Yumov I.B., Yumova T. . Technology of flowed learning: advantages, disadvantages and creating ideal conditions for introduction in the educational process. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 5 (235). P. 90-98

Questions regarding the integration of “flipped learning” technology in the academic process, which allow students to acquire and understand new material outside of the classroom and apply it in academic discussions, debates, and projects, draw particular attention from researchers and staff in educational facilities. The application of this technique invokes the student’s creative potential and capability, leading to improved learning outcomes and student activity, however its successful application requires certain approaches and resources. The purpose of the study is to determine the essence of “flipped learning”; to study its existing advantages and disadvantages; to evaluate the effectiveness of the assimilation process of the studied material by students as a result of the introduction of this technology. The resources for this study were the theoretical methods of comparative analysis and general content of scientific and pedagogical literature by domestic and foreign scientists working in similar research areas. The verification of the accuracy and validity of the constructed model, which indicated the effectiveness of the technology used, was carried out by the methods of observation, pedagogical experiment, modeling, regression and correlation analyses. The main characteristics of learning are described: the individualization of the educational process, the rational distribution of free time with productive independent work at one’s own pace, and the unlimited use of electronic educational resources. Despite the identified imperfections and certain potential problems for teachers and students, the technology has many advantages, and discussions by authors of the scientific and pedagogical literature on the topic of study made it possible to carry out our own research to identify the advantages and disadvantages when introduced into the educational process. The effectiveness of the degree of material assimilation when using this technology was tested by us at the Institute of Mathematics and Computer Science of Buryat State University and at the Ulan-Bator branch of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics. In the course of the study, tests trials were carried out to measure residual knowledge and students were surveyed to assess the quality of the proposed technology. As an experiment to determine the effectiveness of the methodology, the authors prepared and posted presentations on one of the basic topics of mathematical analysis in the digital educational sphere of universities. To achieve maximum efficiency in the use of this method, it is necessary to take into account the individual needs and abilities of each student and to create a suitable environment for independent work, providing necessary technical support. The results of the study demonstrated that ad the results of the application of “flipped learning”, students were motivated to improve the quality of gained knowledge, and were incentivized to learn on their own, and the level of their self-organization increased as well.

Adonyeva I.G. LAW INTELLECTUAL ELITE AS THE SUBJECT OF LEGAL DISCOURSE OF RUSSIAN “FAT” MAGAZINES IN THE SECOND HALF OF 19TH – BEGINING 20TH CENTURIES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 5 (170). P. 107-111

This article substantiates the idea that the legal intellectual elite was the subject of legal discourse of Russian coffee press in the second half of XIX – begining XX century. Legal discourse is seen as all measurements, the real and the imaginary, the relationship of society to the right. However, in a “fat” magazines the most important types of legal discourse were scientific and analytical. Legal discourse of Russian magazine press in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries consists of the “subjects-addresser” – representatives of the law intellectual elite, involved in publishing and journalistic activities; legal information is published in the “fat” magazines, scientific articles and information on relevant topics and channels of transmission of legal information (magazine press) and subjectaddressee for whom this information is intended. Law intellectual elite as the subject was presented by major specialists in the field of scientific jurisprudence. It is proved that during the period under review the circle of intellectuals-lawyers who cooperated in press expanded, and also changed the content of discourse: from the history of justice to the analysis of the actual questions, what was the response to the needs of a reading audience.

Velichko Y.V., Militsina O.V., Kalashnikova Y.V. THE DEVELOPMENT OF ETHNO MUSICAL AND ETHNO-CULTURAL KNOWLEDGE OF YOUNGER STUDENTS IN THE PROCESS OF TRAINING FOLK ENSEMBLE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 1 (207). P. 33-39

Introduction. The article analyzes the application of ethno-cultural approach to music education of younger students as a factor of socialization of students, their ethnic identification and self-determination in the multinational cultural space. Material and methods. In the course of work the song material was studied in the style of local folk song tradition of the Nikolsky district of the Penza region, the echoes, folk tunes which make up the content of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge mastered by younger schoolchildren in folklore ensemble. Their use makes it possible to design the process of formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge as a personal intellectual experience based on internal acceptance of information and implementing this knowledge in practical actions. Results and discussion. The success of the formation of ethno-cultural and ethnomusical knowledge of younger students depends on several factors, for example, the wealth of emotional and moral content of musical works or compliance with the specifics of children’s musical and creative activity. As elements of the selection of local history material, its spiritual and moral content, the presence of musical and artistic traditions that contribute to the realization of the child’s right to their own national art culture and language in the process of its development and aesthetic education are updated. Nikolsky district of the Penza region is rich in its musical traditions, has a historical, cultural and spiritual heritage, which includes valuable historical and architectural monuments associated with historical events, the lives of outstanding figures of culture and art of Russia. All this allows younger students to quickly and easily navigate the world of ethnomusical values of the native musical culture and the culture of other peoples. The pedagogical potential of ethnocultural musical material lies in the fact that it provides simplicity and brightness of the artistic-figurative perception of works of this orientation. Conclusion. Purposeful, systematic lessons with children in the folklore ensemble contribute to the preservation of spiritual and moral values of the musical culture of the ethnic group. Younger students demonstrate not only the knowledge of song and dance culture of ethnic groups living in the Penza region, but also Patriotic civic qualities relevant to the modern stage of development of society.

