It is offered to inspect in detail-specialized competence on the basis of the qualifying characteristics generated by the labour market. The independent activity of students is analyzed during training and its influence on formation in detail-specialized competence. Flight research of independent activity of students of the correspondence form of training with the help of the developed questionnaire is carried out. It is revealed, that independent activity of students during training is characterized by non-uniform distribution, with its gradual increase by the end of term of training. The received data are analyzed and it will be applied for the further research. | 3056 | The goal of research presented in the article is to follow the dynamics of change in the perceptions of business ethics among different generations of Russians. The respondents were 134 participants: representatives of older generations (45–79 years) and youth of Russia (19–25 years). As the primary research method is used survey method consisting in filling specially prepared questionnaire, in which is used the method of “Ethics of business interaction”. The work applied factor analysis by the principal component method, as a result of which we obtained 5 factors: “The focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on head”, “The demonstration of personal characteristics in the process”, “Focus on the long-term future”. It's also found that between groups of young and adult respondents are significant differences in the factors “Focus on personal relationships”, “Business strategy”, “Presentation on the head”. The authors present the mechanism of leading educational institutions’ networking: Municipal autonomous educational institution of secondary school number 28 in Tomsk and municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education of childhood and youth house “Our harbor” Tomsk. As part of the networking was created an innovative platform of municipal tourist and regional studies, which is being implemented under the conditions of socio-pedagogical project “Formation of socially-adapted person taught with the help of the tourist and local lore activity in conditions of an integrated socio-educational developing environment of general and supplementary education”. We present two authors’ models: the model of socio-educational developing environment for the formation of socially-adapted person enrolled in the secondary school № 28 and childhood and youth house “Our Harbour” and the model of formation of socially-adapted person in the conditions of socio-educational developing environment. Video resources come to be an effective way increasing the students’ motivation to foreign languages learning. Aim and objectives. The author aims at a scientific justification and description of practical ways to use video resources to increase motivation for learning foreign languages among students of technical universities. Material and methods. The work is based on the provisions of regulatory documents that determine the guidelines for teaching foreign languages in technical universities, the provisions of the technology of working with video resources, which is especially relevant in language education today, and the methodological focus of the organization of teaching the discipline “Foreign Language in Professional Activities”. The author works out and implements a complex of foreign language lessons with the use of video resources for students and carries out a methodical experiment aiming at estimating the method efficiency for increasing technical university students’ motivation to foreign languages learning. Results and discussion. Following the technology of video resources use in the learning process the author presents the stages of the work organization and gives the examples of the tasks on each of the stages for the students in the field of technical specialties. The article presents the methodical experiment results which prove the efficiency of video resources use for increasing students’ motivation to learning a foreign language. The author also mentions the conditions of organization of such work with students which gives positive results. Conclusions. The work with video resources in the digital age is an efficient way of technical university students` motivating to learning the foreign language for both general and specific purposes. Valery Ronshin’s works belong to the phenomenon of the two-address literature, i.e. they are focused on children’s and adult audiences and contain considerable pedagogical potential by actualizing important moral and ethical problems for the education of teenagers and children. On the other hand, the simplified form of narration that does not require reader’s considerable intelligent efforts, as well as the use of devices of the popular literature show the author’s attempt to entertain, amuse the reader. The aim of the work is to analyse Ronshin’s “horror stories” and to prove that his works concern popular literature. Material and methods. The material of the research is the works by Ronshin written in the genre of “horror story” (by the author’s definition). In the paper, the methods of comparative and motive the analysis are used. As a theoretical base, the works of Russian literary critics were used: E. M. Meletinsky, M. A. Chernyak, O. N. Grechina, M. V. Osorina, E. A. Polevaya, A. I. Kulyapin. Results and discussion. Valery Ronshin uses images, motives, genres of traditional folklore (a horror story, a fairy tale, a joke, sadistic rhymes) that are familiar to each reader since childhood. In such a way, the author accomplishes, firstly, the effect of the recognition facilitating the reader perception of similar works, secondly, the task to entertain is realized. In spite of the fact that Ronshin’s books are focused on the children’s audience, which is shown by a colourful cover, illustrations in “naïve” or children’s style, the use of traditional children’s folklore genres, his works are addressed to the adult audience as they contain the elements of black humour, the comic devices that are aimed at adults (alogism, devices of discrepancy of the used means, discrepancies of hero’s behaviour to the circumstances, invectives), elements of physiologism. The central problem of the analyzed works is a pedagogical incapacity of parents, unreadiness to the dialogue with children. Conclusion. Valery Ronshin creates works actualizing important educational problems, uses formulas and devices of folklore genres with the purpose to amuse, entertain the reader. His stories should be attributed to the phenomenon of popular literature that inherently aimed at entertainment, escapism, the use of traditional plots and genres. Achieving qualitatively new results in the system of general education requires introducing more effective approaches to the management of the entire educational process and the specific educational organization. As a tool for the development of an educational institution, this paper considers the methodology of project management which allows, in a vertically built management system of an educational organization, expansion of its horizontal branches to achieve more active involvement of teachers in co-management. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to describe a model for project methodology integration into the school administration system based on the technology of management of ethnocultural projects in an educational organization. Materials and methods. The authors rely on scientific works in the field of project management and project management in education and several regulatory documents relevant to this area. The synthesis of data obtained by the documentary analysis of scientific literature and the experience of the educational organization enabled the authors to show the specifics of including project management in the project management system in the educational sphere and reveal its potential for the development of educational systems in general. Results and discussion. A comparative analysis of system models for managing an educational organization has shown the significant advantage of flexible management systems due to their “adaptability” to changes in the external environment and more efficient management of the internal environment. The optimal management has a matrix structure. It is focused on the development of interaction between different services. Pronounced horizontal lines in the management model, while maintaining vertical integration, allow timely and organic regulation of processes at various levels. In this study, the experience of inclusion of project management in the linear-functional model of school management is analyzed, using as an example, ethnocultural projects of the MBEI (municipal budget educational institution) pre-gymnasium “Kristina” in the city of Tomsk. Conclusion. The proposed model of project management in an educational organization can be applied in any educational organization. The reliability of scientific results and the validity of the conclusions of this study are informed by modern achievements of research knowledge, as well as positive practical experience of introducing the elements of a flexible management system into the activities of the specific educational organization. The theory and practice of the development of education in Finland is of interest for Russian scientists and practitioners, and for researchers of the Republic of Karelia, especially, since the similarity of both territories in terms of geographical, natural-climatic, ethnocultural, demographic and other indicators is obvious. In both territories, rural schools represent a significant part of the general education system. Conclusion. The activity of monitoring centres concerning the quality of education shows that the adequate and continuous diagnostics of a training process becomes more and more meaningful stimulus for the personal, intellectual, professional and creative development of schoolchildren and students in secondary and higher educational institutions. The majority of systems for the knowledge quality control is focused only to the estimation of final results of training. We examined that lexemes which correlate with religious notion and contain sacral component in its semantics are of great importance in language world picture of the poet.
