| 2452 | In this article we are discussing the issue of teacher training for vocational education system – a professional field that under present-day conditions is not limited to educational institutions. In the context of networking cooperation, employersponsored education and dual vocational training system, a person who trains future specialists to implement various types of professional activities can act as a career educator. Responsibilities of such an educator are, among others, to manage the process of an individual student’s professional development, to encourage their self-identification during the training and within their professional field, to help them find their own individual learning paths. Competencies required to perform such tasks cannot be formulated neither within the chosen field’s subject content, nor within a traditional pedagogical program. In present conditions we also see that the focus of a career educator’s job is shifting. In the traditional sense the job of an educator is focused on the learning process, with special attention paid to determining patterns in this process. The job of a career educator, however, is closely connected with types of professional activities for which students prepare during the course of non-university level higher education, vocational training, or supplementary vocational education. The specifics of this job determine the distinctive criteria needed when selecting content for career educator training programs. Consequently, established principles of creating the contents for “Vocational education (for different fields)” programs should be augmented with principles that reflect the specific content of educational activities. These principles must be carried out for both undergraduate and graduate programs. The principles for developing an educational program that we propose in this article are instrumental in selecting the content for a career educator training program, they reflect the specifics of the job, and they also take into account the challenges that educators face on the current stage of vocational training system development. Keywords: non-university level higher education, vocational training, career educator, principles of creating the contents for career educator training programs | 1992 | |||||
| 2453 | Introduction. Achieving qualitatively new results in the system of general education requires introducing more effective approaches to the management of the entire educational process and the specific educational organization. As a tool for the development of an educational institution, this paper considers the methodology of project management which allows, in a vertically built management system of an educational organization, expansion of its horizontal branches to achieve more active involvement of teachers in co-management. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to describe a model for project methodology integration into the school administration system based on the technology of management of ethnocultural projects in an educational organization. Materials and methods. The authors rely on scientific works in the field of project management and project management in education and several regulatory documents relevant to this area. The synthesis of data obtained by the documentary analysis of scientific literature and the experience of the educational organization enabled the authors to show the specifics of including project management in the project management system in the educational sphere and reveal its potential for the development of educational systems in general. Results and discussion. A comparative analysis of system models for managing an educational organization has shown the significant advantage of flexible management systems due to their “adaptability” to changes in the external environment and more efficient management of the internal environment. The optimal management has a matrix structure. It is focused on the development of interaction between different services. Pronounced horizontal lines in the management model, while maintaining vertical integration, allow timely and organic regulation of processes at various levels. In this study, the experience of inclusion of project management in the linear-functional model of school management is analyzed, using as an example, ethnocultural projects of the MBEI (municipal budget educational institution) pre-gymnasium “Kristina” in the city of Tomsk. Conclusion. The proposed model of project management in an educational organization can be applied in any educational organization. The reliability of scientific results and the validity of the conclusions of this study are informed by modern achievements of research knowledge, as well as positive practical experience of introducing the elements of a flexible management system into the activities of the specific educational organization. | 2455 | It is necessary to distinguish between native and nonnative English speaking teachers. At the same time teaching credentials should be required of all English teachers, regardless of their native language. This study is aimed to answer a number of questions like: Are native speaker teachers automatically the best teachers of a language? Just because you speak a language naturally, does that mean you can teach it? Or does the process of learning a language to a high level of fluency make non-native speaker teachers far better equipped to teach that language? Both native and non-native English speaking teachers have certain intrinsic advantages and disadvantages but it depends far more on the personality and their abilities. | 1991 | |||||

| 2462 | In the article we are talking about the psychological and pedagogical adaptation of Chinese students in preparatory courses, mastering Russian as a foreign language from zero level. The key moment in this process is the psychological and pedagogical support of foreign native speakers by their teacher. Based on the conducted Russian and foreign studies, it is noted that informal communication and extracurricular activities of teachers contribute to facilitating the adaptation process in the new educational environment and improving the performance of foreign listeners. The basis of such activities are curators and tutors of training groups who have knowledge of cultural and religious norms and have an idea of the generally accepted rules of conduct of their wards. It is noted that as a result of the presence of such support, the process of adaptation of Chinese listeners and, accordingly, the educational process is optimized. The problem of psychological and pedagogical adaptation is very multifaceted, so for a more effective