| 2906 | The article discusses the characteristics of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in phraseological units (FU): literal interpretation, dual actualization and reinterpretation. The author analyses the particular examples of semantic transformations in FU found in the letters. The article explores general principles in functioning of cognitive mechanisms of semantic transformations in FU and their distinctive features. In the analysis of the contextual use of transformed phraseological units there are used the data of extra-linguistic category contained in the comments to letters, reference literature. The author believes that literal interpretation of FU is provided by the associative relationship with the component composition of each of FU. If cognitive mechanisms ensuring this technique does not work, it does not affect the decoding of meaning. During dual actualization lexical meanings of components of FU and phraseological meanings operate simultaneously, layering. The author focuses on the “dual” meaning of such units, achievable by this technique, and relies on the effect of this semantic technique. If the mechanism fails, some part of the coded by this method information becomes lost for recipient. Reinterpretation gives FU an occasional sense. The author of the article proves that encoding can be successful if the semantic content of FU is explained by means of surrounding context. | 2907 | Introduction. Response of the system of education to the requirements of a professional standard of a teacher is constrained by the difficulties of a transitional period, caused by the lack of fundamentally new organizationalmethodical mechanism of the educational system. The analysis of scientific publications, regulatory documents connected with that problem indicates that the requirements for professional training of teachers are formed in the logic of a lifelong learning. Material and methods. To solve research problems, the methods of theoretical analysis of scientific and didactic domestic and foreign literature on the problem under study, methods of psychological, pedagogical and sociological analysis of the state and the needs for teaching staff, systematization of the process of organizing continuous pedagogical education were used. Results and discussion. On the basis of the revealed regularities and principles of formation of the system of a lifelong learning the model of a lifelong pedagogical learning has been developed and substantiated taking into account modern requirements to professional teacher’s qualifications and organizational and pedagogical conditions of its realization have been defined. The presented system of continuous pedagogical education is developing, which is a synergistic integrity of subsystems of the level of general education, vocational education and post-vocational education. Conclusion. The result of the implementation of the developed system of lifelong pedagogical education is the readiness and ability of a graduate of a pedagogical university to meet modern requirements for the professional qualifications of a teacher. | 2920 | Teaching of mathematical disciplines in Russian universities has traditionally been based largely on the classic teaching methods (explanatory-illustrative and instructive-reproductive). Of course, the design of programmed instruction, as well as development of simulated and game methods of training is a very time consuming process. However, these training methods can dramatically improve the cognitive interest of students, their responsibility for the result, contribute to the development of skills both individual and collective work. (When using the programmed instruction the pace of learning is individual; in conducting the educational and business games we can develop the ability to act as a team). The effectiveness of innovative interactive methods (programmed instruction, “mathematical fights” and business games) requires not only logical basis, but also the statistical verification. The article studies the effect of the application of some interactive teaching technologies at the results of the students mastering the course of probability theory and mathematical statistics. The pedagogical experiment contained a comparison between one control group and two experimental groups in which these learning technologies were applied. The analysis was based on statistical hypothesis testing using t-test and Wilcoxon criterion. A marked increase in the knowledge quality associated with the use of innovative teaching methods and identified through the use of module-rating system, finds its confirmation in the results of the interim tests and final exam grade. | 2922 | The problem of educators’ evaluation of urban sites in order to select them and include in the educational process in accordance with current pedagogical objectives has become very important. For this purpose, teachers and educational authorities need to make organizational and teaching decisions, depending on the characteristics of urban objects under consideration. The focus of the study is to develop and describe a pedagogical assessment tool to evaluate urban facilities, which will help in making informed decisions. The aim of the study is to develop a convenient tool for educators to assess the urban environment in terms of opportunities and ways of using its various elements in the teaching process. To achieve the goal, it is necessary to identify evaluation criteria, describe them, define indicators for each criterion, and verify whether the proposed tool meets the needs of educators. To conduct the study, the methods of questioning, interviewing, analysis, modeling and verifying results of the study were used. As a result of the analysis of available scales of assessment of the educational environment, questioning and interviewing teachers, and modeling, the authors developed three criteria for pedagogical evaluation of urban facilities. These include safety, accessibility, and educational potential. Each criterion is characterized by several indicators. It is proposed to evaluate physical, psychological and informational safety, organizational, communicative, psychological and pedagogical, normative, physical, temporal, material accessibility, as well as educational value, adequacy of the object to pedagogical goals, uniqueness and effectiveness. The developed assessment tool was tested in the