| 1623 | Every modern person is a part of the media communication in which a specific discursive ideology is formed. This type of ideology largely determines the worldview of contemporary members of discourse, and also forces prepared scenarios and behavioral patterns on the participants of communication. This ideological mindset has the influence on everyday life of members of discourse. The object of analysis of this research is discourse of radio. Studying the ways new discursive ideology is formed will allow us to reveal cognitive world models, which are reproduced in the discourse and to define the role of a discourse personality in creating the form and the content of the discourse of radio. The process of formation of new discursive ideology is reflected in the system if contemporary interactive genres. Discourse allows us to use a variety of factors while analyzing the ideology: mental, psychological, pragmatic, gender-based and others. Ideology is a result of the positioning of the subject in the discourse of radio and is revealed in the language organization of its existence, which requires a complex approach comprising all the aspects of the stated problem. Such methodology allows us to reveal the principles of discursive ideology formation and the models of speech behavior of the discourse personality; to determine the structural and functional peculiarities of new speech genres of the media-discourse and internal and external mechanisms of formation of the discursive worldview in the communicative space of the discourse of radio. | 1625 | The communicative and pragmatic research of individual media discourse of Viktor Erofeev, contemporary Russian writer, the presenter of author’s cultural and entertaining TV program “Apokrif” on the channel “Culture”, was presented. Author-presenter’s professional speech behavior organizes his individual media discourse, determining the holistic well-known journalist’s image in circumstances of current discursive practice. At the same time specific peculiarities of his informational and media language personality’s idiostyle are reflected in television journalists’s individual media discourse. Analysis of individual media discourse of TV presenter is based on the criteria, which were described by the author. The linguistic and paralinguistic (phonational and kinetic) characteristics of communicative behavior of informational and media language personality of TV presenter-writer, as well as extralinguistic factors determining the specificity of the media environment, were described. The results of the research of the features of the language personality of Viktor Erofeev with the use of separate elements of the software system “VAAL” are presented. The means of quantitative content analysis identified the thematic groups of words most often used by the TV presenter. The analysis of Victor Erofeev’s speech from the point of view of the use of emotionally colored words (“emotional-lexical” estimations) is presented. The results of the linguistic projective test of Cattell are described. These results with a probability of 70–90 % characterize the psychological characteristics of the personality of Viktor Erofeev. In this paper, topicality of information technology application in teaching “Colour Science and Coloristics” course at “Applied Informatics in Design” profile of “Applied Informatics” bachelor degree field of education is validated. The analysis of the history of color science and the history of teaching the discipline “Color Science and Coloristics” is given. Approaches to practice-oriented teaching in educational and design activity of future information specialists in the field of design are described. Material and methods. Lectures, practical studies and course design for “Colour Science and Coloristics” course were delivered (1) using conventional teaching procedures and (2) with application of information technology. In both implementations, Canvas LMS was used. Then pedagogical experiment was carried out in the form of questionnaire with the following analysis of innovative informational methods in educational process. Results and discussion. In this paper, example of successful application of information technology and educational learning resources at Department of Computer Aided Design of National University of Science and Technology “MISIS” in teaching “Colour Science and Coloristics” course for bachelor degree students of “Applied Informatics in Design” profile are given. Digital environment of “Colour Science and Coloristics” of “Applied Informatics in Design” profile was created using digital learning resource LMS Canvas and virtual interaction between teacher and students was implemented. Option of on-line training to the course (in addition to conventional training methods) was implemented using Canvas LMS. This option allows submitting of assignments in digital form for checking. There are options of online discussion of actual topics, remote checking of received student’s depicted or scanned assignments and return of assignments, which require improvement or editing for correction. Canvas LMS allows to arrange and systemize theoretical material in the form comprehensible for student, control dates of opening and closing for every following course module, set deadlines required by teacher, fix dates of module tests and automatically announce the students about these dates. There is the option of creation of database with digital students’ portfolios for demonstration to potential employers. Discussion of results of innovative informational methods was performed by digital questionnaire with application of Google Forms. The discussion indicates growth of interest to “Colour Science and Coloristics” course in the process of electronic learning resources application and increase of material acquisition rate. Conclusion. Application of information technology in teaching “Colour Science and Coloristics” course of “Applied Informatics in Design” profile at Department of Computer Aided Design of NUST MISiS contributes to increase of level of skills acquired by students: growth of interest to the course is observed; students of 09.03.03 profile better understand engineering and design. Implementation of innovative informational teaching forms and methods allows enhancing methodology of professional education in the field of design and facilitates enhancement of creative and professional practical parts of education of computational specialists in design. | 1634 | It has been found that intravenous administration of cannabinoids (ACPA, anandamide, methanandamide) solubilized in the mixture (cremophore EL : ethanol : 0,9% NaCl, 1:1:18) and Tocris water soluble emulsion of the same cannabinoids induced a completely identical negative chronotropic effect in chloralose-anesthetized rats. The selective CB1 and CB2 receptor agonist HU-210 (0.1 mg/kg) also induced a negative chronotropic effect in rats. Pretreatment with the CB1 receptor antagonist SR141716A (1 mg/kg) completely abolished this effect of HU-210. The CB2 receptor antagonist SR144528 (1 mg/kg) had no effect on the HU-210-induced bradycardia. Pretreatment with the ganglion blocker hexamethonium (10 mg/kg) also did not eliminate a negative chronotropic effect of HU-210 and ACPA. A 10-min perfusion of isolated rat heart by Krebs-Heseleit solution containing HU-210 in a final concentration 100 nM/L induced a decrease in the heart rate. | 1641 | Modern society of most countries is not socially homogenous yet composed of a variety of social and ethnic groups. Education in such multicultural state as Russia must take into consideration all components of a society. One of a perspective strategy for successful communication is ethno-pedagogical element in education. The complex of ethno-pedagogic means of formation of cross-cultural competence is aimed to minimize the psychological barriers of communication. It develops communication skills during educational process of foreign students. The ethno-cultural technology in teaching Russian as a foreign language solves three important tasks: transmission of personal culture; synthesis of personal culture with the culture of other ethnic groups; integration into global culture. The elements of ethno-pedagogic methods of education were applied in different historical epochs in places where two different languages and cultures came into contact. One example was presented from the period of Russian colony in Alaska, 1732-1867. In Aleut philosophy, the teacher is more a facilitator of those activities that are known as learning. The learner was engaged in learning activity not in the classroom, as in western societies, but in the different locations of each activity. It was always seasonal; for instance, during sea lion hunting it was at the beach. Instead of teaching by lecturing and talking, the boys were taken out to observe the hunting process conducted by the adult male who was proficient in hunting. The education during Russian period in Alaska was bilingual and bicultural: Russian and Aleut were taught through content on alternative base. Folklore of the indigenous people of Siberia (Selkup, Khanty, Ket) demonstrates examples of ethno-pedagogic strategies. Semantics of folklore discourse reveals the rules of accurate behavior and principles of indigenous worldview. | 1648 | The article describes how the integrated health-improving aerobics exercise programme based on the body ballet technique may increase physical and theoretical fitness, boost motivation of technical university students. Training effects of the integrated programme are compared with the results gained by doing exercises of traditional type. The approach under experiment includes a programme aimed at target training of aerobics capacity, strength as well as at learning body movement skills. The programme features some peculiarities of students’ theoretical background implementation and is carried out in a step-by-step way. A number of tests have been used to determine the efficiency of both experimental and traditional methods.
