The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech.

Konovalenko Yuliana Viktorovna MENTAL SCRIPT OF ‘ARROGANCE’ IN RUSSIAN LINGUISTIC WORLD VIEW // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 4 (201). P. 7-13

The concept ‘Arrogance’ has a complex nature represented by script and image forms. In this article, I analyze the script component of the concept in the Russian language. I analyze the main components of the mental script of arrogant person’s behavior and attitude on the material taken from the National Corpus of the Russian Language. These elements include the agent, causes, action, aim, estimation and emotional components. I use corpus-based linguistics methods and model-based inquiry in my research. The agent is a person. The causes of arrogant attitude and behavior belong to two groups: a wish to oppose oneself to other people and a wish to isolate oneself from them. The more specific reasons for such opposition are ancestry, age, power, place of residence, nationality, wealth, position, knowledge and experience, membership in closed societies, spiritual development, and success. The reason of self-isolation from other people is a fear of possible psychological trauma, which people can cause. Verbs describing arrogant attitude or behavior can either have ‘arrogance’ component in their lexical meaning or be neutral. They characterize manner of speech, gestures, body language and arrogant person’s manner of looking at people. The aim of arrogant behavior is either opposing oneself to other people or selfisolation. The object of arrogant attitude is surrounding people. Estimation and emotional components are contradictory and depend on whether people understand the reason of arrogant attitude or behavior or not. Thus, the script of arrogant attitude and behavior has a double nature depending on the type of cause and aim, but the actions are the same in both cases. A person influences other people with the help of body language and manner of speech. People have a negative reaction to such behavior unless they understand the arrogant person’s fear of possible psychological trauma; in this case, the reaction can be sympathy or pity.

Microbial communities in virgin and reclaimed fens of Tomsk region were examined in the comparative study. Differences between these peat lands could be found only for a dry season. A number of fungi, evaluated with the plating method, and a share of hydrolytic bacteria were considerably higher in the reclaimed fen. It indicates to the intensification of destruction due to the implemented agricultural afforestation. The differences between fens smooth after long-term rains: fungal and actinomycetal mycelium is fragmentary found in soil layers, number and specific diversity of micromycetes decrease, hydrobionts dominate among bacteria. Thus, though examined fens are hydromorphic soils, weather conditions should be taken into account for soil sampling, because all the microbiologic indicators, which allow characterizing microbial communities of peat soils, sharply vary under the change of dry and moist periods.

The state and private initiatives directed to the increase of financial literacy of citizens are being solved in different ways in many countries. For Russia an appeal to the international experience in improving financial literacy is very topical. The information-educational products directed to the increase of financial literacy of the population, are considered on an example of the USA and Poland, having interesting approaches and methodical materials. In the USA the projects and programs directed to increase of level of financial literacy of the population, are financed basically by a private sector with support of the state and public initiatives. Financial education in the USA is based on partnership of the organisations of all patterns of ownership and all levels of the power. In Poland state financing of such programs prevails. And the Central bank of the country is their initiator. Educational programs are constructed on the private-state partnership with consolidated financing of events for financial literacy. World experience is useful to Russia from the point of view of the organizational aspects, use of various techniques and educational resources.