pedagogical community of Moscow in the form of practical works on the assessment of urban facilities and their subsequent discussion. | 2940 | This article is devoted to the topical problem – the intensification of learning activities in classes of musicaltheoretical subjects. These subjects play an important role in the development of hearing and musical thinking of the future professional musician. The author considers the learning activity as a complex and multicomponent process designed to change the student – the subject of training. The basic components of educational activity are carried out: the motive of learning activity, goal setting, training activities, control and evaluation. Management principles of educational activity of students are defined: management as support and maintenance, flexibility and situationality, delegation of authority and responsibility to the students. Pedagogical effect on all component parts of the category, as well as increased activity of all subjects of teaching is expected to activate the learning activity. In order to influence the component “training activities” the system of algorithms is developed for different types of learning tasks for the most demanding musical-theoretic disciplines – “Solfeggio” and “Harmony”. The first positive results are evident in the tendency to improve the quality of results, indicating involvement of students in co-management of educational activities. | 2941 | The use of knowledge-based algorithms is one of the most relevant directions. Often these algorithms are referred to as intelligent. It is accepted to distinguish four main classes of such models: logical, productional, frame-based, and network. As we know, the use of any given models is driven by the tasks in hand. From this perspective, logical models have gained momentum. In particular, these models are often used in the creation of expert systems and the automation of proofs of theorems. This article discusses how to implement the validation algorithm for multiple disjuncts. An automatic grammar is used to describe the language of presenting the disjuncts, a resolution method to check their inconsistencies, and a depthfirst search to automate the OL-denial strategy. This algorithm can be used to automatically check provability or indefeasibility of theorems based on many axioms. The step-by-step detalization of this algorithm can be used as an additional tool for teaching the resolution method and searching the state space as well as the basics of the formal languages. The type of going around state space depends on the order of the points in the list OPEN. When searching in the first point’s depth to open it you select the point that is most remote from the intentional one. In this case, you can simplify the implementation of this method by applying a recursive subprogram. | 2942 | Despite the disposition of the theater of the absurd for linguistic minimalism, the plays of the British theater of the absurd possess a great phonographic potential due to the generic features of the dramatic text. The article explains the paradoxical ability of the dramatic text to transfer performer’s phonostylistic means through the author’s remarks, special syntactic constructions and graphic tools. The identified phonostylistic and graphic means in the absurdist plays by Samuel Beckett, Harold Pinter and Tom Stoppard do not only help to convey the authors’ ideas, but also conform to the philosophy of the absurd. The most represented means is the instrumentation based on different sound repetitions (alliteration, consonance, rhyme) with the use of sound symbolism. The phonographic analysis of the texts also revealed some cases of onomatopoeia and paronomasia. Rhythm has a special stylistic meaning in the drama. It is inherent in both theatrical actions and speech, which is reflected in the dramatic text. The article considers the ways of creating a specific slow, monotonous rhythm peculiar to the theater of the absurd with its idea of cyclical existence. The described examples confirm the stylistic markedness of the plays of the theater of the absurd which can be an object of further research in linguistics and stylistics. | 2943 | Introduction. The study of precedential phenomena is extremely important for modern linguistics. They can be explored in different spheres and aspects, which depends on the aims of research. This article deals with precedential phenomena in political discourse. Aim and objectives. The aim is a comparative research of national precedential phenomena which function in Russian political discourse and of their translation into the English language. The objectives of this paper are to define methodology of the research, to select the necessary language material and to find the ways of translation of precedential phenomena taken from Russian culture into English. Material and methods. The methodology of the research is based on the cognitive linguistics theory. The methods are cognitive modelling, discourse analysis, comparative analysis. The selection of the material was carried out with the solid sampling method. To analyze and systematize the material a method of description was used. The material for the study were sampled out from the official website of the Russian president Vladimir Putin. Results and discussion. The results of the research showed that political discourse is a very productive sphere for the creation of national precedential phenomena. As a rule, precedential phenomena in political discourse are very specific. Their source can be found either in the sphere of politics or historic events of the nation. Precedential phenomena in political discourse usually have a short life span. There types are precedential texts, names and expressions. While translating national precedential phenomena, interpreters prefer to use concrete definition, equivalents or analogues of phraseological units. Sometimes precedential phenomena are lost in translation. Conclusion. So national precedential phenomena represent an important characteristic of political discourse. They serve as a link between the author and the recipient, make the speech more vivid and emotional and influence the audience in a specific way. But their national peculiarities often impede the translation process. Anyway some knowledge of cultural sources is necessary for correct interpretation and understanding of precedential phenomena.
