One of the effective means that children get from tourism and regional studies is the socialization and preservation of health. The authors present the mechanism of leading educational institutions’ networking: Municipal autonomous educational institution of secondary school number 28 in Tomsk and municipal budgetary educational institution of additional education of childhood and youth house “Our harbor” Tomsk. As part of the networking was created an innovative platform of municipal tourist and regional studies, which is being implemented under the conditions of socio-pedagogical project “Formation of socially-adapted person taught with the help of the tourist and local lore activity in conditions of an integrated socio-educational developing environment of general and supplementary education”. We present two authors’ models: the model of socio-educational developing environment for the formation of socially-adapted person enrolled in the secondary school № 28 and childhood and youth house “Our Harbour” and the model of formation of socially-adapted person in the conditions of socio-educational developing environment. | 2953 | This article is devoted to consideration of ways of conveying surprise in the artistic texts of I. A. Bunin compared to the translations into the Chinese language. From the point of view of cultural forms associated with the expression of emotions, traditions of transforming culture can be in different positions in relation to the source. In the present work, three groups of investigated units were singled out: 1) a way to express emotions in case of coincidence of the original and of the translating cultures; 2) a method of expressing emotions in the case of partial matches between the original and translating cultures; 3) a way to express emotions in case of discrepancy between the original and translating cultures. In Bunin’s fiction the emotion of wonder is expressed in three ways: nominative; descriptive; actually emotive. Translation of a literary text is inevitably exposed to the influence of the interpreter’s national picture of the world because of its conditionality to the language and culture of the people. In addition, the translation of a literary text helps to better understand the national, cultural-linguistic sense of the art work, and in several respects reveals the native Chinese speakers’ language picture of the world. The author draws attention to the fact that the newly formed scientific branches provide the emergence of new professions, change the system of school education and increase the development of cognitive interest among schoolchildren. The main idea of the present article is to demonstrate the necessity of learning English for senior schoolchildren, whose profile subjects are Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Mathematics, as new professions actively come into modern life. Foreign language is considered to be polysubject and can enrich senior schoolchildren of non–humanitarian profile with knowledge on Natural Science and Mathematics and develop their cognitive interest. The interest to a foreign language as a subject, in recent times, is explained by it’s penetrating into different spheres and nonlinguistic professions. Actually, spheres of using a foreign language are extended. According to the “Atlas of new professions”, to 2025–2035 many new professions occur, many of them will need the knowledge of a foreign language. Intersubject relations come into modern school education and really extend the zone of subject knowledge on profile because of the interpenetration of knowledge of different subjects. Integration of a foreign language with Science subjects and Mathematics gives the opportunity for schoolchildren to get new knowledge on profile subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Geography, Mathematics and others) and increase the development of cognitive interest among senior schoolchildren. In order to describe modern practices of verbal communication used in various spheres of personal and institutional communication, it is relevant to analyze communicative strategies and tactics carried out within the framework of discursive and pragmalinguistic studies of modern linguistic material. Internet communication provides a wide range of opportunities for the analysis of speech strategies within this type of discourse. The aim of the work is the analysis of verbal and nonverbal means of implementing the strategy of distrust in online comments on YouTube. Material and methods. The materials of the study are 43 comments to 14 videos about the German mobile application called “Die Corona-Warn-App”. The randomly selected comments were subjected to contextual, semantic and pragmalinguistic analysis. Results and discussion. We can define an online comment as a genre of public discussion, a multimedia phenomenon that functions as a sociocultural tool significantly contributing to shaping public opinion and as a means of linguistic construction of social reality. The speaker’s intention or attitude towards a certain object of reality is expressed with the help of various communication strategies and tactics. Taking into account the criterion “communication balance” we can distinguish two groups of communication strategies: cooperative and noncooperative (cooperation and confrontation strategies). Conclusion. Strategy of distrust is considered as an assertive communication strategy and is based on the evaluation criterion which differentiates the speaker’s attitude according to the “good-bad” scale. Thus, a speaker evaluates a certain event or an object on the basis of its relation to “normality”. By means of this strategy a speaker can express criticism and skepticism in relation to a particular event or phenomenon. This strategy includes a set of tactics: exaggeration, intimidation, allusions, ridicule etc. In online comments strategy of distrust is expressed by various verbal and nonverbal means which can be used both separately and in certain combinations. Examples of verbal means include allusions to negative historical and social phenomena, words with negative connotation, obscene language and various stylistic devices that emphasize the negative attitude of commenters towards the topic. Nonverbal means include capitalization, excessive use of exclamation marks and emojis. A comprehensive comparative analysis has been done to identify the causes of quantitative changes of merchants and certain categories of the population in the major cities of the Steppe region as Petropavlovsk, Akmola, Semipalatinsk, Ust-Kamenogorsk and Pavlodar. Despite the difficulties in working with statistics and contradictions in it, the author reveals the quantitative and qualitative changes in the structure of the merchant class, as well as general trends in the formation of regional dealers and traces the emergence of the local merchant class in the cities and regions of the Steppe region. These statistics can be used in scientific research, the search of materials for scientific articles related to the demographic development of the merchant class not only in the north-eastern Kazakhstan but also in the history of Russian business, which are included in the process of building a modern management of sector model of the economy and the formation of infrastructure of the given territories, developing the region’s development strategy. The article is devoted to the consideration of ways of implementing language variability, represented at the level of phraseological subsystems of the Russian and Chinese languages. The object of the scientific description is the sphere of linguistic semantics, which receives conceptual understanding in connection with its study in the aspect of intercultural and interlanguage communication. The presence of a semantic invariant in the content of Russian and Chinese phraseological units is determined by the existence of general tendencies of sense formation and the action of universal laws of development of any national language. Semantic variants arise due to the peculiarity of national linguistic cultures as a result of the combined action of a number of extralinguistic and linguistic factors. Aim and objectives. The aim of the study is to study the functional manifestations of the theory of variation at the phraseological level of the Russian and Chinese languages in the aspect of comparative linguocultural interpretation. Material and methods. 54 phraseological units operating in modern Russian and Chinese languages, selected because of a continuous selection from lexicographic sources, were used as units of analysis. The main one is the comparative linguoculturological research method. Results and discussion. The starting point of the study was the thesis that phraseological units have not only linguistic, speech, but also linguocultural and linguocognitive status. In the meaning of most Russian phraseological units there is a pronounced national-cultural component of meaning. Taking this factor into account, general (invariant) and private (variative, characteristic for a particular linguistic culture) semantic components in the semantics of phraseological units that make up correlation semantic pairs (equivalent, non-equivalent, incompletely equivalent) are identified. In equivalent paired phraseological units, the core of semantics is the semantic invariant, nonequivalent ones are dominated by variable semantic attributes, incompletely equivalent are transitional types. Conclusion. Comparative linguistic and cultural studies make a significant contribution to the study of various linguistic concepts, including the theory of language variability, semantic interpretation, translation, on the basis of which it is concluded that they are extremely relevant for the modern scientific paradigm.
