| 2951 | The article concerns one of the most difficult periods in the history of the Russian Empire at the beginning of the 20th century, when, after the adoption of the decree of April 17, 1905 it was possible a transition from Orthodoxy to other Christian denomination, which significantly affected the activity of the ROC. Since no major articles have been abolished, “the Penal Code” (1845), based on which the persons who spoke with an appeal of the transition from Orthodoxy to another religion, could be brought to justice, the clergy of the church acted to limit the activities of the activists of the new religious movement. Thanks to the emerged in the Russian legislation contradictions there were possible cases of collision of the Orthodox population with the latter-day religious denominations, followed by involvement in the conflict the civil authorities, who traditionally sided with the ROC. The research shows the facts of spiritual struggle and the civil authorities with representatives of non-traditional religious denominations in Tobolsk eparchy at the beginning of the 20th century. Shestakov are considered in the given article in order to describe the lingvo-cultural originality of the regional infosfer. The poet’s discourse is seen in the aspect of the reflection of Siberian punk subculture in it. Born in the years of perestroika, the Siberian punk embodied in poetic texts own tragic vision of the social reality of the USSR in transition and clearly outlined protest not only against the official ideology, but also against the absurdity of the world order as a whole. A striking example of Tomsk Siberian punk version was the creation of the group “Children of Obrub” and its leader Viktor Shestakov, in whose poetry such traits as hypertrophic nihilism, pessimism, nonconformism, and acute social orientation are embodied. These features are characteristic of Siberian punk subculture as a whole, they originally refracted in a peculiar system of symbols and images inherent idiostile of creative language personality of Tomsk rock poet. | 2957 | This article is devoted to consideration of ways of conveying surprise in the artistic texts of I. A. Bunin compared to the translations into the Chinese language. From the point of view of cultural forms associated with the expression of emotions, traditions of transforming culture can be in different positions in relation to the source. In the present work, three groups of investigated units were singled out: 1) a way to express emotions in case of coincidence of the original and of the translating cultures; 2) a method of expressing emotions in the case of partial matches between the original and translating cultures; 3) a way to express emotions in case of discrepancy between the original and translating cultures. In Bunin’s fiction the emotion of wonder is expressed in three ways: nominative; descriptive; actually emotive. Translation of a literary text is inevitably exposed to the influence of the interpreter’s national picture of the world because of its conditionality to the language and culture of the people. In addition, the translation of a literary text helps to better understand the national, cultural-linguistic sense of the art work, and in several respects reveals the native Chinese speakers’ language picture of the world. The authors present the mechanism of leading educational institutions’ networking: Municipal autonomous educational institution of secondary school number 28 in Tomsk and municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education of childhood and youth house “Our harbor” Tomsk. As part of the networking was created an innovative platform of municipal tourist and regional studies, which is being implemented under the conditions of socio-pedagogical project “Formation of socially-adapted person taught with the help of the tourist and local lore activity in conditions of an integrated socio-educational developing environment of general and supplementary education”. The article is devoted to the consideration of ways of implementing language variability, represented at the level of phraseological subsystems of the Russian and Chinese languages. The object of the scientific description is the sphere of linguistic semantics, which receives conceptual understanding in connection with its study in the aspect of intercultural and interlanguage communication. The presence of a semantic invariant in the content of Russian and Chinese phraseological units is determined by the existence of general tendencies of sense formation and the action of universal laws of development of any national language. Semantic variants arise due to the peculiarity of national linguistic cultures as a result of the combined action of a number of extralinguistic and linguistic factors. Aim and objectives. The aim of the study is to study the functional manifestations of the theory of variation at the phraseological level of the Russian and Chinese languages in the aspect of comparative linguocultural interpretation. Material and methods. 54 phraseological units operating in modern Russian and Chinese languages, selected because of a continuous selection from lexicographic sources, were used as units of analysis. The main one is the comparative linguoculturological research method. Results and discussion. The starting point of the study was the thesis that phraseological units have not only linguistic, speech, but also linguocultural and linguocognitive status. In the meaning of most Russian phraseological units there is a pronounced national-cultural component of meaning. Taking this factor into account, general (invariant) and private (variative, characteristic for a particular linguistic culture) semantic components in the semantics of phraseological units that make up correlation semantic pairs (equivalent, non-equivalent, incompletely equivalent) are identified. In equivalent paired phraseological units, the core of semantics is the semantic invariant, nonequivalent ones are dominated by variable semantic attributes, incompletely equivalent are transitional types. Conclusion. Comparative linguistic and cultural studies make a significant contribution to the study of various linguistic concepts, including the theory of language variability, semantic interpretation, translation, on the basis of which it is concluded that they are extremely relevant for the modern scientific paradigm. The author of the article studied the demographic development and the number of entrepreneurs of the Steppe region cities in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries. A comprehensive comparative analysis has been done to identify the causes of quantitative changes of merchants and certain categories of the population in the major cities of the Steppe region as Petropavlovsk, Akmola, Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar. Despite the difficulties in working with statistics and contradictions in it, the author reveals the quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of the merchant class, as well as general trends in the formation of regional dealers and traces the emergence of the local merchant class in the cities and regions of the Steppe region. These statistics can be used in scientific research, the search of materials for scientific articles related to the demographic development of the merchant class not only in the north-eastern Kazakhstan but also in the history of Russian business, which are included in the process of building a modern management of sector model of the economy and the formation of infrastructure of the given territories, developing the region’s development strategy. The results of this study make it possible to introduce adjustments to some other research, and thus to increase the accuracy of the scientific data in the study of demographic processes in the major cities of the Steppe regions in the second half of the XIX and early XX centuries.