Kozachina A.V. THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MYTHOPOETIC STRATEGY OF LEGITIMATION IN JAPANESE PEDAGOGICAL DISCOURSE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 6 (212). P. 20-26

Introduction. The current paper is dedicated to studying one of the 4 discursive strategies of legitimation identified by discourse analyst T. van Leeuwen, mythopoesis. The aim of the study is to reveal specific features of realization of legitimation discursive strategies and to interpret the results in the context of nature of education policy in Japan. Material and methods. The focus of our study is Japanese modern educational system and textbooks of the Course of Moral Education for elementary and secondary schools provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, MEXT. In order to uncover the legitimation strategies in the Course of Moral Education we used the method of discourse analysis and also the critical discourse analysis. Moreover, the method of content analysis and cultural linguistics method are also used. Results and discussion. All the sub-strategies of mythopoesis that was identified by T. van Leeuwen are found in textbooks. Moral tale demonstrates how protagonist achieves success relying on perseverance and diligence, which are in directly linked to the Japanese value gambari. Another story which refers to the inversion is also addresses to this value. Inversion is achieved by endowing the animals from the forest with the qualities of real social actors. The cautionary tale, in contrast, illustrates how the protagonist’s willfulness and unwillingness to obey social principles lead to his exclusion from the society. The symbolization story is an allusion of Japanese society itself with its laws and traditions. Conclusion. The analysis allows to identify the main areas of Japanese pedagogy, as well as to identify the values that are transmitted to the Japanese younger generation through pedagogical discourse. Although Japanese education is modelled after the Western countries’ system, it is still in close connection with moral standards which were the main construct of Japanese society from old centuries.

Savina M.A. The image of a drunkard in the artistic picture of the world by Sergey Dovlatov (compared to the national picture of the world): axiological aspect of interpretation. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 4 (228). P. 17-25

This paper examines the image of a drinking man in the artistic picture of the world by Sergey Dovlatov, compared to the national picture of the world. The goal is to discuss the similarities and differences in the attitude towards a drinking person, the key characteristics of a drinking person in the national and artistic picture of the world. We perform this study on the materials of the Russian Associative Dictionary (with the use of phraseology materials) and the texts by Sergey Dovlatov (using the National Corpus of the Russian language). We employ the methods of contextual analysis and of studying the national and artistic picture of the world. In both pictures of the world there is sympathy and an idea of the “fate” of a drinking person. The bearers of the negative assessment prevailing in the national picture of the world, in the texts by Sergey Dovlatov, are individual characters who are not “positive”, non-drinking characters seem to be something amazing, mysterious. We characterize the description of the effect of alcohol on a person and the surrounding world in the works Sergey Dovlatov. We counted the episodes of alcohol consumption and the number of characters involved in them in the works of S. D. Dovlatov to prove the importance of the image of people drinking. Sergey Dovlatov gives drunkards positive qualities (inner freedom, talent, contempt for material values). Alcohol “colors” the world in pink tones and helps the heroes to live.

We briefly review a gauge-invariant approach to calculating the one-loop effective action for supersymmetric gauge models formulated on N = 1/2 superspace. Construction of the effective action is based on use of manifestly covariant methods such that superfield background field method and proper time technique in non-anticommutative superspace. As the applications of general construction, the calculation of one-loop effective action for deformed supersymmetric Yang-Mills model is carried out.

Formation of universal learning activities aimed at thoughtful reading and writing, critical comprehension of the available information and the creation of educational product among pupils in any subject area, including mathematics classes, is a major concern throughout modern general education. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. Educational texts should prepare pupils for independent reading of educational, popular science-oriented and scientific literature; promote the creative acquisition of knowledge and gathering experience in critical, creative thinking and conducting design and research work.

Kislyakova M.A. METHOD OF REFLEXIVE LEARNING TO SOLVE MATHEMATICAL PROBLEMS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 6 (212). P. 92-98

Introduction. The method of teaching mathematics has a long history, which reflects all the success of teachers in creating a system of mathematical education both in Russia and in the world. Despite the fact that this system has been functioning for a long time and has produced outstanding results, mathematical subjects are currently the most difficult subjects for students both at school and at University. This leads to the fact that there are extreme points of view calling for the exclusion of the subject «Mathematics» from school and University courses due to its difficulty and low student performance. The solution to this problem in the modern world can be the use of psychologically-oriented learning concepts, one of which is the theory of reflexive learning. This article presents one of the aspects of applying this theory to the practice of mathematical education, namely reflexive learning to solve mathematical problems. The purpose of the article is to develop a methodology for teaching a «generalized algorithm» for solving mathematical problems based on stimulating reflexive mechanisms of activity. Materials and methods. The research material is the work of domestic and foreign authors devoted to the problems of teaching methods for solving problems and the psychology of reflexive learning. Their ideas allowed us to apply the theory of reflexive learning to teaching students to consciously regulate their own mathematical activities. Reflexive skills are the basis of the ability to intellectual self-regulation, and, consequently, a condition for productive intellectual mathematical activity. Results and discussion. The authors see the possibility of stimulating students’ cognitive activity based on reflection of their thought processes as one of the ways to solve psychological and methodological difficulties in learning to solve mathematical problems. The method of teaching problem solving involves teaching students to consciously perform four main stages. Formation of skills to analyze the problem, the solution to this problem, proper design of the idea of solving the problem and verifying the implemented solution is based on the mental experience of the student with the use of reflective learning strategies. Conclusion. As a result of reflexive learning to solve mathematical problems, students will develop a «generalized ability» to solve mathematical problems.

