The article presents the analysis of the concept essence “tolerance” in different sciences. Offers different classifications of tolerance. Of greatest interest to the study is the concept of “pedagogical tolerance”. The concept “pedagogical tolerance” can be regarded also as a kind of professional tolerance. Pedagogical tolerance is manifested in the implementation of pedagogical functions: organizational, educational, informational, controlling et al. They are necessary for the specialists of this professional sphere, for the successful implementation of their professional tasks. The paper presents the results of research on the study of the course of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations in the context of the competency approach to training future math teachers. As is known, models of real processes can be described in the language of mathematics, including by means of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations. Ability to create such mathematical models and work with them is an integral part of the human culture. Thereby it is necessary to search for new approaches to the training of maths teachers, aimed at the formation of ideas about the role of models and modeling. In this connection the course of differential equations is essential means in attracting students to research work and for the formation of professional competence of the future teacher of mathematics. The course of differential equations plays a fundamental role in the professional training of mathematics teacher in terms of understanding the gist of the application and the practical orientation of teaching mathematics, mastery of the method of mathematical modeling. The course of differential equations and its methods give another tool for knowledge of the world, which allows to create a scientific understanding of the real physical space. The results presented in the paper allow us to conclude, that the involvement of students in research work in the framework of the course of differential equations not only promotes the overall development and professional training of the future teacher of mathematics, but also getting completely new results are important in the modern theory of differential equations and theoretical physics.

Murtazina Lyalya Raisovna THE ROLE OF TATARS IN DEVELOPMENT OF EDUCATION OF THE PEOPLE OF TURKESTAN AND KAZAKH STEPPE (THE END OF XIX – BEGINNING OF XX CENTURIES) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 8 (185). P. 126-130

The article presents activities of the Tatars in the development of the education of the people of Turkestan. First of all it was expressed in creation of schools for Tatars, including the Jadid’s madrassas, attended by representatives of other peoples. Training was on the books of the Tatar authors – S. Maksudi, R. Fakhrutdinov, H.Zabirov. National schools for the local people were organized under the leadership of the Tatar enlighteners. They participated in preparation of textbooks in the languages of the local people and teaching staff for national schools. The Tatars spreaded Muslim customs and traditions, brought Muslim culture in the steppe. Jadid’s schools opened by tatars have sustained the competition from Russian-native schools because local population trust them more which was connected by a religion community, similarity of language and traditions of Tatars and people of Turkestan. These schools financially were also supported by Tatars. Methodical providing, especially in the first decades of their existence, was carried out by the Kazan teachers. Most capable shakirds (students) of Jadid’s madrassas prepared to enter major madrasas of the Volga-Ural region. Tatar women played a big role in training of women of Turkestan. Under their influence and leadership by the representatives of the local population were opened schools. However, despite the support for the first time, the government feared the influence of the Turkic peoples on each other. Since 1910, rules have been adopted that prohibit the teaching of Tatars in Turkestan. Closing of Tatar schools did not become an obstacle to the spread of jadidism.

Main characteristics and sorbtional properties of polymeric fiberous materials made of thermoplastic wastages have been studied. It is established that the highest abilities of filtering oil-products is reached with proportions between a product and filter masses of: 6.0 through 9.31 for raw oil, 6.0 through 13.0 for oil type И-20, and 3.5 through 9.95 for diesel oil. They are dominating widely used filtering materials such as sul-focarbon and activated carbon. Regeneretion of fiber-ous sorbents is made by centrifugeing with separation factor equal to 100. Sorbtion capacity decreases no more than 20% after 50 regeneration cycles.

The subject of this article is the problem of «point of view» in Dostoevskij’s novel «Brother Karamazovs». The term «point of view» is understood according to Uspenskij-Schmid as a component of a text’s structure, which refers either to a narrator, or to different characters in the text and which finds expression on different levels such as time, space, ideology, perception and language. The author of the article suggests advancing the concept of different positions of the narrator’s perspective in the text and considers the problem of point of view in connection with the concept of «a semantic field» (Lotman). The degree of possibility for understanding of an opposition between semantic fields is defined as a degree of authoritarian viewpoint.

Since the ancient times health has played a key role in human life and is the basic need. Keen scientific interest in the health problem is easily explained, because the task of modern medicine is the development of new effective methods of preservation people’s health and continuation of the human race in general. The object of the study of the article is the French medical discourse and the subject of the study is its speech genres. The French medical discourse is one of the institutional discourse types, which is a complex, multi-composition formation, interaction of advertising, medical academic, legislative (legal) discourse in the sphere of medicine, scientific and proper medical discourse. The leading role in the above group belongs to the medical discourse in the sphere of professional communication. The typical features of the medical discourse are professionalism, sacredness (the oath of Hippocrates), special ethics and conduct standards, a system of sacral signs (medical attributes), scientific character, accuracy, brevity, clarity, specific forms of communication between doctors, deontological orientation, tolerance, persuasiveness, linguotherapeutic orientation (orientation to “word treatment”) and the speech full of special medical terms. The complex discursive nature of the French medical discourse has generated a variety of genre forms.

Article is devoted to the description of preliminary results of International space crew communication ‘ psychological analysis. Certain evidence confirming existence of “information filtration” was found, as in space simulations, crews preferred not to share certain problems of their life with MC. They also demonstrated preferences in contacts, being more prone to talk with their confidents in MC. At the same time, certain psychological problems in adaptation caused well-known transfer of negative feelings to MC. Astronauts preferred to contact their national MC. MCs, in their turn, mostly addressed with information and requests to their own national astronauts.

In article is discussed very actual at present problem of the reproductive behaviour among the modern russian women. They are considered its different forms, which splitting into two categories conditionally: with set on conservation of pregnancy and on its aborting. It is discussed role chosen by empirical study social-demographic and emotional factors, influencing on shaping various reproductive sets of pregnants. The data of the study are interpreted by comparing with control group of non-pregnants.

It is shown that in broadband transistor amplifiers with minimum-phase two-port compensation networks, a non-minimum-phase shift of transistor does not signifi¬cantly influences phase and transient responses. Thus, the design of amplifiers with desired phase and transient responses can be reduced to providing a suitable ampli¬tude-frequency characteristic, as in the case of mini¬mum-phase circuits. The design examples of ultra-wideband amplifiers with prescribed phase and transient responses are presented.

The administrative and territorial principle of statistical data integration promoted the development of the collaterally subordinated mechanism of the statistical execution phase. For the purpose of timely performance of statistical data in the region of interest the statistical system was formed as government statistical institution and periodically functioning organization.
