of the behavioral and emotional sphere of educational process is necessary, for example, it is important to induce to a dialogue and communicative interaction, the teachers should use new interactive or open methods of training. However the humanization, according to the Chinese researchers and methodologists, shouldn't significantly transform traditional directive and imperative model of training. Thus, the modern paradigm of training methods of Russian as foreign language in China assumes a harmonious combination of traditional approaches to teaching and new methods of training that more correspond to national and sociocultural peculiarities of the country. | 3659 | The article deals with an analysis of the essence and contents of students’ value-focused orientations. Value orientations in their turn determine the motivation, i.e., the external and internal incentives of human activity and reasons for concrete actions. The main values of life, which have been formed throughout the existence of mankind, are undergoing significant changes in the modern social society. The moral crisis that emerged as a new anti-social phenomenon in the late 20th century is changing the outlook of the youth, placing material gain on priority positions. The study of the value orientations of students of higher educational institutions (HEIs) in the private and state sector shows that there are no cardinal distinctions between them. In many respects it could be accounted for by the immaturity of the private sector of the educational system, on the one hand, and the inertness of young people’s value orientations, on the other hand. Nevertheless, the study revealed certain dependence of a higher motivation towards creativity in the cases of fee-paying education and a higher consistency between the students’ value orientations in the private HEIs and the market strategy of the Russian reforms. The proportion of students with a creative potential in terms of value orientation in all years of their training is found to be relatively stable and does not exceed 30%. The other students’ creativity orientations are not only developing, but are maintained until senior courses. This is particularly evident in analyzing the responses of students of the Altai State University. | 3660 | Study of traditional consciousness and peculiarities of popular culture bearers’ worldview on the material of textual dialect speech corpora is an urgent task of linguistic culturology and cognitive linguistics. Representative textual collections of everyday dialect speech only recently became a source of reconstruction of traditional worldview. The purpose of this work is a study of religious knowledge and ideas role and content in the worldview of dialect speakers. The analysis of religious subjects discourse fragments, picked out of a general speech flow, has shown that the religious component is a significant part of a general world picture and of popular culture bearers’ linguistic consciousness. Reflections on God, Christian saints, orthodox holidays and memorable dates of Church calendar, church services and rituals, religious writings, religious figures, trends and heterodox people, plots of Christian mythology occupy an important place in dialect speakers’ narratives. The notions of religious sphere often become the objects of dialect speakers’ reflection in their conversations with dialectologists. The religious subjects discourse fragments often contain such means expressing reflection as explanatory constructions, repetitions, periphrasis, generalizing (often evaluative) remarks, addresses to interlocutors with the purpose of checking up the degree of speech understanding, rhetoric questions. The communicative peculiarities of religious thematic fragments – increased metalinguistic reflection against a background of a feeble, in general, speech awareness of popular speech culture bearers – show that the elements of religious worldview are an important constituent part of dialect speakers’ cultural identity, occupying a central place in the popular tradition bearers’ value system. | 3671 | This paper searches for the points of contact between cognitive linguistics and IT by drawing parallels between key concepts of cognitive linguistics and mathematical logics. The notions of metalanguage, object language and graph are considered not only as strictly logical concepts but as a tool that can be used to solve a range of interdisciplinary problems such as modeling the knowledge structure of a certain subject field. Since every natural language is both an object and a subject of cognition, such type of research seems to be essential in terms of modern level of computer technology and artificial intelligence. | 3673 | The paper is devoted to the analysis of the conflict and congruous discourses’ components which are relevant to the genre of intercultural political prognosis. The latter is viewed not as a form of the analytical article but as an independent genre with appropriate characteristic features. In the framework of the prognosis functioning in the media landscape the following genre forms are singled out: article-prognosis and interview-prognosis. The above-mentioned genre varieties correlate to the genre and stylistic unit of the conflict and congruous discourses’ models. Within the scope of the functional and axilological unit of the discourses under study the prognostic, evaluative and preventive functions of the prognosis are described. The speech means which mark the prognostic utterance in the text are analyzed. The definition of conflict and congruous types of discourse, of the intercultural political area are given. The author comes to the conclusion the intercultural political prognosis is more likely to be described as belonging to the conflict type of discourse as the genre under study doesn’t represent the facts but determines the tendencies and perspectives of this or that phenomenon’s development. And only time and the real development of the events can show whether the prognosis was true-to-fact or not. | 3674 | Introduction. Meta-language narratives are the most indicative material to study how the dialect speakers perceive their own speech and the speech of others, as well as peculiarities of their linguistic reflection. The study of this