psychological and pedagogical support of Chinese students, it is necessary to create a system of common policies supporting foreign students. For the successful adaptation of foreign students to the reality of the Russian cultural, social and educational environment, the services and units of Russian universities that engage in hiring and accompanying foreign students must be staffed by teachers, specialists in the field of intercultural communication, ethnography and psychology. Russia can take a worthy place in the world market of educational services, because it has certain advantages, such as high level of teaching, more affordable cost of education, compared to other countries. To the list of advantages it is possible to add the introduction of the system of psychological and pedagogical support of foreign students, including all stages of the educational process. | 2463 | Introduction. English literary language is a historically heterogeneous structure, which includes various borrowed adstrata, more or less adapted by its system. Borrowings of Chinese origin as part of this recipient language have their own deep historical traditions and are the subject of this study. The synchronously functioning layer of borrowed Sinisms seems to be very heterogeneous in terms of assimilation, its levels and stages. Because the contacting languages – English and Chinese – are not related or even homologous, the process of assimilation by the system of elements of the Chinese adstratum is non-linear and has a number of characteristic features. This article is an attempt to fragment the process of assimilation/adaptation of Chinese borrowings in the system of English literary language by levels of assimilation and its stages. The aim of the paper is to distinguish the levels and stages of adaptation of borrowed lexical units of Chinese origin by the English literary system. Material and methods. As a general methodological foundation, a system-functional approach was used, which allows us to describe the functioning of a system or its individual part in the dynamics of linguistic evolution, an integral part of which is the phenomenon of borrowing. In the course of the study, a corpus of general and particular scientific (linguistic) methods was used, including: methods of logic (analysis, synthesis, deduction, comparison, generalization and modeling), statistics (grouping method, dialectic method), a comparative historical method with the step of internal reconstruction, component analysis method and the opposition method. Results and discussion. In linguistics, the terms “assimilation” and “adaptation” are traditionally contrasted: borrowings “assimilate” in the system of the recipient language, and the system itself adopts borrowed units. There are two approaches to the description of the process of assimilation/adaptation of these units: the first recognizes a borrowing adapted when it corresponds to the phonetic and grammatical appearance of the original words of the recipient language system. The second approach takes into account the influence of the lexical environment of the new foreign language unit. Thus, the approaches implicitly repeat the above opposition and differ in object-subjective position in relation to the borrowed unit and the system of the recipient language. Five three levels of assimilation of Chinese borrowings in the system of English literary language are distinguished: phonetic, morphological (grammatical) and spelling. The latter seems to be the most significant for the adapting Sinisms due to their highly heterogeneous graphic appearance. There are five stages in the adaptation of these units by the English literary language system: 1) the use of the unit in the form that it possesses in its donor language; 2) adaptation of borrowing to the laws to which the lexical means of the recipient language obey at the above levels; 3) loss by a unit of accompanying comments as applied to lemmatical corpuses of dictionaries and reference publications of the recipient language; 4) loss by borrowing of the previous stylistic differentiation; 5) consolidation of the borrowed lexical unit in the explanatory dictionary. Conclusion. The proposed stages and extrapolated approaches can find application in the practice of studying the Chinese adstratum in a number of other idioms that have historically been in contact with the Chinese language, as well as adstrata of a different origin in systems of unrelated languages. The empirical material of the study has high theoretical and practical value and can be used in reading university courses and teaching such disciplines as intercultural communication, history, lexicology, grammar and functional stylistics of the English language, contact and social linguistics, as well as in teaching the theory and practice of translation. | 2464 | Introduction. The paper examines human body color namings’ metaphorical models on the basis of Russian, English and Chinese texts included in the forensic discourse. The study of metaphorical word formation based on the different cultures everyday knowledge is of great importance not only for cultural linguistics, but also for research aimed at analyzing linguistic world-images. Color lexemes, therefore, are also valuable material for ethnocultural and discursive research. Aim and objectives. The aim of current paper is to carry out a comparative analysis of human body color namings’ metaphorical models on the basis of Russian, English and Chinese texts included in the forensic discourse. Material and methods. The empirical material of the study are the texts of forensic research in Russian, forensic papers of J. Prahlow, G. Skopp, M. Tsokos and R. Byard, Q. Stewart, R. Cobb, V. Keith in English, and books “Forensic Science” by Zhao Ziqin and “Guide to Forensic Pathology” by Jing Hualan and Li Huanxiang in Chinese. Firstly, we used continuous sampling method to select all the color namings from the above-mentioned texts. Secondly, we selected all the metaphorical color lexemes. Also, the study uses the following methods: definitional analysis, analysis of the internal form of the word, and a comparative analysis in respect to metaphor semantic parameters of color namings in three indicated languages. Results and discussion. Among the Russian-language color designations, we identified 2 metaphorical models, in which the comparison goes with 5 objects of the surrounding world, 5 models compared with 9 objects in English; and 5 models compared with 7 objects in Chinese. We noted that the metaphorization processes in Russian color namings of forensic medical discourse are less noticeable. Among the English-language color namings, there is a greater