In experiments with isolated perfused rat heart it was investigated cardioprotective effect of the selective and the nonselective cannabinoid receptor agonists during ischaemia and reperfusion at the final concentration of 0.1 and 1.0 mM. It was established that the CB1 agonist ACPA, the CB1- and CB2-receptor agonist HU-210 and the CB1- and CB2-receptor agonist СР 55,940 exhibit cardioprotective effect. The selective CB2-agonist JWH133 and the CB1- and CB2-receptor agonists anandamide and methanandamide did not exhibit cytoprotective effect. Cardioprotective effect HU-210 is depended on the activation of CB1-cannabinoid receptor.

Relationship between changes of biodiversity with oxygen content in atmosphere and mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum in the Phanerozoic is studied. Dynamics of biodiversity is represented by the cyclical changes of species diversity of sea animals in the Phanerozoic. Information about changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic was taken from Sepkosky database. The relationship between cyclical changes of oxygen content in atmosphere, mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum and changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic is revealed on base of temporal sets analysis of the above mentioned quantities. The revealed relationships were proved by correlation calculations.

On the discrete level, when spacetime is decomposed into the elementary 4-simplices, this means that the 4-simplices may not coincide on their common faces, that is, be independent. We apply this to the particular problem of quantization of the surface regarded as that composed of virtually independent elementary pieces (2-simplices). We nd the area spectrum being proportional to the Barbero-Immirzi parameter y in the Faddeev gravity and described as a sum of spectra of separate areas. According to the known in the literature approach, we nd that exists ensuring Bekenstein-Hawking relation for the statistical black hole entropy for arbitrary d, in particular, y = 0:39... for genuine d = 10.

The article is devoted to revealing the peculiarities of toponyms functioning in Selkup folklore and everyday life stories. The paper investigates different types of folklore texts, e. g. heroic folk tales, fairy tales, tales about sacred places. Every fairy tale is a complex folklore work that contains all plot constituent parts, characters with their speech peculiarities, philosophic or instructive conclusions. Many aspects of fairy tales discourse are not thoroughly investigated and need detailed linguistic study. The analysis of toponyms and its kinds (hydronyms, oronyms, oikonyms) involved in plot building of folklore stories is given. The special attention is paid to the stylistic device metamorphosis which is a characteristic feature of Selkup fairy tale discourse. Analyzing folk and mythological plots the author determines ways, reasons, character and motivation of metamorphoses that happened with people or objects involved in the narration.

The study characterizes modern methods of reflexive training in higher school education. The results of the conducted empirical study on using cinquain in training in higher school education are presented here. The list of competences which depend on development of reflective abilities of students was selected from the federal state educational standard of higher education in the direction of preparation “Special (defectological) education”. The work identifies the deficits of the reflexive development of students on the basis of cinquain as control-evaluative tool for implementation of assessment and self-assessment of mastered professional knowledge, skills and competencies at different stages of the studying of section of the academic discipline. At present linguistics is connected very closely to cultural studies. A language is explored in connection with the history and culture of the people who speak the language. To study a language means not only just study a language but also to understand another people, nation and humankind as a whole. The article concerns the concept of “stone” in the Chinese linguaculture. The research is made with the data of linguistic experiment conducted in the city of Shenyang, PRC among native Chinese speakers. The respondents were found among teachers and students of Shenyang Polytechnic University, aged from 18 to 60 years old. The questions studied by the experiment concern with Chinese linguaculture, the image of stone and some set expressions of Chinese language which contain “stone”. The results of the experiment are depicted in the article.

The Sakha language is one of the state languages of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). For development and support of the native language in our Republic extensive work is being done in the field of bilingual education. The concept of bilingual education involves interrelated activities of teachers and students, aimed at the study of the subject means of native and non-native languages, which is achieved by mastering subject content, the development of speech and thinking, and the formation of balanced bilingualism in which students acquire languages in the same degree. The article addresses the issues of language education in terms of functioning of the two state languages (on the example of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia)). Against the background of introduction of Federal state educational standard, the educational environment of the Republic is developing dynamically, based on the scientific research modern teaching materials, manuals, reference materials are being developed. It is known that the native language plays a special role, since it is the basis for the formation and development of thinking, intellectual and creative abilities, as well as socialization of personality and introducing it to culture. Therefore, this article describes features of formation of students’ linguistic concepts in teaching to the native language. Describes the monitoring study in 5–9th forms of the Yakut schools, a brief analysis of textbooks in the native language in the primary school. For more successful development and formation of linguistic competencies, reference materials developed by the Research Institute of National Schools of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are offered.

The author analyses «Fantastic Travellings* by Senkovsky as a parody of the novel «The Wanderer* by Weltzman. Senkovsky is parodying the romantic principle of duality and doublicity in «The Wanderer* which is manifested firstly in poetical philosophy oftravelling of «Mindand Heart*. Accordingly, «Scientific travelling to the Bear Iceland* is looked upon as a parody oftravelling of mind, and «Travelling to Etno* as a parody of heart travelling.

This article surveys contemporary Russian thoughts about probability of civic society evolution in Russia and presents two different ways of solving this prob¬lem. We study a generic chiral-antichiral superfiled model on N=1/2 deformed superspace. The model is formulated in terms of arbitrary Kahler potential and arbitrary chiral and antichiral superpotentials. A component structure of the model is found. One-loop effective action in low-energy approximation is considered at constant background fields.