phenomenon revealed the set of peculiarities of dialect speakers’ language consciousness. But dynamic aspects of dialect speakers’ language consciousness haven’t been examined until present. The purpose of the article is to reveal the types (degrees) of meta-language reflection and to determine the factors of its heterogeneity in the speech of dialect speakers. Material and methods. The material for analysis includes contexts with meta-language topics; the subject of the research is the character of meta-language topic development in the speech of a dialect speaker, as well as his ability for metalanguage reflection; the main research method is probabilistic object modeling. Results and discussion. Records of dialect speech represent different degrees of awareness of dialect speakers of their speech – from almost complete inability to concentrate their attention on a word itself, in distraction from objects and situations denoted by this word, to the active meta-language reflection. The attention of dialect speakers is usually drawn to the language and speech in those communicative situations, when the communicants belong to different social groups and have visibly different language and/or culture codes. But there are also transitional, intermediate degrees of speech awareness. These are the cases of effortful, gradual transition from the situational reflection to the linguistic one, the cases of switching from meta-language topic to the reflection on the corresponding facts or things, as well as the cases of meta-language reflection in situations, untypical for literary language speakers. Conclusion. Unwritten traditional culture is characterized by the weak speech awareness, by the interfusion of the word itself and situations it represents. These features are consequences of such general distinguishing characteristics of traditional folk life culture bearers as the priority of trivial consciousness in contrast with rational (theoretical) consciousness, which is formed by specially organized cognitive activity. The strengthening of meta-language reflection is associated with the growth of literacy among the dialect speakers. Familiarization with written culture leads to greater speech awareness, to shifting the balance between trivial and rational consciousness. The scale of the degrees of speech awareness in dialect speech is the result and the evidence of changes in dialect communication. The specificity of socio-cultural situations in the dialects supports and promotes the tendency to the expansion of meta-language reflection. | 3675 | Introduction. The question of the development of students’ creative abilities through the new phenomenon of facilitation has aroused increased interest on the part of the scientific and practical communities. Facilitation imposes certain requirements on the learning process. Purpose – the requirements provision theoretical analysis of the pedagogical facilitation technology to the teaching mathematics process for the students’ creative abilities development. Material and methods. The research draws on the work of domestic and foreign researchers in the field of general psychology, pedagogical facilitation and the development of creative abilities. The main research methods are study and analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature on the problem, questioning of students. Results and discussion. Pedagogical facilitation imposes such requirements on the learning process as ensuring the importance of learning, psychological security and psychological freedom, as well as the personality of the teacher and his ability to build relationships with students. A meaningful learning involves changing the personality, changing the behavior of the student due to his or her inner sensory-cognitive experience. To fulfill this requirement in teaching mathematics, you can use various facilitation tools in integration with entertaining tasks, non-traditional forms of organizing classes, and demonstrating the teacher’s respect for students. In the process of facilitation, psychological security is achieved by creating an environment that ensures the presence of trust on the part of the student, as well as the absence of fear, anxiety and other negative feelings arising from external evaluation. It is important to organize work with low-performing students, use modern pedagogical technologies to create a situation of success, and increase the level of comfort in the classroom. Psychological freedom presupposes the formation of students’ creativity, their self-expression, in the formation of which it is important to provide an opportunity to show activity, independence, responsibility. Conclusion. The results of the study make it possible to speak about the features of the organization of the educational process with ensuring the importance of learning, psychological safety and psychological freedom of students on the part of the teacher, as well as about the qualities, competence, personality of the teacher-facilitator, which increases the effectiveness of the development of creative abilities through special trusting relationships, recognition and acceptance of the students’ values, optimization of the process of joint work in the mathematics training. | 3688 | An issue of activity of Krasnoyarsk school of law during the Great Patriotic War is considered on the basis mainly of archive materials. The theme of legal education during the war period did not receive adequate coverage in the scientific literature. The works are basically of review nature and many aspects of the problem remain unexplored. It is shown that the war directly affected the school’s life. The school building was transferred to the military department for flats of military men and classes had to be given in the premises of the hostel. Military and military medical business played a large role in the learning process. As a result the majority of alumni after graduation from the school became prepared military specialists. At the beginning of the war the people’s commissariat of justice of the RSFSR assigned the task for the school to prepare as many graduated lawyers as possible. As a result if in 1942 19 people graduated from the school, then in 1943 – 54 people. Mass enrolment of cadets caused discipline problems.
