The analysis is based upon the archive of the folklore data collected by a linguist A. I. Kuzmina in the 1960s. The database includes 17 texts, which present the folklore stories of Itya widespread among the Selkups. The majority of these narratives with participation of this hero recorded by A. I. Kuzmina are previously unpublished. Their publication will dramatically extend the empirical base for the folklore and ethnohistorical studies. The plot of the stories is common to all Selkup groups. The data of A. I. Kuzmina supplement the folklore plots of the Middle Ob dialectal area (Ivankino, Tibinak, Konerovo).

The article analyzes the degree of scrutiny of issues related to education management of Tartars of Russia in the second half of the XIX century on the example of Astrakhan province. There are the features of the study of the question in the pre-revolutionary (to 1917), Soviet (1917–1991) and contemporary (from 1991) periods. Despite the rich actual material this problem was not the subject of independent research. The authors of the available studies were limited to the study of certain aspects, and the subject remains little developed, moreover, some of these works are the compilation character, so at the moment the main goal is the study of archival materials. It also considers educational policy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in relation to the Tatars of Russia during the reign of the two emperors Alexander II and Alexander III, consisting in attempts to spread the Russian language in Tatar environment. Consideres the issues of the history of formation and the main directions of the activities of the provincial archives of the second half of XIX – beginning of XX centuries; the role of archives of the organs of provincial and district Zemstvo self-government in the preservation of the documentary heritage of the Russian Zemstvo and popularization of research historical study of local lore in the pre-revolutionary period; the analysis of the formation of documentary archives of Zemstvos, the established rules of reception, storage, disposal and use of archival documents of local selfmanagement, material and technical conditions of functioning of the provincial archives and the activities of the heads of departments. Presents the analysis of the archivists’ wage, the contents of the archives in the structure of the Zemstvo institutions. States the importance of the archival documentary Fund of district councils. Documents of the organs of local self-government in many respects are perfectly preserved due to the fact that already at the moment of its creation were intended for publication and dissemination. Furthermore, the Zemstvo-ists keep their participation in the work of the archival commissions of the state-level financing of their work, continuing the publication of collections of papers and methodological developments in archival business. Careful attitude to their archives (exceptions were rare) have done a lot for development of the archive work in Russia. The archives of the Zemstvo self-government, aware of the importance of their historical documents, became the basis for the development of the local Museum, the activity of local societies of the researchers of the region history. The theoretical significance of this work is that it is the first complex work, where on the basis of the sources a special concrete historical research of the activities of regional archival departments is organized. The practical significance of the work is determined by the ability to use the materials and conclusions in the preparation of the summarizing of scientific works, creation of special courses on Russian history, records keeping and archival studies, the history of local government.

Sharina Sardana Ivanovna ASPECT FORMS OF A VERB IN NIZHNEKOLYMSKIY DIALECT OF THE EVEN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 100-106

The paper studies the composition of aspect forms of the verb in Nizhnekolymskiy dialect, which does not have a systematic description and and refers to the western dialect of the Even language according to preliminary data. The types of the verb expressing the nature of action, according to the semantic and grammatical characteristics, are differentiated into six aspect groups. Formation and use of type categories and methods of verbal actions in Nizhnekolymsky dialect are revealed with some features, unlike the eastern dialects of the Even language. The composition and use of categories of the verbal species has similar features to the western dialects of the Even language. However, distinct differences are in the formation of the type of imitation of action in the dialect in question. The absence of some forms of multiplicity of actions aspectuality groups, the direction of action and the intensity of action is revealed in the analysis of the functioning of species of verb forms in Nizhnekolymsky dialect. The usage of not previously mentioned in the grammatical descriptions of the four aspect forms in groups of multiplicity of action and intensity of action is fixed. The material for this article served the field data collected during field expeditions in the Lower Kolyma region of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) in 2013–2015.

The paper is devoted to studying the communicative and pragmatic foundations of personality self-presentation and its significance in the process of communication. In modern society the intensification of communicative processes demands considerable resources from a person to govern the impression. The development of mass communications and political technologies increases the importance of governing the impression and constructing one’s own image that is not only a mean for various kinds of manipulation, but is a necessary element of self-realization for every person. Most researchers of self-presentation note the man’s aspiration to create a positive image is formed by tactics of emphasizing positive information. The implementation of the tactics in the “star” interview suggests the demonstration of positive characteristics, outstanding leadership skills, and the ability to overcome difficulties, the source of creative inspiration. The texts of the “star” interview are analyzed from the various ways of verbalizing the tactics of emphasizing positive information. The spectrum of lexical-semantic and syntactical means, conducive to positive selfpresentation of the public person is carefully analyzed. The practical value of the work is determined by the possibility to use its provisions and conclusions for preparing training courses and special seminars on communication, cognitive linguistics, pragmalinguistics, and image.

