| 5655 | The article considers the influence of re-evacuation to the state the region's cadres' potential, the change of the regional demographical development conditions. The article highlights the impact of evacuees to the forming of the regional cadres’ potential of the region, the change of its demographical development conditions. The author accentuates the impact of evacuees in the creation of the arsenal of Victory. The paper defines the consequences of the cadres re-evacuation for the main sectors of industry, building, agriculture, transport, science, education and health care. The article accentuates the difficulties, negative consequences of re-evacuation, the shortage of cadres related to it and the measures taken to overcome it. The article underlines that re-evacuation had shown the urgency of the cadres problem in general and especially that of the highly qualified ones, which was characteristic of the West Siberia in the pre-war years and which was solved only for a short period of time merely by means of evacuation and arrival of the great number of specialists to the region. So the success of the country’s transition to peaceful conditions of national economy rehabilitation depended greatly on the timeliness of solving the human resources question. The article emphasizes the influence of re-evacuation on the dynamics of the population number and composition. The author concludes that the decline of the West Siberian population in the war and re-evacuation conditions indicated the weakening of the power of human potential in the region. | 5657 | This paper examines the image of a drinking man in the artistic picture of the world by Sergey Dovlatov, compared to the national picture of the world. The goal is to discuss the similarities and differences in the attitude towards a drinking person, the key characteristics of a drinking person in the national and artistic picture of the world. We perform this study on the materials of the Russian Associative Dictionary (with the use of phraseology materials) and the texts by Sergey Dovlatov (using the National Corpus of the Russian language). We employ the methods of contextual analysis and of studying the national and artistic picture of the world. In both pictures of the world there is sympathy and an idea of the “fate” of a drinking person. The bearers of the negative assessment prevailing in the national picture of the world, in the texts by Sergey Dovlatov, are individual characters who are not “positive”, non-drinking characters seem to be something amazing, mysterious. We characterize the description of the effect of alcohol on a person and the surrounding world in the works Sergey Dovlatov. We counted the episodes of alcohol consumption and the number of characters involved in them in the works of S. D. Dovlatov to prove the importance of the image of people drinking. Sergey Dovlatov gives drunkards positive qualities (inner freedom, talent, contempt for material values). Alcohol “colors” the world in pink tones and helps the heroes to live. | 5664 | At the present stage of development literature of many Russian ethnic groups acquire the pronounced “woman’s face” and the Komi literature is not an exception. Most actively the female author refers to the lyric poetry. Among talented komi poetesses, who presented at the turn of XX–XXI centuries the variety of forms of lyrical interpretation of reality, stands out in the self-presentation Anzhelika Elfimova. Her poetic worldview is based on the so-called “lyrical introversion”, which founds an organic form in character of the heroine, in particular, in specifics of her expressional speech behavior and the “closed” vital space. On the material of national poetry we research the forms of embodiment of introverted consciousness in the poetic text – the consciousness, which doesn’t go beyond the sphere of love experiences, gravitating to the critical attitude to themselves and others, to the statement of her own – different – worldview. Legal discourse of Russian magazine press in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries consists of the “subjects-addresser” – representatives of the law intellectual elite, involved in publishing and journalistic activities; legal information is published in the “fat” magazines, scientific articles and information on relevant topics and channels of transmission of legal information (magazine press) and subjectaddressee for whom this information is intended. Law intellectual elite as the subject was presented by major specialists in the field of scientific jurisprudence. | 5668 | The article is devoted to studying of personal names of Tomsk Tatars of the first quarter of the XVIII century. The research objective is a complex description of functioning of the anthroponimics of Tomsk Tatars of the XVIII centuries in historical and linguistic aspect. In this research the general methods of linguistic research are used: descriptive, contrastive- comparative, structural, techniques of the system and functional analysis. On the basis of these archival materials the features of antroponimic system of Tomsk Tatars are considered, comparison with the systems of other people that allow to allocate their ethnocultural ties during the studied period is carried out. It is revealed that in the names of Tomsk Tatars are widely used the names charms formed from verbal components. On the materials the close interrelation of personal names of Tomsk Tatars with Turkic appellative lexicon is revealed. The study is being used to observe and analyze the process of teaching science, mastering theoretical and practical knowledge, tests and tasks through an online platform, non-traditional olympiads, interviews, questionnaires, statistical processing of test experiment data, graphical presentation of results, and other methods. The project (www.blededlearning.uz), included in the state register of the information exchange mechanism for the teaching staff of the university was created and implemented, proposals and recommendations were developed. Based on the analysis of theoretical and scientific-methodical literature, the components of a mixed education system in higher educational institutions are determined and are based on the theoretical and methodological aspect and the improvement of the stages of the introduction of mixed educational technologies in the organization of work practice in higher educational institutions. The technique to improve the efficiency of practical classes in a blended learining environment of universities has been developed. Scientific and methodological guidelines and recommendations have been developed in order to improve the quality of practical training in higher educational institutions by introducing a mixed learning model, providing the necessary pedagogical conditions in the educational process. | 5690 | The article deals with the issue of a personal deixis of the Buryat language shifter system’s functioning - personal possessive affixes. In this context, we study the function of the given affixes to regulate relations between members of the speech communication within the monological, dialogical, mixed texts. The analysis of language material actualized the relation of deictic elements with text creating and revealed the specifics of the double deixis’ functions. Personal possessive affixes most often express the attitude of the speaker to a certain party of the speech act, serve as a means of identity references, organize semantic, structural integrity of the text in a dialogical and monological unity. Affixes, that are considered in the system of double personal deixis in mixed texts, participate in the distribution of communicative load among the participants of the communicative act, are used to distinguish and identify the antecedent, in other words, direct the reader in the text. | 5691 | Formation of universal learning activities aimed at thoughtful reading and writing, critical comprehension of the available information and the creation of educational product among pupils in any subject area, including mathematics classes, is a major concern throughout modern general education. The article considers issues of perception, understanding, interpretation and generation of the learning text as a communicative sign system used in the training process. Authors have formulated theoretical foundations, based on which it is possible to analyze the cognitivesemantic content of educational texts, and the features of text designing in order to achieve understanding and improve the quality of education. Examples of mathematical educational texts are provided as an illustration of these foundations. The developed educational texts (research challenges, dialogues, methodical recommendations, applications, historical overviews, etc.) allow us to create context, suitable for each pupil. Also these texts help to individualize learning, to understand better varying levels of the reflection processes and the formation of personality during training, to carry out the educational process on designing new personal educational products and educational texts in the process of studying mathematics. Educational texts should prepare pupils for independent reading of educational, popular science-oriented and scientific literature; promote the creative acquisition of knowledge and gathering experience in critical, creative thinking and conducting design and research work.