variety of objects surrounding world for the metaphor word formation. Russian and Chinese color namings have the same comparison with the color of the cherry fruit. In Russian and English color lexemes, there is a close comparison with clay and brick. In English and Chinese color designations, there is a comparison with ash color, and similar in meaning is a comparison of such results of actions as “to be washed out” (about color) and “to lose color”. In the lexical units of the Russian-language forensic discourse there is no comparison with actions, sweets and different features of objects. For the English material, the comparison with sweet food products, such as chocolate and cream, is unique. For the Chinese unique comparison goes with different characteristics of objects. Conclusion. As a result, we revealed metaphorical word formation features of lexemes naming the human body colors used in forensic discourse. Comparison with flora objects colors is specific to the Russian language metaphorical word formation. Comparison with the colors of materials is specific to English metaphorical word formation. The degree of manifestation of various characteristics of objects is specific to the metaphorical word formation of the Chinese language. These differences are explained by the cultural specificity of the languages involved in the analysis. The results of the comparative analysis revealed significant differences between the metaphorical lexemes of color in Russian, English and Chinese texts of forensic medical discourse. | 2477 | This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. | 2479 | Introduction. The article substantiates the relevance of modern educational space, which combines scientific and practice-oriented components, knowledge and competence paradigms of education. The aim of this work is to generalize and systematize the set of requirements for quality humanitarian education. Material and methods. The methodological basis of the study was a set of methods of system, activity and personality-oriented approach, analysis of scientific and methodological literature, legal documents regulating modern General education practice. Results and discussion. Consideration of the phenomenon of humanitarian education and humanitarization of education, as well as the format of the mandatory exam in the Russian language (the main state exam and the unified state exam, as well as the final interview in the Russian language) allowed to fix the focus of the estimated results in two aspects: the actual knowledge and competence, allowing to assess the formation of the student’s personality, to assess his speech readiness in combination with his General culture. It is noted that modern linguistics considers language as a complex dynamic system, which is undoubtedly reflected in the context of the formation of the school educational space. The framework presents the organization of the educational process in the Humanities, namely its orientation as a single set of requirements, in particular between the actual subject education and personal abilities, inclinations of students, to be focused on the prolonged demand for students in their future professional space and in private life, which involves in the process of formation of the humanitarian educational space of the school the inclusion of various methodological options of educational activities and the inclusion of didactic units, focused on the formation of dialogue and interaction, as well as the formation of practical skills in the subject area. Conclusion. According to the results of the study, it is concluded that this variant of the organization of humanitarian educational space is possible through a combination of different approaches, among which the leading place can be occupied by the technology of personality-oriented education. Lexical regulatory universal is considered in comparison with other notions of communicative stylistics: communicative universals, media communicative universals, cognitive style. Under the lexical regulatory universal is understood a verbal embodiment of the way of the author’s thinking and the way of his interactions with the addressee, in characteristic for the author means and methods of lexical regulativity. One of the key features of LRU is the choice of the author of the means and methods of regulativity from the point of view of manifestation of cognitive mechanisms that are universal for a specific poetic language personality, «standing» behind the text. Regulatory lexical universals reflect ways of knowing and interaction of the author with the surrounding world. Regulatory lexical universals can partly be changed / maintained over the entire work of the author, that allows to speak not only about the dynamics of his conceptual and poetic pictures of the world, but also about the development of his thinking. | 2492 | Modern society of most countries is not socially homogenous yet composed of a variety of social and ethnic groups. Education in such multicultural state as Russia must take into consideration all components of a society. One of a perspective strategy for successful communication is ethno-pedagogical element in education. The complex of ethno-pedagogic means of formation of cross-cultural competence is aimed to minimize the psychological barriers of communication. It develops communication skills during educational process of foreign students. The ethno-cultural technology in teaching Russian as a foreign language solves three important tasks: transmission of personal culture; synthesis of personal culture with the culture of other ethnic groups; integration into global culture. The elements of ethno-pedagogic methods of education were applied in different historical epochs in places where two different languages and cultures came into contact. One example was presented from the period of Russian colony in Alaska, 1732-1867. In Aleut philosophy, the teacher is more a facilitator of those activities that are known as learning. The learner was engaged in learning activity not in the classroom, as in western societies, but in the different locations of each activity. It was always seasonal; for instance, during sea lion hunting it was at the beach. Instead of teaching by lecturing and talking, the boys were taken out to observe the hunting process conducted by the adult male who was proficient in hunting. The education during Russian period in Alaska was bilingual and bicultural: Russian and Aleut were taught through content on alternative base. Folklore of the indigenous people of Siberia (Selkup, Khanty, Ket) demonstrates examples of ethno-pedagogic strategies. Semantics of folklore discourse reveals the rules