In the experiences with the participation of 266 subjects it is shown that the expert estimations of eighty personal special features of subjects make it possible with the high accuracy to forecast expert report about professional aptitude of subject as the worker. In the experiences with the participation of 261 students of VUZ - Institute of Higher Education it is shown that the self-estimations by the subjects of their personal special features are sufficient for the forecast of the professional directivity of each concrete person with the indication of the probability of the realization of this forecast. In both experimental situations the apparatus for plural linear regressions was used. One half of subjects served for calculating the parameters of diagnostic equations, another half served for checking the accuracy of diagnostics blindly. The high validity of expert estimations and self-estimations in the tasks of professional diagnostics is proven

In the article, on basis of the archive sources, the author studies different parts of the Tomsk Engineering and Building Institute (TEBI)’s Komsomol Organization within 1985–87 Anti-alcohol Campaign. A typical personal feature of Komsomol breakers is established by him. Social control measures by Komsomol in its youth work, and the external conditions that helped or disturb this is analyzed also. He justifies a social and scientific topicality of this problem study in the modern Russian terms.

Kashirin Anton Anatolevich SOME FEATURES OF INDIVIDUAL MEDIA DISCOURSE OF INFORMATIONAL AND MEDIA LANGUAGE PERSONALITY OF THE TELEVISION PRESENTER - WRITER IN THE AUTHOR’S CULTURAL AND ENTERTAINING PROGRAM // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 68-72

The communicative and pragmatic research of individual media discourse of Viktor Erofeev, contemporary Russian writer, the presenter of author’s cultural and entertaining TV program “Apokrif” on the channel “Culture”, was presented. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle are reflected in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Analysis of individual media discourse of TV presenter is based on the criteria, which were described by the author. The linguistic and paralinguistic (phonational and kinetic) characteristics of communicative behavior of informational and media language personality of TV presenter-writer, as well as extralinguistic factors determining the specificity of the media environment, were described. The results of the research of the features of the language personality of Viktor Erofeev with the use of separate elements of the software system “VAAL” are presented. The means of quantitative content analysis identified the thematic groups of words most often used by the TV presenter. The analysis of Victor Erofeev’s speech from the point of view of the use of emotionally colored words (“emotional-lexical” estimations) is presented. The results of the linguistic projective test of Cattell are described. These results with a probability of 70–90 % characterize the psychological characteristics of the personality of Viktor Erofeev.

Modern society of most countries is not socially homogenous yet composed of a variety of social and ethnic groups. Education in such multicultural state as Russia must take into consideration all components of a society. One of a perspective strategy for successful communication is ethno-pedagogical element in education. The complex of ethno-pedagogic means of formation of cross-cultural competence is aimed to minimize the psychological barriers of communication. It develops communication skills during educational process of foreign students. The ethno-cultural technology in teaching Russian as a foreign language solves three important tasks: transmission of personal culture; synthesis of personal culture with the culture of other ethnic groups; integration into global culture. The elements of ethno-pedagogic methods of education were applied in different historical epochs in places where two different languages and cultures came into contact. One example was presented from the period of Russian colony in Alaska, 1732-1867. In Aleut philosophy, the teacher is more a facilitator of those activities that are known as learning. The learner was engaged in learning activity not in the classroom, as in western societies, but in the different locations of each activity. It was always seasonal; for instance, during sea lion hunting it was at the beach. Instead of teaching by lecturing and talking, the boys were taken out to observe the hunting process conducted by the adult male who was proficient in hunting. The education during Russian period in Alaska was bilingual and bicultural: Russian and Aleut were taught through content on alternative base. Folklore of the indigenous people of Siberia (Selkup, Khanty, Ket) demonstrates examples of ethno-pedagogic strategies. Semantics of folklore discourse reveals the rules of accurate behavior and principles of indigenous worldview.

Introduction. Various educational organizations create a characteristic educational environment that ensures the specificity of the educational impact on students. The key task of high school is the education and upbringing of a citizen, in connection with which it is advisable to talk about the formation of values that ensure the prosocial orientation of the individual, which in turn finds expression in the creation and preservation of the world and oneself in the world. The impact of the educational environment on the personality of the student is carried out simultaneously with a number of other translators of values: family, friends, the media, etc., which entails the formation of a hierarchy of values of the adolescent in the process of their mutual integration and determines his life perspective. The purpose of the study is to determine the relationship between the formation of the value-semantic sphere of high school students with the current educational environment of educational organizations. Materials and methods. We have used empirical analysis and questionnaire methods. The study of the educational environment was carried out by analyzing the documents presented on the official websites of three educational organizations in the city of Irkutsk (Lyceum No. 2, secondary school No. 45, Women’s Orthodox Gymnasium). The questionnaire of students included the methodology “Emotional orientation of the personality” (by B. I. Dodonov) and “Meaningful life orientations” (by D. A. Leontyev). Results and discussion. The study showed a difference in the development of the emotional and value sphere, which in some aspects differs from the pupils of the Orthodox gymnasium, lyceum and secondary school. Most high school students of all the examined groups purposefully plan their activities, strive to achieve high results, demonstrating socially significant values. Conclusion. The methods used in the study confirmed the differences in the value-semantic sphere of students of three institutions that are different in the characteristics of the organization of the educational environment. It was determined that the glorical emotions associated with the need for self-affirmation are most pronounced among the gymnasium students of the Orthodox gymnasium, the practical emotions caused by the activity, its success – among the lyceum students, communicative – among the students of the secondary school.