The research material was open Internet sources, as well as materials of a sociological survey conducted in April 2022 among students of the Omsk Pedagogical University on the basis of a random sample. The study used methods of comparative and systemic analysis, as well as methods for developing design technologies. The theoretical significance of the results of the study consists in the systematization of the forms and methods of patriotic education of student youth by means of memorialization of historical memory. Lacunae were discovered in the youth’s knowledge of means of perpetuating the memory of D. M. Karbyshev, which was the basis for the development of innovative forms and means of patriotic education. The methods of sociological survey, systematic and comparative analysis show the reflection of the means of memorialization of the feat of D. M. Karbyshev in the forms and means of patriotic education. The practical significance of the study is as follows. The social ideal of the personality of D. M. Karbyshev in the context of domestic cultural historical memory. Forms of patriotic education are distributed in project technologies by age groups of children and youth and certain loci – places of patriotic actions. Using the method of sociological survey, traditional and innovative forms of patriotic education proposed by students were identified. A set of forms of patriotic education is distributed in project technologies by age groups of children and youth and certain loci – places of patriotic actions. The structure of the developed technologies includes means of patriotic education. Along with immersion in the atmosphere of patriotism, military romance and conviction in the greatness of the feat, his visual museum and excursion display is carried out, built on the inclusion of various objects of cultural and historical memory in the route of excursions. To work with young people, seven main active forms of patriotic education in the context of project technologies have been developed. It is determined that for student and working youth, along with common excursion routes, there are seven other loci: special cultural institutions for youth, as well as citywide libraries, museums, the Cinema House, the space of the Immortal Regiment. As a result of the development of technologies, the pedagogical potential of these patriotic actions was revealed: their continuity, taking into account the lessons of history, and the sacred essence of military-patriotic exploits in the name of life, visibility, spectacular effect, dispersion among audiences, brightness, significance of cultural and historical memory, emotional saturation of impact.

Solostina T.A. THE CONTENT AND THE ROLE OF THE INDIVIDUAL WORK IN TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS (THEORETICAL ASPECT). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 29-32

At present the higher school is facing an acute problem of training specialists, demanded by the labour market. Therefore, the necessary condition is to improve the quality of education of the students, in which a special role is assigned to individual work, especially during transition to level and individually-focused training in the logic of state of educational standards of the third generation. Individual educational work seems rather a problematic concept. In the terms of quality issues the concept of “work” is determined by the concept of “activity”, which is the base for it. By means of individual work the students’ readiness for independent activity is carried out. And for the formation of self-reliance as the characteristics of an individual to adapt first-year students an opening course ‘Introduction to the vocation’ is designed. The main objectives of the suggested course are “to introduce students to the vocation”, i.e. introduce the features of student life and activities throughout the coming period of training, to form certain ideas and skills necessary for mastering of all subjects of the curriculum, as well as to introduce the features and requirements of the economics profession.

At the present stage of development literature of many Russian ethnic groups acquire the pronounced “woman’s face” and the Komi literature is not an exception. Most actively the female author refers to the lyric poetry. Among talented komi poetesses, who presented at the turn of XX–XXI centuries the variety of forms of lyrical interpretation of reality, stands out in the self-presentation Anzhelika Elfimova. Her poetic worldview is based on the so-called “lyrical introversion”, which founds an organic form in character of the heroine, in particular, in specifics of her expressional speech behavior and the “closed” vital space. On the material of national poetry we research the forms of embodiment of introverted consciousness in the poetic text – the consciousness, which doesn’t go beyond the sphere of love experiences, gravitating to the critical attitude to themselves and others, to the statement of her own – different – worldview. The fight against forest fires included a range of prevention measures, prevention and liquidation of fire in the forest and punishment for persons guilty of arsons. The new government was interested in the preservation of forests from fires, so forestry specialists and local authorities were tasked to create effective system of struggle against forest fires in short terms. Questions of forest preservation from the fires were regulated by local regulations which were based on provisions of the decree “About the woods” 1918. The forest was nationalized, every citizen had the right to use forest products, but on the condition of personal participation in the protection of forests. The implementation of fire prevention measures was entrusted to the local population. However, this practice has not justified itself, so it was decided to return to the standard scheme, in which the main role in the protection of forests from fires played professional forest guards.
