The analysis of the inner structure and the contextual side of the games, consecutively changing each other during the period of preschool age – elementary producing, mode-roling, plot-roling, a game with rules and producing game in details – allows to suppose that every kind of game, being the leading at the definite stage of the age development, initially supposes the satiation of the leading form of existing of a child. The other forms of existing are not leveled, but harmonically co-exist with the generalized modus, and they are in a special subordinational relations, fulfilling the accompanying function.

Peat deposit of marsh ecosystem «Tagan» is characterized by presence of mani groups of soil microorganisms, which are able to convert different peat compounds. In upper lay of native soil of ecosystem ammonificative microorganisms with domination nonsporiferous forms are the most abundant, and in bottom lay organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen are plentiful (that is coordinated with distribution N-NH3 on deep is deposits). Nitrifiers and cellulosedestroyers developing in nutrient medium are less active. Content of microorganisms in native soil is constant. Cultivation of permanent grasses during 18-20 years stimulated development of microflora on deep of relict peat. Content of all groups microorganisms including organisms assimilating mineral forms of nitrogen, bacillus, actinomycete, denitrifiers, nitrifiers was essentially increased. Increase in the number of these (and others) microorganisms can point out probability of destruction amplification of organic matter in recultivated part of soil

The research contains an immanent analysis of the lyrical microcycle of the late period of work by Mandelshtam “I got lost in the sky – what shall I do?”. The creative world of the diptych is analysed by the authors of the article in dynamic aspect, in connection with the stages of the development of the lyrical plot of search of the true way. Special attention is given to not only poetics (figurative language, prosody aspects), but also to interpretations of intrinsic antinomies reflecting world outlook dominants (sky – earth, life – death, eternal – present and others). Besides, the literary allusions playing an important meaning-forming role in the poems by Mandelshtam are revealed. As a literary pre-text “The Divine Comedy” by Dante Alighieri is considered. As a result of a consecutive comparison of the basic images, verse features and logic of expansion of the plot, the main principle of cyclization – modulation of the meanings within the limits of the key topic is found. A similar creative move reflects the uncertainty of reflexions and moods of the poet caused by complex life circumstances. The lyrical hero has an aspiration to renounce “down-to-earth” problems, to find the true way. Familiarizing with eternal art, service to the people becomes the result of this way. The article is addressed to all interested in Russian poetry of the Silver age, in particular in works by Osip Mandelshtam as well as to the experts-philologists, concerned with poetics of a lyrical text.

The obtained data of morphofunctional condition and blood hormone levels of rats thyroid glands under 5 days exposure of hypokinezia, cold and their combination are presented. It was established that cold exposure in combination with hypokinezia gave rise to compromising reaction of thyroid gland, when there were elements of reaction to both hypokinezia and cold. Some of follicles in central gland,s zone were in condition of great functional stress, but the rest of part (it was more than 2 volume) was in deep depression of synthesis and secretion. So considerable deficiency of thyroid hormones in organism appeared and it lead to heavy breach of metabolism, weakening of the mechanisms of thermoregulation and even to the death of some rats at the end of the experiment.

The development and conservation of intelligence are chief task of university educationIs raised the question about specificity of intellectual efficiency at various levels of intellectual development. Musical ability to influence on people has been forming throughout centuries. Research in the field of ancient art and music origin proved the fact that musical language has formed as one of the informational connection means. Through the evolutionary process in the interaction artistic and exartistic intercourse, music is developing, first -as the means of understanding, second as unity, and finally as people’ communicative relations. Resemblance of the speech and music, proximity of speech function and musical intonation gives transmission possibility of speaking experience to perceive musical compositions. If language acquisition is provided in the form of intercourse we can come to the conclusion that musical compositions can be used as speaking teaching means.

The tendency of decrease(reduction) was outlined in the maximum(supreme) pedagogical formation(education) аудиторной loadings on disciplines of a physical and mathematical structure. It demands development of new approaches to practice of training of students of pedagogical high school to carrying out of physical experiment. By application of traditional techniques of training this problem to solve it is impossible, therefore there was a necessity of development of new techniques of training to physical experiment which would allow to carry out within the framework of available fund of time educational activity of students in conditions of an optimum parity(ratio) of virtual and natural didactic means of training and to receive planned educational result. By the example of statement of physical experiment on research of discharge plasma it is shown, that the purpose of performance of a laboratory practical work will consist not only in purchase by students of skills of experimental studying, for example, properties of plasma and methods of its(her) diagnostics, but also in development of skills of the analysis of the received results on the basis of modern theoretical representations. The student should receive a subject lesson of application of the theory not only for an explanation, but also forecasting new (for trained) the phenomena, including plasma technologies specifying functionalities.
