Savenko A.S. TWO SIDES OF PHYTONIMS’ SEMANTICS IN RUSSIAN, ENGLISH AND CZECH. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 2 (167). P. 118-123

Phytonims of Russian, English and Czech are examined in motivological and comparative aspect in order to define specific character of two sides of their semantics. The object of the research is an inside word form of metaphor character. Motivological level of language research is a favourable ground for analysis of national specific of language because the nature of motivated word itself is mainly connected with language conscience of speakers. Names of plants are directly connected with object and cognitive speakers’ activity and also with social and cultural originality of language community’s life and its ethnographic peculiarities. The idea of different ways of environment’s representation by means of two-sided semantics of lexical units in language consciousness is the thesis of the article. If the Russian language consciousness is anthropocentric, then The English one and the Czech are anthropometrical.

The current level of development of electronic technologies requires a change in the educational process in higher education institutions and the optimization of students’ independent study time. The increase in the amount of information and the share of independent work of students, the educational process, in which the teacher is the only source, and the student is considered as a “passive” object of knowledge, lead to the search for new educational technologies and requires a transition to student-centered learning. According to the degree of use of e-learning in the educational process, online learning and blended learning are distinguished. Blended learning is a combination of online learning with face-to-face learning, the integration of traditional forms with electronic technologies. The aim of the article is to develop and implement a methodology for improving the effectiveness of practical classes in a blended learining environment of the higher education system. The study is being used to observe and analyze the process of teaching science, mastering theoretical and practical knowledge, tests and tasks through an online platform, non-traditional olympiads, interviews, questionnaires, statistical processing of test experiment data, graphical presentation of results, and other methods. The project (www.blededlearning.uz), included in the state register of the information exchange mechanism for the teaching staff of the university was created and implemented, proposals and recommendations were developed. Based on the analysis of theoretical and scientific-methodical literature, the components of a mixed education system in higher educational institutions are determined and are based on the theoretical and methodological aspect and the improvement of the stages of the introduction of mixed educational technologies in the organization of work practice in higher educational institutions. The technique to improve the efficiency of practical classes in a blended learining environment of universities has been developed. Solostina T.A. THE CONTENT AND THE ROLE OF THE INDIVIDUAL WORK IN TRAINING AND VOCATIONAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS (THEORETICAL ASPECT). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 29-32

At present the higher school is facing an acute problem of training specialists, demanded by the labour market. Therefore, the necessary condition is to improve the quality of education of the students, in which a special role is assigned to individual work, especially during transition to level and individually-focused training in the logic of state of educational standards of the third generation. Individual educational work seems rather a problematic concept. In the terms of quality issues the concept of “work” is determined by the concept of “activity”, which is the base for it. By means of individual work the students’ readiness for independent activity is carried out. And for the formation of self-reliance as the characteristics of an individual to adapt first-year students an opening course ‘Introduction to the vocation’ is designed. The main objectives of the suggested course are “to introduce students to the vocation”, i.e. introduce the features of student life and activities throughout the coming period of training, to form certain ideas and skills necessary for mastering of all subjects of the curriculum, as well as to introduce the features and requirements of the economics profession.

Gates Jr. S.D., Koutrolikos K. A DYNAMICAL THEORY FOR FREE MASSIVE SUPERSPIN 3/2. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 80-84

We present a new theory for free massive superspin Y = 3/2 irreducible representation of the 4D, N = 1 Super-Poincar´e group, which has linearized non-minimal supergravity (superhelicity Y = 3/2) as its massless limit. The theory is being described in terms of a real bosonic superfield Hαα˙ and two fermionic ones χα , uα. The new results will illuminate the underlying structure of auxiliary superfields required for the description of higher massive superspin systems.

Snegireva L.I. SOCIO-ECONOMICAL CONSEQUENCES OF THE RE-EVACUATION IN THE WEST SIBERIAN REAR AREA (1942–1948). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 188-195

The article considers the influence of re-evacuation to the state the region's cadres' potential, the change of the regional demographical development conditions. The article highlights the impact of evacuees to the forming of the regional cadres’ potential of the region, the change of its demographical development conditions. The author accentuates the impact of evacuees in the creation of the arsenal of Victory. The paper defines the consequences of the cadres re-evacuation for the main sectors of industry, building, agriculture, transport, science, education and health care. The article accentuates the difficulties, negative consequences of re-evacuation, the shortage of cadres related to it and the measures taken to overcome it. The article underlines that re-evacuation had shown the urgency of the cadres problem in general and especially that of the highly qualified ones, which was characteristic of the West Siberia in the pre-war years and which was solved only for a short period of time merely by means of evacuation and arrival of the great number of specialists to the region. So the success of the country’s transition to peaceful conditions of national economy rehabilitation depended greatly on the timeliness of solving the human resources question. The article emphasizes the influence of re-evacuation on the dynamics of the population number and composition. The author concludes that the decline of the West Siberian population in the war and re-evacuation conditions indicated the weakening of the power of human potential in the region.

The goal is to discuss the similarities and differences in the attitude towards a drinking person, the key characteristics of a drinking person in the national and artistic picture of the world. We perform this study on the materials of the Russian Associative Dictionary (with the use of phraseology materials) and the texts by Sergey Dovlatov (using the National Corpus of the Russian language). We employ the methods of contextual analysis and of studying the national and artistic picture of the world. In both pictures of the world there is sympathy and an idea of the “fate” of a drinking person. The bearers of the negative assessment prevailing in the national picture of the world, in the texts by Sergey Dovlatov, are individual characters who are not “positive”, non-drinking characters seem to be something amazing, mysterious. We characterize the description of the effect of alcohol on a person and the surrounding world in the works Sergey Dovlatov. We counted the episodes of alcohol consumption and the number of characters involved in them in the works of S. D. Dovlatov to prove the importance of the image of people drinking. Sergey Dovlatov gives drunkards positive qualities (inner freedom, talent, contempt for material values). Alcohol “colors” the world in pink tones and helps the heroes to live.

At the present stage of development literature of many Russian ethnic groups acquire the pronounced “woman’s face” and the Komi literature is not an exception. Most actively the female author refers to the lyric poetry. Among talented komi poetesses, who presented at the turn of XX–XXI centuries the variety of forms of lyrical interpretation of reality, stands out in the self-presentation Anzhelika Elfimova. Her poetic worldview is based on the so-called “lyrical introversion”, which founds an organic form in character of the heroine, in particular, in specifics of her expressional speech behavior and the “closed” vital space. On the material of national poetry we research the forms of embodiment of introverted consciousness in the poetic text – the consciousness, which doesn’t go beyond the sphere of love experiences, gravitating to the critical attitude to themselves and others, to the statement of her own – different – worldview. Anzhelika Elfimova “opens” a new lyrical character in the komi female poetry – impulsive, categorical, courageously expressing innermost and often not always light sides of her inner world, not interested to adapt for the system of values developed by society.