of accurate behavior and principles of indigenous worldview. | 2493 | Introduction. The purpose of the article is proving the expediency of necessity of a qualitative change in the management system of educational organizations, in particular, the possibility of applying the matrix approach, in order to organize effective interaction in the teaching staff. Material and methods. The research materials were the results of the psychological and pedagogical findings of national and foreign scientists (A. V. Afonina, A. A. Bodalev, Ya. L. Kolominsky, V. A. Malikova, A. Kh. Maslow, A. B. Orlova), and the experimental work, which was carried out by employees and students of Master’s program of the Northern (Arctic) Federal University from 2017 to 2019. These data allowed studying the peculiarities and dynamics of the secondary school teachers’ interaction, due to qualitative changes in the management system. Results and discussion. The main goal of the state educational policy is to improve the quality of education, and the organization of effective interaction in the teaching staff is a progressive means for achieving it. However, the phenomenon of synergetic interaction, possessing the potential for qualitative growth of teams, has not been fully studied in the field of education. Moreover, practice shows that modern teachers prefer the creation of personal educational spaces. There is an extremely low level of teachers’ group and teamwork at school, and the problem of building effective interaction between pedagogues is one of the key. Responsibility for the functioning and development of productive labor relations lies with the administrative stuff, and there is a lot of regulatory methods for organizing effective interaction. Professional educational activity is based on the main principles of harmonious management in any industry. There are four the most important management functions. They are planning, organization, motivation and control. The criteria for effective interaction, according to the research of A. V. Afonina, are mutual cognition, mutual understanding, relationships, mutually defined actions and mutual influence. Using the data of these equal organizational units in the managerial structure on a parity basis (a matrix approach) is an effective way for organizing of teachers’ effective interaction. This idea was proved by the results of the experiment, which had been conducted in one of the Arkhangelsk secondary schools. Conclusion. Matrix-structured management has a positive potential for building and implementing of teachers’ effective interaction. Moreover, in conformity with the educational environment, it is an innovatively oriented organizational management system. | 2497 | The paper is devoted to the issue of synonymy in terminology. Authors reveal the meaning of the notion “terminological synonymy”. They turn attention to the generalization of theories related to principles of synonymy in terminology. It’s known that there are different points of view on the existence of term-synonyms. In the paper such items as “synonym”, “doublet”, “variant” are analyzed by different linguists. Through the example of landscape study peculiarities of usage of synonyms in the Russian and German languages are shown to nominate different fragments of the linguistic world-image. Polylexical relations inside terminological systems are becoming more and more popular nowadays, and landscape study proves this fact. It should be emphasized that earlier such relations were considered as unacceptable. | 2498 | The article contains a fragment of the analysis of the semantics of the derivatives of dialect verbs of speech with the aim of studying the pragmatic aspects of linguistic meaning. Classification of dialectal verbs is carried out in accordance with the classification of lexico-semantic groups of commonly used Russian verbs. Cognitive models are defined in the formation of characterizing actions associated with speech activity. Examples of propositions of verbs are given. It is established that characterizing verbs of this group can have mono- and polypropositive structures. It turned out that for the nomination of situations related to the speech activity of people, the subject of the proposition is relevant. It was determined that one of the propositions of the verbs can reflect the objective properties of the named action, the other can be the result of evaluating these properties. It turned out that the evaluation is contained in the derived verbs formed from the estimated nouns or arises in the process of word formation on the basis of the metaphor. Actual for carriers of dialects are LSG verbs of verbal communication and LSG verbs of speech influence. Dialectal verbs usually reflect a conflict situation. To form these verbs, metaphorical models are used, complicated by the Fictitious modality and the emotional modality. Emotional assessment is able to influence the interlocutor. The presence of metaphorical names is explained by the anthropocentricity of the group and the special discourse. It turned out that for the speakers, the dialect is characterized by a negative attitude toward meaningless, unproductive, verbose arguments; to the moral discredit of the interlocutor (semes “scold”, “gossip”). Such qualities as intelligence, ability to convey information in a clear and accessible form are valued. | 2499 | The article analyzes the reasons for the shortage of highly-qualified specialists with high saturation of higher school graduates. The issue of the need to teach young people the ability to learn throughout their lives is dealt with. On the one hand higher education is viewed as one of the most important levels of a unified education system developing students’ thinking, and on the other - as a part of a serious business. The mechanism of interrelation of economy and production with education and science is formulated, which makes it possible to form “human capital”. The main trends of innovative activity in the university are singled out. It is emphasized that the teaching process should reflect the scientific theory on the one side, and on the other side, it should enable teaching the student to think and gain knowledge on his own. Widespread use of interpersonal communication in the group form of learning is considered by the author as one of the ways to activate students’ cognitive activity and develop their leadership qualities which are necessary for the leaders of science-driven productions. Possible approaches to the organization of students’ training in the university which can be implemented in the conditions of the new Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education 3++ are presented.