The influence of a foreign language on improving the professional skills of future economists is substantiated. The structure of effective characteristics of their professional training is specified. The results of the conducted experiment on the evaluation of the success of students professional training and the level of the development of their professional skills are given. Introduction. The oxymoron in the title of the paper expresses the evidence of the trichotomy proposed in the work and its obscurity to a wide range of poststructuralists who in one way or another touch upon questions of glottogenesis. The dominance in the world linguistics of the intracorporal vectors of language search from the middle of the past century led only to the mystification of this field of knowledge. However, the turn of research at the change of millennia towards extralinguistics is capable of dispelling the myth rooted in a wide audience about the intracorporal (cognitive, psychological, mental, etc.) origin of the language and leading the extralinguistic determinism of glottogony and language evolution processes to the first positions in linguistics. Nevertheless, contrary to the repeatedly verified data of interdisciplinary research, at present, one can still observe the confrontation of the sophistic tradition of idealism, defending the idea of intracorporal origin of the language, and the completely forgotten in linguistic circles theory of socially determined genesis of language, that had solitary status still in the middle of the last century. Post-structuralism, which has thoroughly entered into a “cognitive dead end”, has condemned itself to deserved criticism, to which a fair amount of this work is devoted. The aim of the paper is to propose a new trichotomy of structural systemic linguistics “language system – grammar – speech”. Material and methods. Structural-systemic and semiotic approaches form the epistemological framework of the study, during which the methods of logic (analysis, synthesis, comparison, etc.) were used, as well as the general scientific method of triangulation, that allows to single out a common third for two objects of observation. Results and discussion. The proposed trichotomy of the structural-system linguistics “language system – grammar – speech”, where grammar is understood as a set of rules, and speech – as a result of combinations of system elements, deepens understanding of the functioning of sign communication systems in the language community, as well as co-evolution of language and society. The language is designed so that the minimum of speech combinatorics can contribute to the assimilation of the rule, and the learned rule, in turn, is the key to mastering the maximum of the system itself. The rule, as an additional third and transitional link between the system and the function, acts simultaneously as an extra-linguistic binding of the virtual system of signs, invisible to a person, and the speaker. The sign nature of a language is understood through the semiotic conditionality of glottogony, in which logic plays a leading role not in the Aristotelian sense, but as a system of principles, laws, and operations for performing a certain activity — in this case, communicative. The participation of logic in the processes of speech-generation refutes the existing ideas about grammar as part of a language construct and prompts to consider it an additional third (instruction) in relation to the language system and individual speech repertoires. Conclusion. Glottogony is not a cognitive, but a logical-semiotic process. The sign, which lies at the base of all three elements of trichotomy, precedes both the processes of understanding (awareness) and the production of speech. In addi tion, through the sign and logical (non-mental or speculative) rule of its use, the speaking population becomes itself: the sign and rule unites users of the language, realizing its main function in the environment – the integrative one.

The influence of the light correcting films of various compositions on vital activity of sprouts of cabbage was researched. For this purpose the technique of comparative trials was completed. The technique consists in cultivation of sprouts of cabbage in hothouses by a size 1x1x0,6 m, covered by different films with a control of plant's metrics. Is shown, that usage of films with various physical properties renders considerable influence on metrics index under them of cabbage's sprouts. The composition of the light correcting Alms permitting of cabbage's sprouts in a closed ground in locale of Western Siberia without padding heating and lighting and to reduce period of cultivation on 10-15 of days is defined.

For a long time modern linguistics has been taking a closer examination of the issues and facts related to endangered languages, i. e. languages which do not have the written form. In the given article we try to investigate the manifestation of the vowel and consonant phonemes in the Enets, the Nganasan and the Selkup languages on the basis of the audio-visual and experimental methods. We understand that current innovative linguistic research may bring about new results that will contribute to the better knowledge of these languages and their phonetic and phonological structures.

Fitopopulacja optimum Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Wiild. is in motley-grass meadow steppes. The maximum abundance was recorded in the communities with the projective covering of grass 40–59 %, while increasing and decreasing of this factor is the weight of the collected raw materials decreases (r = 0,39, Rxy = 0,20). The highest yield was recorded in the interval of hydrothermic coefficient for steppe areas of 1,5–1,6, forest-steppe – 2,2–2,3, forest – 2,5–2,6, where the ratio of heat and precipitation was close to a multiyear average. The absolute value of the maximum productivity changes by years slightly. Possible annual for the Eastern Transbaikal region harvesting volume is estimsated in 781,2 tons.

In the paper the essence and specific character of the notions of elite and elitarian are defined more precisely on the basis of the analysis of the key characteristics of the elite as a social stratum determining the vector of the spiritual and moral development of the society, and the use of an elite-pedagogical approach to the investigation of the practice of family upbringing. In this connection the essential and specific peculiarities of the elite, best, high-efficient patterns of education and upbringing in the family are revealed, and the conceptual ideas of an individual’s “elitization” in family upbringing are characterized.

The article is devoted to the formation of new words in the Russian language of the eastern emigration of the 20–40s of the XX century. The object of analysis is the new words which appeared in the Russian language of the Eastern abroad as a result of word-formation. First of all different morphological means of word-formation, variety of suffixal and affixal methods and compressive word-formation are under examination more often. Word-formation models and their activity in the Russian language of Eastern abroad are investigated on the material of the Harbin journal “Rubezh” which has been published in Harbin since 1926 till 1945 years, memorial sources by I. Dyakov, E. Taskina, E. Shirinskaya and others, and works of art of Russian Eastern countries. Conditions for the functioning of the Russian language in Harbin of the first half of the twentieth century are seen as unique, contributing not only to preservation but also to the full functioning of the Russian language in Manchuria. The article analyzes 45 new lexical items created in the language of the eastern countries: Nouns (77.8 per cent of appellation of total new words), Pronouns (17.8 per cent), Verbs (it is only one word in our work), Adverbs (it is only one word in our work too).
