| 4211 | Introduction. The use of poetic texts as didactic materials is an effective method of teaching Russian as a foreign language. This study aims to describe the methodological and linguistic aspects of interpreting perceptual semantics in poetic works by Marina Tsvetaeva. The interpretation of literary works in perceptual terms facilitates understanding these works’ messages and provides an opportunity for studying and applying units with the meaning of perception in communicative practice. Material and methods. The material for the study was poems by Marina Tsvetaeva with a pronounced semantics of perception (270 poems, 547 contexts). The main research methods were the linguo-stylistic analysis of the texts, the conceptual and semantic analysis of the keywords, and a linguocultural commentary. Results and discussion. When selecting poems for lessons in a foreign-language audience, it is essential to take into account the students’ cognitive interest, the principle of accessibility, and the principle of the methodological value of the poems for studying. When interpreting texts and analyzing perceptual images, foreign students encounter lexical, grammatical, stylistic, and linguocultorological difficulties. By successfully overcoming the difficulties, students perceive the messages and the emotional tonalities of the poems. The titles of certain poems set “perceptual dominants” conceptually expressed in the further semantic development of the text (“V Sumerkakh” [At Dusk], “Luch Serebristyy” [Ray of Silver], “Nochnye Shepota: Shelka . . .” [Night Whispers: Silk . . .], etc.). Tasks on the analysis of perceptual images and the linguo-poetic analysis of poems must be formulated in accordance with the main stages of the lesson. The actualization of skills and abilities involves the use of individual perceptual experience and information available to students about literary texts. Pre-reading tasks aim to capture the readers’ interest and encourage them to be creative (conceptual guess and comparison). Reading tasks aim to analyze the means of expressing perceptual images at the lexical, grammatical, and stylistic levels of the poem. The focus is on keywords with perceptual semantics. Post-reading tasks aim to generalize and interpret the material. Conclusion. The linguo-stylistic analysis of poems by Marina Tsvetaeva in terms of perception allows foreign students to present one of the options for interpreting the texts using their linguistic and sensory experience. The students understand the functions perceptual units perform, observe the implementation of direct and figurative meanings of keywords, and see how the author expresses her intention at all the levels of the texts. | 4212 | The article reveals categorical opposition of logic and a language. The language and logic appear as two different Interacting moments which organize the text. Its imply principles of expression and understanding. The language is directly phenomenal and it is a source of expression as such. Logic lets us understand the sense of the language and return that naive expression to that inner sense. Mind is mainly logical order and it leads spontaneity of the language to the conceptual and categorical unity. Art is mainly lingual phenomenon and replaces clear and unity of logic by a play of expressive lingual relations. Speech is a sphere of logic dialectical synthesis of logic and the language principles. A settled language is energically melted by speech whereas speech is penetrated with logic so that logical connections of the language are created there. This living language creation in its logic points is a specific feature of art. Art is improvising thinking related directly to internal phenomenality of sense. | 1907 | |||||

| 4224 | Studies in the field of pedagogy, psychology and techniques of teaching mathematics show that the success of future mathematics teachers largely depends on how much they possess the psychological and pedagogical knowledge of the patterns of students’ mental (intellectual and personal) development they possess and the ability to apply this knowledge. In particular, knowledge of the basics of intellectual upbringing of students can help in solving the problems of modern school mathematics education. Such a problem statement of vocational training of future mathematics teachers involves the organization of training, in which psychological, didactic, methodological and mathematical knowledge is integrated, that is a psychodynamic approach to learning is implemented. The Department of Mathematics, Theory and Methods of Teaching Mathematics of Tomsk State Pedagogical University developed one of the ways for implementing this approach. It includes the development and integration of such disciplines as “Methods of Teaching Mathematics”, “Intellectual Upbringing”, “Modern Models for Teaching Mathematics”, “Developing Technologies in Teaching Mathematics” and other. The integration is carried out through the implementation of the following psychological and pedagogical requirements: the knowledge of conceptual theories of training, foundations of intellectual upbringing in particular; formation of a reflexive experience; formation of text competence; the development of an open cognitive position. The main educational strategy is the project activity strategy through case studies, as well as the extensive use of contextual learning. | 4225 | Introduction. The article focuses on the ways human beings conceptualize, structure and make sense of their physical and mental experience. Mental states of perception, imagination, belief, knowledge interact tightly with one another and this ontological nature is represented in the lexical semantics of the verbs see, imagine, believe, think, know. Thus, the main concern of the study is to highlight cognitive-semantic grounds of the semantic shifts of the imagine class verbs and to reveal syntactic, semantic, and pragmatic properties of the utterances arranged by these verbs. Material and methods. The research is based on the empirical data from available sources and corpora data. The research is conducted within the cognitive linguistics framework where a common view is that meaning has a cognitive nature. Results and discussion. The paper explores how lexical meanings get extended in a particular cognitive context. The findings of the study suggest that the verbs under consideration function as IMAGINERY VISION verbs and as epistemic verbs in the cognitive context BELIEF. The results obtained suggest that meanings of the imagine class verbs (supposition/evaluative judgment/wrong opinion) imply that related word “senses” may be part of a continuum of meanings rather than discrete entity. The research highlights polyphony as an important double-voiced dimension of the utterances with the imagine class verbs in the cognitive context BELIEF. Conclusion. The findings of the study prove that the meanings of the imagine class verbs occupy overlapping areas of semantic space. The results obtained may contribute to further studies of the word meaning theory.
