| 2452 | The article is devoted to the development of the concept of lexical regulative universal (LRU), which is in line with the communicative stylistics of the text, namely the theory of regulativity, taking into account the fundamental principles of cognitive linguistics – actively developing scientific direction. Under «universals» are understood not only universal laws and principles of structuring the text, but also «universal thinking». Lexical regulatory universal is considered in comparison with other notions of communicative stylistics: communicative universals, media communicative universals, cognitive style. Under the lexical regulatory universal is understood a verbal embodiment of the way of the author’s thinking and the way of his interactions with the addressee, in characteristic for the author means and methods of lexical regulativity. One of the key features of LRU is the choice of the author of the means and methods of regulativity from the point of view of manifestation of cognitive mechanisms that are universal for a specific poetic language personality, «standing» behind the text. Regulatory lexical universals reflect ways of knowing and interaction of the author with the surrounding world. Regulatory lexical universals can partly be changed / maintained over the entire work of the author, that allows to speak not only about the dynamics of his conceptual and poetic pictures of the world, but also about the development of his thinking. | 2453 | This paper examines the issues of forming a qualitative assessment of educational activities in the system of additional professional education of civil servants. The main principles for assessing the quality of educational activity are revealed. The article states that the scientific understanding of estimating the quality of educational services in the sphere of the additional professional training does not yet meet the real needs in practice. The results of the study, which determines the need for additional professional education for civil servants in management, are presented. The relationship between the need for additional training and personal attitude to the school has been established. The productivity and effectiveness of the organizational and educational conditions required for the effective implementation and developing the quality assessment model for educational activities in the system of additional professional education for state civil employees are determined. The structural and functional model for the quality assessment of educational services with the participation of consumers is suggested. According to this model selfexamination, introspection and external expertise (reflection, research, design of the educational environment) become the leading methods of the assessment. Thus, the position of the teacher changes. The teacher becomes an expert both in relation to his activity and in relation to the activity of the student, who is also placed in the position of an expert regarding his pedagogical activity and achievements in working with students. | 2456 | This article considers the problem of various conflicts, arising out of contradictions, having various psychological origins. The author distinguishes three main groups of such conflicts: the intrapersonal, interpersonal and intergroup ones. Two main strategies applied in the process of conflict solution are analyzed: «the evening-out strategy* and «the provocation strategy ». Both cannot be recognized as flexible enough and universal, since, as з rule, they are based on certain social and psychological prejudices and stereotypes. The experimental part of the research is aimed at discovering gender distinctions in the social and psychological preferences and stereotypes, concerning the notions of masculinity and femininity, characteristic of students of a pedagogical university. The obtained data show that in the examined sample group the ideology of masculinity is presented by more traditional, typical and rigid notions, while the characteristic of femininity differs much, being more polyhedral, differentiated and dynamic. Probably, changes in the feminine gender stereotype agree with the dynamics of the social and economic changes in Russia more than changes in the masculine one. | 2458 | In this article we study traditional costume of the native peoples in Siberia on the basis of the analysis of some empirical element in the human mentality typical of traditional culture. The production of costumes is conditioned by the climate and some natural peculiarities of the area; it is also characterized by a rational approach to the choice of materials. In the process of our investigation we found out some similarity in the constructions of costumes. The costume represents an adaptive way of transformation of some existing forms of costume. This transformation is possible due to some natural cultural conditions as a result of cultural diffusion and the development of new cultural forms. We have analysed the characteristics of satirical texts, special transformations and stylistic devices. The results of the research show that a translator should have certain skills to translate satirical texts. He/she should have profound professional knowledge. He/she should be aware of the cultural differences between the two countries because satire is always aimed at native speakers and includes a lot of allusions and background information. The main task when translating satirical fantasy is to preserve all the humour using the means of the Russian language. A translator should also remember that Russian is more emotional than English so when translating satirical fantasy from English into Russian it is advisable that you should increase expressivity. | 2479 | The faculty of Culture and Arts of Tomsk State Pedagogical University in the professional training of bachelor in the direction of “pedagogical education” with two profiles of preparation as “Visual art” and “World art culture” presented the innovative educational project. The project is designed for the whole five-year course and is called to raise the professional education of future teachers in the visual arts to a qualitatively new level on the basis of a competence approach. The innovativeness of the project consists in output on a meta-subject level - a necessary requirement for new education standards, and also in covering by it the whole student course in the University and the integration of theoretical and practical training. The stages and content of the project are consistently disclosed, as well as its profound content aspects related to the activities of the student in the process of working on an artwork (with the help of its art criticism analysis and copying). The main result of the project is to master the competencies of the future teacher on the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, got by a student in the process of mastering disciplines of culturological, pedagogical and artistic-creative directions that eventually must be demonstrated in final qualifying work. The student’s attitude to the work in progress, his abilities, knowledge level are monitored during the implementation of the project, that helps a teacher to adjust the work - either to complicate the research or creative task, or to give more difficult, but feasible tasks. Thus, during the educational process the student is developing and improving, personally disclosing under the supervision of teachers. | 2480 | Modern society of most countries is not socially homogenous yet composed of a variety of social and ethnic groups. Education in such multicultural state as Russia must take into consideration all components of a society. One of a perspective strategy for successful communication is ethno-pedagogical element in education. The complex of ethno-pedagogic means of formation of cross-cultural competence is aimed to minimize the psychological barriers of communication. It develops communication skills during educational process of foreign students. The ethno-cultural technology in teaching Russian as a foreign language solves three important tasks: transmission of personal culture; synthesis of personal culture with the culture of other ethnic groups; integration into global culture. The elements of ethno-pedagogic methods of education were applied in different historical epochs in places where two different languages and cultures came into contact. One example was presented from the period of Russian colony in Alaska, 1732-1867. In Aleut philosophy, the teacher is more a facilitator of those activities that are known as learning. The learner was engaged in learning activity not in the classroom, as in western societies, but in the different locations of each activity. It was always seasonal; for instance, during sea lion hunting it was at the beach. Instead of teaching by lecturing and talking, the boys were taken out to observe the hunting process conducted by the adult male who was proficient in hunting. The education during Russian period in Alaska was bilingual and bicultural: Russian and Aleut were taught through content on alternative base. Folklore of the indigenous people of Siberia (Selkup, Khanty, Ket) demonstrates examples of ethno-pedagogic strategies. Semantics of folklore discourse reveals the rules of accurate behavior and principles of indigenous worldview. Interage interaction is considered by theoretical positions of social constructionist and social identity theories. It is shown, that teenagers are characterized by a high level of age tolerance which influences current of interaction with those age groups, which have limited experience of interaction (children and older persons). The interaction with other social groups is based on other social categorizations, besides age.
